Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

While babysitting my Grandson in Pueblo (I'm from San Diego) I wanted some good pizza. My daughter recommended Manhattan Pizza so we gave it a try. I wasn't disappointed. We ordered two large pizzas (one cheese and one Italian Sausage) and asked for delivery. The pizza arrived within the time promised and it was hot and one of the best pizzas that I've had in a very long time. I'm usually a cheese only guy, but their Italian Sausage was out of this world. The prices are a little higher than the chain places but WORTH it.

Place was filthy! Bugs in bathroom, I only saw this after we ate or we would not have eaten there. Rude service. Nobody would wait on us and we were told we were somebody else's problem. Food was horrible, nothing fresh. Would not recommend. Very disappointed

So I'm told the food is great...so Friday night go out with 8 friends and come to get dinner. The host at the door said they were busy and refused to seat us even at separate tables, then they just told us to try somewhere else..so we did and we always will try somewhere else when we come to pueblo now

We just had this today, 3 large pizzas ,meatlovers, pepperoni, sausage. You should never put chicken on a meat lovers pizza first off, second why is colorado so afraid to use pizza sauce! There was no sauce on it at all, and last but not least the crust was absolutely flavorless, nothing good about the crust. The pizza in general was ok however, good use of spices, meat was bunched up instead of spread out and instead of 40 minutes it took the delivery kid over an hour. I'm becoming more and more sure that there is no such thing as good pizza in Colorado.

Food is super good, pizza crust is thin and that is how I love it!! My favorite is by far the Brooklyn! WOW talk about flavor blast in your mouth. I ordered a Antipasti salad and even though it was tasty the price is just flat out crazy and that will stop me from ordering a salad from there again. The owner is friendly and the staff always seems happy!

I was here for an organizing committee meeting and had the lunch special. Basically, it is a two topping 7 inch personal pizza and a salad for about $7. I opted for pepperoni and black olives for my pizza and blue cheese for my salad dressing. Both were what I would classify as pretty average. They were decent and definitely a good value, but it was standard stuff ultimately. It's a good place to have a meeting and also a nice spot to grab a quick and cheap lunch.

I've been craving some New York style pizza for a while so I was eager to try out Manhattans. I have to say it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I got a large pizza with sausage. It came to table quickly and was warm but not piping hot. It definitely didn't taste fresh. I'm starting to wonder if they make a bunch of cheese pizzas and leave them under a warmer and then top them and put them in the oven for a short time to heat up the toppings. There was barely any sauce and so little cheese that my guest and I used almost a whole shaker of Parmesan on our pizza -- this coming from someone who doesn't normally use Parmesan on a decent pizza. The sausage was good but it was the only thing I tasted on the otherwise flavorless pizza. The pizza was $14.49 which isn't bad for a good pizza. However, this wasn't a good pizza. Save your money and get DiGiorno. It's far, far better.

Once or twice a year, we drive from East Texas to the Denver area to visit one set of our adult children. A few years ago we discovered Bella Luna in Trinidad and I thought I had died and went to Heaven. Ever after, we timed our trip to pass through Trinidad around lunch time for some of the best pizza we have ever eaten. Yesterday, unfortunately, our timing was off and we got to Trinidad around 4 (they are closed 'tween 3 and 5 daily) and didn't want to wait. Back to Yelp, looking up I-25 to Pueblo and found Manhattan's Pizza, an easy off and on exit (Hwy 50), less than a mile West. The rest was pure pleasure. We spotted the Pepperoni/Sausage,Hatch Green Chili pie and ordered up a 14" to go. It was still another couple of hours to Highlands Ranch, our final destination. I also ordered a small "Stella" beer to get the dust of travel out of my throat. The we noticed the chalkboard!! Friday special, Order one 19" pizza, get a 10" free. The wife returned to the register and asked if we could change the order, now 10 or more minutes into the process. I figured the first one we ordered was already in the making, but no matter, they changed the order. Then we notice there was a deal on beer, too. Buy one, get one free. WOO, HOO, I had a second small glass. Perfect. Pizza came, and we with great anticipation we took it to the car, banished the dogs to the far rear, and opened the big box. Oh my, I wish I had taken a picture. It looked simply awesome. I was handed my first (huge) piece and wondered how I was going to eat it and drive. I didn't, just sat there and stuffed my face, listening to my mate's Mmmmm's and sighs. So good, what else can I say. I ate it to the last crumb wondering why we hadn't been stopping here instead of Trinidad. The second piece was delivered to my mouth, fork by fork as we traveled North. Sated and looking forward to some warmed up pieces today... Not to compare them, Both good, but next time through I believe we will be stopping in Pueblo. Maybe both ways :)

I spent a month living at the Super 8 down the street while doing a contract job in Pueblo. This place was on the regular rotation for dinner. Good pizza. Thin, NY Style, but not too crispy Can't comment on their drink selection as their liquor license was suspended for the whole month I was there. Definitely worth a return if I ever find myself living in a motel in Pueblo again.

Terrible service. Servers had no personality. Served is rotten chicken wings. Not once got checked on. No sense of timing in this facility at all. Bunch of nonsense.

I've had pizza all over the Denver metro area. Oddly, the very best pizza I've had in Colorado isn't in Denver metro at all. Manhattan's Pizza in Pueblo, Colorado has it all: great crust, excellent sauce, and amazing combinations of ingredients. My favorite was the Mussa Pizza (Hope I'm spelling that right...). The Mussa has pep, sausage, and local roasted mussa green chiles. AWESOME! I'll be back every time I come to Pueblo. Hoping they bring their place to Denver soon. If you are lost in Pueblo and don't know where to go. Try Manhattan's; have a beer, order some garlic knots, and check out the specialty pies.

The food is good. I've been here twice and haven't been disappointed with the food. Their pasta dishes are fantastic and their pizza is one of the best in the area. I would give 5 stars but the service takes FOR-E-VERRRRR! Lots of kitchen staff just standing around and the waitstaff just disappears. Overall, I recommend you try it if you have lots of time to waste.

absolute best pizza around! i lived there for a year after living in chicago and have to admit, i pick this pizza over chicago pizza but all the other pizza places around kinda suck. also my bf and i would order their fries and fried pickles. they have the best ranch sauce and everything is pretty cheap. It was our favorite place to go to in pueblo!
