This was a pretty nice place in a newer "lifestyle center" (i.e. one of those newfangled outdoor malls). We ate on the patio, so I didn't get to see much of the inside. But the patio area was enjoyable. I ordered the salmon BLT (a BLT with brown sugar-marinated salmon filet on it) with sweet potato fries, while the wife ordered a half indio salad (chicken, dates, tomatoes, avocado, goat cheese, pecans, etc.) and a cup of cream of morel mushroom soup. My salmon BLT was pretty good. Ingredients were all high quality, baby spring greens was a nice lettuce option, lemon aioli sauce was tasty, and kaiser roll was fresh and soft. Salmon filet was good, too. However, it was disappointing in that it was a typical filet size/shape that only covered about a third of the sandwich. While I liked the taste, it was like someone had just stuck a salmon filet in the middle of the sandwich. So two-thirds of the sandwich was just BLT, without enough bacon to offset the missing salmon. A better method would have been to cut the filet height in half and spread out the salmon on the sandwich. Sweet potato fries, which I always like, were nice and crisp. The wife said her indio salad was excellent. And it did look pretty good. They were very generous with the ingredients, so it wasn't just a sprinkling on top of lettuce. In fact, the lettuce was a minor part of the salad. The soup also was quite savory. A smooth mushroom flavor that was strong but not overpowering.

We have eaten here a few times over the years and can only think of one time we had a meal that was subpar. Like others have said lobster mac and cheese is good, soups have always been good among other things. My in laws were in town a few weeks ago so we went with a party of eight at around 4:30 place was empty but they said "they were booked and could not seat us." Again looking around and almost 90% empty I asked again maybe they would consider discussing with their manager. When she came back she said sorry could not help us at which point I laughed so we went to Biaggi's who sat us right a way. Once we finished our meal we walked back to our car which was parked by The Bent Fork so I looked inside. The were maybe 40% full by 7:00 so not sure why they could not handle a party of eight. Oh well loss of revenue and customers must not mean much to them. I gave two stars because we have enjoyed the food and parties of four or less wait times have been short without a reservation. Large parties beware!

This place was awesome. I got here early, to knock out some work over a drink. They promptly sat me at a table with an outlet nearby, and I ordered the grapefruit Moscow Mule. Perfect for sipping while I worked! My waiter was quick to stop by, and then gave me my space, while checking in with eye contact while I did my thing. Eventually, it came time to order, and I decided to try out their daily meat special with an 8 oz flatiron steak, cooked medium. Let me just say that every...EVERY, I say, other restaurant...EVER...WISHES they could nail a medium steak like this place did. Wow. Just...wow. Perfect from the outside to the middle, and sizzling hot. Just amazing. This dish was offered with their mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus as a side, and they didn't skimp on either. The Yukon mashed potatoes were just like home; meaning that they weren't abnormally perfect (read: factory made). They were a little lumpy, and you could actually see the potatoes in there. It was just like mom used to make, and it suited the rustic nature of this dish perfectly, in my opinion. So, yeah, the food? 5/5 all...day...long. The ambiance was just as good, in my opinion. It has the modern American-style grill decor like tastefully rustic pictures, exposed ceiling and ventilation ducts, and some modern music playing, though not too loud. I suppose, if I HAD to find a negative, it would be that the wi-fi dropped out, periodically, and the fork was so rounded that it was kind of hard to grab, but seriously, who cares? If I weren't eating by myself on a business trip I wouldn't even care about the wi-fi. Just go here, and ask for Brandon, if he's working.

Really enjoyed this place for lunch. I had the lobster mac n cheese thanks to fellow yelpers and their photos. It was creamy, great flavor, and actually fully with GOOD lobster! Our server was sweet too. I dropped a star for two reasons. One I think the restaurant is a little to dim for lunch...lighten it up a bit. I could see that lighting for dinner, but not for lunch. Second I was charged wrong and then they had to redo it on my card. Minor items but still can't give a 5 star, as that means perfect. Would we come back, yes! :)

Stopped in here for lunch on our first day in Loveland CO. They greeted us and sat us down right away most likely cause we were the only people here. We ordered the cauliflower wings as an appetizer and they were AMAZING!! The outside was the perfect texture and flavor. I had the grilled cheese which was good but not really melted inside which kind of defeats the point and the cup of tomato bisque. Eater beware with the tomato bisque there is supposed to be orange zest in the soup but as a warming it was very present in taste. I feel like some people might not like that in tomato soup. I liked it a lot. Over all this place was great and I wish that there was one close to me. Cheers & Happy Eating

I met some business associates here recently. It was a first visit for each of us. We enjoyed the decor and service. The menu offers many great offerings. My ribeye was quite good, though just a little light on flavor. Certainly worth a try (or two).
Excellent choice for lunch. Had an awesome salad with very fresh tasting ingredients. Also tried the lobster mac and cheese.

