BBQ chicken and ribs were really good. They get 5 stars for customer service. First time at this chain and the manager, Floyd, came by and talked to us a couple times and made great recommendations. The bread is delish, just don't fill up on it!

Came here on a Monday evening and seated right away with warm rolls and cinnamon butter. Waiter was very attentive. We ordered the onion for an appetizer and it wasn't too greasy. Dinner came out pretty quickly. The prime rib was very tender and served with au jus. The sweet potato was soft and a good size. Broccoli and carrots were tender and not mushy. Peanuts on the table in a bucket were fresh. Overall a great place to eat. Can get pretty noisy with birthday singing and clapping.

I had a craving for the bread rolls and I didn't leave disappointed! $8.99 entrees before 6pm Mon- Fri. I really like Texas Roadhouse.

Probably the worst Texas Roadhouse in Colorado. TR prides itself on "fall off the bone ribs," well if you count the entire rack falling off the bone in one big, over cooked blob of hard meat, then mission accomplished I guess. They can't even cook the dinner rolls right.

The service at all the TR's I've dined at is about the same across the board. Friendly and accommodating, if not a bit forced. The employees shirts say "I love my job" in large letters on the back. . . . .meeehhh not so sure. The steaks are pretty good and I have to admit, I love the green beans with bacon. Of course, isn't everything better with bacon? I generally order the smothered chicken or a steak when I dine at TR. About a month ago I went on a big hike down around Rye and on the way back to the Springs we decided to stop in to TR. Speaking for myself, I WAS SUPER, SUPER HUNGRY. Luckily we did not have to wait and were seated right away. This time around because I was so hungry, I ordered chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken (I can't remember). The one thing I remember is how salty it was. It was over the top salty. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have mentioned the salt level and asked for something else. However, I probably would have eaten a pound of salt and been totally satisfied. I was first world starvin'. Seriously. The last time we were here, my son ordered a side of seasoned rice. He took one bite and proclaimed it too salty. I tasted it and, yes, it was way too salty. We asked for something else to replace the salty rice and they were very accommodating. did not charge us for the rice. Cause they're cool like that. I don't mind coming here periodically but I don't like having to worry about whether or not what I order is going to come out swimming in salt.

Reasonably priced! I usually get the prime rib because it's fantastic. I tried the shrimp on a skewer and wow! They were bigger and better than at Red Lobster. We have always had prompt service.

Typical Texas roadhouse. Don't waste money on the other cuts. Don't waste money on the prime rib. The sirloin will satisfy your meat needs. I will always like the roadhouse. Service is usually great.

This place was great, practically live here! Perfect place to drink a few beers eats dinner and go back to the room. And staff here were all friendly helpful considerate and respect. My staff and all my crews here expressed their thanks reserved tables in advance, and putting up with them. If Back in Colorado you can bet that will be here! Grade A+

One of the worst texas roadhouse locations I have been to. Service was terrible. The rolls (normally fluffy and amazing)....were dried out, hard and tasted as though they had been sitting in the window for hours. We ordered the appetizer sampler and the roasted chicken. The appetizer sampler was overcooked and tasted like old grease. But we dealt with it. When the roasted chicken came out- I cut into it...it was slimy, pink and raw. I called over the waitress and let her know it was under done. She told me it was pink only because of the fluorescent lights....yet could not explain why it was cold and slimy. About 5-10 minutes later the manager emerged with the exact same piece of chicken (which they had placed on the grill and cooked the crap out of). I told him its dangerous to take a piece of chicken that wasnt fully cooked, allow it to sit for awhile and then bring it up to temperature. He sat for 4-5 minutes and argued with me. He told me that they cook all of the roast chicken till it is almost ready and then it sits in a giant pot of broth for an hour until someone orders it.....wait....rewind.....did you really just say that u dont cook the chicken all the way and it sits in a giant pot of Luke warm broth until its ordered? So in other words my chicken was swimming with bacteria. ....YUM. I was so annoyed with the situation that I ate my salad and half of a hard roll and left. The manager needs to learn to not only not argue with a customer but that the customer is always right! Pretty basic stuff here. I will NEVER be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service. Get seated and wait 15 mins to get a drink. Maybe if they weren't singing happy birthday (annoying) we could get some decent service. Left before waiter could find table.

Living in Vegas you begin to miss certain eateries! This is one I miss! WAHHH! Sooo my normal here is their chicken tenders (ALL JUICY WHITE MEAT) with fries and HONEY MUSTARD! or their chicken breast with mushroom, swiss, and gravy! SUPER AMAZING! I know, I come to a steak place and eat chicken.... but its just soooooo good! Here if they mess up they will def make it over and be nice and not rude! Another thing they make thats amazing is their salads! The ranch is delicious and salads are usually fresh! Their ny strips are extra yummy, as are their sirloins! My son loves the rattle snake bites!! Waitstaff is nice and the place is fairly clean! On the weekends there is a wait, but its totally worth it! I always used to take a bag of peanuts home with me!! Yay! Go for their early dinner specials!

The dining scene in Pueblo is pretty dead except for half rate chain joints, that having been said the Texas Roadhouse rates high among them. This place seems to be the happening spot in town too, so a good jovial atmosphere is almost guaranteed. The food is good, not amazing but tasty, and boy is there TONS of it! I give this place a 4 star because the food wasn't exactly quality, though who goes to a joint named Texas Roadhouse seeking fine quality dining? If you've ever had the desire to eat until you could hardly walk this may be the place for you.

Great staff and great food! My grandma and I ate here for dinner to grab the early special...the place was busy and loud, which is to be expected. Our waitress was great! She took the time to explain things to grandma and even talked loud for her...the food was great and for a great price! Thankfully they no longer throw peanuts on the floor so the place is clean! Go for early dinner special Mon-Thurs and get great full meals for $7.99

was visiting the parents and they decided this would be a fun place to take me since I was on a "no red meat for new year" resolution (it lasted 5 months, not bad for me, anyway...).. I ordered the chicken and shrimp plate. I've had better. I think I could even make better and I can't cook. Only upside to the meal was our cute little gay waiter...oh and the bread was good. meh.

We were in Pueblo for a two day gig which left us tired and hungry at the end of the day. TR was very convenient, being a couple of blocks from where we were staying. On the first night we had a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was definitely worth it. I am a person that refuses to wait, especially for a 'Chain' eatery, but again it was worth it, and I'm glad we did. The food was prepared exactly as we ordered it, from salads, to rib-eyes, to filets. The appetizers, tasty... Desserts, mouthwatering. On our second day we asked around about great food in Pueblo, we were referred to, and ended up at Texas Roadhouse again, got the same waitress, and had a second highly enjoyable and satisfying dining experience... We will surely eat here again when in Pueblo!

I have had the opportunity of eating a number of really good steaks in my day, most of which were ridiculously expensive. The Texas Roadhouse does a pretty darn good job of making a good steak at a great price. The atmosphere was pretty good, but not really suitable for a large group (8+) which caused a bit of a headache. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in Pueblo.

We were shopping on a Saturday and decided to eat an early dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. The quality of the food was good to great. The ribs and steak was just OK. The sweet potatoe was excellent, best I've ever had. The atmosphere was a little loud especially if you are looking for a quiet environment. The service was very good, but be prepared to say "NO" to a lot of inquiries about add-ons. We'll probably stop again when we are in the area, but won't drive the 40 miles just for dinner.
