***I've been to plenty of BWWs around Colorado so this review is specific only to the one on Washington St. in Thornton. We've actually probably been here 3-4 times. This last time was my least favorite visit and alone would probably merit a sad 2 stars. We were sat in the booth nearest the restrooms (which is not my problem) but it's actually the one nearest the hostess stand as well. The hostesses spent a good portion of our meal leaning over the wall (and nearly into our booth) to check out table availability. It was SO AWKWARD! If they would have taken 3 steps to the left, it would have been much less awkward for us and they would have been able to see just as well. We're usually pretty happy with the food. Occasionally, the wings and/or the fries will come out less-than-hot but the few times we've sent them back asking nicely for hot ones, our waitstaff have always been gracious about it, most of the time bringing brand new food and NOT just the first ones re-heated. That's always appreciated. I'll also note, that we've visited this particular location at all different times. On game day, on a Friday or Saturday night, weekend lunch time, weeknight dinner time and we've NEVER had to wait. That's super enjoyable.

Great happy hour for drinks. Wings are usually over cooked and sauses get old. Tuesdays are they only time to go since wings are cheaper. So many other places with better wings.

I refuse to come here. Not that I'm overly excited to spend a dollar per wing anyways, but it's their little political statements that have turned me and plenty of others away. See my photo and you will understand why.

Get it together Thornton Bdubs.....The kitchen can't seem to get orders out in less than 45 mins., after waiting 20 mins for a seat, AND then it comes out wrong. One member of our foursome never did get his garlic wings. After giving it 30 mins we went to the counter on our way out and asked the manager if we could just have them to go.. He got them and never apologized or anything.....Management not good!

We started coming here when football season started in order to be able to watch Redskins games. (we're DC area transplants. We can't help it.) Fortunately most of their games did NOT coincide with Broncos games, so we got always got there bright and early and begged for one of the big TVs at the bar to be tuned to our preferred game, and they were always accommodating. Service was decent, every once in while you'd get a clueless server, but since we were never in a rush it didn't matter much. We had a few servers who recognized us and what we tended to order, so obviously we're eating there too often. The bar chairs are really uncomfortable, but that's probably on purpose! Food varied widely. I didn't care for the salsa, but the mozzarella sticks are fantastic. The flatbread pizzas are pretty horrible, but I did fall in love with the buffalito wraps (with a lemon pepper rub, very nice!). I still haven't found a favorite wings sauce yet. I keep expecting to like the parmesan garlic, which turned out to be better the second day but not what I was hoping for. If you're not planning to watch a Broncos game, do not go while one is airing, because OMG you will be caught up in an insane noisy raging wave of orange and blue fandom.

Still a fan even though: The wings are smaller and more expensive (So are Ferrari's). The uniforms are tired and unkept (LIke Bradley Cooper's hair). They offer "Sharables" (What's that- Cher's Charity?) But: They keep adding new sauces (Hell, Tabasco does that, right?). They've added more taps (Just like River Dance!) They serve Mac-n-Cheese (Now you don't have to smuggle it in). They have Naked Tenders (just what you're thinking, but I can't write it).

Not good took over 45 minutes to get order of wings an 2 chicken sandwiches . Had to ask for refills on drinks wings were not crispy. Plus manager came by an said yes service was not good but did not make any attempt to take 10% off or coupon something . Will not go back

Food's not bad, they often get orders wrong. wonder if their servers smoke too much pot before work. they recently stopped showing UFC fights there even though they don't advertise they aren't showing them!!! LAME. got out of there as fast as we could to go find the fight on some where else! check before you go so you don't duped!

First time here tonight. Came for wings, beer, and football. Got here at game time and it was surprisingly not packed. Took a bit to get our waiter over...Bob was able to take care of us until our waiter, Jordan, was able to. Jordan was really attentive and did a great job. Our food did take awhile to get to us, but thankfully the Broncos were playing and we had beers keeping us busy. I had the spicy garlic wings and fries. Both very good. The wings weren't too saucy, just right for me. My brother had the pulled pork sandwich which he said was tasty. Jordan was always checking on us, making sure we were doing ok with beer and grub. Also, the atmosphere was great. The TVs weren't too loud and the lighting was just right. I saw lots of families and just the right amount of team rowdiness. Will definitely consider coming back for Sunday night football.

Always good service. Only problem is with the consistency of the flavors. Sometimes the HOT is a bit on the Wild side.

I was first attracted to this place by the commercials that featured BWW as a getaway from watching football with screaming kids around. Imagine my surprise when my wife and I walked in to watch college football and found the place full of screaming kids. We almost walked out but were able to get seated in a relatively quiet area. We've eaten here about five times over the past few years and for some reason the atmosphere seems to encourage child unruliness more than similar family-friendly restaurants. Service quality is inconsistent. The young staff likes to bullshit with each other a lot, which sometimes leads to their attention being focused more on personal conversation than on working. I like to see people enjoying themselves at work, but not if it takes me 15 minutes to get my check after I've asked. If you have any kind of food allergy you need to be really careful here. My wife has Celiac Disease, which means that she'll get sick if she has any gluten (wheat). We asked one waiter about allergies and which sauces were safe, but he wasn't knowledgeable. This wasn't a problem, as he offered to check with his manager. He came back with an allergy chart, but he read it wrong. The sauces he said were safe would have made my wife sick; it's lucky that I insisted on having a look at the chart. The quality of the wings is good, but the price is OK, but add alcoholic beverages and the value proposition of this place plummets, especially given the atmosphere. If you like their wings I highly suggest ordering them to go.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. Service was terrible. We had table of 10 people who sat down at 5:45pm. Food didn't arrive until 7:15pm. Had kids with us, no one was in restaurant. We complained to manager and he offered to take $10 off the entire tab. Manager is was horrible, he never worked, sat at the cashier register by kitchen and pretended to look busy. When asked what took so long for our food, he blamed it on the waiter for not putting the order in until 6:45pm. We told the waiter and his response to us was "I hate this job". Don't go to this restaurant. Staff is not capable of providing basic service. They hire high school kids at minimum wage and do not train. Manager should be fired. We will not return. Food was terrible as well, kitchen was being trained. Place is a total joke.