I don't think I have been to a restaurant where the waiter was any ruder. Cameron insulted me for not ordering the fish special, Stating " Well if you not willing to spend the extra $10.00 for the special, I guess the salmon is OK" Really, You say that to a customer. After I explained to him he might not want to say that to a customer it might be interpreted as calling the customer cheap, he, at the end of the meal lectured me on the fact "he doesn't come into my work place and tell me how to do my job". They really need to hire some experienced wait staff. He has no clue on how to treat his customers. Make sure you don't get Cameron. If you do run, don't walk.

The food was decent but a little on the pricey side. The ahi burger appetizers were absolutely delicious. I wish it were not so expensive since that's all my kids and I order when we go there and with their appetites, $12 for 2 mini sliders adds up fast. Atmosphere and service are good.

It's been quite a while since I have been to the Bent Fork. In my absence, they've completely redone their menu, and after my last visit earned themselves a repeat customer. I was trying to choose a restaurant for happy hour after work, and seeing Cauliflower Wings and Crispy Tofu Tacos... I couldn't resist. Our server was more than adequate for a happy hour bar service, keeping the drinks full and the food coming. I'll definitely be back, very glad to have found another place for happy hour in Loveland. That is, when I'm not at home making cauliflower wings, because man, those were great.

Service was fine and mushroom soup was excellent. The meal itself was a pass. Seafood risotto so covered and cooked in Asiago that it was offensive. Not worth the visit when so many other good choices around.

This was our first time & I would have to say we'll be coming back.... From the cocktails to the artichoke dip I was very impressed. My husband said this was the best he had since we moved to Greeley... Also the server Evan was very nice & knowledgable. I am also a server and can spot a star from a mile away... Thanks a bunch

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today. The food and service was amazing!! My new favorite place in Loveland. My husband and I ordered the Tofu Tacos, Shrimp Mac and Cheese and the Salmon Dinner. Everything was excellent and very tasty. We sat outside on the patio and the setting was just perfect. Will definitely return in the future. A++++

Great service. Chef knows what he's doing. The curried butternut squash with the fish special was especially amazing and should be on the menu permanently. Only downside it gets a lil loud.

I was in the area for a conference and came here for dinner with a business associate after reading a lot of great Yelp reviews. I was seriously impressed with the menu, and the fact that almost everything served here is house-made. The wine list is excellent, including some gems that you don't see much in this region (if you're a red wine lover, try the Hullabaloo Zinfandel -- it's one of my favorites, and I rarely see it on wine lists in CO!). I had the seafood risotto, and my companion had a buffalo burger. The buffalo burger was ordered medium, but arrived well done, so it had to be sent back. The "replacement" came out cooked as ordered and seemed to be enjoyed. It was ordered with the house-made cole slaw and that part was raved about! My risotto was ok, but it wasn't anything great. The scallops in it were the tiny thumbnail sized ones and the crab in it consisted of a tiny bit of finely shredded crab meat dusted on top of the finished dish. There were only about 5 shrimp included. The risotto was cooked well though, and the sauce was good. We had creme brule and a raspberry bread pudding for dessert, which were both excellent. Our waitress was awesome, and I would definitely go back to try other items on the menu. Many of them looked really delicious! I wouldn't recommend the risotto, though.

This is a really nice restaurant. The place is very nice. Love the decor. Came here to meet a business associate for a lunch meeting. Greeted right away by a hostess. I had the chicken salad sandwich. Awesome sandwich, the chicken salad tastes like it was just made, yummy sweet potato fries and fantastic service. Only 4 stars because of the slow time for lunch to arrive. Will definitely be back to sample the salads and the wine list looks great.

I came to the bent fork today not knowing what to expect. But to my surprise it was Great! The service was great my food was great only reason I did not give it a 5 was because one of us got mahi tacos and I got the lobster Mac n cheese. The Mahi was dry and needed seasoning I was disappointed. Yet I was willing to give the bent fork a 4 because the lobster Mac n Cheese was AMAZING! Plus some other tables around us got burgers and they looked amazing too. But overall if you come here get the Mac!

I walked by this place and it was kind of quiet. People seemed to be very busy biting on some good looking sandwich. 75% of the tables outside were chewing on that sandwich. On the way back it was dinner time already, so the family decided to eat here. Yes, I did order that sandwich and it was delicious. Everything that the kids and the Wife ordered was tasty and really good. Will definitely return!

Went here to celebrate mother's day and my nephews birthday and had an awful experience. Our server was rude and condescending and the food was nothing special, certainly not delicious enough to offset the horrible service. When we spoke to the manager about our dissatisfaction we were offered a $10 gift card, I was convinced she omitted a 0. Given the way we were treated it would take significantly more than $10 to give this establishment another chance. There are so many other places that you can go and have better food, for less money and where you will be treated like a human being. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money dining here!

