When going to a big chain restaurant. You have to be prepared to know what to expect and what not to expect. I know that places like this are mainly staffed by teenagers and old disgruntled women who have been working in the restaurant industry their whole life so I keep my expectations to a minimum. But this place was pretty good. Even though it was pretty busy the service was fast and the food was good. The part I really don't like is when you go to pay. The cashier loudly asks you how much tip you want to give. I always considered this to be based on the performance of the server and private and not to be spoken loudly among the crowd that was gathered around waiting to pay. I felt awkward and as if I was being judged.

Horrible service the waiter we had was dead set to argue from the gate. The diner was nasty and looks as if the owners don't care for hazardous conditions for customers or staff. No one apologized for the rude behavior, nor the lack of customer service. Sadly I give up on places like this, honestly chains need to close, I'm going back to mom and pop business.

Good food, very clean, service was fast and efficient. The basic food and drinks expected for Denny's

I just got charged $17 for a side salad (Caesar), veggie burger pattie with cheese, no fries, no bun, JUST CHEESE. A side of garlic bread and a strawberry lemonade. I could have and will go next time to old Chicago for cheaper! UFB!

First of all, it was FREEZING in here. I know it's summer, but holy cow was I happy to get out to my car after we finished eating! Just because it's 90 degrees outside doesn't mean it needs to be 60 degrees inside. A happy medium can go a long way! The booths are super-duper roomy, which is always nice. I'm relatively thin, but sometimes even I feel squished into booths at some restaurants. The woman working the front (who also rang up our check) wasn't very friendly, but our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Our menus were slightly dirty, but since this is a diner I wasn't entirely surprised nor turned off by it. My boyfriend (whom I was dining with) mentioned that the coffee cups at this location were bigger than most other Denny's locations he'd been to. Yay for getting more bang for your buck! Also, the portions were HUGE! It's a shame that breakfast food doesn't warm up as well for leftovers, otherwise I would've had two more meals to take home. Our food arrived fresh, warm, and tasted great! Our waitress returned several times to ask if we needed anything and to deliver more maple syrup. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

Food is not too great. Waitresses are rude every time I've been there. One time we waited 30 minutes just for our drinks! Horrible. I like Dennys but this Dennys is not where you would want to go.

OK, let's start with this - it's a Denny's ok so expectations shouldn't EVER be high. But the girl who waited on us was really great. I ordered just French Toast even though it's not actually on the menu and she made sure that I got it as a "side" so that was nice and then 3 times they had to cook it because it was mush in the back (the cook was obviously in a hurry) the manager appologized and didn't charge me for any of my food or my drink. It's that little extra they did to make sure I had decent food that makes sure that we'll go back

Had a late dinner here last night during a snowstorm. The place was comfortable enough we could sit in a booth and take off our coats. There is nothing nicer than sitting in a cozy restaurant with a view of falling snow and cars sliding on icy roads!!!! The food was satisfying and tasty(no complaints) The best part was our waitress who was very attentive and courteous. She kept checking on us and spoke to my grandson like an adult-which he was trying to behave as-in fact, when she walked off he said, "best waitress in the world". I hate to mention servers name in a review-they deserve privacy on a public site, especially if they have a very unusual name. But at the risk of embarrassing her, and hoping she will forgive me, here is a big compliment for Israel and the good job she did. I told my husband to leave her a nice tip..... we never feel we over spend here and get what we pay for. .The booths, unlike some places I have eaten at are wide enough to fit "fluffy folk" comfortably. It's a good place to stop for a bite to eat. They make a really good cookies and cream milk shake(with candy canes)

Very dirty. Blinds covered in dust. Menu sticky. Just look around. We went for breakfast, ordered coffee before seeing all the filth and while we waited we watched our waitress serve three tables and refill all their drinks. Then she came back to ask what we ordered to drink again. We just left.

Had breakfast with my husband. Our waitress was ok. Food not so much been sick since.. Of course I was shocked to see one of the hosts scratching is butt as we were leaving. Ugh!!

Had lunch with my daughter there today. First we stood in the doorway for about 10 minutes while a line behind us was forming waiting to be seated. This was a Friday morning at 11:45. I would not even have minded waiting but it was the fact that the woman behind the counter (who I believe was a manager) did not even acknowledge us. I have been in the business for over twenty years and know to always acknowledge someone by at least letting them know you will be with then as soon as possible. Not only did she not acknowledge us, after cashing a guest out she turned around and disappeared into the kitchen. By the time she returned there were two more guests waiting to pay. She proceeded to cash them out as the line was starting to go out the door. By the way I was standing there on crutches. I finally asked her if I could seat myself. She was rude and very unfriendly. The experience did not get any better. I ordered a veggie burger that was the worse piece of mush I've ever tasted. I am a vegetarian and have been enjoying veggie burgers for years. It was so bad that when I got home I had to get online to see what brand they used. It is Amy's organics and I will never buy this brand after tasting it. I was only able to choke down half of the burger even though I was starving. The only good thing I have to say is that our server was pleasant and attentive. Do yourself a favor and go to Gunther Toody's a couple blocks away. Bonnie Northglenn

I have come to this Denny's a couple of times late at night. I crave their Moons Over My Hammy sandwich. Overall, the cooking is pretty decent. You go in expecting a quick meal and that is what you get. I only gave it two stars because of the service. Every- and I mean every- time I have been in after 11:00pm, there are two servers that should not be on duty. They do not get along with one another and literally shout at each other and have an ongoing verbal fight. It gives me anxiety because I imagine while I am stuffing my face, one or the other is going to get stabbed and then hold the restaurant hostage. I joke, but only to a certain extent. Service is truly terrible. If I could get that sandwich anywhere else at that hour, I would.
