Terrible experience, why exactly did you have to bring my wife's unexpired driver's license to your manager and then tell me you do that for all the licenses with DOB in the 80's or 90's? Is he like a driver's license expert? Why are the wings "never-frozen" but taste like they might actually still be frozen? Also, being stupid doesn't make up for you not being hot! My wings were supposed to be BONELESS. Finally, one Blue Moon cost 6.80 without tax. Never been to Hooter's anywhere in the U.S., but based on my experience at this one, I won't be returning

I had never been to Hooters before went for the first time this evening and wow it was horrible. The food was either over cooked or undercooked and stale. The girls were ugly and the service sucked. The beer was good though!

While their food is just as good as any Hooters you'll find, they really need to improve their service. Two out of the four times we've been here this year, they served hot wings with no hot sauce. Tonight we decided to go for Happy Hour. Normally we get the Happy Hour price of 10 wings for $6 but we get all drumsticks which they used to charge a dollar extra for. When we got our bill, the wings we were charged for were regular price and we were told they changed their policy for the New Year. All drumsticks are now regular price. Had our waitress bothered to tell us this, we wouldn't have ordered all drumsticks. We spoke to the evening manager who basically said they've changed things and that's that. There were seven people in our party and none of us are ever going back.

It's no twin peaks... The food is so so, but come on we really go here to look at the pretty scenery, and watch sports while enjoying the flirtatious staff.

Absolutely the worst service anywhere I've ever been. Our server would rather talk then do her job. She made it seem like we were interrupting her lil talk time with other servers. Didn't leave her a tip but will leave a tip for whoever reads this. "Don't go here"

Well, thanks to a sick cat I have the joy of going to Ft. Collins once a month or so, and this Hooters has become my go to pitstop on the journey. The good: The coconut shrimp is delicious and the hot wings are so much better than they used to be in the 1990s. The bad: The service was not too terribly good, but then again, who comes to Hooters for the service. The ugly: They played the theme song from "2 Broke Girls" as an actual song. It was creepy, never heard it anywhere ever except this Hooters.

When you enter the restaurant and you've been there before. You remind yourself that you can sit anywhere and there is a awkward pause by realizing you don't like to have so many choices. Just like when you have almost every waitress visit with your table and then write their name on a napkin. Random right? Nope apparently that's a planned part of hooters marketing. My roommate got the crab which was just ok, I got the steamed shrimp that was very good with out the seasoning (it has MSG in it) and my boyfriend had the BBQ burger that was "horrible" later to find out he didn't feel very good. We shared fried pickles that are pretty dang good but instantly made my stomach hurt. Our lady was sweet, she got our order right but misunderstood us a couple times, we got our food quickly, we finished eating and our plates where somewhat cleaned up; it took a good 30 min for her to ask us if we wanted out check. If coming for the food, your body is used to fried food and expect good, crappy American food you'll be satisfied(let's admit we all need crappy food sometimes). Oh. Ps. I've been here multiple times with my guy and have never felt like they were hitting on him(referring to another review).

Great view of mountains. Very friendly staff. Beer specials. Lots of Tv's for football. Life is good. Oh yeah, Wings are great too. Hopefully I don't have one too many and walk across the parking lot and buy a Harley.

It's Hooters. Nice staff, friendly and cute. Consistent food, but not really any different than any other Hooters.

So I was at hooters in Loveland Co, last Saturday the 21st of September. The last time I ate there it was two years ago. We/went to watch the fights (September 21st, 2013) something different other then Buffalo Wild Wings (my mistake). My boyfriend and his two friends arrived before my two friends and I did so leaving us with six people total. When my friends and I got there my bf was getting his drinks my friends and I put in our order and it took awhile to get our drinks to the table. After that we put in our order for food, I ordered mild wings it took about 30 - 45 minutes for our food to come to our table by then we all had finished our drinks. While the server filled ONE of the six peoples drinks mine and everyone else was drinking watered down soda. My friend took a drink of his soda and it was carbonated water so HE had to wave down a waitress to get a refill it took about five minutes for them to bring his sprite (I know this because it took one round of a UFC fight). When our food got there my wings were hot not mild not ONCE did we get a server OR a manager to our table to check on us to see how our food was or if we needed refills, after the UFC fights we finally got our ticket before leaving I went to the bathroom really upset with our service I understand that if it were busy why our service SUCKED but there was THREE GIRLS AND THE MANAGER standing by the kitchen TALKING and TWIRLING their hair! Exiting the bathroom I told the store manager STEPHANIE how horrible our service was and she said "You should've found me earlier I can't do anything about it now" I said "Well it is your staff" and she rolled her eyes at me. Very upset I called the next day asking for the regional managers number I called him after that leaving him a voicemail asking him to call me back. Two days go by I am still waiting on a phone call so I call him again and tell him my dissatisfaction with my service and he told me it was very unlikely he never gets complaints from that store so he was going to look at his surveillance cams. He called me back about 3 and told me the store manager was AROUND my table four or five times and that my drinks were brought to my table within 2 minutes of me being there then he told me I was the loud table and they had to tell me to be quiet several times... Again NO ONE EVER CAME TO OUR TABLE TO CHECK ON US OR TELL US TO BE QUIET. I had told him that no one came to our table and he told me "Stephanie has not had a complaint on her in over 6 yrs of being manager so you are probably lying about this but I will check once more and call you back" Two days later I am still waiting on a phone call. It is nice to know you do NOT care about your customers and that when one has a horrible experience we can't go to anyone to complain about it I offered to give everyone's number at that table so he could hear what everyone else had to say about our BEYOND SHITTY customer service but he said he didn't need it he was checking again. I was not going to go on YELP or complain on your facebook page but I want people to know how shitty it was. So thank you for everything Erick and Stephanie we will NOT be back and believe we know a lot of people that wont go there either. BDUBS will be our forever home have a good night. Sincerely, A really dissatisfied customer!

Went to this Hooters twice. The first time I got lost going from Fort Collins to the Denver Airport (I was new here, don't judge me). Stopped in the ask for directions. That may seem strange but I didn't want to veer off too far from the highway and it was the only place open late. The girls gave me the wrong directions......I actually ended up going to exact opposite way I was trying to go, and an extra hour of driving before I questioned their directions, but oh well lol. Second time I actually went here to eat! They were the only place I could find find to watch regular UFC fights. (Not the event ones like may weather one, I went to Mulligans for that). Anyhow, I ordered ribs with a side of crab legs and boyfriend got wings. Ribs weren't very good, I think my bf's wings were OK, but oddly enough the crab legs were fantastic! Who knew? Also, the drinks were AWESOME.!!! The seater was super nice and waitress was fast and checked up on us, not like the other one next to us who sat for 15mins at each table talking to only guys, and who also dropped stuff. I love that they are always showing UFC fights here and that they put it on every tv!!! I will definitely be coming back for drinks and crab legs! Definitely recommend. Only down side was I felt a little pressured to donate and also I brought a size small shirt because that's all they had left, and I usually fit in smalls anyhow, but your boobs will not fit in it unless you are an A cup. Or an infant. (wish they had more) hopefully I can exchange for a medium next time I go haha because I will be back.

First sit in the frigid cold, then wait an hour for the wings (isn't that their specialty?) food delivered not hot, and the restaurant was less than half full. My recommendation? Don't bother. I hear the BBQ place across the street is good...next time.

Bad service, okay food. It was dead and I saw my waitress twice, once to take my order and again to bring my check. It seemed like she was too focused flirting with some seniors to get a good tip to be bothered with her other tables. Could have been a bad day for them but I won't go back.
