Update... Went in 45 minutes before closing. Not many options for late night food in the area. All the chairs were up and they said to go orders only. If we wanted some wings. Um, no thanks. And they ruined it for me.

Went to use a gift card tonight. We were seated promptly, then after a few minutes a different server asked if our drink order had been taken, then declared that she'll just take care of us. We thought "Sweet, she's on top of it, we will get great service".. Not so much. We barely saw her. It took 45 minutes to get our chips and salsa, yet we didn't see her on the floor to ask what was going on with them. After someone else eventually brought our food, she immediately came over to check on us without waiting for us to take a bite. Then we didn't see her again until we were long done. The wings were really good, and they gave huge portions for a medium serving. The Chipotle chicken blt was good, but not great. The margaritas were excellent. Wish we would have had our original server assigned, Collin, because he was actually on the floor serving his tables.

I went there because my son wanted some wings and watch sport. Great place if you want to watch sport, screens everywhere. The place is also very cold. They crank the AC like no where else. So remember to bring a jacket. My son had the boneless wings and liked them. I had the traditional wings and was very disappointed. First, it took a long time for our food to come, and then the wings were not quite cooked. Very greasy and the meat was not coming out of the bones. I tried their new sauce, the sweet and salty caramel, and not only it did not taste like salty caramel, but it has no business to be on a wing. Maybe if the wings were cooked fully, it would have been better. I tasted only one, and the server could not care less if i liked them or not. He even asked if I wanted to take them home after telling him that I really did not like them. I am a fan of wings and those were a real disappointment and overpriced for what they are and taste like. I went home, and spent my time throwing them up (sorry about the details), it just shows how greasy they were and bad. I told a few people on my way out how bad the food was, but no one seems to care. I will never go back there again, that's for sure.

Worst Place to watch UFC pay per View. Only one screen near our seat showing fight and waiters keep standing right in front of the screen. Will not be back.

I love BWW on college football Saturdays. That being said, this BWW is by far THE WORST location I've ever been too. It's college Saturday and the location is basically empty. That aside, we decided to stay. Sadly, as empty as it was, it still took a hostess almost 10 minutes to seat us. Plus, we had to wipe down our own table. Second bad sign? It's the weekend where LSU is playing UGA and Alabama is playing Ole Miss. We literally have to ask for the games as this location is showing volleyball games on tv along w random highlights of early games. Third bad sign? Our waitress keeps wanting to debate with me that what I ordered is good when clearly I'm saying to me it's not good. I love the manager who is also walking around as passed out table as she was arguing with us. Classy move manager. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever!!!! There should be a negative stars option.

I previously had a pretty bad experience here and provided the same feedback to BWW That I did here. While I had to reach out twice to get in touch with someone there, I did eventually get a response. I opted to give it a second chance and had a completely different experience than I had previously. While I still thought the chicken was overcooked(much better than under), sauce was the right amount and the Nachos were better than last time. I'm still not as pleased with this location as I was with the ones I've previously been to, but I would say the second time I went there I felt better about what I got for my money.

  • Brianna M.

I eat at numerous different BWWs and this is definitely my location of choice. The staff is awesome, and considering I eat there very frequently, I've only ever had a couple of complaints (and these issues were taken care of by one of the managers who took the time to come to the table and ask how the service and food was - any visit to this BWW that followed he came to the table and made sure the issues hadn't recurred). They have many different TVs, and if what you are trying to watch is not playing on any of them, they are pretty good at getting it onto at least a couple of TVs if you ask.

Ask for the wings extra extra crispy (22 minutes in fryer). They can't be beat if done correctly. Caveats: musty be done correctly and not always done correctly. This place gets it right most of the time. Try to establish a relationship with the cook. Then you'll never go wrong.

  • Jenny B.

