    Never written a review on here before but just had the worst experience with this place. Food took almost an hour to come out which is ridiculous considering we ordered wings and fries. Server said it was because it was boneless Thursday, it wasn't busy at all when we ordered at 530pm. Food came out cold which was nice. This happens almost every time I go to this location, food takes much longer than it ever should. Won't return after this has happened 3-4 times the past 4 months.

    I frequent this location quite often, everytime I am treated well. However, upon my latest visit at about 3pm (trying to beat the dinner rush) I was told we would have a 15 minute wait despite the fact that their were empty tables everywhere. 15 minutes came and went and we were still not seated or given an update. With no apparent table in sight I decided to bail. I was very disappointed and they for sure lost a "regular" customer. It wasn't so much the wait that disturbed us, it was the lack of communication and the refusal to seat us despite their being empty booths and tables all over.

    Based on the staff we see milling about we cannot figure out any reason our small table for four should have to wait 45 minutes for wings, salads, and a basic sandwich. All of the fries are cold and my sandwich had only lettuce and tomato because kitchen staff "forgot" the rest. The last time we went here we waited about 40 minutes and we hoped that was an isolated incident. We are taking Buffalo Wild Wings out of our rotation swiftly and happily.

    Worst costumer service!!! Went in and waited at the bar next to a dirty table for like 10 min until we got noticed. Then waited for our food for almost an hour!! The waitress didn't even say anything too us for that hour we were waiting. Didn't get a refill o asked if everything was ok. Ugh!!! Made me so mad. I wanted to put her name on here but my husband said no!

    This sub-par mass food chain is adequate. What warrants the one star rating is the indifferent service standards. Although, you will get to play food roulette, where you may and...probably the case...won't receive items ordered. Which items? Take bets with your friends and find out! And the staff. Wow. You will existentialy find out if you actually exist or invisible, as they completely ignore your basic hierarchy of needs and will never give you more napkins than one or see that you're beer is empty and ask if you'd like a refill. It's not just you, though, as you are heavily competing with one other patron and whatever fun food Olympics are taking place in the kitchen, which are constantly dragging your bartender away.     I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this location. Our waiter Brandon was so friendly and accommodating. He was able to help me figure out my gluten free options and truly made our dinner experience great! Nice work Brandon! You're awesome!

    If you've been to a BW3 before then you know what this place is like. We came in today and sat on the patio outside. It was nice because no one else was out there. Our server was attentive and got everything out quickly. The two of us shared 15 wings, all flats, extra crispy with half mango habanero and half parmesan garlic. We had a side of celery as well. Our draft beers were refreshing. I took off the one star bc we got the wrong ranch with the fried mushrooms we ordered. And he didn't ask what size beer we wanted and he brought out the tall beers and we wanted the regular sized ones. Otherwise everything was perfection.

    The service was spectacular and food was great! They adored our children and even brought them complimentary ice cream with fudge Bc they were "so cute!" Our waiter was a little slow but the rest of the staff was so attentive it didn't matter.

    Bdubs! Fun place. Good for a game or meal. It is funny that the additional tips section below asked if they have TV's. They sure as heck have TV's. A lot of them. There is no where to sit without having a clear view of a TV. The servers and bartenders are great. The food is pretty consistent. The wings change is size from visit to visit. Veryt slightly though. As for the wings. I love the hot. I like the garlic parmesan. I get them half and half. You can't eat a whole plate of the garlic parms. The flavor is too strong. Switching from one to the other is great.

    I received my food less than 10 minutes, my fries where old and the wings weren't very warm. I asked for a lemon water and received a regular water with ice all the way to the top. Was brought my food from someone else. I had to ask for napkins, a wing tray, and my lemon. I waited to see if he would bring my celery & carrots as asked when I ordered but he forgot that as well. My check was given to me half way through my meal. I was going to order dessert but was already iterated with his service so I just paid the bill. I didn't receive a refill until I was leaving, as he brought it back wearing a green glove. William was a nice guy but his service was horrible. If you eat here I recommend sitting in the bar area, the girl was more attentive. I live 5 mins from this location and would rather driver to bel mar. When it comes to good service I tip very generous, bad service is very disappointing. I'd rather have bad food than having to ask for everything. It amazes me how quick someone can attend to your bill,.I won't be back.

    My favorite wing spot!!! I'm no wing guru, by I trust my pallete. The wings are always cooked just right, and the sauces selection is what really makes them better! I love the mango habanero, and the wifey likes the Asian zing. I usually go with my wife and kids, and it's perfect for a man to get his sports/blue moon/wings/quality family time fix without having to go to a rowdy sportsbar. Kids eat for 1.99 on Mondays. Also the service is always great, they are friendly, attentive, and on top of it.

