The staff is always friendly and helpful, and always give you your coffee with a smile on their face. Even while the drive-thru is packed, they take orders and get the drinks out in a timely manner. I've never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes for a drink at peak hours, usually around 8am-9am. (Which, if you visit other Starbucks drive-thrus at that time, is a freaking miracle.) I'll admit, I haven't actually been inside this Starbucks (since it's the one I hit up on my way to school and using the drive-thru is more convenient), but the drive-thru service here is A+.

It's Starbucks - Consistent, easy and you know what your getting. This location is a little tricky if your heading east bound but a quick stop in and out if you going West on 120th and getting on the HWY. Also has a drive through.

Let me start off by saying a few things. First off, Starbucks is the original. They paved the way for the entire coffee revolution. So if you're a SB hater..... you best step correct and recognize! Secondly, they are always friendly and make a quick cup. It should be a law that everybody has to spend at least 3 months working at a Starbucks to learn a little customer service and courtesy. Fairly consistent quality control no matter which location you visit. I've never had snotty or shitty attitude service at a SB. Their prices are right on with all their competition.

The staff is nice but this place is always a very long wait. Very hard to get in and out. I try to stay away from this location.

It's a Starbucks. It's located in a difficult spot to reach. So, despite that it's everything good you've come to expect from Starbucks, the location warrants a lower-than-great star rating. The customer service is great because, as always with Starbucks, the baristas know how to make a great, consistent cup of coffee. I ordered a grande soy latte. It was superb. If you've got the patience with the parking lot situation and you really want to have Starbucks coffee, then check it out!

I'm a collector of Starbucks reviews. I was in Westminster visiting a new dog park and after direct sun for about an hour I was in need of a cold beverage. Alas I found a drive thru Starbucks right next to the entrance to the highway. Normally I find the drive thru very quick. On this visit I waited at least 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me. What the crap? To their credit when I got to the window, the barista working gave me my drink on the house due to the wait. Nice touch since the wait time had almost soured my mood. Great iced tea and as always very consistent quality. Next time I wish for quicker service.

This review is for the drive through only as I haven't gone inside this store in a long time and cannot attest to that service. I love Starbucks but I noticed that the drive through at this location is super slow. I have had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through the last two times I went. The first time, they gave me a free drink ticket to use for next time. The very next time I came in and used the drive through to redeem my free drink, it took 10 minutes again! The guy working the window looked sheepish when I gave him my ticket but did not apologize for the long wait I experienced again on that day. The coffee is still great but they are very slow. Not a good option if you're in a hurry!

Starbucks has never been my favorite, liking non-blended coffee to their blends, but it is a good landmark spot to go when needing to meet a business partner or client for the first time. This one is a little small for the amount of traffic they get, so expect difficulty both parking and finding a seat.

I don't like giving poor reviews, but when the shoe fits... I met my mother for a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location over the weekend. Unfortunately, we cut our conversation short because of how distracting this location was. Very crowded & loud seating area - not the typical comfy lounge area I enjoy at other locations. Furthermore, there was a stripper (how do I know? everyone there knew...) practically shouting about her night last night, and what outfits she wore on stage. I kid you not. She stood at the counter talking to the employees about it for over half an hour. If the store manager was there and allowed this, I'd be shocked. Not a good look sbux! I have nothing against people's chosen careers, but as a responsible employee someone should have asked her to keep her voice down when discussing it, or asked her to talk about it some other time/somewhere else. A 30-minute conversation while she stood there in her bare feet, holding her heels, wearing daisy duke shorts and a see-through shirt isn't appropriate. Sorry!

I've reviewed several Starbucks locations and I'm not going to lie, they are all pretty equal in my book. I order my coffee, they remember my order because I'm in there all the time, I pay, and I leave. If you aren't a fan of Starbucks coffee, skip this place. If you like their coffee, then you will be pleased that they carry the same stuff every other one does as well.

Starbucks doesn't have the best drinks, but that never stops me from buying them. This location is the closest to our apartments; we can walk here, which is nice. We first went here on Earth Day because they were offering free coffee (and tea for me) to those who brought their own reusable mugs. We got our free tea and sat in their comfy chairs all afternoon, mostly reading. The atmosphere is more comfortable here than some other Starbucks. I just wish that we could have a 24-hour Starbucks around here somewhere - believe it or not, some people like to get caffeinated beverages later than 5pm! Update: I was looking up the hours for this store and apparently they're actually open until 9! I swear I didn't know that. That makes me give this location one more star.

They have a drive through. And they're open LATE. And the coffee's strong enough to get you home.

So with all other coffee shops in the area reducing their hours, Starbucks is becoming the only option for coffee after 8 pm. This one is your standard Starbucks and has drive-through. They also introduced us to Puppuchino! They saw our doggies in the car, and offered them Puppuchino, which is just whipped cream in a cup. It just made the fuzzy monsters' day. It's free and apparently can be ordered at any drive-through Starbucks. How cool is that?

Take the extra 5 min and drive to 136. This store is very slow. I can't tell you how many times I have had to wait 5+ minutes and I was the only one there.
