Friendly staff, fast service, great pho!

I love it when a place actually takes my request for spicy seriously!! Standard strip mall pho place, but they have several Thai curries on the menu as well. I got the panang chicken curry and it was delicious (see pic). My BF got the combo pho and it was full of meat! Interior is classy and clean, open kitchen is fun to watch, tvs if you are into that sort of thing. Too bad they don't serve booze. Will definitely be back!

Waiter sneezed into his hands and then prepared drinks without washing hands. Main cook works with order printer then prepares food without washing hands or using gloves.

If it was just a review on the food I would give it a 3. If I could I would give them 0 stars. I ordered Togo. I got home and was given shrimp when I asked for chicken. I have a seafood allergy so obviously this wouldn't do. I know that mistakes happen so no big deal, I was headed back that way in an hour. I called and asked if I could stop back by in an hour to pick up chicken. They were very rude and asked me to bring the shrimp back. I did. They checked the box, gave me my chicken and were extremely rude. They have no customer service. Didn't offer to give me a coupon or apologize or anything.

Great beef broth, rice noodles are a little over cooked, peanut sauce for spring rolls isn't the best and the service is a little worse than the typical service at an asian restaurant.

  • Steven G.

As usual the Pho was good, & I would give it 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for the hair in my pho. That's just unacceptable. Won't be back here for a while if ever.

Ok here goes... I have been here to eat numerous times. The first time I came the service, food, boba was excellent. We had a girl server who was awesome. Since then every time we have been back the service has definitely been lacking. I haven't seen the woman server we had the first time there since. They don't say hi how are you... Nothing. U better order your drink and anything else you need while the server is at your table. Otherwise you may never get it. This really sucks bc I like to eat here and the food is great. But every time we go we ask is it worth going there knowing the service is terrible?!

Prefer to Yummy Pho also in Parker. Broth and noodle of standard qualit. High quality meat, tripe, and tendon. Very clean and well lit.

  • Lindsay M.

My boyfriend and I went there the other night and really loved the food! I ordered the shrimp curry which was tangy and spicy! Yum! The veggies were very fresh and the portions were good. The service was unfortunately the only thing lacking! We never were checked on and our waiter literally was leaning over the wall facing us texting on his cell phone the entire time! I needed a box and more water, and I couldn't even get his attention :( service is huge to me, so if I eat here it will probably be to go from now on.

Service was a little slow, but the food came out really quick and was tasted great. Get the pan-fried dumplings to start. They have something for everyone, so whether you like the noodles, a classic dish or just some wontons to get started, you can't go wrong. #ilovethisstate

Ordered take out...spring rolls and peanut sauce were quite good. Combination bun was pretty good as well. Not spectacular but decent.

I tried Pho Vy for the first time on Saturday and it exceeded my expectations. The combo noodle bowl surpassed many bowls I have tried throughout Denver and even on Federal. The chicken, steak and shrimp were grilled perfectly, the sauce not too salty and the egg roll light and not at all greasy. The service was also excellent- attentive and fast.

  • Ryan W.

I really like this place. I've tried a couple different Pho's and usually always order the Shrimp Summer rolls as well. I ask for peanut sauce because it's better than sauce they give you for rolls. The inside is clean and has a nice layout. Try the Avocado Smoothie!

Because it's really close, my girlfriend and I have eaten at this place a few times, and I'd really like to have better feelings about this place, as there's not much good food in Parker. The atmosphere is nice and casual. The prices and portions are good. The food is mostly very good. The one time I had pho there, it was pretty bland, but acceptable. Other items I've had on the menu are very good. The biggest downside to Pho Vy is the service -- it is really hit or miss. About half of the time it is acceptable, but the other half of the time it is completely absent or cold. Often after ordering, you have to flag someone down if you want anything additional or just a refill on water or soft drink. On the positive side, the food is always out quickly. I guess if you want decent food and don't care that much about service, it is a good option in Parker. For a tasty and fast lunch, it is a good option. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

Best pho in parker. I have been to multiple places that give less meat and charge more. This was a great experience and great food.

  • Becca C.

My boyfriend and I have been here a couple of times, and both times we have had nothing but good food and great service! The employees are attentive and the food is always great! Nothing is more satisfying that a big bowl of Pho!

  • Josh C.

This is the first time I've had Vietnamese and I was not disappointed! The pho was perfect, the crab Rangoon and egg rolls were amazing too! Do not miss!

Haven't been to many of the other Pho places in the area but I really enjoy Pho Vy. They have a great lunch special and are great for takeout. Pho is tasty and is serviced with all the fixings. I usually get the grilled pork with noodles. It is always amazing, I'm craving it as I type this. Their spring rolls are also good. Food is fresh and fast and the service is always nice and attentive. Nothing beats a fresh, fast lunch under $10

  • Tim S.

Honestly the food here probably deserves four stars. I'm giving the restaurant three stars because over all there is absolutely nothing special about this place. I want to get it and I like to go there but I truly couldn't come up with a better three-star restaurant than this one. The restaurant and location are very bland. There is nothing special about the atmosphere here. The waitstaff the management the cooks all lack any personality whatsoever. They're not rude by any means nor are they slow in fact they're really really fast. They just could do so much more.

  • Angela G.