    I love this place but can't help notice. It's falling wings come out raw jukeboxe just takes your money and don't play your music and at time cut it off and the employees play there music table seats are dirty at times.

    Very friendly service, attractive enough staff. The urinals are a cesspool of disease though. One is broken and the other doesn't have running water. I felt like I was in Ethiopia when I was in their bathroom.

    So we went to this BWW because we had a gift card from Christmas and we thought we'd give this one a try. I like wings and I like wing places but the guy who sat us seemed really lost - our waiter was nice but was really conserned with talking to the young lady who was there working along side him then us - and our food was good but not hot. I wouldn't go to this one again but we'll go to other BWWs in the future because they do have good wings

    Before moving to a different city, my friends and I loved coming here for Wing Tuesdays. Their wings are still my favorite. It's nice sitting outside on the patio during evenings, though occasionally it's annoying when there are smokers outside. One of my favorite wing flavors is Asian Zing mixed with Chipotle BBQ dry rub. I would probably come back again in the near future.

    We stopped in one night for dinner. Our server was a little out of it, but she was nice. She managed to get us taken care of rather quickly, which is good because our kids were getting restless. The food was the usual quality, although some of the wings were a little overcooked. They were still edible and we didn't have the time to ask for more. We don't come up this way very often, but we'll consider coming back here.

    So last night we thought we'd be smart and go to dinner early but it seemed everyone else had the same idea so our thoughts of Texas Roadhouse were turned to 'anything else on the street'. I had visions of Dairy Queen.. But we decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, boy we're fancy and romantical. Upon coming in we were met with one of our bartenders from the location we visit the most in Brighton and learned he'd been promoted to a manager at the Grant St location. We chatted about the new sauces that are out and he even went above and beyond and brought us out a couple of samples. They were good but not what we were looking for. So we ordered our wings asked for them extra crispy as normal and for once we got them extra crispy! On the first try!! Awesome! We'll be back.

    Good wings, love the spicy garlic. The service is consistently good, not great. I just have a problem with this location. Because of the restaurant layout it's always very noisy inside and for some reason they keep it really dark in there. I always have to bust out my phone to see the menu. I frequent they BWW's in west Arvada and they do not have these same problems.

    Always great service. I've been there at 11am and at 1pm and have never had a problem. Kelly especially was an amazing waitress and I'm glad to see she got promoted.

    Every time I come here i get wings that taste old and some snotty teenage girl helping us. I've been to other locations and the wings were good but it always seems like hit or miss with place . Not really a good value for the money either . 8 wings for 9 dollars for chicken mcnugget quality?

    So the wings are great. Ordered 50 for my husbands birthday 5 hours in advance. When I arrived they didn't even have my order. The manager didn't even offer a discount. The teenage girl who took my order over the phone didn't even ask for a name or a number. Freakin idiots. Get a clue people. You can't make a business run with incompetent employees!

    On March 13, 2011, I visited this establishment with my husband and my brother to celebrate his 21st birthday. When discussing where we would be dining out, my brother CHOSE to go to Buffalo Wild Wings since this was his favorite place to get wings. He couldn't wait to have his first beer and some wings to celebrate his big birthday. Upon arrival, the hostess was courteous and seated us right away that, however, was the ONLY good service we received that evening. Once we were seated, we noticed the lights were way too bright which was odd because it was still an hour before closing. One of the NCAA March Madness games was being broadcast over the stereo system and it was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. My husband ordered a drink and my brother was still deciding on what he would be having. The server was not around to deliver my husband's drink and it was brought over by someone else. When she returned to take my brother's drink order, she asked for his ID and took a single glance at it. She returned the ID and she said, "We don't take vertical licenses." We tried explaining that it was his birthday, to which she replied, "I can get a manager for you, but they will say the same thing." She was rude about the entire situation and made no effort to try to resolve the problem with us before resulting to a manager. I would have been absolutely pleased to express this situation to a manager, but she did not follow through to have a manager brought over to rectify the problem. When we told her that we would be leaving and clearly upset, she promptly printed our check and said, "Okay." She then let us pay for our bill and walk out the door without ever seeing a single manager. It wasn't that big of deal that the server couldn't take a longer look at my brother's ID to realize that the birth date on it was actually the same day that we were visiting or the fact that it wasn't expired or invalid. The expiration date on the ID is 04-02-2011! There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with this ID, she just didn't take the time to look at it or even try to talk to us about it. The part that was most upsetting to me was that we were shown such a complete disregard for our business that it was absolutely insulting! As I sit here writing this letter to you, I can't believe how angry it still makes me and how of all the bad service that I have received in my lifetime, this has been by far the most displeasing. It was such a disappointment that my husband and I couldn't show him a good time at his favorite place on his 21st birthday. After we left your establishment and took our business ELSEWHERE, we had no problems with my brother's ID for the rest of the evening.

