Delicious! I love the smaller menu. The food is always good and I look forward to the different daily specials. Highly recommend for something different in Salida. The owners are friendly and fun to talk to.

Excellent service! This was my first time here and the owner was very accommodating. Also, the food was delicious! Cute outdoor spot and you can eat in the bar next door if you'd like to drink with your meal.

Best pho ever! The flavor of the beef stock is so rich in flavor. It's amazingggggg! I will definitely be coming back soon for more. And of course the staff are super friendly :)

First time here in Salid, CO, walked across this little cozy restaurant, ordered Lemongrass Stuffed Chicken w/Broccoli absolutely delicious!! Crispy, mouthwatering! The Pho soup with beef was to die for!!! I mean the broth SO flavorful and the veggies were so colorful and delicious!! The spring roll, the spring roll...best spring roll I have ever had, loaded with veggies and perfect for splitting with two! I'm definitely coming back again!!

This place was recommended to me by someone who knows the owner and it's as good as he raved. I had the Thai Coconut Chicken soup and it was so creamy and full of flavor. I would definitely go back just for this dish.

Awesome food! They catered to my food allergies and even threw in a free spring roll!! How nice is that? I've been going there for lunch since they've opened and the only problem I've ever had is the serving size is sometimes inconsistent. But they've always corrected the issue when I've brought it to their attention. I honestly haven't had pho from any other place so I can't compare it, but it's obviously made from scratch using real stock, which is my biggest concern when it comes to broths. Besides the pho the coconut curry is my favorite, it's not sweet like most coconut curries. Highly recommended!!

We were in town and was glad to see Little Cambodian cafe so had to try. I was quite disappointed with their limited menu and also the only authentic Cambodian food was the lemongrass wings and it wasn't on the menu the day I went!! :( Not the Cambodian cafe I had expected with authentic Cambodian food. It is more Vietnamese than Cambodian. Despite the disappointment the food was tasty.

I just had a vietnamese iced coffee to go and it was delish. He did it right, it took 15 minutes to prepare . But it's worth it!

Yummy, clean food. Large portions. Yes, it's a little pricey - and the food isn't big-city fantastic. But folks - this is a small town in southern Colorado. I'm so glad to find something vegetarian other than a bean burrito! The staff is friendly and gets the job done. Sometimes the food service is a little slow. Come by at lunch or in the afternoon and enjoy the barroom next door - piano and pool tables. I hope sometime this grows into a full-size restaurant -- the menu at least.

Super solid pho and other options were great too. We were in town for the weekend, toting a gluten intolerant 6-year-old, and not keen on the recommended option of pizza around the corner. This was a total win for us. The food was tasty, generous, and perfectly suitable for the sensitive guts kiddo. No, it wasn't the best ever pho, but it was better than some I've had in Denver, and they were very accommodating of the annoying dietary restriction. We will definitely return next time we are in Salida.

Great food, fair prices, and friendly staff! On the downside, seating is VERY limited, so you will have to eat outside or in the bar next door. A couple of points: note that Salida is a small town. This means it has no stadiums, casinos, or international airports but it also means that you are lucky to be able to even find pho. Keep that in mind since items are priced accordingly and the selection is not huge. The food here is quite good and the staff were very helpful, so give them a try sometime.

MUCH closer to 2.5 stars. This tasted absolutely NOTHING like any pho I've had before, and was run by two lazy teenagers and one steadfast white lady (that I noticed). If you have a Vietnamese food craving near here...just wait. You'll be more satisfied later. Food was definitely over priced and took its time getting to the table even though we were the only people in the place. Egg rolls were pretty good, however. Maybe it's better for other people considering the location.

A tiny little restaurant in downtown Salida, next door to The Vic bar. Take note... There are only three (3) tables, but you can eat in the room next door, which belongs to The Vic. Yes, the Pho was a bit more expensive than Pho we've had in the past, and it could have used more basil and bean sprouts. But it was rare beef was hot, tasty and filling. And for us, it's the closest Pho we can find... short of making ourselves. Upon request they were able to make vegetarian version (with shrimp) for my partner. It was also good. We would come here again.

What a nice surprise. Food was fresh and well seasoned. Spring rolls are large and packed full of delicious fresh veggies and rice noodles. The use of basil was just right, not too much. The atmosphere is simple and very much Salida-ish. We have already recommended it to friends. We had the beef soup which was brothy and just right for a cold day.

I end up here more times than my check-ins suggest. After living in SE Asia for a year, this takes me back every time. The specials are always excellent, with the staple pho, Vietnamese coffee, and some great desserts. Go and enjoy!

I've never had Cambodian food before so I can't tell you how good a Cambodian restaurant this is. I can tell you the food was yummy and worth a visit. I'd go back and will seek out Cambodian food in the future.

I don't know what to think of this place. For the area I'm very thankful for Vietnamese. The prices are too high however. $10 for Pho in a tiny town compared to $7.95 in big cities for the same portion and way more flavor. Granted this tastes more natural. One huge flaw is they do not have steamed rice. Some of us like to dip our peanut sauce and soup. You walk up to a counter and order. The food is then brought to you. Staff is always friendly.

It's nice to see a pho (noodle soup) shop in the mountains! We enjoyed the pho, but it has less in it (like basil and mint) than Lao or Vietnamese pho. There also doesn't seem to be the standard caddy of sugar, fish sauce, etc, available to dress up your soup. Maybe that is because their stock is already pretty good. I hope this business does well, because it's a great addition to the area!

Had a massive and delicious portion of pho for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Excellent raw beef pho. The broth was perfectly flavored with anise and lots of fresh herbs and sprouts on top. The egg roll needed the fish sauce dip instead of the sweet sour dip but the fresh spring rolls were delicious.

I seek out Pho where I can. This place would do well on Federal in Denver. The fact it is in Salida makes it a superstar. If you like Pho, a slam dunk. If you do not know what it is but you like soup with fresh vegetables go and become a convert.