Not horrible, but I've had way better. I've heard good things about this place and have been wanting to try it out. Very disappointed. I got the Tai Pho and a Taro smoothie for lunch. Noodles were overly soft and the broth was definitely lacking in flavor. The Taro smoothie was very disappointing...the taro flavor wasn't really present and many of the bobas were hard. The meat was tasty and a lot of it, but not good enough to make up for the rest. I may go back and try something else on the menu, but when I have a pho craving I definitely won't be coming here.

Average. Simply average. My wife and I decided to give the local Pho restaurant a try on our way back home to our hotel room in Parker. Long story short, we're glad that we can find better Pho (and service) back home. Nobody checked on us after receiving our food, and it seemed like 2 or 3 people performed 2 or 3 separate duties for our table. The entire dining experience felt awkward, unprofessional, and clumsy - and even worse, the flavors were pedestrian.

  • Samantha P.

For Parker, this is good pho. I ordered take out. Wontons and a rare steak bowl. Wontons could've been a little more crisp, but I did get takeout. The sauce they came with was like a citrus sweet and sour sauce and it was really good! The pho was good, I ordered a regular fearing there wouldn't be enough in a small but I couldn't even finish the regular. The broth was a little bland, but they remembered to add fish sauce, sriracha, jalapeños, limes, etc. in my take out order. Reasonably priced for pho and the staff is very friendly.

  • Kristen W.

Wow! That was a wonderful Pho surprise. :-) I enjoyed a delicious lunch and had to order a to-go container as it was such a generous portion! Yum...I will post pictures and that is worth a thousand words. Not to be missed if in the neighborhood!

This place is outstanding! one of the best broths I have ever had for pho. Great portions, great prices. It's not 5 star dinning but it's pho you shouldn't expect to walk in to papadouex. I have been going here since they opened and this is hands down the best pho anywhere close to parker!

Not bad at all, but head to Federal Blvd. for the real stuff! This is a really nice, new, clean place in Parker. Good to see Vietnamese in Parker in general since it can be very white bread with the crusts cut off in this town. Hot waiters, decent seating, and HUGE portions... What more could anyone want?? Oh right, the quality of the food... I had a large rare steak pho and spring rolls. The spring rolls were great. Big fat rolls and peanut sauce. Mmm! The peanut sauce was a little lacking for me but it wasn't bad just... not as peanutty as I may have liked. But those rolls were huge, tender, and stuffed to the gills. So good! The pho was a HUGE portion, but not the best I've ever had thought it wasn't bad. The broth was more peppery (like black pepper) than I've been used to. It took my taste buds a few slurpfuls to get used to it based on the taste I was expecting. I also HATE when places put the rare beef in for you and by the time it's at your table, there's not sign of anything rare involved. The beef was meh. Tasted okay but wasn't rare... Very disappointing. If I ate here again, I'd ask for the beef on the side so I could add it myself. I tasted my friend's chicken broccoli and it was good! Again, peppery though. But good overall. Tender chicken, tasty overall. Good job Parker, for welcoming Vietnamese into the neighborhood.

Grilled Chicken with White Meat is a STAPLE in every Pho Restaurant I've been to in the United States. Each place makes it the SAME way. Or course the taste is different. Even tho its right on the menu, Right there, they say if I want white meat, they have to sitr fry it..... Hum???? No, I want Grilled Lemon Grass white meat Chicken. I eat at ALOT of Pho places and order the SAME THING each time. Very disappointed the one closes just have no clue..... Pho was not the best... Pho 79 Aurora - still hands down the Best in Colorado

  • Tammy M.

Pho in Parker!! We were very impressed with the appetizers: Grilled Mussels & Egg Roles. The Bowls are huge. If you have appetizers order a small or regular bowl. We still took some home. The Meatball Bowl was yummy with all the fixings. We weren't as impressed with the Seafood Combo Bowl. Especially liked that the chopsticks & spoon comes in a separate packet with a napkin and all the fixings for the soup comes on a different plate. So you can add as needed. We were disappointed that our dinner came before the appetizers, so I recommend once the appetizers arrive order your dinner. They are so quick...ENJOY

  • Lisa W.

I never expected to have good pho in Colorado let alone Parker! I'm from Central California where pho restaurants are pretty much on every corner and the older and run down the place is, the better the food. Pho Vy is super clean (your chopsticks and spoon come in a separate little packet), tasty and I looooove that everything doesn't come with a huge helping of cilantro. Cilantro makes me cry. The spring rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee are must-try items! Trust me on this.

  • Karen M.

I love this little place and I haven't even tried their Pho! This has only been a lunch destination for me and I think it's a great deal - choose from a variety of dishes at around $8 a plate. Their pad thai comes out of the kitchen fresh and steaming hot. Sometimes the service can suffer a bit and the last time I was here two of the cooks got into a heated argument, screaming at each other behind the line! Once you got beyond the anger, it was actually a humerous lunchtime diversion. Still, probably not the best way to create a serene eating environment, so I'm hoping somebody had a talk with those two about settling their differences outside or behind closed doors. I will keep coming back to Pho Vy for lunch when I'm in the area.

  • Brian S.

Fast, hot, friendly, fresh - what more do you want for $9? I had the Special Plate: Chicken was cooked perfectly, steak a bit overdone. Spring rolls were okay, nothing crazy, shrimp was great, crab wontons were above average.. They have several TVs and an open concept dining area so you don't feel cramped. Going to actually try the Pho next time - I hear it's pretty good.

  • Thao T.

