The food is good. But the last few times we have called for pick up or delivery we either couldn't get thru or were put on hold forever. We waited on hold the other night for 11 min. After hanging up and calling back the girl answered like no big deal. She took my order (had to repeat it 3 times) and then proceeded to tell me they had NO IDEA how long until the pizza was delivered. I said "so it could be 30 minutes or two hours?" She said yup. It was about 70 minutes... Driver was great, but I wouldn't call there again on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday...

Terrible news. No more hot dogs. What the heck. They moved into new space and it is not as nice. This is not good.

We tried it again after a couple bad experiences. Tonight did it. We aren't going back. We were having a salad bar each and we were splitting the crab stuffed mushrooms. We got our salad and after 20 minutes asked about our mushrooms, the waitress said "oh I forgot to put the order in. They really have terrible service. The burgers are great but there are great burgers other places in town with good service. Too bad we really wanted to like this place but 3 crappy visits are enough. Slow service and waitresses that don't care.

Beware! They have a new location that is just across the parking lot from the old. I use to love the place, they had great food, good beer and reasonable prices... However the new location sucks, the appetizer was undercooked 2 times, food was mediocre at best and service was very poor despite the 8+ employees I could see just wondering around. Every employee in the kitchen had a beard or what you could call a beard for some, but none had a hair net.

Let me just start with this. If you can't deliver people their food in an hour or less don't advertise that you DELIVER. Hire more drivers Georges! Your food is awesome but its definitely better when it's fresh and hot and people don't have to wait over an hour for it. The gyros are awesome! The pizza is awesome! The people not so much. Sometimes they are very friendly, then they sit two tables away and eat their own dinner while they are still serving you.

Absolutely disgraceful to see what this company has become.... i Used to love coming into this establishment. Now... well lets say ill never be going back. The service is some of the worst i have ever seen. None of the servers have any idea whats going on or what they are doing.... but thats not their fault... its management. The manager, Kayla, is a right bitch. I have had multiple encounters with her when i had a problem with food.... Both times she was very rude and slammed glasses down to the table spilling beer everywhere. Second off the prices have skyrocketed. i used to get the gyro... It cost $10 now for a sub par gyro... JUST THE GYRO COST $10. If you want a real gyro go to Cafe Athens. best gyro in Colorado and hey you get a Meal for $7.

I had the Italian combo sandwich that, in my opinion, is a solid representation of what the sandwich should be. The sausage isn't really a classic Italian spicy or sweet sausage but somewhere in between the two. The beef is good and the au jus was nice. I accidentally ordered it juicy (habit from my misspent youth in Chicago) and it came out soggy. Despite my error the sandwich hit the spot and I only had to compensate by using a ton of napkins. Looking for a side? The fries are great. Service was polite and friendly and my wife and had a quick and pleasant diner for a touch over $20.

The classic gyro and fried pickles are awesome! Also, don't leave without getting a cannoli for later, they are great!

This is a local restaurant I wholeheartedly support. The food is great. I love the salad bar. Table service or take out. They hosted our group of 40 kids and parents with great, great pizza, pitchers of soda, and salad bars at a reasonable price. George is fantastic. Jordan was great to work with. Fabulous lunch specials. The gyros are the bomb. Try this place over your other pizza and sandwich shops in Loveland and you are truly supporting a great local business.

First off I will admit I miss Teraza's Not Just Gyros Downtown Loveland. I loved her Gyros, all the fixings, sauce, feta, hummus, grilled pita- it was all that and literally a bag of chips! She would also make my Gyro into a salad with extra olives for the same price as a gyro which was great! I miss it. So, I took my Gyro craving here for dinner two nights ago. It was fine, had to pay extra for feta which was like...."Wha..?!" but I can deal with it. First time for fried pickles for me & they were DELICIOUS. I think learning the menu & tweaking the order to my tastes as far as my gyro goes will be in order. I like a pickle wedge wrapped in the paper with the gyro, I like kalamata olives , and a bit of hummus in my gyro too. Get that in there and I'm SOLD!