Seriously poor staff planning for the AFC Championship. If you can't deliver a pick-up order in the timeframe given at the time of order, DON'T string people along with more empty promises, especially after you've already taken their money!! Seriously, how can the management of a chain restaurant that caters to the football crowd and season NOT know how to handle the pressure. The manager was rude when we asked for our money back AND kept our $5 tip to-boot...won't be going back. Will be eating at CB Potts & LuLu's if I get another wing craving.

Fun place to watch UFC fights! FOOD IS CRAP so don't eat it or you'll be sorry you did later! Had: Cheese queso - worse than stadium nacho cheese and seriously overcooked meat inside Asian chicken salad - chicken was soggy and cold. just not a good salad. Staff was attentive even though it was incredibly busy when we were there.

Love the food. But their menu says they have a ton of beers on tap. When you order, though, they never have them. Really annoying. Good TVs for watching sports.

  • trolley S.

If you like tons of TV's playing all sorts of sports this is your spot. Otherwise, stay away! The food is awful and the service is pretty bad. All I can say is that this was my first and hopefully last time I was there. Unless you are forced to go to this place, please, choose somewhere else. I'd rather be eating at Costco or maybe a drive thru somewhere in my car. I felt queasy for a few hours after eating my dinner and thought maybe I was coming down with the stomach flu. The worst or the best part? The next day the interior of my car smelled like fried chicken.

AWFUL Service. We came in at night and the restaurant was nearly empty. When our server came to ask for our drinks, she kept walking away as we were trying to order our appetizers! She forgot the Pepsi that was ordered so we had to ask a DIFFERENT server for it! He literally walked 10 steps over to the soda machine to get our sodas. Then it took about 30 minutes for our main entrees to come out after we received our appetizers, this means that the potatoes and fried food we were appetizing on had already sank in, and we weren't even hungry anymore as the rest of the food got to us. We had to wait 20 minutes for STRAWS. In which we had to ask a DIFFERENT server. The restaurant was EMPTY. We literally watched our waitress stand by the terminal texting, and if she wasn't there she was at the bar chatting it up with the bartenders. And if she wasn't at the bar, she was anywhere else but our table. She didn't come in to check on us, to give us a status update to why our food was taking so long. The one time she stopped by the table to give me a refill on water she COUGHED into her hand then placed the water on the table!Seriously this is service I expect when the place is swamped, not EMPTY. I literally had better service from non English speaking dim sum cart pushers. I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option.

    (1)
  • Cory S.

The atmosphere was really good the waitress was really nice. Although the whole restaurant was dark like going into a cave the only real lights were coming off the screens and projectors. Our order came out not all at once but once it did it was worth the wait.

Tried this place for the first time, and had the 'all you can eat wings' lunch. My only real complaint is that it took them way too long to get the initial order out to us. Bu the time we ordered the next series of wings, we had to down them way too fast, pay and get back to the office. I would try them again, but not without an hour and a half for lunch. Otherwise, you won't get your moneys worth. The place was generally clean, and staff friendly (albeit a little slow). They have a ton of different flavors to choose from for the wings, which was fun. Of the ones I tried, I Liked the mango habanero best.

  • John A.

Ummm, ummm. Hit the spot today with Buffalo Wild Wings. We started with some french fries & fried garlic mushrooms with some kind of southwest ranch. The sauce was orange in color. Somehow mysterious & tasty. For my meal I ate 6 mango habanero wings & 6 hot wings. My wife had 6 honey bbq. Note to fellow savvy eater: We would have paid less if we ordered 18 wings, but since we ordered separately we paid more. That came out of our server's tip. Shows them for running up the bill. The wings were delicious, but I quickly scorched my lips, mustache, & beard with the sauce. I couldn't tell which was hotter, but I kept alternating & they were both hot. Maybe next time I should just ask the server for a pitcher of water instead of just a glass. This restaurant has tons of TVs for sports (GO ROCKIES!) & fights & is a cool place for kids as well, but the parking sucks. I'm pretty sure the employees all park right next to the building so the patrons have to walk quite a bit.