You need to fly, drive, or walk yourself over to Bent Fork and enjoy the fabulous food here. What a wonderful experience. The food is worth all 5 stars. The menu is creative and well matched. I enjoyed the pot roast with potoates and squash. Mouth watering savory with a hint of sweetness all with the fall apart tender roast. Holy smokes. They have a great selection of beer, including some from the local New Belgium Brewery. I managed to fit in dessert, the banana fritters. Way too large a serving- but I am NOT complaining:) Service is above average, and the ambiance is great. The restaurant is located near the skate area in Centerra Park of Loveland.

Went there for my husbands BD. Tried the Last Kiss Goodnight Martini was ok but I liked my husbands better which was the crimson. Hot Dates appetizer is a must try. So good. For dinner I had the Buffalo pot roast with scallop potatoes and butternut squash. Amazing food and a lot of Colorado meats. Will be back.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. High quality food with an amazing menu...not too long but plenty of items to choose from. I had the tomato fennel soup and house salad followed by the market fresh fish and, per a recommendation from our waiter, the raspberry bread pudding. I thoroughly enjoyed all the food and (despite some yelling children) the atmosphere. Grabbed another glass of wine at the bar after dinner and loved the atmosphere...quite the step above all the chains in the centerra area! Highly recommended.

Bent Fork is about the only decent food option in the Loveland Centerra Shopping area and hubs and I fueled up here before a big day of shopping today. I've always had consistently good food here and today was the same. I ventured away from my usual salmon BLT and got the veggie burger, no cheese, with sweet potato fries. The hubs got the hickey salad sandwich with fries and a 90 Schilling. We were both stuffed - and left some fries, which I almost never do! Who leaves fries? A quality meal and less than $30!

What a perfect place to eat after shopping at Centerra. Ordered the bacon wrapped dates which were superb! We split an entree of the lamb meatloaf and I was very impressed. Good staff, good food and good atmosphere. I would definitely go back and would love to try other entrees.

I've eaten here twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. For dinner, we had the southwest egg rolls which were very good and deserving of 5 stars. I then had the tomato soup and chicken salad sandwich, both were just ok. My coworker had the lobster pasta and loved it. The next time, for lunch, we ordered french dip sandwiches. We thought they were the best french dip we've ever had. SO good. I don't think I'll be able to go back there and not order that sandwich! We wished they had a lunch menu for more lunch options (mostly 'dinner' options on the menu now at dinner prices which might be why the restaurant was pretty empty at lunch time).

Great signature martinis! Went with a group of 14 and had great service. The atmosphere is nice without being pretentious. Everyone loved their food and the staff was great. Fish tacos, buffalo pot roast, and the grilled cheese/tomato bisque combo are all winners! The portions are mostly reasonable, you probably won't have leftovers. It is a touch above average casual dining prices, but the quality of the food definitely makes it worth it.

I ordered the market special steak and was so disappointed when it was placed in front of me. Although it was medium well on the inside, the outside was burnt. When I mentioned it to the server, she offered a new steak... the rest of my family was almost done eating and because we were right next to the fireplace, we were all sweating, plus the baby started fussing so it didn't make sense to wait. Why would they have sent out a black/charred piece of meat in the first place? Also, my dark-haired daughter found a long blond piece of hair in her lobster mac & cheese. Do you think they comped us? Nope! We were charged in full. We will not be back.

If you're in the area you have to make sure you eat here! The food is great and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Our waiter was cool and did very well! I had the Rocky Mountain salmon which was great but I also tired the pulled pork sandwich and fries and the lobster macaroni and cheese which were all also very delicious I will definitely be back!!!

Having dined here on many occasions over the years, from family gatherings to work parties, to dates, I've always found the food to be excellent, the service good, and the establishment clean with an inviting ambiance in the restaurant. Even their restrooms have class -- you'll feel like you are stepping back into the 40's in some glamorous hotel or something! Call me funny, but one aspect I enjoy about this establishment is their well designed menu with it's creative groupings, ranging from "The Water" to "The Land" to "Between the Bread" and so on. If you want excellent, fresh salmon in Northern Colorado, you've got to try their Rocky Mountain Salmon, marinated in a brown sugar with g/f soy sauce yet lightly enough seasoned on a bed of rice with fresh, crispy, perfectly done Broccoli and other veggies. (The only dish I've seen others not enjoy is their Seared Ahi so I might avoid that but everything else on the menu has been great.) With it's subdued lighting, comfortable smaller booths, and exposed brick walls, it can also make a great place for a date over dessert, one of their best being the fabulously garnished/presented Bananas Foster. Yum! Finally, it might come as a surprise for a restaurant like this, but they actually serve a great cup of brewed coffee, a perfect after note after a satisfying meal and good conversation that can't help but ensue in such intimate surroundings. I've enjoyed going here for one-on-ones with my elderly father, my wife or one of my kids for some bonding father-son/daughter time. You can't go wrong here but it's a little on the high side, price wise -- you easily will get what you pay for though.