High School aged waitress more interested in sitting and talking to coworkers than getting us the correct order or even putting our order in after it was taken. My son was given the wrong drink, my girlfriend had to ask twice for sugar for her tea, ten minutes after we ordered our food she came back to tell us that she was JUST told they are out of boneless wings. It's Monday night and this place is dead. Our appetizer the Molten Dip for $7 consisted of a bunch of chips and three tablespoons of the cold dip. REALLY!?! Next time I want wings, I'll just make them myself. Still sitting here waiting for our food...

I love Bdubs. Spring for the Jalapeno sauce, even if you don't like hot the flavor is excellent! I'm also quite into the trivia and UFC events, Bdubs doesn't disappoint.

Worst service & hot wings EVER! Waitress took excessive time to bring half our order, the wings were cold and sause was bad. Daughter could not even chew her kuds meal chicken strips, hard and cold as well. I would NOT recommend that ANYONE eat there.

This review is for the buffalo wild wings franchise in general but since this is the one I frequent most often I will post my review on here. This upcoming Saturday ( May 2nd 2015 ) is the most highly anticipated sporting event of the year. The Mayweather Pacquiao fight is being called the fight of the century and rightfully so. Any intelligent corporate owner would know that this fight is a great opportunity to bring in a large days worth of income. However the buffalo wild wings corporate owner has chosen to completely ignore that. The mere stupidity of the decision not to show the fight or anymore fights for that matter both annoys and baffles me. On previous fight nights where I would go to watch the fight with friends I would spend a minimum 50 dollars on myself alone! And then give a large tip to the waiter or waitress for all their hard work in the crazyness. However now the next time I go to buffalo wild wings if I find a reason to do so I will be giving them no more than the small 10.00 dollar cost for wings and maybe a few dollars tip for the deserving waiter. Way to miss a huge opportunity buffalo wild wings.

Good to have another choice for late night dining for the area other than Village Inn. Don't know if it's because they're still in the honeymoon period but the wings were plump and there were a lot more drums than wings for my 36 piece order. Can't really top 45c wing Tuesdays and 60c boneless Thursdays. Wifey says spicy garlic was good, and hot was plenty hot for the average winger. I liked parmesan garlic and medium personally. Full bar, trivia/poker games available, patio had several TVs. Bartender was great, but wait staff like hung out around after their shift or something and that was really weird, especially since they were sitting at the first table going in the restaurant.

Wings are good but it is too pricey. $6 for six wings; yikes. Even the beer is pricey. I get sports bars but the tee vee overload is to much.

We have gone to this location very often over the past few years and up until recently have had mostly good experiences (would have rated it 3 stars). Recently, however the service has seriously tailed off to the point where 3 of the last 4 visits have gotten progressively worse. First, we just had a poor/inattentive waiter who made a couple of mistakes and was supposedly new. We gave this one a pass. Next time, a few weeks later we had the same waiter and he made about 5 mistakes, most of which individually would not have been that bad but the sum total was a pretty poor experience and a clearly uninterested server. The manager happened to come over and ask us about our experience so we told her and she was really good and gave us a $20 certificate. Then, today was the last straw. We walked in and were seated and it was clearly FAR, FAR LOUDER than it normally is (the speaker system, not the patrons). It was so loud that our 5 yr old daughter began crying. The waitress noticed her crying and said "I know it is loud isn't it". We then asked if they could possibly lower it so that people could still hear the game but didn't BURST CUSTOMER'S EARDRUMS and she said that "it was always like this on Sunday Night" instead of offering to see if they could lower it. This infuriated me since we are in there *all the time* on Sunday nights and we *know* it is never this loud (loud but not excruciatingly loud). We then asked to speak with her manager and she didn't want to tell us so we walked out. Bottom line is that there are places with better food and servers who actually make an effort to make you think they are trying to care even a little.

Ate here for the first time last night. Pros: Exceptionally good wings and sauces. Plenty of TV's for sports viewing. Cons: Pricey for chicken. $6 for a tall Blue Moon. The CU game was turned up so loud we couldn't hear the waiter to place our order. Had 12 traditional wings, 18 boneless wings, 1 beer, 2 ice teas, 1 coke and a regular basket of fries... $44 and left a $8 tip. Next time we'll do take out.

I did not realize BW3 turned into Chuck-e-Cheese or Red Robin. I think Red Robin is a bit more accurate. Families and loud kids everywhere in what was essentially a giant room painted black with round tables jammed together. The place was a mess. Service was poor - having to wait 10 minutes to be greeted after we sat ourselves in the patio area. Food was bad, beer was warm. Just not a good place to eat or drink. We wont be going there again.

Went there quite often. Finally have a chance to review them. Food was great, service was good and great environment. Great place to enjoy food while watching sport event on TVs. Some projector TV doesnt come out clear but its ok. Bushing need better. Sometime, I come and the place is not clean, has dirty seat (booth) and floor is dirty. Flavor, taste, variety but simple & consistency that often bring me back here.