The service was norm, the Pho is well, if you love the Pho on federal this will NOT cut it for you. The pho was very bland and they don't give very much meat and it cost more then what you get on Federal of course, and not that much toppings. There wasn't even fish sauce on the table to add into make it less bland. The egg rolls rip off for the price and what you get. I'm very picky with Vietnamese food so i'm still on the hunt for good Pho in Parker, and I guess now I just have to settle tracking to Federal for Pho Duy or Pho 888 in aurora or Pho 96 on University and Arapahoe. Those are good authentic Pho, not the water down stuff that's americanized. Yes they open up a Pho Duy on Parker RD called Pho Duy vietnamese grill but definitely not even close to it's sister company.

  • Sonja A.

The best Tai Bam in all of Colorado. The broth is delicious and the meat tender, not full of gristle. Location is slightly out of my way but worth the drive. Other Pho restaurants do not compare.

    (4)
  • Dave J.

Pho Tai Nam is very good. Spring rolls where also great. Serving size was large (as expected). Wontons are good tasting - but sometimes a little greasy. Can get a little loud when the employees talk by the kitchen/register area. However, overall a solid place to visit for good pho.

Great place!!! My wife an I came on a Friday night and just loved the food. It was our first time trying pho and we are stuffed. Great service too. Food arrived in 5 minutes and our waitress was really friendly.

Yum. Total hidden gem. I live in SoCal near many authentic pho places. Here on business. This measures up. Fresh ingredients in the middle of winter. Summer rolls with grilled shrimp..yum! Went back there 2nights in a row. Nice, clean ,friendly, and comfortable. Pho nice and hot. Fresh basil, lime and veggies on a cold colorado night...totally hit the spot! Well done!! A must to visit!

  • Chuck S.

Great spring rolls and peanut sauce. I like my pho simple and hot so I order the Pho Tai and use a lot of the sauces. My friend usually orders the Grilled Shrimp noodle plate and she says it's very good. Some people have said it's a little pricey but, it's on par with the other pho places that I frequent. It's nice to have a pho place in Parker.

  • Heather F.

Best pho in the state! Seriously, I love this place and the staff couldn't be nicer. Yeah, there is an older guy that will lurk around some times - he may be the chef or the boss, not sure which... - but, other than that, this place is great. Their mango boba and Thai tea are great if you're in the mood for something sweet, as well.

    (5)
  • Lora H.

I love pho and stop at all different restaurants. I judge pho on the broth. So far this is the best broth yet. Enjoy!

    (5)
  • Annie C.

Fried chicken was good, mango green tea was good but a bit too sweet for me. Broth was good, not amazing. The only downside was the noodle. It didn't taste fresh. I like pho at pho95 way better. But pho vy is cheaper and gives you bigger portion. If I go back I will not get pho, but try the grill meat instead. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Parking was easy.

  • Thomas G.

I'm not an expert on Pho. I've been to maybe 3 different restaurants in my life and had Pho a dozen times but It's still difficult for me to compare between experiences. I do know that I like Pho Vy, my wife and kids like it too and that works for me. It's in Parker and I'm happy to get good Pho without having to drive into Denver. My son is gluten free so Pho (and spring rolls) are a great option for him. I also like the avocado boba.

    (4)
  • Audrey S.

The pho is great! They've got quick service, a friendly staff, and a awesome menu! However I don't recommend trying their boba, but that's the only no go I have found so far. I always get their "spicy" pho with the lemongrass broth, I think it's delicious! My family and I started going here when it was not yet popular, and we have loved it since the start. With the growing popularity of pho none of them quite hold up to the uniqueness of Pho Vy. I would recommend this to any pho lovers or those who have yet to try it!

  • Pixie M.

A group of 8 friends and I stopped in here last Friday and could not have been happier!! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waiter happily explained the dishes to those who were not familiar with pho and noodle bowls. And the prices were very reasonable. I also ordered a take out order for my husband and they waited to prepare it so that it was piping hot for me when I was ready to leave -- which I very much appreciated. This is definitely on my "must try again soon" list!

  • Alexandra R.

I was stoked to try this place since it has so many great reviews, however, I was not impressed. While the decor is warm and inviting, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the food was very bland. I tried the vegetable pho, and it was very flavorless. I have had some mean veggie phos in the past, so I know it is a possibility, but this was not up to par. The rest might be decent, but not sure if I will want to give them another try since there are plenty of other great pho places.

    (2)
  • Carol J.

Enjoyed this quite a bit. The service was excellent and I finally ate my first noodle Pho dish. The Ginger Chicken was absolutely yummy and the serving was huge. I would recommend Pho Vy to anyone wanting a lot of food that is warm and comforting!

  • Dale Z.

The good news: This is the best Pho in Parker. The bad news: This is the only Pho in Parker. Yes, you can get a faux Pho from Cherry Village, but it is overpriced and not that authentic (although their Chinese food is fine). Pho Vy does 2 things wrong. Firstly, their broth is just not that flavorful, and that is the foundation of good Pho. Secondly, they tend to overcook the noodles. On a final note, sometimes the veggies could be fresher. The soup is decent, if not great. The prices are acceptable. The service is good.

  • Emily J.