This is for the location in Loveland. We were up in the area to buy a piano back on a gray January day of this year, but neither of us wanted to make any big decisions on empty stomachs. So for lunch, the two of us started out with a cup of tortilla soup, then each had a different mac & cheese dish. The soup was hearty: smoky, thick, but I felt it needed more seasonings and shredded/torn chicken vs cubed. The chorizo w/ poblano mac & cheese was very different from the chicken & apple sausage mac & cheese; both were of similar textures, but one's southwestern kick and bold flavors contrasted nicely with the other's sweet, contemporary tastes. The cheese sauce in both appeared watery at first, but then thickened as time went by. Service: food came out very quickly each time, and though our server seemed a bit impersonal and rushed (and maybe even anxious?), he was mostly courteous and polite. The three stars correspond to my sense that everything was average and "as expected". Like, in the sense of Macaroni Grill or Red Lobster. I think the best part of it was the layout and decor of the restaurant itself. But because Bent Fork is a CO chain, I recommend giving it a chance!

My husband and I love hanging out in the bar area for appetizers/tapas and a couple drinks. Our favorite bartender, Mattie, always has the best suggestions. He not only knows his beers and great wines, he knows the menu. He has never steered us wrong. Also great personality. We have also had dinner in the dining area; also great experiences.

We have been meaning to try this restaurant for a while. Valentines "Dinner and a Movie" presented a good opportunity. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Service from Michael was fast, courteous, and friendly. The listings of "specials" included Filet Mignon Poutine with Brussels sprouts, which happen to be my forever favorite vegetable. The filet was sliced and a bit fatty, the Brussels sprouts were, how shall I say this?..... AWFUL! I like them steamed, grilled, roasted, and fried but these tasted like a strange chemical! The cheese curd covered fries (thank heavens I culled the brown gravy) were soggy underneath the curds and filet. Michael's service was spot-on and our bottle of Merlot , (Rodney Strong) was nice. My husband ordered the ahi and enjoyed it. I don't know that we will give Bent Fork another shot..... perhaps.

A decent spot in an area otherwise bereft of non-big chain places. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the menu seems to have quite a variety of offerings. Our waitress was nice enough and the service was efficient, but I just can't bump my review to five stars because the menu items all seemed a bit lackluster in execution. Lots of "safe" choices and nothing "offensive," but the flavors in our entrees and salads were a little bland - probably a very safe restaurant for families and/or picky eaters. I would go back next time I'm visiting family in the area just because I know they'll have something that will work for everyone. Oh, and their Diet Coke tasted very good. They must be good about keeping their soda taps clean.

The squash served with the pot roast tasted acrid and burnt and made the whole dish taste bad. It was the oil they sauteed it in; really overheated. I think the cooks knew but served it anyway (just a hunch, how could they have not known, you could smell it). Also the pasta in the lobster Mac and cheese was undercooked. Unfortunately these disappointments were the most memorable part of the meal. Service however was good.

I walked through the doors of Bent Fork at Centerra and thought to myself, "Here we go with another mediocre Colorado dining experience." Bent Fork feels just like any other cookie-cutter chain restaurant with college kids serving. I know they can't help it up there in Northern Colorado, but it's always disappointing to know when to expect just an okay meal. Our server did a good job of trying to convince me to try to Lobster Mac & Cheese, but I have a rule where I do not eat seafood in a state that does not touch the ocean so I had to pass. She did spark my interest with the soup of the day - Cream of Morel. She was also very helpful in helping me to determine the seasonal spiciness of their Elk Sausage Pasta dish. Still, the menu seemed very weak and it took me quite a long time to land on a cup of the Morel Mushroom soup and the Spicy Penne Pasta (sounds boring, right?). The soup turned out to be quite delicious and the Spicy Penne Pasta surpassed my expectations (I even took the left-over home!). Our server took a very long time to bring our check and never realized that we were waiting on her to box-up our leftovers and bring our check so we could keep our schedule for the day. A bit of a fail. Overall, it was good but still felt like a big chain restaurant.

Had the samon bacon sandwich. It was pretty good, the buns tosted, and fresh. I just wish the sandwich had some type of sauce or cheese to blend the samon and bacon flavors. The service was good, not many people there for lunch.

Went with my wife, sister and brother-in-law for lunch on a Sunday. We walked in and it appeared as we were the 1st ones to enter, as they opened at 11am. They sat us in the rear of the restaurant, were we were led to our table, where there was one other couple. At first we were disappointed, as the front of the restaurant is very modern/upscale and had a few of the fountains out front. Would have been nice to sit up front, but obviously they wanted us to sit in the back. We immediately noticed the music was way too loud, and asked if they could do something, whether it was turn it down or move us. The waitress offered to move us to another table, which was under another speaker. She obviously did not get it, did not think to turn the music down, so we just dealt with it. About 20 mins later, one of the managers turned the volume down and caught the eye of my wife as she did it and asked if that was better...to which we replied YES. After receiving our drink order, the waitress struggled to open a beer! Usually beer is opened at the bar, and brought to the table. Instead she struggled to remove the cap, and then the cork inside. We finally received our lunches, which, for the most part were very good. My sister order the veggie burger, with a side salad, which the waitress informed us was $1.99 extra. Not a big deal, but when we informed the waitress, she responded with "Oh.....sorry". Would have been nice to comp the $1.99, ask if there was anything she could do, but nothing, just a "Sorry". Over all food was good, however wait