The only reason I come here is because I like the Tuesday and Thursday wing specials, and because it's 5 minutes from my house. While I love the BWW franchise, and have positive experiences at every other location that I've been to, this particular location is terrible. The service is so bad, especially when you are at the bar. The bartender likes to hang out and talk with her co workers instead of her customers, which is a huge problem for me. To be a successful bartender, you need to turn your customers into regulars. This is achieved by talking to them and getting to know them. She isn't particularly friendly either. Her bartending skills are alright, but when you have to wait 15 minutes for another drink, it's almost not worth it. Every time I come here, I leave wishing I had picked somewhere else for dinner.

  • Scott F.

I won't waste time - just the facts. Wings - they're okay depending on the sauce. I'm more of a traditional guy, so they have too many ridiculous flavors that are lost one. Garlic Parmesan - they're wings people. Price - wow, this place is proud of it. It's basic math to me. The wings are about $1/each. Maybe you don't think that's a lot, but what else can you get for a $1? The huge Costco hotdog and drink for $1.50 seems like a much better deal - it's in the same shopping center after all. Sure, you can't watch sports or stay passed 8:30, but this is a much better value. Speaking of value and the $1 per wing, shouldn't you get to eat off something other than paper. Come on - you're charging me for all these overpriced wings, shouldn't I at least get a metal knife - it isn't like I had to be screened by TSA to get in. Lastly, why the prepackaged dressing? Yuck.

We only came here to use a gift card. The service, while friendly enough, was slow and poor. It was not busy overall, but our server's particular section was. I asked for more napkins and never saw our server again until she asked if we were ready for the check. The food was okay, but nothing special and of course, messy, so with one napkin, I was only able to eat half of my sandwich. It's a wings place- they should have a stack of napkins on each table.

I stopped in here on my way from work to catch Opening Day of the Rockies. It was not busy at all, and was served a tall Fat Tire(happy hour special) for the first drink. For my meal, I had boneless wings and buffalo chips w/cheese. My wings were 4 salt and vinegar/4 parmesan garlic and they were HOT and tasty! I can only stand about 4 of the salt and vinegar before it starts to bug my mouth, but it's so good either way! I like the little kick of the parmesan garlic wings too. The buffalo chips were very hot too and covered with bubbly cheese. It was super TASTY. Tom, the bartender, was taking care of the whole restaurant, and doing it GREAT! He was super nice and being personable with everybody that was there.

  • Eloise P.

Service was friendly and fast, but I could tell that they re-cooked old wings and barely sauced them. They were cold when I got to my house that is four minutes away and the meat was dry, over cooked, gross. Just try harder guys!

  • Michelle C.

The Tuesday wing special is worth trying, but the wait is always very long and the service is subpar every time. Go only if you have a lot of time and are really craving their wing sauces and potato wedges.

    (3)
  • Renu D.

Love it! They have the most amazing hot sauce on the planet. And they know how to make them wings!! slurp! I love their pop corn shrimp, traditional wings with mango Habenaro sauce, boneless wings with hot sauce and I have tried their Blazing wings too. Well you may try the blazing at your own risk. Get your friends together and just go!! Its yummy! yummy Yum!

This Bdubs is excellent. There service is great and food is delicious. Most of the time I come in during lunch time and their always very attentive to making sure my needs are met! Their service is very quick I waiting maybe 10 min for my burger to come out after I ordered. Music level was also enjoyable and dinning area comfortable! Couldn't be more pleased with this Bdubs!

Met an old college buddy here for some trivia and beers. We had the wing lunch special. The wings were prepared perfectly and I loved the french fries. For a chain, they have a good formula, plenty of televisions and friendly servers. This location does not stand out any differently than their other locations that I have visited.

Go here for beer and chicken wings only. Food is otherwise made of cheap ingredients and better local eats are available for your money. This place best serves groups of sports fans or lunchtime partiers who aren't concerned about variety (other than hotsauce) or a healthy meal.