Love the salad bar. Often do salad with a slice of pizza. Even have some good beer on tap. Cheap prices and friendly service.
(5)Jason L.
Very delicious Gyros. Monday features $5 gyro sandwiches that are tough to beat.
(4)Jeffrey C.
From Chicago... The italian beef is like going to Portillios. Chicago style dogs are amazng.
(5)Jtru ..
I had the classic gyro and fries. They were both delicious. Great portions and the pizza looked and smelled amazing. A little on the pricey end but not outrageous. I will come back again to try more on the menu. Plus that have fried pickles. Yummy

This is our go-to place for getting something we know we will like and at a good price. The gyros are big with hot fresh bread and plenty of sauce and onions. The meatball sandwich is the best that I have had. The meatballs are big and the texture is very consistent. We have only tried the Mediterranean pizza and like it so much we don't get anything else here pizza-wise. I have never dined in here and my orders are accurate when I get home. Very friendly service and atmosphere here. I highly recommend eating here if you get the chance.

Love George's. Never had a bad meal. Great customer service too.

Just passin by this place and I was drawn in off Hiway 287 as if by magic. Me and a friend were headed back to Denver and I saw this place out of the corner of my eye. I think I crossed 3 lanes and made a fast right into the parking lot. I LOVE to support small, local business, especially when it's a foodservice place. By far, the best gyros and pizza I have had in a long time. I just loved it. The menu has pizza, gyros, Italian beef, wings, nice crispy, hot fries, and the owner wanders around and is nice to the patrons. That's all I ask for. It was such a nice experience. The wait staff was courteous and quick. Great all the way around. Go if you are around the area.

Gyros are tuff to find in general. This place actually has them cooked on a gyro spit. Cut off the stick per order! And the flavor demonstrates it. WOW! Nice job guys. Will be back again. Mouth watering just writing this review. Service was fantastic as well. Cheers to George. Don't change a thing!
(5)Mad R.
I've never been so over charged for a pizza! $24 for a 10 inch pizza with gluten free crust... Food was reasonable but not that good!
(3)Anne O.
The gyros are HUGE, and taste pretty good....I used to go there more often, but, everytime I go SOMETHING gets wrong with my order.....No extra sauce on my to go order, chicken instead of...lamb???.....no sauce at all on a gyro.....Anyway, I would be back to eat in, but not to get a to go....Or, check your bag, and sandwich before you leave.
(3)Jason K.
Awesome Gyros and Pizza!!!! For all you meat eaters get the Yorgo's - its loaded with extra meat and extremely filling. They also have a huge 8ft TV screen that typically shows sports.....I like that! I have also had their pizza's - topings piled high, fresh and delicious. Be sure to check in on Foursquare they have have specials off an on! Solid 2-thumbs up here!
(5)Jason V.
I've been coming here since week one, when George use to make the gyros himself. The menu says it's the best Gyro in Colorado... and I agree! Cafe Athens is good, this is better. Meat and tzatziki are just more flavorful. I'm not a fan of the new "sit down and let us serve you so we can get a tip" system. It's expensive enough as it is. I prefer the old way of ordering myself at the counter. Still no Wi-Fi (hint-hint).
(3)Rick M.
Tuesday's special offers rock. Good selection of cold drafts and the servers have always been super good help.

I walked in, and granted it was busy I stood in the restaurant and walked up to the ordering counter with a menu, ready to order, without a single staff acknowledging me. This went on for at least 5 minutes so I walked out. Nobody said they'd be right with me. If they were too busy to take my order then I'm sure it would have been forever and a day to get my order. Can't give a place my business if they don't care that I'm there.

The hubs and I are getting ready to move out of Loveland so naturally we are on a last minute spree to sample new restaurants. George's was our latest venture. We walked in and it reminded me of a local slightly divey place. In other words, the kind of place we enjoy I ordered the chicken gyro and the hubs ordered a combination sandwich juicy. I thought both were decent sandwiches and the price was right - about $20 with a side of fries. The fries were my favorite part of the meal. Super crispy on the outside, soft on the outside. The perfect fry. The service was quick and polite. In other words a successful venture at a new local place.