This place was amazing! We went on a Friday night, no wait for a table. I had the ribs and boy they DID NOT disappoint! They were so thick and meaty, and had such rich flavor. I was impressed as we usually can't find ribs that compete with the ribs found in Kansas City! The price is affordable, similar to chain restaurants, but with much better quality. My husband had a great sausage noodle dish and really enjoyed his as well. The servers were very nice and prompt. All around, we'd love to go back soon. Probably the best choice in Centera!

We came here to celebrate my birthday. The hostess told me Happy Birthday but the waitress never acknowledged we were celebrating. The food was ok. I ordered the prime rib and it was lukewarm. . She barely checked in us during dinner. I ate here previously and it was great. Will eat here again? Not sure. As we were leaving the hostess told me Happy Birthday again. I told her Thank you and said you were the only person who acknowledged my birthday. Another hostess said the waitstaff dies not know you are celebrating if you don't tell them. What is the purpose of making a reservation and telling them you are celebrating if you don't tell the waitstaff. And to top it off the 2nd hostess said I hope you have a better day That did it I won't be back and I will never bring my company related business dinners here either.

We've been here a few times now and enjoyed all of them. The first time, we split a pesto pasta dish, very good and perfectly hit the spot after an afternoon shopping. The second time, we split a chicken pasta dish and again it was a perfect end to shopping. The third time we took my FIL there and the DH and I split an ahi tuna dish, while FIL got calamari. So here are my tips: 1. Plan on splitting a dish or get an appetizer. They don't charge for a split plate (that I'm aware of) and it's plenty of food for each person - PLUS they actually SPLIT the plate and give each person their own, very cool! 2. Come after shopping, you'll be hungry from walking around and you can partake in the bar and food and enjoy the sunset or watch the little ones playing in the fountain or sit inside and enjoy the quiet. 3. After you eat, go walk around the sculpture park out back, it's a nice way to walk off dinner and a pretty place to see.

We've been to this place twice and though it has not been busy either time (maybe we've been at odd times), the food, atmosphere, and decor are outstanding and not expected for a place like Loveland (not to belittle Loveland, of course :-) I had a pulled pork sandwich that was one of the best I've ever tasted and everything else I tried that we ordered was very good as well. I'd highly recommend this place if you are up in the Loveland area.

This is the second time I've visited this place and although I'd probably go back if staying in Loveland I would not order the NY Strip steak again. They claimed it was choice, but I have my doubts as to whether it was even Select grade. My wife got the Salmon BLT which was excellent.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night...service was upbeat and attentive. We had Southwestern Rolls as an App...moist and tasty. My entree of a spicy Italian susage in a cream pasta with sun dried tomato was excellent. Just the right amount of spice. Overall a nice enjoyable night. We checked in on foursquare and got half price on one of our entrees.

Me and my girlfriend went here on a whim. We saw that it had decent reviews so far and thought it would be a good place to dine. When we got there the place seemed busy, but they were quick to clear a table while we sat by the fire and warmed up on the cold winter night. We sat in the back and ordered some drinks. Their wine selection was long, and they had several decent local beer selections. We both ordered a beer and then our dinner. Much to our shock, even on a busy Friday night, the meal came within minutes. We were both surprised by the quickness of the service. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and my girl had the buffalo pot roast. I'm a big fan of lobster and Mac and cheese, so this is a good benchmark dish. I was happy to see that the lobster was mixed well within the dish, and the taste was well into the sauce. This was not Mac and cheese with lobster on top, this was Mac and cheese prepared with the lobster in it. The taste was delightful and the aroma was excellent. I will be ordering this dish again The buffalo pot roast was delicious as well. It's hard to slow cook a meat like that. I prefer my buffalo a little pink and having it cooked all the way through almost made it taste like a beef roast, but overall it was a very good dish. Next time I visit, I will try something new because everything I saw at other tables looked delicious. Service was good. The waitress that served us made sure to check in on us frequently, but made sure not to hover. I've been to places that treat you like crap when using a coupon, but she was very sweet and helpful when I told her about it. Overall I enjoyed my first experience here and I will return.
This locally-owned restaurant is one I like to frequent as much as I can...and the wide variety menu allows for this! I've tried several dishes, and all were excellent - lobster Mac & cheese, burger, spicy penne pasta & spicy pecan Gorgonzola salad. This most recent visit, I had the Salmon BLT. I rarely order fish sandwiches at restaurants, especially salmon cause I don't like salmon when it's really fishy. This salmon was marinaded in a soy-type sauce and it was perfectly prepared. Lettuce, tomato & bacon on top along with a yummy aoli made the sandwich perfect!