I come from the East Coast and know Pho (pronounced "fuh") very well. This is not it. Bland broth, I returned the iced tea for being overly sweet, and the meat was less than satisfying. Way too much gristle on the flank and brisket to be enjoyable. Took my order and no one came by again until I looked for someone to return my tea. Then check was brought out, and no thank you for coming. Professional but not hospitable enough. I lathered my broth in both Hoisin and Sriracha to bring flavors up. Nice that you're 10 minutes from home, but I don't mind a farther drive for better quality soup.

    (2)
  • Cheryl L.

It was just okay. I don't know that I can really pinpoint what is was exactly that I didn't like - perhaps it is just preference. There just wasn't anything special or any reason to say I want to come back to this place.

  • Amanda D.

As far as quality goes in the world of pho... this place is PHO-NTASTIC! Located in Parker just off Lincoln, Pho Vy is a seat-yourself restaurant with several options. I ordered the vegetarian pho and was weary because I was afraid the broth wouldn't be as tasty without meat to flavor it... I stand corrected! I don't eat pho too often but this dish was pretty much as good as it gets. Can't quite give it 5 stars though because we ordered a mango/coconut boba drink and it is much too sweet for my taste... also the boba doesn't taste all that fresh. They do have lychee flavor though which is exciting since I'm obsessed with lychee but no one on the mainland seems to know what it is/how to pronounce it. I will give their boba a second chance and go with the lychee next time around!

Pho Vy is almost as good as my favorite place, Pho Duy. I stopped by there on the way home from Colorado Springs last night when my throat started hurting. I ordered a large chicken pho with ginger with added fried tofu to go. The guy who took my order was super nice and helpful, my soup came out within five minutes, and when I got home an hour later, I opened up my food parcel and found a perfectly separated smorgasbord of yumminess, including all of the accouterments, like fish sauce, hot sauce, and hoisin sauce. The portion of basil and bean sprouts I got was a little stingy, but I can overlook that. The broth is less flavorful than my favorite broth, but all of them are. Otherwise, it was extremely good, and I feel much better this morning. So far, I've eaten two decent-sized bowls and still have enough for one more. If I'm ever in the area again and get a hankering, I'll gladly stop by.

I love this restaurant. They always have super fresh food. They ship in fresh fish almost daily and I can always count on excellent quality and service.

  • Kris K.

Love it, Love it, LOVE IT! We usually get the spring rolls and a bowl of Pho, but we have been venturing out a little more with other dishes. There is a Vietnamese pancake that you have GOT to try!!!! I've had it the last two times we've been in there....they are addictive! The combo rice noodle plate is also amazing. Nice to have such a wonderful restaurant so close to home. Thanks Pho Vy!

  • Tom M.

Great Pho & Spring Rolls! This is my first time here and they nailed it. Awesome broth flavor very beefy, how good Pho is suppose to have. The Spring Rolls were very fresh great flavorful peanut sauce. I'm here for a week if I get a chance I'll have to come back. Great Job!!!

  • Michael L.

I love pho and this is one of the few places that nailed the flavorful broth on the head, great looking place and great service.

    (5)
  • Jennifer R.

Best pho I've ever had. I always order the chin nam. If you have a big appetite, get the regular. If you have a medium to small appetite, get the small/kid's size. Especially if you're also getting appetizers. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is great. The staff is also very friendly and the service is usually awesome. Our whole family loves it!

    (4)
  • Ann M.

Their staff OBVIOUSLY doesn't know what ingredients are in their food. I called before we went and asked if they had a gluten free menu,as I have Celiac Disease and eat a gluten free diet. The woman on the phone assured me that their broth was gluten free after asking. Either they don't know how to read labels or don't care about allergies, I haven't been that sick in a long time. The food tasted pretty good, however we waited over 20 minutes to get out Pho, the broth was only warm, and the food not that exciting. I've had much better in Denver.

  • Liz A.

I wouldn't go back. Good pho has an amazing broth, tender meats and FRESH veggies and garnish. The broth and meat here were okay, but the old browning bean sprouts and jalapenos were such a turn off I didn't eat much. I was really disappointed and I definitely will not return.

  • Joe Y.

Like others have said, it's 4 stars for Parker but Pho 95 is better. The meat wasn't that fresh and the wooden benches are not comfortable.

  • Agustina M.

I love the food here, their phone bowl is giant and def try their durian and avocado juice, so thick and fresh Try their fresh lemonade too, that's the best one that I ever have. We went there only 2 times but we fell in love already. Staff are nice Interior is beautiful :-) Def recommanded

Usually, good pho place is small, not updated for a few decades, servers with surly look. But this place is wide open, clean, contemporary and servers are very friendly and pho is pretty good. Another thing, I am addicted to their chicken wings. Their chicken wings are crunchy outside, juicy inside and comes with perfect sweet chili sauce. YUMMY!!

    (5)
  • Lori P.

The atmosphere was great here and our server was friendly and helpful. I've become a Pho addict and have tried a few different places. I think this one didn't have a very good broth and the meat wasn't the best. If you live in the area and don't want to go out of your way for Pho, this will be fine but keep in mind it isn't the best in the Denver area.

Damn good Pho! Veggie pho and veggie egg rolls are incredible. Prices are good and the service was excellent. We'll be back!

  • Daniel G.

