This is your basic Panera, I think the food is decent for a chain restaurant. The steak sandwich is good, but served cold unless you ask for it to be warmed up before they give it to you, once you have it you just get to eat it cold. My kids enjoy the kids' meal foods, and we always find something we like. The cookies are delicious too.

The food was good, as it always is at a Panera Bread, but the service was SO slow. We waited 10 minutes for two smoothies, which is kinda crazy since there was no one before us when we ordered and no one was in the drive thru when we pulled in.

I come to this Panera a lot because they have a drive through which is super convenient. The parking lot here is terrible! Good luck ever finding a parking spot. They have always gotten my order right and I spend no time at all in the drive through. I always get the bread bowl with different soup depending on what they have for the day. They also have a pick two menu so you can get soup and a sandwich. It's not super expensive either which is nice. Overall I would recommend it but don't try to park here.

Really gorgeous, brand-new Panera that just just opened up in Thornton. The front staff were very welcoming, though they kind of gave me side-eye when I wanted to customize my order a bit. Still, all of the employees working in the back to prepare the food were happy and chatty with each other, which was good to hear. Still, the food was fresh, delicious, and worth every penny (as is the norm with Panera). The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and beautiful inside. This new location will definitely be a regular spot for me when I'm on this side of town. (Though really, is me wanting to swap mayo for bacon worth a side-eye? Really?)

A very standard Panera. Friendly staff and fast service. They keep the place in great condition and prepare the food properly.

Ordered a Chicken Tortellini Alfredo to-go and the portion was very little. There was barely any food in the container. It was not worth the $8 at all.

Not the best Panera's I have been to. The store was clean and the staff was mostly helpful. The food was just did not seem to taste as good as it has in the past.

Panera Bread opened this wonderful new location in Northglenn at the newest shopping center in Northglenn at 120th and Grant. It is just great! They had a wonderful Grand Opening, and the soup was so good. I love Panera, and I am glad to have one so nearby. It has a nice little outside patio too. They had a nice Grand Opening giving the first 1000 folks a free travel mug with free refills for like three weeks! Can't beat that! We have already been back to fill the mugs and get some great soup and sandwiches!

Normal Panera experience. I eat at Panera because the quality and experience is consistent throughout the chain. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of seating, even during the lunch rush. Food was fresh, as always.

Terrible. They totally butchered my online order. My sandwich came with nothing but onions on soggy bread, and I paid extra for the fresh mozzarella. They also forgot the pastry I paid for. Wish I would've checked the order before I drove all the way home. Won't be coming back here.

We stopped to get some cookies for desert. Holy crap! We got 7 cookies and it was almost $16. Are you serious. I think that's a little excessive for 7 cookies. And they were about decent. Not made there and not anywhere near as good as homemade. The people were freindly but won't return with prices like that.

Sandwich ingredients just in a pile rather that spread out across the whole piece of bread. Good taste but sloppy presentation

Drive through line took forever I had to go in it was insane. When I went inside they were quick and friendly and since I waited for so long thay offered me free pastries. Which was nice since I was sick and tired and hungry and just wanted to go home. But it is new and the interior is very nice

The food is is typical food from Panera bread. However the customer service here is atrocious.

A very "usual" Panera. I liked their Chicken Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Very tasty and light. Great summer lunch.

Have to say we were excited to come here fir lunch with our kids today and we were all disappointed with our experience. The menu doesn't lust ingredients of the salads so I asked what was included in the Asian chick salad. All sounded good so I ordered it only to have two of the main ingredients missing from it because they ran out. THAT would have been good to know before ordering it! I would have hot something else!!!! My daughter ordered tomato soup which is usually a favorite if hers but this soup was not even a little bit good. They would serve a better soup using Campbell's soup! My other daughter got buttered noodles which came out dry do we asked for some more butter and were given packets of cold butter and noodles were not at a temp to melt it so those didn't get eaten either. My hubby got a salad/sandwich combo and it was average. There are other sandwich shops in the area with a much better product.

I've always been a big fan of Panera Bread. This location is great and I'm super happy that they opened shop near my house. I think restaurant is fairly new, so I don't want to give them too much criticism...I first visited the shop on 5/28 and the shop was very clean (which I love). The staff was friendly except for the girl who took my order. She was very impatient and rude. She kept interrupting me while I was giving her my order, she definitely made it seem like I was incompetent of ordering. I'm pretty sure she is a high school student...Other than that, the cooks in the back had a little drama which was very awkward being the customer and witnessing that sort of behavior while waiting for my food. One cook mispronounced another cook's names wrong and as she was being corrected, the cook who mispronounced the name responded sarcastically with, "Sor-ry, won't get your name wrong again." To me, this is very unprofessional. Second, I had ordered "chicken noodle soup" and when I had received it, I was disappointing to see that my soup was mostly broth with literally bits and pieces of chicken and broken noodles. Very very sad, especially because it cost me money. I certainly hope the some of the staff here can get it together.

The service here is pretty crappy. When I walked in I had to wait on the cashier to finish ordering for her friends. The woman who ended up taking my order was quite bothered about having to do it. My sandwich wound up being way over peppered. Will not bother coming back.

I used to eat at Panera all the time at my old job, but that was a decade ago. Having this one open up close by, made me NEED to go and check it out. When I walked in, I was a bit taken aback by the complete overhaul. This was no longer the old Panera I used to know. It turned into this hoity toity, upscale, complex flavor, gourmet-style restaurant rather than the deli it used to be. So I tried something new. I got back to the office and realized that I paid $13 for a couple paninis that really weren't that good. The salad was... a salad. Nothing was bad, but it wasn't good either. I just had much higher expectations. Couple that with the ridiculously long wait time, and the architect who should be shunned for making a concave shaped ordering counter, causing people to have to squeeze in to make their order, and I'm left with $13 fewer dollars and a desire to not go back. This place is definitely meh, but I'll give it another chance one day.