    Considering this is a wings place, and you have to pay extra for celery, carrots, Bleu cheese, or ranch, could you NOT charge $1/wing? Seems like I am getting nickeled and dimed. Back in the day you could get all you can eat for like $8.

    I did not care for the location. The staff was ok. Not as peppy as one should be in this type of establishment. Food was good. Drinks are super weak, I am sure that just a splash of vodka was added to my diet Pepsi.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I frequent other Buffalo Wild Wings locations and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. It took them almost 30 minutes to seat us, which seemed a little excessive considering they weren't busy. We saw the wait staff hanging out, not doing anything while tables still needed to be bussed and cleared. After an egregious wait I was hungry and ready to eat. They sat us at a dirty table with a bag of trash right next to it! A BAG FULL OF TRASH, seriously? I again just let it go and simply asked for our table to be wiped down. The waitress was cordial, took our orders quickly but refills were not happening. Our appetizers came out and the young man slammed them on the table while sliding the sauce across. He didn't say anything and gave us a snarky look. We looked around puzzled for appetizer plates or at least napkins. We finally took it upon ourselves to seek out our own napkins to eat the sharable appetizers on. Another 45 minutes went by and we still hadn't received our entrees yet. We tried to find a manager to ask what was taking so long but he was no where in sight. After about an hour of waiting we finally had it. We found the manager and told him this was unacceptable. He didn't even seem phased by it and simply let us walk out. I am appalled at the lack of management this restaurant has. I will never return to this location.

    Worst costumer service ever!!! Have been to many BWW and this one is the worst... Food was cold when we got it, our waitress completely ignored us most of the time, had to ask for water 3 times. Also had to ask other waiters for extra stuff. Will not be going back their anytime soon!!

    We will not be back. Our server sat a table with a large party and chatted with them and drank their drinks while my cold wings, wrinkly veggies, and warm ranch was brought out. I finally motioned to her (which I hate doing as it is rude) she turned to jer friends, made a comment, and then csme to the table. We asked for more tea and mentioned tje food. She said she would se d a manager over and refilled my sons soda and nothing else. No manager ever came. We paid rhe $87 tab begrudgingly and left her $3. Terrible food and service. Other locations have been great. This one needs to be shut down.

    This was the first time I had eaten here and it was wonderful! A lot of variety, nice people working there. The food was fresh and hot and cane out very quick. A little loud, but it's to be expected as a sports bar type restaurant. Not bad prices either.

    Sooo... my boyfriend wanted wings. We figured that if we ordered take out, then we wouldn't have to deal with their horrible service. WRONG!! TOTALLY WRONG!! First, they said 20mins for 15 wings. They ran out of the flavor we wanted. Whatever. 20 minutes was actually 40 minutes. We got home and we got 10 wings. We paid for 15. 5 wings is like a small order. Never again. We should have known better.

    My cousin and I came into this location to grab a bite to eat and when we got there the majority of tables were open. They told us that it was a 15 minute wait , well 15 minutes later we were still not called for a table. They said that there was only 1 server on. Host was friendly the inside was nicely remodeled but I don't see my self coming to this location at that time again.

    This buffalo wild wings is amazing their happy hour is great. The staff is amazing and you can never beat the sauces. This is by far the best chain I have ever been to with regards to wings. I love the mango haberno and love the blazing challenge. Come here

    We placed an order for 200 wings at 10 am to be picked up at 5pm for a graduation party it is now almost 6 pm and still no wings. Was quoted 1 price and charged 50.00 more. Was told by the people picking up the wings that Sam the manager said if we weren't related to 3 of their employees she would of cancelled our order

    The management at this store is atrocious... the head manager, Gina, actually encourages violence in the workplace among the young people who work there. Please caution your young adults about seeking employment here. Promoting violence in any work place environment is something that should not be tolerated. It makes one wonder how this woman became the head manager?? Either higher up corporate managers have no clue what is going on in their restaurants, or they are aware, and choose to look the other way. Again, please be wary seeking employment here, nothing good can come out of this restaurant while Gina is the head manager.

    I actually really like the wings here at bdubs. The dry rubs like the salt and vinegar are super good! The whole gang likes to come here to watch the football games and the sports television situation here is the best around. Beer specials are cheap sometimes but not usually during games. Also, having fantasy drafts here pays off.