Mmmmmmm... I think we've found a new regular haunt. After moving from California to Castle Rock, we've missed good asian cuisine. We didn't get the pho, just the noodle dishes. My wife ordered the shrimp, I ordered the salmon and my son got the tofu. Each dish was excellent, the pop of coconut really helped give everything a fresh taste. The place was setup well with an open kitchen and minimalistic, clean look. The service was great and right on spot. Prices were reasonable, a family of three (two adults one kid) got out of there for just over $30 with tip. I'm still thinking of the great fresh flavors of the salmon and tofu, can't wait to go back.

Went to Pho Vy mainly because the most recent reviews had generally been good. My previous experience with Pho was in San Jose, CA during business trips, and one awful place in Cedar Rapids, IA. I got the brisket pho and my fiance got the meatball pho ... we both agreed the meatball was just good, but the brisket was excellent! The noodles tasted freshly cooked and the broth was flavorful and akin to what I'd had the many times in San Jose. The service was very good, the waitress seemed genuinely happy to help us and was pretty fast as well. The interior decor is a little strange, definitely seems like they redecorated a pre-existing place (I saw someone say it used to be an Italian restaurant), but it was clean and open and just fine. This will definately be our pho place from now on!

Headline: Even average Pho in Parker is a win. There is a set of restaurant pads near Dransfeldt along Lincoln Ave that regularly change. One year its a sandwich shop, the next it's a pasta place. The latest incarnation is a Pho place called Pho Vy, and all indications are that this one won't last long either. Which is a shame, because I like Pho. Using pretty much the same furniture as the last place (Pasta Bella), this place was quiet - dinner time on a Saturday afternoon - this doesn't bode well. Let's start with drinks. The diet pepsi was out (and not getting turned on), but they do limeade. So, we order that and also an appetizer - fried egg rolls with pork and shrimp and vermicelli noodles. I didn't see any vermicelli noodles, so the inside was very meaty, and it was a crispy - not greasy - roll. It came with a spicy fish sauce for dipping and a small salad with bean sprouts, cucumber, jicama, and carrots. Overall, highlight of the meal - very delicious. Hmmm.... Wonder what's taking my limeade so long? The waiter assures us they are making it fresh. So we go on and order the main course. I, of course, have Pho - Tai Bo Vien, or noodles with meatballs and rare steak. If you have had pho before, imagine a big (and I mean big) bowl of noodles, topped with various vegetation - normally kafir leaves, scallions, and bean sprouts, with your meat of choice, then flooded with beef broth. Unfortunately, the beef broth was instantly forgettable. The meatballs and steak needed searing to develop an appetizing color - they ended up looking very grey, and really didn't taste like anything. Overall - a disappointing bowl of Pho. My wife ordered a Com Bo Luc Lac, or diced steak with noodles. WARNING: this dish came with unadvertised peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy, make sure you tell them, or skip this restaurant altogether. The diced steak had a nice spicy sauce, and was diced with onions. The same dipping sauce in the middle, and noodles with crumbled peanuts on the top. The meat was very tasty. Now, where is my limeade? They must be growing the limes. Ah - forget it - the check is here. This place is cheap - even dinner sized portions are in the $8-$10 range. However, as a Pho place, this is second rate.

I really wanted to like this place and it just didn't work out. Bad broth, wrong kind of noodles. The chef even tried to make me another to go bowl and I still couldn't stand the taste. Not sure what they put in their broth that other pho broth doesn't have but it just didn't work for me.

The pho here is ok... It's usually super greasy =( Please make it less greasy. Otherwise, the shrimp spring rolls here are second to none and the service is excellent. They even played Batman (Dark knight) while I was eating. Great place to eat if you're in Parker!

First time here; first time for Pho! The hubs and I were in HEAVEN!!!! We both ordered the Pho Ga (chicken). It was very flavorful and the noodles perfect! The chicken was very tender and was only white meat with no funky pieces of cartilage or fat. We also ordered wantons with our lunch. Those were exceptional! The service was impeccable. We can not wait to go back!

I like this place a lot. I can't claim to be an expert on Pho but the boyfriend likes it and orders it any place that offers it and he likes this much more than most places we go. Yes the best Pho place in Denver is better but everything else that place lacks this place more than makes up for. So give it a chance. So like I said the boy gets the Pho. He usually gets the rare steak and always forgets to order it on the side so it stays rare. You can get the huge bowl for only a dollar more and it leaves you more than enough to take for lunch the next day. I usually get their version of a Vietnamese noodle bowl I think they call it the supreme or something like that. It has crispy egg rolls that are awesome and you get two of the most delicious shrimps ever made. I don't know what they do to them but it is what everyone should do with ever shrimp ever made. You will want everyone at the table to try it so they can agree with you that it is awesome but they will just have to trust you because you will not share them. They also have quite a few flavors of yummy boba. I haven't had one I don't like yet, but they do take a while for them to make so make sure you order it as soon as the waiter comes over. Don't worry they come in to go cups so you wont have to wait around after you finish to finish your drink. The inside is really nice. It looks more like a sushi place than what you would expect of a pho place. It is big, open and has a lot of nice dark wood. They also have the kitchen exposed more like a sushi place. I always like seeing who is cooking my food....well not always but I like the pressure that is added when the chef knows I can see them make my food. The waitstaff can be a little flaky but I haven't had any major issues. I got the wrong flavor boba once but it was still delicious so I didn't care.

I don't know what it is but the boba in their smoothies gets rock hard after a 10-15 minutes. Soft and chewy at the beginning of the meal and then by the end, not so pleasant. Go figure. Still decent pho for Parker.

