Good Americanized Chinese food-- excellent salt & pepper wings. Some of the entrees are very heavy on the sauce. Good service, quick delivery.

Like this place a lot. Good quality food and very generous portions. I love the hot and sour soup. So much so, when I got a bad cold, I craved it so bad I drove my sick self there, got a quart of hot and sour, and drank the whole thing in the parking lot. I DID feel better. Combination Garlic Sauce dinner is my favorite.

Quiet atmosphere, attentive staff, fresh ingredients, all well seasoned, soup has kick. Crispy, good quality meat, real fried rice, good portions, cheap. That's pretty much sums it up, only complaint is the anemic egg roll, but since nobody out here does NY style egg rolls it was expected. I will definitely come back for another lunch. Great General Tso's was excellent, best I've had since I moved to Colorado. Seems to me that Dine in is the way to go, as most of the poor reviews I see are from delivery. Try the Salt & Pepper wings! Serious!

Fast service. Friendly service. Vegetarian options. Kid friendly. Delicious food! Not many restaurant options in this area for my vegetarian family. Bamboo Garden is a regular dinner and lunch spot when we come to town.

Not the best Chinese food I've enjoyed. The food was bland and somewhat dry. Very small egg rolls and not great sesame chicken. Was somewhat embarrassed to serve this to our company.

This was the first time I had been here because I usually stick to one place in particular for my chinese food. I ordered the veggie lo mein which came with fried rice and a very non vegetarian egg roll. The lo mein was decent...a little plain tasting. The rice was really dry though and the egg roll just was not my cup of tea. It tasted old and was also dry. However, I will say that the service was great. Our waitress accidentally spilled water all over our friends work phone and iPhone but made sure the phones were 100% okay. The staff is very kind! It's also in a good, up and coming location.

Meh. I love Chinese food. But it was bland and def not worth my trip. Fried rice is just browned rice. Nothing else in it. Can't really say much else about it. Good or bad.

We recently moved to the area and were looking for something other than pizza for delivery. I was a bit skeptical to try this place, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great and the serving sizes are pretty big. My two kids LOVE the wonton soup and the fried wontons as well. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quick delivery and great food!!

Best Chinese place in Peyton/Falcon....no skimping on meat either. Recommend Moo goo gai pan or cashew chicken highly. Combo dinner is best deal!

Quite possibly the worst chinese food I've ever had (to throw in the trash). The delivery was timely but I wish the car had broken down and they didn't make it to the house. The beef sticks were like jerky, only saltier. I think the brown slivers of something? were supposed to be chicken in the chic fried rice. The Po Po (their spelling) platter with dried up chicken wings and more overcooked ribs and wontons was inedible. The skinny egg roll is what I always knew of as a spring roll was tasteless. I know there aren't too many choices in Falcon but have no idea how a place like this manages to survive serving this quality of food. I've been told it's not always overcooked like that but the quality of the core ingredients is the real problem.

I eyeballed Bamboo Garden for about a week before I called to see if they deliver...which they do so score for that. I admit, I LOVE Chinese take out/delivery so I was very excited as a new resident to Peyton. So definite stars for delivery. And the food..meh. I ordered cheese wontons which would have been excellent...if they had any cheese or crab meat in them. The skimpiness of the cream cheese was ridiculous. And..I would have been sure there was no crab whatsoever if I hadn't used my microscope (ok..just kidding..) to spy one small fake crab piece. Pork fried rice was plentiful but incredibly bland. I have never, ever had such tasteless pork. The rice was pretty plain and flavorless as well but full of veggies and I thought the sprouts were a very nice touch that added a lot of flavor to the dish. Finally, I ordered roast duck. I make my own roast duck from time to time (a 4+ hour affair to make sure the skin gets nice and crispy) so I have really high duck standards.. It was OK. The meat was tender but I found their flavoring to be a bit off. Kind of bitter and overpowering to the duck taste. Bottom line: Not really worth the money. I would probably give them a second chance if I was too tired to cook (or drive to a take out place in Colorado Springs) and if I was really craving Chinese food. Honestly, for take out options in Falcon, I would pretty much choose a chain place like Domino's over Bamboo Garden...

We deliver here when we need something a little different. The food is average, service is average, it's a little hard to order over the phone. I never know if they understood my order but they always get it right. It's a nice change from the rest of the food in Falcon. You should try it.

This is the best authentic Chinese restaurant in town. Like stopping into Bejing without traffic. Food that is light and healthy with amazing combination of tastes. Worth far more than the cost. Proprietors Melvin Bang and Tami Le have created a wonderful spot to go for a leisurely weekend dinner with friends or a quick midweek meal.

They are only getting 4 stars because we will drive out to Falcon from Colorado Springs just to get the Orange Chicken. Their Orange chicken is amazing and I got the cashew chicken which was equally amazing. Skip the egg rolls, they are nasty! Also the service was lacking. Not at all friendly. Usually we just get it to go and eat at my parents, but they weren't around so we sat down to eat. We will be back, but delivery or pick up only and I will NEVER order the egg rolls again!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