Easily the classiest restaurant in the Centerra area. You can bring a bitch here and not feel ashamed, you feel? Apps are a little weak but they have some great main courses. You know this place is good because it would go out of business in Greeley in probably 2 months.

Such a cool spot for a business lunch or dinner out with friends in Loveland, CO. (I have not been to their Aurora location.) The chef here makes craveable classics with a modern and upgraded twist! Everything I have had is of high quality and delicious... but an absolute must try is their Cream of Morel Mushroom soup (made from portabella, morel and button mushrooms, this soup is decadent and thick enough for one to realize this is no soup out of a can! Great service, clean and streamlined decor, yummy food, pretty bathrooms. I like this place a lot.

I return to this restaurant every time I visit Centerra. The service is always outstanding, the food is always in front of us within minutes, and it is always consistently amazing. Though I have tried to vary my order, I always return to the lobster mac and cheese. It is honestly the best pasta dish I have experienced. There is plenty of lobster mixed into the pasta, and the sauce is both spicy and cheesy. Other tasty experiences? Fish tacos, salmon fish and chips, green chili mac and cheese, veggie burger, and the reuben. I am sure everything is delicious. This is one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.

Took the family for a moderately fancy meal everyone was very satisfied. The fish tacos were good, spicy penne was great. Wait staff was top notch.

Bent Fork The Grill has been on my radar for quite some time, but I'm never in Loveland and rarely shop at The Promenade shops at Centerra. But, the allure of visiting Chef Manno again was probably a huge motivator for me. I've known Chef Scott Manning for a little while, since his days at El Monte, whipping up amazing beer pairing dinners and the Feasting Fort Collins 1 year anniversary dinner. I was also sad to see him leave El Monte in October 2010 and hop over to what seemed like a land far away and at a Corporate chain at that. In reality, Loveland is not that far and Bent Fork Grill is not a chain, despite being surrounded by them out there in the shopping district. In fact, it's a locally-owned restaurant - a partnership among Colorado resident, Michael Smith, John Tetrault, and Michael Long. Bent Fork in Loveland is the second location, opening in 2006 after Bent Fork in Aurora saw much success after opening in 2003. And, Chef Manno is bringing the same creativity and care from El Monte to Bent Fork. Purchasing locally-grown ingredients as much as possible, replacing processed dressing and chutney's with his own freshly made recipes, and pushing to be a more eco-friendly establishment through composting and recycling. In essence, Bent Fork is nothing what I expected it to be. Overall, our dinner was a lot of fun together - filled with great food and conversation. My initial impression before going to Bent Fork Grill was all wrong - it's far from chain food hell. The beautiful atmosphere, and quality and care going into the dishes is definitely going to inspire me to go again - hopefully sooner rather than later.

We ordered sandwiches at lunch time and they were amazing! Sure the place is expensive but the food was well worth it. Next time I'm trying the lobster mac n cheese.

This is a great place for a girls night out or a date :) I met a gf here & we sat outside on a beautiful day, drank a couple of glasses of Riesling, ate a strawberry Brie & chicken salad, chatted about everything under the moon & caught the last rays of sun. A good time was had!

Came here with a group of 12 from work and the food is outstanding! I'm from Georgia and I'm floored at how good the food is! Try a Southern Belle Martini!

The Promenade Shops at Centerra has a lot of good restaurants, and Bent Fork is at the top of my list of places to eat. I've been here a few times over the course of the last few months, and each time has been great. The martinis are excellent, and I've tried quite a few. The last time I was here (a couple days ago) I had the Ultimate Cosmo, and it was great. I've also had the Raspberry Lemonade and the Lemon Drop. Excellent. The meals here are great. I've had the tossed cobb salad before, and it was probably one of the better cobb salads that I've had. Crisp lettuce, juicy grilled chicken and fresh bleu cheese made it pretty awesome. During my most recent visit, I had the french dip. Like the cobb salad, the french dip was one of the better french dips that I've had in a long time. The beef was plentiful, the bread was fresh and the side of creamy horseradish? Delicious! The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, the waitstaff is friendly and professional, and definitely deserve the tips that they get. This place is a definite must-try if you live in or are visiting the Northern Colorado area!

Just went there for the first time and I won't be back. Here is why 1. Staff was just standing around talking and joking. I know if I own this place, I would expect them to be doing something. 2. Wooden tables were nasty. The tables have a clear coat on them but using an incorrect cleaner makes that coating sticky. They are using the wrong cleaner on them. 3. Menu is a bit small so not a huge selection. 4. Service was slow (not because of our waiter) even though the place was empty. 5. Food was so-so

Wow...currently one of my favorite restaurants. Great service with very quick & attentive servers. Excellent food. Have been back three times last month and have tried their meatloaf, buffalo pot roast, and salmon fish & chips. Love their soups too...cream of mushroom and green chile chicken. All visits have been for lunch and I have not had the opportunity to try out their hip looking bar and their long list of tasty looking martinis. These folks are doing things right...