I went here a few weeks ago and took my wife for her first Pho experience. Should have taken her to Pho 95... Let me start off by saying, if I had reviewed the first time I went, I would have given it a 4, maybe 5 stars. But the service was not so hot. We ordered the regular beef pho (Flank I think?) and they gave my wife a mixture of eye cartillage and the actual Flank was really stringy. The Ambiance was pretty cool, if you like Pho and know how to order, it'll do in one of those "I really want this but don't want to drive to federal" pinches. It probably isn't your best, first forray into Pho though.

I'm not a food snob but I know good food and have pretty high -- also forgiving -- standards. Seemingly the restaurant owners read some of the one-star reviews and turned things around. We went there last week and found the service excellent as well as humble. The noodle dishes we ordered were savory and authentic, and we noticed the soups others had ordered looked hearty and plentiful. We would've loved a good Asian beer (no liquor license), but nonetheless felt sated and vowed to go back -- soon.

Like everyone else, I was excited to see a pho restaurant open in Parker. My wife and I went twice. Both times, the pho was mediocre and the service was awful. We're both vegetarian, and my wife prefers not to eat meat-based broth. The first time we visited, we were seated and we asked if they had any pho without meat-based broth. Our waiter told us their lemongrass broth was made without animal products, and could be substituted for the standard beef broth. My wife ordered that and I ordered the regular tofu pho. Neither of us were terribly impressed by the food, and the service was awkward and unprofessional, but hey, at least we had pho in Parker. So we went back a few days later to give them a second shot. My wife ordered the same thing (pho with lemongrass broth), only to be told they don't make that. She persisted, explaining she'd gotten it a few days earlier as a substitute for their meat-based broth. The waitress then said the following (as close to a direct quote as possible): "I'm a vegetarian and my family owns this restaurant, so I know what I'm talking about. We don't put lemongrass broth in our pho, and our lemongrass broth isn't vegetarian. It has shrimp and beef in it. Whoever told you it was vegetarian must not have had their s*** together." There were several more issues with the service that I won't elaborate on, but the restaurant is effectively run by high school and college aged kids who lack professionalism or any sense of customer service. Their friends are in and out of the restaurant constantly, mingling in the dining area and having loud conversations. There was no apology for the poor service we received, nor the misrepresentation of their menu by the original server. Save your time and money and go to Pho Saigon instead.

The Pho is not faux, it's fo' real! So, an upscale Pho joint, like a fake Rolex, it's pretty and tells time just you know much cheaper. (OK fine, a Fake is a Fake) ;) Well, this place feels kind of fake because a real Pho place is busy, semi "clean" and well, has it's kitchen real well hidden. This place is different, it has a non Pho feel to the decor. The dining hall is contemporary, the kitchen is open for ones viewing so one can see the Pho goodness being created. The Pho is good. All the traditional items, were available, brisket, steak, tripe and tendon. There were other items on the menu but In a place with Pho in it's name one orders Pho. Prices are good, Pho is tasty and servers are friendly. Enjoy! So when folks ask if I know a good Pho place down south, my answer is "Pho shizzle" try Pho Vy.

No bueno. I was initially excited about having a Pho place nearby, however my first visit me and a friend decided to get the pork bowl but we were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the noodles and pork. The second time I went here I had some good 'ol faithful pho, expecting it to please my pallet. Nope. WEIRD cinnamon type smell coming off the broth along with the grotesque fatty beef (not the good fat either) and to fill the gap the noodles were clumpped together in a ball that was quite hard to untangle. I'm not a picky person and I love pho but this stuff just did NOT impress me at all! If you are craving some real pho that is less expensive and is fantastic - then go check out Pho Saigon over on Arapahoe; they will fulfill your needs!

Headed there today for lunch and it was a great experience. Reading through the other reviews, I think a lot of issues are fixed. I saw no dead animals laying around (except the cooked ones on my plate). There was no odor. The service was excellent. My server was Peter and he knew his stuff down pat. Great server and great explanations since I've never done Pho before. The decor is very modern and clean. The food was delicious. The service was fast and helpful. I'll definitely be back with family and friends.

Was my favorite Pho in Parker and so were the chicken wings until they served me old or rotten chicken wings. I know chicken and it had the funniest (not ha ha but gross) taste that made me ill. I couldn't even eat my Pho. I use to go there once a week religiously. I've never returned.

I went here with my family tonight and left feeling so good and so full! We arrived around 5:45 so the dinner crowd hadn't really hit yet. My sister and I picked a booth and were immediately served by a very pleasant woman who offered us waters right away. Once my parents arrived, she came back to the table and very patiently and descriptively explained the menu at hand since my sister and I weren't as familiar with the whole pho thing. Upon taking our orders a few minutes later, I was ecstatic to discover they served BOBA! She suggested the honeydew (which has always been a favorite of mine at other bubble tea locations). A few minutes later she returned with my drink and *WOW* I haven't had a honeydew boba tea so good since I lived in College Park (see my Ten Ren review). EXCELLENT. The portions of pho were HUGE and our sever explained the vegetables and the dipping sauce very nicely. She was so friendly and it's so great with you have a server who will take time to talk with you. We came to find out at the end of the meal that she was the niece of the owner and drives well out of her way to work there and help out the family business. Love places like that. I really enjoyed the taste of the broth, even before making any additions to my pho. It was delicious and I had enough left for an additional meal. *EXCELLENT* service. *GREAT* pho. *AWESOME* bubble tea. *GOOD* prices. I really hope this restaurant sticks around because I will definitely return!! ***ALSO IMPORTANT***: There were no weird smells as some prior reviews have mentioned. I also think the place has a great atmosphere and is very well-lit. It's easily accessible as well with ample parking space.