Friendly. Gyros are great, wings are awesome. Thin crust pizza is about average but everything else I've had so far has been yummy for sure
(4)Barb A.
Food has been very consistent lately. Service has been great. I think they are coming around! Mozzarella sticks are amazing! Pizzas great too!
(4)Dean H.
Ordered classic gyro and fries, decent flavors, but gyro was small. For $9 plus cost of fries, way over priced.
(2)Nick D.
I have gotten pizza and gyros here by delivery a few times and both were pretty good! I have never actually been into the store but every time I have called for delivery they have done a good job taking my order and getting it to me in a timely fashion. This is probably my favorite pizza place in Loveland now that my favorite one closed.
(4)Lisa R.
I have ordered the Chicken Gyro a couple different times, several months ago, and it was pretty good! Most recently, I tried delivery and ordered the Chicken Gyro, which came with fries this time (other times, the fries did not come with the gyro but they must of advanced their menu). The Chicken Gyro was not the same goodness as I had previously remembered. The tomato and onion tasted a little soggy and old, but I guess combined everything was ok and I ate it. My daughter had the kids pizza and she enjoyed that thoroughly. Prices: we ordered 2 chicken gyro meals and 2 kids meals and it came to $35 and some change. Not quite sure if I will order again, perhaps one day.

Always looking for my next gyro fix and this pizza place makes a pretty good one! Their pizzas are pretty great as well!

Absolutely horrible. I called for a delivery of a large Pizza and specifically told them that I have a FOOD ALLERGY to ONIONS!!! When the pizza finally got here, ONIONS all over the pizza. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from them and each time has been a problem. I understand hiring younger kids who apparently have special needs because they are as dumb as a rock! I have never received a WARM, not even HOT, WARM Pizza because they always get lost. I live in a Townhouse that is 10 mins away at most and that's if you hit every red light. Each time I call I get a young girl who will NEVER WIN A SPELLING BEE!! How difficult is a word that is 6 letters long? I always wanted to actually walk in so I can physically see her because I think she types with her Toes! I just wondered if she had nubs for hands or something. Shame on me for giving this place 3 chances. When I called them to let them know to have their driver come back to get the pizza and cancel the charge on my card, the Manager of all people tells me that they will make a new pizza and send it out for FREE!!! How can it be FREE if they already charged my card? She said "I mean the 2nd Pizza would be FREE"! How the hell is 2nd Pizza Free when the 1st Pizza is wrong? NEVER NEVER NEVER call this place for delivery! You won't get your food on time and they might send you to the hospital if you have food allergies!!!! Sorry to those who like this place. You guys must be eating Dumbshit Sandwiches!!! Go to Black Jacks!!!! Way Better!!!!

Awesome pizza if you are reliving your high school cafeteria days! The gyros are really good. Fried mushrooms are from a frozen food bag. The waitstaff is slow to acknowledge you. All in all a disappointment at best! I will return for a gyro once in a while until I find a better source. Many people seem to love the pizza and I wish I did too but the search continues !!

I have been to George's pizza more then once trying to give a second chance the first time I was here all around 5 stars!!! Ally and Alicia took great care of us. They made us feel at home they made us want to come back so we did. Little to know they were let go. Well I have been in the restaurant business my whole life. Next time we came back my son who is potty training said he had to go to the bathroom being a single mom I had to take him to the restroom. Now tell me how am I suppose to let my child go to the restroom in a toilet that has toilet paper caked to the seat. You need to clean the bathrooms. So we give it another try. Just me and my mom having a drink. Well we sit for 15 min both with empty drinks sitting at the bar and still no refil. But the bartender is happy to help those of the opposite sex. We just watched a table get up and leave due to no service. The bartender tells a lady to come to her cause she can mulititask and pours 7 waters and ignores the ladies drink order so she walks away. Seriously you need to get some servers who care about their customers. Where is Ally and Alicia who made you feel at home. This service is horrible. And honestly what makes or breaks a business is good service. Horrible!

Amazing gyros! Would definitely recommend this business to others! I had chicken, bacon, ranch gyro and it was delish. Host seemed to be grumpy though, but no big deal. We went on a week night and place was pretty empty! So you won't be over crowded. :)
(4)Nancy A.
Would refer this business to all my friends
(5)Nicole G.
I would give it 6 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I recently moved nearby and went here on our first night and seriously fell in love. Their gyro pizza is AMAZING. Its not a fancy place with an find-dining atmosphere but instead offers a uniquely awesome family and good food focused atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it enough. Even after we go back, the service is great and the food is astounding. Seriously go here. Let it prove to you how good pizza, good service, and a good price makes your evening.
(5)Tyler N.
The salad bar is great, many quality toppings. We also started off with the Greek fries, which were awesome. For entrees we all shared the Italian and Chicken Alfredo pizzas. Pizza was delicious, crispy crust and lots of flavor. We also like the new building that they're in
