This place has gone way down hill. There was a girl who was treating the other employees terrible right in front of all the customers. I am assuming she was some type of manager. When a customer Made a comment about how hard they were all working she replied about how little they got paid. She was litterly yelling at customers. With places like orange leaf I can'tIimagine why people even come here!

Hello.. it's ice cream.. it's yummy... it's in a great spot across from O'Brien Park. We like to go to one of the other Mainstreet restaurants... walk to Baskin Robbins, get a cone and stroll through the park. The service here is always very good.

Chocolate Truffle Explosion. Drool. This place on the corner of Parker and Main draws in a steady crowd during the warm months. The teens behind the counter are always friendly and attentive. The ice cream is more simplistic than what you'd find at a Cold Stone or Marble Slab. don't get me wrong, the flavor are great and inventive, but you don't have to do the brain work and create it yourself.

During summer there is always a line, but I love Baskin Robbins, so it's worth it. The kids and I love to go and sit on the grass outside with our cones. I hit it up in winter too.....:-)

Love this place. They are always so nice. And today because of National Ice Cream day, we got a Free Sundae with the purchase of another. BONUS! :D

The girls were wonderful! I ordered four hand packed quarts and they were SO GRACIOUS! It was hard work but they made identical twin grandmothers very happy on their birthday. Thank you ladies!

I love baskin Robbins ice cream but the "customer service" here is AWFUL. I stopped by to grab two quarts of my dad's favorite flavors for father's day, but one of the flavors was not pre-packed in the fridge. I then waited at the counter (while the cashier completely ignored me) until finally she gave me some acknowledgement...I asked if I could get a flavor that was not in the fridge packed in a quart to take home. She straight up lied to my face and told me no, what they have in the fridge is all that is available. I know for a fact from previous experience that they CAN hand pack quarts, I'm just guessing that was too much trouble for her.....I only gave this place one star because I had to. If I could give them less I would. This location has definitely lost my business. It is worth it to drive farther to go to a different location where the employees actually have customer service skills...and better yet, don't LIE to their customers!

I love Baskin Robbins. I'm made I paid over $12 for four ice cream cake bites but...I love Baskin Robbins. :D The cake bites (praline) were delicious, by the way.

Their ice cream is always a hit with my family of 5 but the customer service can use some improvement. Sometimes gossiping it up with each other is more important than helping a mom with her 3 rambunctious boys get their ice cream.

Baskin Robbins is CLASSIC! Done with fancy schmancy places like fro yo or cold stone- this place has the best ice cream. (Cookie dough) and its been around forever. My general treat is a scoop of cookies and cream and cookie dough in a waffle cone. Simple, not a fad and will never go out of style.

Ice Cream and tons of choices. My eight year old and I. How could I go wrong. We always have a blast and love the ice cream. Beware though; they do get a few weird new ice cream flavors that you should sample before ordering a whole scoop.