We were glad when this place finally opened. We would be able to get some pho take-home in Parker. Buying it from Pho 95 and driving to Parker was not really something I wanted to keep doing. The chicken pho is alight - I still think Pho 95's is better. But who can compare???? It is an OK substitute. As for the restaurant itself. We finally ate there instead of getting take-out. This spot used to be some Italian mom and pop - with no taste. The room is still cold and in my opinion uninviting. Better keep this one as a take-out option for OK pho.

one doesnt always find an authentic vietnamese restaurant that is also upscale, clean and good enough to impress your clients/friends...so Pho Vy hits all the marks and get my 5 stars. I am often put off by the smell of certain ethnic restaurants (i am ethnic myself so this is not a prejudiced comment) so it is a pleasant surprise to come to a restaurant like this where the waitstaff speak excellent english and the place is pristine. My husband - an american who had lived in vietnam, can vouch on the authenticity and excellence of their pho. go try!

I order their Bun Bo Hue a lot. At most cases, they're really good but very rarely not so good. I had read other reviews of their Pho, apparently I have to agree. Their broth is inconsistent and I always tell the owner to try their best to keep it consistent just to be helpful. Another thing, I've read someone who said that they're veggie people, apparently, if you alternate the Pho, it is no longer called "PHO" its called something like "Hippie BROTH" or something like that. Roger? I know what the traditional Bun Bo Hue looks like and what angers me is that its missing a lot of other ingredients that suppose to be in there. The hefty good stuff, but living in white people land, you can't have that otherwise they'll be grossed out. GARBAGE! I keep track of what they'll come out with next. There are a few things that they've added or discontinued from the menu. Their rice combo dish, are missing a few other good things as well but when I said "missing" they know what I'm talking about. Growing up in Little Saigon in Southern California, nothing is left out. I had suggest another dish they should add just to see if its going to help out some more. For the waitresses, you can't blame them for being inexperienced since most of them I realized is their first time jobs or what not. Their place is well kept, service is responsive, and I always try to suggest what needs to be improved to help their business. Hopefully they'll take my advice, it would really help. Delivery could be something if they haven't think about it yet.

This was the first time I had ever had pho. I got the beef brisket pho and it was fabulous! Their prices and portions were affordable and just perfect. My family loves coming here. I know my next try will be the pho ga. I cannot wait to come back here.

Wow what an improvement this place has made in their food! The broth was flavorful, nice pieces of brisket and flank, good amount of noodles. I just wish they offered tripe and tendon as well for die-hard pho fans. Other than that, great improvement in food quality and taste since the first days of their opening.

Decided to come here this evening after reading good reviews. Terribly disappointed. Problem #1- no vietnamese sandwiches. I'm from the Dallas area where there's a Vietnamese restaurant on every other corner. I know how Vietnamese food should taste. Was reallllllllllly feeling a sandwich tonight and even convinced my husband to come with me, and no sandwiches. Ok, I can get over that. Problem #2 and #3- Ordered 2 appetizers: grilled shrimp rolls and egg rolls, pho for our daughter and a "spicy" vietnamese soup for ourselves called Bun Bo Hue. The description for the grilled shrimp rolls said "Grilled sugarcane shrimp wrapped in rice paper". While eating the shrimp roll and wondering WHERE the shrimp was in this 6 inch long roll, I finally found it and spit it out. It was one piece and had the consistency of a firm, yet gummy piece of bread. I called the server over to ask what it was, and he proceeded to tell me it's shrimp that they grind up, mix with something, and something, and something then deep fry. It was this disgusting, unidentifiable blob. I told him I did not like it, to PLEASE take it back and we'd try the shrimp spring rolls instead. The egg rolls were good. He then brought the new spring rolls and I took one bite of IT and spit it out. It had shrimp and pork in it, and the pork looked like a piece of sliced turkey, NOOOO flavor to it, just nasty. Problem #4- At this point, there are 4 uneaten shrimp and spring rolls on our table. I call the server over and tell him I do not like the new ones either, they're terrible and he says, "This is how our food is" and walks away. As he's walking away, I call him back over and ask him to remove the food (that grossed me out enough to spit out in the first place!). He does, and we are now eating just our soup. I have to have my food well seasoned! Typically Pho is eaten with bean sprouts, limes, basil, fresh jalapenos, sriracha and hoisin sauce. I asked for an extra serving of the veggies to spice up my soup and make it more flavorful. It did NOT HELP. It was served with spaghetti noodles??????? while the Pho is served with rice noodles but I guess!!!! I had to take ALL the meat out of my soup because it was not flavored at all and I was getting grossed out by the taste of it. Problem #5- When the server came over to give us out bill, he did not take off the 2 shrimp appetizers we sent back. When we pointed this out to him, he told us he could not do that!!!!!!! I told him I wasn't paying for something that was disgusting that I didn't eat, so someone better figure out how to remove those two items. Then he said he didn't have the authority, and normally they don't do that (?????), he'd have to talk to his manager, and blah blah blah blah blah. I pointed out to him that I wasn't thrilled with my meal to begin with, showed him all of the meat I had to take out of my soup and that it wasn't seasoned well, the shrimp in the roll was unidentifiable, the other roll was nasty, and he had the nerve to ask me if I was familiar with Vietnamese food!!! So now we're going back and forth and it was just a mess. In one second he miraculously found the authority to remove the two items, and after we paid I immediately walked two doors down to Jersey Mike's and ordered a sub. What a whippin!!!! Can't wait until I go to Dallas in a few weeks so I can have some real Vietnamese food.

