Stopped by on a whim. I was immediately surprised by the very large and extensive menu choices. Many unique dishes to choose from. Beef, chicken, pork and seafood selections in every type of offering. I had the shrimp salad and my coworker had the carnitas. Both were delicious! Good portion sizes. Nice and clean too.

We entered a large colorful dining hall with Mexican decor of bright pastel blues and pinks and many people talking over themselves in a festive family atmosphere. A maitre d' shook hands and greeted me in Spanish. Tasty chips and margaritas made for a good start to soon served main dishes of Camerones for her and a loco burrito with pork for me. We'd return for the ambience alone and the food was solidly good as well.

First of alll don't bring a paper temp drivers license from GA because they will not serve you any alcohol. They have the best peach mojito I have ever had. The salsa and chip are great and the Mexican Trio is a great deal! Just imagine it grilled chicken, steak, bacon wrapped shrimp, yellow rice, beans and avocado all on one plate! I think this place is a must try when visiting Longmount.

Did taste great, but the guy totally botched my request. I was driving thru and needed to eat it on the go, so I asked them to put everything inside. Instead they put everything on the side in little containers and gave me 2 spoons. Fail.

Food and Staff was great. We were greeted at the door with a warm and friendly smile. The place clean. The waiter was very polite and helpful. I ordered the Burrito Colorado and my wife ordered the Enchilada/ Taco plate. The food arrived HOT!! That's how food should always come to the table. The prices were very reasonable and we both cleared out both of our plates. This is a hidden gem in Colorado

Not sure what all the hate on here is about. It's pretty good Mexican food at cheap prices. The staff is always very conscientious at this location. We eat here about 6x a year and have never had a bad experience.

We agree with the other reviewers about the margaritas....they are awesome. But that's where the love stops. We were seated at a booth that had been bussed but not wiped down. The table was sticky and it took nearly 10 minutes to have it cleaned, receive menus and water. The hostess finally cleaned our table and was gracious about the wait. We had the Pollo Asodo burrito and Taco salad. It was served quickly, hot and was reasonably tasty. Not gourmet by any stretch. It was not on par with Antonio's , but it was good. The servers were never in a hurry to refresh our water. When the diner plates were cleared, the waiter dropped the check on our table without so much as a word. That quickly changed our minds about having desert. So we paid and left. The service was poor and it was not busy. We won't be going back.

The service was very slow and the food was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to pay a high price for dumpster fare.

While I once had a decent meal at the 3 Margaritas in Ft. Collins, it didn't remotely resemble the recent meal at the Longmont (Hover Rd) version of this establishment. The place was packed, which I hoped was a good sign. Rather it wound up being an indication that people are so starved for good Mexican food; they'll try anything. Our server, who was very friendly and seemingly attentive, completely borked my order. No worries, it looked good. It didn't taste good. The rice was cold, the beans may have been from the previous day, and the steak was much like chewing on an old inner tube. Even their knife couldn't really cut it, just wear the meat out enough so you could break off a bite-sized bit. I got jaw cramps chewing. Otherwise, everything was great. The silverware was clean. The napkins neatly folded. Oh, and if the margarita actually had tequila in it, I'll eat my hat. Actually, that would be an improvement.

The margaritas here are killer. LOVE THEM. Food and service is good. Twice our orders were made incorrectly but the staff is very prompt at resolving the issue. In fact, in less than 5 minutes our correct meal was out. They could have easily held the others meals and we would have been none the wiser. I call that integrity.

Against our better judgment, last month we ventured out to try a chain/franchise (don't know which it is,) Mexican restaurant - 3 Margaritas. There is one on the north end of Longmont, and apparently enough people like their food that they've been there for close to ten years. I didn't have fond memories of dining there, but I agreed to try this new location, on the Twin Peaks Mall property where Pizza Hut used to be . The decor is festive and bright. I think the staff is still learning. It didn't take long before my memories came flooding back. First, I opened the menu - entrees were all around $10 or more for stereotypical Mexican food. The waiter came by and took our drink order. BF and I both ordered margaritas. I ordered one that uses their "special" margarita mixture, bf ordered his coin-style because he suspected mine was going to be super sweet. He was right - I'm not sure if there was any tequila in my drink or not, but it basically tasted like sweet and sour mix, with a few packets of nutra-sweet and some pineapple/orange juice to top it off. I sent it back and stuck with water. We decided to split a fajita dinner - ordering pork and beef as our choices of meat. The pork was fine, but the beef was mostly gristle. The ratio of meat to vegetables was a bit skewed (more onions/peppers than meat), but it turn out to be a good thing as I ate mostly the veggies. The seasonings were nothing remarkable - tasted like they used the pre-mixed packets sold at the grocery store (taco seasoning, fajita seasoning, etc.) The plate came with typical fajita fixings, sour cream, guacamole, a little bit of lettuce, and pico de gallo. And of course, they served refried beans and Spanish rice on the side. It was a lot of food, good thing we split it. This is one of those Mexican restaurants in Longmont that leave me wondering how they stay in business. My one visit there was my last, and I'm once again returning to my favorite local gems for true authentic Mexican fare.

Has been to many location of this food chain in colorado ( Broomfield, Thornton, Louisville, Greeley, and many more). Finally I decided to try this newer location in longmont. Although they serve from same menu, Each restaurant has their own characteristic taste food. Consistency of food is not the same if you compare from one to other restaurant with same brand, Three Magarita. Chilli Suse for chip dipping is awesome like always but different on green chili. I always order sane meal. Main course menu was good but not the same. Service was ok

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