High school at it's finest. Not much to expect though...just a waterhole of beer and wings.

Went here last week while vacationing in Denver. Queried Yelp and tried it. Our waitress, Marlo, was great and very helpful in helping us decide what to have. My wife had the wings and I had the Jack Daddy burger with an upgrade to the potato wedges. Food was good and the kid's meals were just 99 cents due to kids night. Lots of TV's around us and with a large screen across from us where I watched the Rockies baseball game. Good family place.

We went here because someone gave us a gift card. This was my first time here; hubby has been with coworkers a few times. It was about 1:00 on a Saturday. I expected the place to be busier but it was relatively quiet. There are about a million TVs (you can see at least 3 or 4 from wherever you're sitting) and all the blinds were drawn so it was very dark inside. I saw maybe two couples and a couple groups of guys but mostly families with babies/small children. It doesn't strike me as a family kind of place but people don't seem to have limits for that kind of thing anymore. The service was lame. The waitress was fakish friendly enough, but once she took our orders we never saw her again. Someone else brought our food. We could have used drink refills and I wanted a box for my leftover food but she didn't come back for a VERY long time and at that point it was just to bring us the bill. I saw her walk past a few times so I know she was present, but she never stopped at our table to ask how it was or if we needed anything. Hubby had the grilled chicken salad (which they tried to give to me, like restaurants always do) which he said was just, "meh, ok." I had the boneless wings with two sauces: Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. The Asian Zing was spicy but not 3-alarm spicy. The Honey BBQ was very mild but I liked the flavor better than the Asian flavor. The chicken was nice and moist and the breading was good. We also had the Buffalo Chips with cheese and a side of ranch, which were ok, but they are just sliced cooked potatoes with plain cheddar cheese melted over them, nothing special. Hubby's salad was on a plate but everything else was served in small white cardboard trays like you would get at a county fair. At least I had a metal fork and knife. Price: not toooo bad but I would consider it a little overpriced given the presentation and the simplicity of the food. The only part of the meal I really enjoyed was the Honey BBQ wings. I would probably return but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We go to the BWW in Westminster now. After several times coming to this location and having not such good service. Never had problems at the longmont or the westminster locations but this one just can't seem to get it together. Food was never bad, only the service. The staff seems to stand around and chat with one another. Which is fine, of course, but not when there are things to be done. The last and final time of going, we showed up, got seated right away and then after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to show up to ask us what we would like to drink, and still no one showing up, we got up and left. We had enough of that service while there. The bad part is that it was empty. Maybe a handful of tables in the whole place had people. All the staff was standing around talking and laughing. We held up the menus hoping for someone to see us. They looked, but no one came over. We noticed several others not being waited on as well. Sorry, but will not be going back.

If you're looking for a great sports bar experience, this is surely the place to go. Great selection of beer (unlike at other BWW locations in Denver) includes Odell's, Oskar Blues, New Belgium and others. The bartenders are attentive and friendly, and they remember my drink weeks later. TV's are everywhere and during big games this place is fun to be at. I know the wings will always be good here. They're not fantastic like true buffalo wings in Denver (like at Luciano's or Wingman), but they are very consistent with their quality unlike at other sports bars i've been to! The traditional sauce is also decent. So if you want a quality sports bar experience with good beer and good food go here!

Horrific customer service and unmemorable food. I won't be going back here. I recommend staying far, far away from this place!!