The green chile mac and cheese is great! A little pricey for Loveland but still a good place to go if you want to change up your routine.

This place feels like a chain restaurant (although I don't think it is one). Everything about it is pretty predictable, from the industrial decor to the menu selections. Having said that, it makes this a fairly safe bet for a decent, consistent and moderately priced meal. The ravioli with red pepper cream sauce and goat cheese was pretty good, but the green chile mac'n cheese did not have much flavor other than the jalapenos that were in the elk sausage. I'd give this place a C+, only because they had a good variety on the wine list.

Great meal and service. Very busy Friday Night and we arrived a half an hour before our reservation and was immediately seated. Definetly will go back

The daughter and I were doing some afternoon shopping, got the hungries and decided to give it a try. Daughter had the French Dip with Sweet Potato fries. Sandwich came with a tasty horseradish cream sauce. She describes the dish as "adequate". I enjoyed the New Mexican ribeye sammy-shaved beef with cheese and yummy roasted poblano and tomato. Bread was good, it was grilled. Had regular fries, they were ok. We sat on the sunny patio. Decent waiter, friendly. Large menu. Nothing that stands out as really good, nothing really bad.

we went here with my parents and overall, it was great. i liked the circles in the walls holding a lot of wine selection. it looked classy, clean, & decently priced. i had the monterey chicken which was amazing, on a rosemary bread with TONSSSSS of anaheim peppers and this really good lemony sauce thing. also, bonus, my boyfriend was obsessed with whether or not their forks are actually bent, and, fun fact, they kind of are. overall, i liked it a lot, and probably will be back, because the centerra shopping center totally rules.

This place was really yummy. I had the salmon fish and chips and loved the flavor. Unfortunately I just don't think the place was priced right for what I got. But overall the atmosphere and everything else was good.

came here awhile ago with some friends as we were in the neighborhood looking for something new. i really was not impressed by the flavors of the foods and the overall service, at least the day that i was there, was surely subpar.

Went there for dinner last Sat. night 7/12/08 and my husband and I were very pleased. Told the waiter I did not like a sour marguarita and had it made extra special for me - it was delicious! My Shrimp and Chircken with Jasmine Rice was very good (a tad greasy - but I loved it anyway). He had the fish and chips with the salmon....very good. And the cole slaw was tastey! Overall I think it is a little gem over there at Centerra. When you want good service, friendly smiles, accommodating staff and excellent food - with LOTS of choices - go to the Bent Fork!!

I slapped my mama the lobster Mac n Cheese is like heaven. Get this if you like butter cheese and lobster.... You'll die and go to heaven for a bit! Also tied the bison pot roast! Good good good but the macs where it's at! Brendn was our awesome server! Oh and The cauliflower buffaloes things!!!! WoW!!!! Thanks from these tutorials from Los Angeles!!!!!

I met some business associates here recently. It was a first visit for each of us. We enjoyed the decor and service. The menu offers many great offerings. My ribeye was quite good, though just a little light on flavor. Certainly worth a try (or two).

We were looking for somewhere with Bison steak in Loveland, but this place came up with bison pot roast. There was not any wait and we easily slipped o in around 8:45pm on a Friday night with 2 adults and 4 children. The kids had Mac n cheese and crispy chicken tenders. They ask loved their food. Kids menu was reasonably priced at $6-$8 each. My husband had the prime rib medium rare (only available Friday - Sunday after 5pm) & it came with scalloped potatoes (excellent) & fresh sautéed seasonal vegetables. I had the bison pot roast. This one came with the scalped potatoes and a butternut squash the was grilled framing outside of the meat, gravy and potatoes. Our appetizer was the bacon-wrapped dates (sorry don't remember the name). Everything we ate was terrific! Would totally come again. Great service!

