The Heidi's in Lone Tree is so Much better. Staff is fast and friendly. Hair is tied back. This crew in Parker was slow and there was no ice in machine. Cole slaw was not as fresh as Other locations if you are in a hurry, a challenging choice.

We just recently relocated our office to Parker and we have been venturing out to various places for lunch. My office manager literally came back from lunch three days in a row with these tasty looking sandwhiches and sides of soup. So on friday when she offered to buy me lunch and mention Heidi's deli I was like oh yummy. I ordered the corned beef with mustard. Plain and simple. I got a corned beef on tasty bread with lots of mustard, however the corned beef was truly lacking. They could put more meat on the bread and I would have probably given it a higher rating.

This Heidi's Brooklyn Deli has relocated farther north in Parker than a Google search illustrates, and is now located on the west side of Parker Road at: 10233 S Parker Rd, #101 (720) 851-9986 The great news is they've recently opened under new ownership & better management. Now their bread is freshly baked each morning; all meats are organic; the potato salad is consistently delicious; and their cookies are heavenly delicious. In addition, they're serving breakfast now! SO. MUCH. BETTER.

Have been going to Heidi's in Denver since 2003 and always loved it. Moved to Parker a few years ago and was pleased to find one here as well. It (was) a great, healthy and relatively cheap dinner option for my family of four. Haven't been in a while and went a few days ago. Apparently, the place has new ownership. I believe the new owner was there, and she was very nice. Menu has changed some, but not drastically. Prices have increased. The one free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal is gone. Free cookie Wednesday is gone. Ate with my wife and two (both under 5) and the total was over 45 dollars. Disappointed, but there are better options in Parker for that price.

Bread is delicious but the rest is ok. On the verge of getting 4 stars but at the end of the day if you're just a sandwich place then you need to do it well...they did it ok.

Family and I have eaten here many many times. I love the Hell' kitchen sandwich. Is this a true New York deli? No of course not but the food is good and better than most sandwich places I have been too. The prices are little high, but I find that it's about average for Parker Colorado.

We love this location. The bread is amazing to start with. The Cajun turkey sandwich is incredible. The owner is always friendly and talkative. We recommend it to our friends and family.

I work in the building and a few of the employed teenage lovers often loiter in a heap of youthful defiance on the garage floor or in their cars toking away. Not really into trusting that with giving a rip about safe food handling or customer service. Regardless, in a blind state of hunger I braved the deli in search of a reasonably priced lunch and my 'at a glance' perception of the menu was that it was over priced. Had they had a friendly, clean, and benefiting members of society behind the counter I may have been won over to spend a little more but instead I opted to allow my body to wither and waste until a more reasonably priced meal was purchased elsewhere.

Deli mavens giggling-ly oblivious to waiting customers. "HOT" sandwiches served on the cusp of lukewarm. Kiln-dried hardened bread. Ownership that ignores constructive comments on the above and instead adds me to their email list. Yes, oh HBD, It's a true marvel places like you are able to keep the neon going.

If you can handle spiciness, get the "Transplanted New Yorker" that has mortadella, cappacola, ham, salami, avocado, and a cayenne-based special sauce. I got mine on ciabatta bread and it was huge! The sandwiches come with an ice cold pickle and will be wrapped in foil if you take the food to go. I also tried their crunchy chocolate chip cookies which were really sweet but delicious.

Being an old resident of Highlands Ranch, I've been to this particular Heidi's Brooklyn Deli a few of times. Every visit, I always enjoy the variety of iced tea they have but particularly like their peach tea. Today I ordered the chx salad sandwich on wheat with Swiss and my bro had the roast beast. We split our 50/50 and have nothing but good things to say about each sandwich. As always, it was a great experience and I'll surely be back again.

Brooklyn Deli? If you've been Brooklyn you will know better. Name one deli east of the Mississippi that uses soft wonder bread like slices for sandwhiches. When I think of "deli" I think of firm thinly sliced flavorful bread with the distinct taste of the type of bread it is. This place is a decent sandwhich shop but not a deli. I have ordered liverwurst eveytime and its never in stock. What genuine NY Deli is ever out of liverwurst? Do they really sell out or do they just not order it? As for sandwhiches... if you buy I will eat there.. I just won't spend my own money there. Probably great if you have the middle-American pablum taste.

It had been a couple years since I went to a Heidi's. But, I wanted a quick bite, and I was right next door. Service was friendly. However, it was slow and errors were made on a very simple order. The food was just okay. It was too expensive for the quality. I am not expecting much from food from Heidi's, but continue to be disappointed.

Went to Heidi's in Parker, Co yesterday.. it was 405pm and i was the only in the place... one girl behind the counter and there was one kitchen manager walking around.. absolutely no one else there.. i ordered two smoothies and one breakfast burrito.. on their pricing board, they have the smoothies for 5.49cts, on their paper menu, its 4.99. first sign that they arent doing thing correctly. the girl made my burrito and then proceeded to try to make my smoothie. wow.. couldnt have done a worse job if she tried.. she filled up the blender with the fruit and didnt place enough liquid in the blender. i got a frozie.. terrible. i asked her to place more juice in the blender so that it would smooth out. she did and then started to place it in the styrofoam cup.. spilling out the sides. with those cups, you cant really wipe them, you need to transport it to another cup.. it was a comedy of errors. sooo, i get my smoothie.. not really good tasting. thats okay i guess. the breakfast burrito with the green chili in it tasted so bland.. how could you call that chili? also, no salt on the eggs. it wasnt that good at all. i emailed their office this morning and let them know of my experience, nothing in return. speaking of returning, i prob wont. it shouldnt take 15 minutes for three simple items.. and they werent that flavorful..

I love Heidi's food.....and I love that they give you a pickle with your sandwiches :-) It's over-priced, but the I feel they are worth it because I love the Turkey/Avocado one and it's so big that I have half of it leftover for my lunch the next day. It's like a two-fer! I have tried tons of their sandwiches and my favs are the Hell's Kitchen (which is also one of my fav shows), the turkey/avocado and the French dip. My kids love going there and beg for me to take them. It used to be a great value to take the kids because they had this Kids Eat Free after 3pm thing, but then did away with it. So I hadn't taken them in quite a while since it costs so much for all of us to eat there. However, they brought that back, so we will be going for dinner again. I love to go and treat myself during the day for lunch when I am out and about. I love Heidi's, I only wish they would lower their prices a little and stop ripping people off on the chips/drink combo. It's supposed to be $1.99 to add drink and chips, but when ringing it up (every time) I get charged for each separate item, which costs more. That makes me angry, but not enough yet to stop eating there. :-)

The food is absolutely delicious. The bread is super soft and the fillings - yum. My only gripes are the unenthusiastic staff and big prices for a small sandwich. Since it's walk-up and order, I can get over it. Too bad for me - I'm addicted to delicious!

It's not a bad place to go for lunch. This one sure beats the one on broadway where I thought a lip ring was going to land in my sandwich :) They've got a decent concept and I stop here on occasion for lunch.