Odd service, frankly. Just...peculiar. I lost a bet and wound up buying dinner for some colleagues here. So we ordered a few appetizers, drinks and a variety of wings and boneless wings. The server brought the apps...no plates. We asked for plates and she came back a few minutes later with some...three less than we needed. We asked for more plates. She brought back more...one less than we needed. Mind you, she never hung around long enough to actually see if we had enough or were doing Ok... Then the wings and such begin arriving. Another server sets mine in front of me and some others in front of a colleague seated next to me. We inquire which wings have which sauce as I ordered mine with habanero sauce and others around me don't want to partake of such hotness. Our first server comes over, pronounces which are which and that I have too many, pulls the plate away, sets an empty plate on the table in front of me and starts shaking wings from one plate to the other, dropping them onto the empty plate and counting aloud as she goes. I and my colleague have scooted away from the table to avoid spattering sauce as the wings drop onto the lower plate. Wow. I'm afraid if my beer were overfull she might grab it and chug a few sips to make sure I don't get any extra. Throughout the meal the server was making it pretty clear that waiting on us was a pain in the ass and she needed to rush through our meal and get back to whatever high-paying work she was performing elsewhere. So if I didn't already feel like BW3 were sliding down the scale because they stopped using real plates I'm thinking they are just wallowing in cheapness at this point. If you are having such a hard time that you need to grab food back from patrons, go ahead and lock the doors please. So the food was actually pretty good. The sauce was flavorful and wonderfully sinus clearing. But after service like that I'm not sure when I'll be back to a BW3.

  • Steve O.

    Awesome wings... duh.

    (4)
  • Alex P.

Woo!! First in the area! "BW3's"! It's about time they opened one up north. If you don't know about Tuesday's Wing Night here, it's a definite MUST! 35 cent wings!? Say what?! You can pick from a list of about 15 different flavors to come with, the only thing is if you come after 7pm, you're waiting to get a seat. Looks like the word spread fast.

    (3)
  • Britton C.

I got food to go from there. The burger and chicken fingers pretty good but the wings were small, dry, and had hardly any sauce on them. They were crap. This place should be ashamed of themselves for this. There were some french fries shaped like potato chips and those were gross too. I wont be eating here again ever.

    (2)
  • Allison G.

The service was quick here! The server that we had was very sweet and nice. She was patient for our group as we came at different times. She was the right amount of attentive. Location has many tvs, just like others in the chain. It is one of the smaller locations. It has a nice layout. The food was good and warm just like should be expected! We were watching college basketball and it had other games on too. The server was courteous and changed one of the channels so we could view our game better.

    (4)
  • Michelle T.

The food was luke warm and after waiting 45 mins for our food, I expected more. The restaurant was not even half full when we arrived. People who arrived after us were getting served before us! Their ribs are horrible and I am not sure how you get ribs that texture and consistency with real bones still in the middle of them. I asked to try sauces because we don't come here often and the waiter made a big deal about getting us sauce to try. Then he only brought 2 kinds. My water glass sat at the end of the table for over 30 mins, unfilled and meanwhile our waiter was talking to people at the bar and I even saw him playing with his coworkers. Terrible experience. Only thing good was that the manager comped our meal.

    (1)
  • Lisa A.

Well if you have been to Buffalo Wild Wings then they are at least consistent with the menu. At any given time the wings & fries can be cold when they arrive at your table but they have always (at least for me) have been happy to correct it. Needless to say beers cold food hot, if your a regular the staff is on point & they know you will tip well . (Again in my case) this location use to be less crowded but somehow word got out so during UFC fight nights & Denver Broncos away games it can be standing room only. No matter your favorite sport the service has improved and that's why I gave 5 stars. The staff works hard to make sure you have enjoyed yourself & that you will return. I have and if you know me and my love we will.

    (5)
  • Lee S.

Meh, it's not much. Not as upbeat as advertised, a chain sports bar serving food in plastic baskets with wax paper. Liquor prices are high given the rest of the atmosphere. Food is average bar fare, although they think otherwise. Bartenders are not engaging no one seems to care about building repeat business. Cold and impersonal. You can do better with little effort in this neighborhood.

    (2)
  • Jeff B.

Terrible. The staff is not even trying. I went to watch the game and left before the end of the first quarter. Don't go here.

Beer selection sucks. Good for sports and fried foods but wish they had some good craft beers on tap.

TERRIBLE service. I was there for THREE HOURS with two friends of mine. And on top of that, I got food poisoning and was sick all night and the next day. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