(1)Mena N.
The food was decent but a little on the pricey side. The ahi burger appetizers were absolutely delicious. I wish it were not so expensive since that's all my kids and I order when we go there and with their appetites, $12 for 2 mini sliders adds up fast. Atmosphere and service are good.
(3)Logan M.
(4)Brian M.
Service was fine and mushroom soup was excellent. The meal itself was a pass. Seafood risotto so covered and cooked in Asiago that it was offensive. Not worth the visit when so many other good choices around.
(2)Nikki O.
(5)Leah B.
(5)Roman G.
Ate during happy hour. The food was smaller portions but a good value. Service was on the slower side but friendly.
(3)Mary K.
This place was amazing. The Bison Pot Roast was unbelievable and the Green Chili Mac and Cheese was unreal. If we are ever in Loveland again I'll return.
(5)Mike W.
Great service. Chef knows what he's doing. The curried butternut squash with the fish special was especially amazing and should be on the menu permanently. Only downside it gets a lil loud.
(4)Angie T.
Great food, impressive staff, everything is calm and quiet and the whole menu is impressive
(5)Makenzie S.
Been here twice great food and service both times!! Love the salmon salad and french dip. Also i love that you can get mostly everything in Gluten Free. Nice to try a new place and have great food.
(5)Mandy R.
(3)Carolyn D.
(4)Jacquie G.
(4)Luis R.
(5)Robyn F.
(1)Azsure D.
(5)Amanda L.
(5)Callie S.
(5)Chaz D.
By far the beat restaurant in centerra! I go back time and time again and I'm never let down my the service or quality.
(4)Heather T.
(4)Erin K.
What a perfect place to eat after shopping at Centerra. Ordered the bacon wrapped dates which were superb! We split an entree of the lamb meatloaf and I was very impressed. Good staff, good food and good atmosphere. I would definitely go back and would love to try other entrees.
(5)Christie L.
(5)Alison M.
(4)Denise M.
(1)Jessica S.
Got there in time for Happy Hour on a girls trip last summer. The sangrias are to die for & I may have had 1 too many :)
(5)Chris D.
I had a fantastic lobster Mac and cheese. It was kid friendly and an updated restaurant.
(5)David H.
(5)Michael M.
(4)Carlie V.
Good location, good service and tasty food. The menu abounds with gluten free (or can be changed for gluten free) items! That in itself was a dream come true for me! Will visit again and again.
(4)John S.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive.

(3)Diana S.
(5)Karen R.

Great experience and service! Love eating here. You can never go wrong with the crab and Mac n cheese!

Love this place. Try the Lobster Marconi and cheese. SO GOOD. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. True love.

I had an amazing pulled pork BBQ sandwich - best I've ever had!!

Very nice restaurant. Good food. Good service. Loved the atmosphere.

My favorite date night restaurant. Salmon is always delicious as well as the lobster Mac and cheese. Great drink selection!

(5)Kinch M.
This is the second time I've visited this place and although I'd probably go back if staying in Loveland I would not order the NY Strip steak again. They claimed it was choice, but I have my doubts as to whether it was even Select grade. My wife got the Salmon BLT which was excellent.
(3)Britt E.
GREAT food, GREAT service, drinks are yummy! Try the cucumber mojito with the Lobster mac n cheese!
(5)Matt T.

Unique variety: buffalo pot roast, Jamaica pulled pork, rosemary roast chicken, lobster Mac & cheese, and much more. Back room for larger gatherings, blend of more private booth seating, floor seating and bar. Service was prompt and friendly. Our first visit, the meals were absolutely perfect. Our compliments to the chef! P.S. The creme brûlée is wonderful, and the soy on the Rocky Mountain Salmon is g/f.
(5)Ashlee H.
(5)Sean R.
Easily the classiest restaurant in the Centerra area. You can bring a bitch here and not feel ashamed, you feel? Apps are a little weak but they have some great main courses. You know this place is good because it would go out of business in Greeley in probably 2 months.
(4)Whitney S.
(4)Hallie C.
(5)Sarah K.

Best restaurant at Centerra.
(5)Maggie F.
This is a great place for a girls night out or a date :) I met a gf here & we sat outside on a beautiful day, drank a couple of glasses of Riesling, ate a strawberry Brie & chicken salad, chatted about everything under the moon & caught the last rays of sun. A good time was had!
(4)Kathryn U.
Came here with a group of 12 from work and the food is outstanding! I'm from Georgia and I'm floored at how good the food is! Try a Southern Belle Martini!
(5)Jeffrey A.
I wasn't impressed. For was ok not great and I thought way too pricey. Service was good and wait staff was very attentive.

I have been here multiple times. The atmosphere is great as well as impeccable service.

(5)Alden C.
My meal here was pretty good, a bit pricey but no complaints. The Creme Brulee I had here was quite good!
(4)Harry P.
Had dinner here the other night and I went with the Paniolo Rib Eye... awesomeness ensued.
(4)Jacob E.
Came here with our two kids and had a very nice experience. Service was fast, food was very tasty, prices were right, and portions were perfect. We will definitely be back!
(4)CJ W.
The green chile mac and cheese is great! A little pricey for Loveland but still a good place to go if you want to change up your routine.
(3)Kimber S.
(2)K F.

(3)katy b.
we went here with my parents and overall, it was great. i liked the circles in the walls holding a lot of wine selection. it looked classy, clean, & decently priced. i had the monterey chicken which was amazing, on a rosemary bread with TONSSSSS of anaheim peppers and this really good lemony sauce thing. also, bonus, my boyfriend was obsessed with whether or not their forks are actually bent, and, fun fact, they kind of are. overall, i liked it a lot, and probably will be back, because the centerra shopping center totally rules.
(4)Jenn E.
This place was really yummy. I had the salmon fish and chips and loved the flavor. Unfortunately I just don't think the place was priced right for what I got. But overall the atmosphere and everything else was good.
(3)Nick S.
came here awhile ago with some friends as we were in the neighborhood looking for something new. i really was not impressed by the flavors of the foods and the overall service, at least the day that i was there, was surely subpar.
(2)Patty S.
