I am so glad this place moved into the neighborhood. Super tasty take and bake pizza makes a home-cooked meal easy. I love their crusts especially traditional and their cheese mix is perfect.

Really good pizza. Tons of customizations, all free toppings. Baked fresh in front of you, or you can bake it at home too. The cleanest pizza place I have ever seen.

Gotta say, really good pizza for the price. The crust was unexpectedly good for take and bake - almost as good as out of a pizza oven. Especially enjoyed the Greek pizza, which was loaded with feta and really tasty. Great place to fill up the family without draining your wallet.

I came here because of all the hype in a local article in the newspaper. Man was I disappointed. A little bit of background... I worked at a pizza place for 9 years, managing it and learning the ins and outs of this business. That's how I know that this could be done significantly better than it's being done and it would save the owners money. That being said: The service was weird. You walk in, they ask you if you have a pickup. If you say no, they say they will be with you in a sec. They have a cash register, but you don't go there to order, they have you walk over to a blank spot by a large graphic menu to place your order to a person writing it down on paper. Then that person walks back and they start your order. This is incredibly inefficient in practice, this person who takes orders spends twice the time charging people for orders and taking orders by hand on a piece of paper than they need to and effects the overall wait time significantly. The wait time was quoted at 15 minutes. For a take-n-bake when there were 4 other people waiting on orders in the store. That's unbelievable to me because most pizza places (especially if you don't have to toss dough, which their system is setup that way) have about 2-3 minute ticket time for making a pizza and putting it in the oven. How could 4 orders take 15 minutes with 3 people working the line? And the kicker is, in actuality it took 25 minutes for them to make me a pizza. It actually took them about 20 minutes to even get started on the one I ordered. And here's why they are slow... Scoopers. I hate scoopers, coming from one manager to another (whoever you are) get rid of your scoopers and train your employees to eyeball it properly. whatever money you save on food cost, you lose in wait times for customers that won't be as likely to come back. I literally saw employees scoop every ingredient into these scoopers to measure them, and it just adds so much time to the order it's not worth it. The layout, customers should order, pay, then wait, not order, wait, then pay. This will cut down the downtime that the employee on the register has and allow them to assist in finishing pizzas with the other two. Having an employee walk out to take someone's order by the oddly placed menu just doesn't work. Now onto other things... They don't have a hood for their conveyor convection oven. This is scary to me because it will get those ceiling tiles covered in grease and that's a fire hazard, I don't know how this got approved by the Fire Marshall, maybe their standards are more lenient in Boulder County than Ventura County. Additionally, that made the ambient temperature for us customers about 90 degrees in there. This is just unacceptable and it was about as uncomfortable as you can imagine to be in there. Onto the pizza. I expect a lot from take and bake and this was just not worth all the hype. It was okay at best. The dough is a good standard dough, the sauce almost had a sweetness too it like a store-bought sauce. Usually I expect some acidity or mild bitterness in pizza sauce, this was just watery and sweet. We got a cup of cheese sauce to go with it and it tasted like... nothing. Weird. They don't use fresh sausage or beef, they use the pre-cooked packaged and shipped in junk so it really doesn't taste all that great. Pepperoni's were good. Their cheese combo is Mozza and Muenster for traditional style, that's good (we used to use Mozza with a little provologne and cheddar). It was 11 dollars for a large, but it also tasted like it was an 11 dollar pizza. The service was good, the staff were friendly and trying to move fast, but without proper systems in place they are being set up for failure from the top down in the first place. Either way this place has excellent potential as a much tastier budget-pizza alternative to the crappy brands (pizza hut, blackjack, etc...), it just needs some optimization and some rethinking in it's process.

First off the flyer in the mail advertised online ordering. That is not available. I placed my order for a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and bacon thin crust pizza, over the phone. I was told bacon was $1 extra. Weird, but whatever. When I went to pick up the pizza it had been baked and was cold. I told the staff I didn't ask for it to be baked. They said that's what the order showed. Then I realized, instead of bacon, they baked it. Duh. The pizza, while cold, didn't seem too bad.

Great alternative to delivery and dine in. This was my first time trying take n bake. Very convenient as you can pick it up whenever then pop it in the oven near dinner time. low price includes all the toppings. The deep dish crust is my favorite.

We ordered two pizzas one veggie and one meat. We had them heat them up for the extra dollar per pie.they told us to pick them up in 15 minutes at which time they were ready. Service was prompt and friendly. The pizzas were very good and we will definitely order from there again.

I have never had any other take and bake, so I can't compare that, but I wanted to try this new Noble Roman's to see how it compared to the other Pizzas I've ordered locally: Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Black Jack, Poopa Johns, Little Ceaser's....). Hands down, for price point-value, freshness and flavor, Noble Roman's beats all those others. I now have a new favorite/go-to pizza place. I had the Greek Pizza, and I found it well balanced with flavors, sauce, cheese and ingredients--which were complete and fairly generous--they covered the whole pizza (I really dislike the two inches of bare crust around the edges so many pizza places leave you with). One of the things that struck me when I took my pizza home, is that this is about as fresh as it can get without me doing everything from scratch, and that compared to the other pizza places, this pizza was alive, while the others were DOA, if that makes sense. Note about the perceived 'weird' service--just because it is different, doesn't make it weird or wrong: I liked the individualized attention and how the staff come out from behind the counter. I found it rather like a personal welcome. Smart business managers know that customer interaction isn't all about efficiency, it is about quality of experience as well as product--even if it is not a five star restaurant. Anyway, I hope and expect my next pizzas there will be of similar quality. If they are, then I'm in as a regular.

My husband and are glad this place opened up. The pizza is quite descent and they don't charge for extra toppings. Not bad pricing either!

The food was okay, but even though it was empty, it took far too long to prepare the take and bake pizza. Bread sticks, though pre made and in the fridge, turned out well. The employees were worthless at running the cash register and credit card reader. To make it worse, after I was charged for the wrong amount, they did not just cancel the charge and try again, they showed off their painfully bad subtraction skills and I had to correct them then prove it on my phone calculator. If you can get home in a reasonable amount of time, you might not hate the food.