Good Pho especially for being in Parker. I did not like that they did not have any seafood Pho but the employees were friendly and helpful. Seems as though it is a family business so you can expect them talking and hanging out while you are eating, which did not bother me. Overall, good food at a good price.

Decent bowl of Pho compared to the best places in the SF bay area. I meet my brother there when he is working in the are and he turned me on to the noodle bowl with pork, one of the better Vietnamese pork recipes Ive had. Large portions and restaurant is clean. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

We went there this Saturday to try it out. With all the negative reviews I now understand why the owner came and spoke to us asking how everything was and about how there were problems initially running a new business. Looks like the problems they had are all taken care of because our food was great and we were treated excellent. They have been only open for three weeks since this review so I urge newcomers and old reviewers give them another chance. Our bill was $23 and I tipped $10 so you know I don't BS.

After making it my life's mission to find the perfect Phō, I've found peace I. Phō Vy's Phō ga. Their chicken is perfectly cooked, the broth fragrant, but most importantly, it comes with a house -made ginger sauce (which I always request more of). The service is the best always excellent. I now live in Boulder, and still go to Phō vy for my fix.

We went here a few days ago. Yes, the service was a bit 'new', but the food was excellent. This is our second time eating Pho and this was great. My husband had a huge bowl of Pho and I had the Bun Bao Hue soup. Our kids had the grilled shrimp and a bunch of spring and egg rolls. Everything was well prepared and yummy. To top off the night, we had a honeydew melon shake with boba balls(the same stuff in bubble tea), which was amazing. Definitely give this place a try! (We went back this evening and it was even better. The avocado smoothie was great and the family-type atmosphere was so welcoming!)

I normaly don't eat pho in the suburbs for a couple of reasons one being the price and 2 being that the portions are very stingy, also I believe that owners americanize their food to suite the local whiteys, but if the surrounding population wanted american style asian food they could go to cheesecake factory and probably get much better service. So I assumed this restaurant wasn't any good but I went for the 50% off, but as soon as I arrived the sign was taken down. I walked in any way since I was hungry, my appetite was immediately reduced from the odd smell. Now some of you may assume that it is just and odd asian smell that resides in any asain supermarket, but I assure you that this smell is not an exotic dish it is either rotten meat or trash. I ordered the bun bo hue and meat springroll, after about 20 min the spring roll arrived. The "meat springroll" consisted mainly of lettuce and wasn't very good. The soup came out later and was luke warm, and the broth tasted like it was watered down. To summerize if you like cold pho, very slow service and food with stingy portions this place is for you.

Very good food and a quiet, clean restaurant overall. The prices are a little steep considering what you could get in the greater Denver area, but it's pretty much one of a kind in the area.

I had never had pho. I loved it great fresh food I had the 5c on the menu. Yum! Great service, hot food all around great eating experience.

Great place for lunch. A regular bowl is $6.95 and is a healthy, inexpensive lunch. The service is quick, and you can be in and out in 20 minutes.

I ordered some phos and grilled meat last week. They improved a lot, the portion is bigger and taste good. By the way, they have 20% off coupon through their website. Definitely I will come again

    (4)

  • D E.

    (4)

    (5)

I wouldn't go back. Good pho has an amazing broth, tender meats and FRESH veggies and garnish. The broth and meat here were okay, but the old browning bean sprouts and jalapenos were such a turn off I didn't eat much. I was really disappointed and I definitely will not return.

Like others have said, it's 4 stars for Parker but Pho 95 is better. The meat wasn't that fresh and the wooden benches are not comfortable.

YUMMY!!

Not sure what they put in their broth that other pho broth doesn't have but it just didn't work for me.

one doesnt always find an authentic vietnamese restaurant that is also upscale, clean and good enough to impress your clients/friends...so Pho Vy hits all the marks and get my 5 stars. I am often put off by the smell of certain ethnic restaurants (i am ethnic myself so this is not a prejudiced comment) so it is a pleasant surprise to come to a restaurant like this where the waitstaff speak excellent english and the place is pristine. My husband - an american who had lived in vietnam, can vouch on the authenticity and excellence of their pho. go try!

These guys are always nice and friendly, and it's the best Pho I've had in the Parker/Aurora/Centennial Area so far.

Love this place. Pho is amazing and very tasty. We have had Pho in a lot of different restaurants but this new addition is great for Parker. The location has been operated by many restaurants but I think this one will stay for awhile. Great spring rolls and kids meals.

So much better! Visited for lunch last month with 4 girlfriends and we all raved. Service was good, food was good and strange smells were gone. Happy the kinks were worked out. I'll be returning soon!

The pho here is ok... It's usually super greasy =( Please make it less greasy. Otherwise, the shrimp spring rolls here are second to none and the service is excellent. They even played Batman (Dark knight) while I was eating. Great place to eat if you're in Parker!
