First off, I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the Unwhich because I cannot eat wheat. I got it home and it was on a bun not a lettuce wrap. When you scrape it off the bun there isn't much to it. My husband's sandwich was mediocre at best. They hide the cold cuts. so you can't even see what they look like which is good because the turkey had that iridescent sheen to it. I ordered to go but had to ask for a bag which was so small it would not hold the chips. Fortunately I had a backpack to stuff the remainder of the order in because I had walked a good mile. My advice? Skip this place and go somewhere else.

They either get my order wrong or deliver late. My work is 5 min away. They were 15 min late today! I have a short lunch and do not expect it to come this late. The guy called saying hes here and he wasnt even here yet. Awful. Did a group order for about 6 people few months ago. They delivered everyone the same sub. Wrong! Called to let them know and not an apology, but to tell me they will redeliver. An hour plus later finally they came with the correct order. Bad customer service.

This is the JJ's that delivers where I work. For delivering to a high business area at lunch, they do a pretty darn good job!

Worst jimmy johns store there is, I used to go to this location all the time and had to trouble ordering. Now I walk in it takes a good 3 minutes to get the cashier to the register and I order, onions and mayo make me sick so I get the sandwich with out them. When I ask for no onions or mayo the cashier always has looks at me like I asked for 100 sandwiches 2 minutes before they close. Then I ask for a side of peppers and he says they don't do sides (I know it's a like because every other jimmy johns I go to has no problem with a side of peppers) also the customer service is horrible I went there today (this is the last time) ordered a sandwich and got the wrong sandwich I asked if this was mine they said yes and I said it was not the sandwich I ordered (I ordered the Vito and got tuna) he said it was and walked away

Used to really love Jimmy Johns back in my college days. This location had friendly staff and made our sandwiches quickly, but the bread tasted not as fresh as we usually get and seemed sort of stale. It also didn't have that chewy factor and hint of sweetness I've found their bread to have. The toppings and overall meat on my #4 seemed chinsey too. Maybe his location does things differently.
(3)
Monique C.
Always good and always fresh ingredients. The below is taken from their website. I like that the food is fresh daily; you can tell. The French bread is oh so yummy! #4 and #12 are a must try. Plus they are always fast. (From web) Bread is baked in-house everyday and served fresh. Meat and veggies are sliced fresh in-house everyday. The turkey is real turkey, the roast beef is real roast beef - no additives, no vegetable-based fillers, no fake stuff. Nothing is delivered pre-sliced.

Came here last week on a lunch break for my first time. If you've seen the commercials, you'd expect fast service. Fast service is what you get here... Just ordered a tuna sub with lettuce, nothing too crazy... Very reasonable price for a basic sandwich. While the sandwich wasn't earth shattering by any means, I was very impressed with the service in this quick service joint. There were lots of employees working and even if there weren't any customers to tend to, everyone seemed to be doing something productive be it cleaning tables, stocking shelves with chips or keeping the sandwich making area tidy. The nice young woman at the register was very friendly and vocal about her willingness to help! We couldn't stay and do work like we'd planned because it was absolutely frigid inside. Every guest who walked by us to fill up their fountain soda made a remark about how cold it was in the restaurant.

David H.
For me this has been the slowest jimmy johns. If you're going to advertise "freaky fast" make sure you deliver freaky fast. 45 minutes each time I've ordered! Hurry up!
(2)
Correy H.
First off, the food is always good and of course fast! But that is where this location stops impressing me. As a nice treat for my staff, I like to grab lunch here for them (or have it delivered). And while the delivery folks have only goofed my order up once, the pick-up is always disappointing. Besides the fact that everyone there can't smile, they apparently can't help me bag my subs, chips, etc... I asked for help and the sub maker said that the bags where located right in front of me. Boy - thanks --- I guess I will bag my six subs and never come back here again. Additionally, I have run into other poor attitudes here and have overheard team members actually talk about customers. Way to make your patrons feel valued.

Awful. Just awful. Stopped in because I needed something fast to eat on my way to work. And they were fast. I was in and out in less than a minute. I'll give them a star for service. Got to work and bit into the bread and it was hard as a rock. Seriously. I've had Jimmy's before at this location and thought they were just OK but this was like biting into stale two-day old bread from Subway. Almost ten bucks for a sandwich with chips and drink I expect MUCH better quality. Should have just gone to Firehouse instead. I won't be going back to Jimmy's.
(2)
Jennifer M.
Do not use them for delivery! Every time I order delivery it takes 40 minutes. I'm not ordering a pizza or a meal, literally one sandwich. So ridiculous especially when they are promoting how fast they perform. Plus, I'm only a mile away at work. When I called to check on my order they just said yea it's busy. Won't use them for delivery.
(2)
Megan L.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried them several times delivery and pickup. They either give me the wrong order, forget something or decide the rules have changed depending on who is working (peppers on the side, delivering to my address, etc.) I will never order here again and I would give them no stars if that was an option.
(1)
Jese S.
I do certainly love me some Sammich.... Gargantuan with no tomato extra onion is the only way to go. yes I know I should be doing the healthier option, but it's the closest things I have found to a good east coast sub since I moved here 14 years ago. This location has turned into a disappointment because of their delivery area. They used to deliver to our office then suddenly stopped because it takes longer then 7 mins to get there. Even called the corporate office and found out that that's their "rule" screw that you work in a building of a few hundred people who ordered frequently. I wish they would reconsider their delivery area.

Like most Jimmy John's. Fast tasty sandwiches. Friendly people behind the counter.

I have visited this JJ about 50 times and I don't think I will be returning. First I'll get the positives out of the way. The food taste is consistently good. I always order the Vito and it's always made in what seems like under a minute every time. The customer service here though is borderline awful. I can't say how many times I have been greeted by "sup", "what", silence, and on a couple occasions an eyebrow raise. There seems to be an attitude in the shop of "I hate my job" or something but it is apparent every time I have been there. I would suggest saying hi to your customers with a smile. Goes a long way. I just don't think $8.15 is worth that kind of service for a sandwich. For goodness sake Subway has that down. I heard there is a new firehouse down the street, maybe I'll check that one out.
(2)
Jonathan D.
I have been a JJ customer for a long time. I literally live across the street from this location and I must say that this particular JJ does not live up to most JJ standards. I have ordered here twice and the first time wasnt terrible but the second time was brutal. I order JJ because its good and fast. Fast being the key word here. My last order took over 40 minutes to make and deliver. They pride themselves on speed but this was just pathetic. I called to cancel the order and the guy o the phone didnt care about pretty much anything. Their deliver is really what separates them from other choices in the area. Now that they cant deliver in a prompt manner means I have other options I will be exploring here on out. Hopefully this location can get its act together and start following the rest of the Jimmy Johns in the country.

Ordered #11 - the club. Made fast, tasted great except for the fact they forgot the BACON!! 2nd time they've left the bacon off. Please take an extra minute making the sub to make sure it's right. Yes, bacon is that important. Update after consuming another baconless club: My bad!! I read the menu and it says.. turkey, apple-smoked..." and that is where I stopped reading as when I see apple-smoked I know the next word is bacon. At Jimmy Johns it is ham, so I am wrong. Apologies, but can we have a club that is a club? Turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Thanks! I also changed the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

The only reason to order Jimmy John's: convenience. A decent sandwich, but that 'Freaky Fast' delivery is the main appeal. So when it takes 45 minutes to get your meal, it's hard to be anything but disappointed. I've ordered from this location several times before, but doubt I will again. I could have walked to the store, eaten there and walked back in the amount of time it took my sandwich to be delivered. When I commented to the driver that the wait was much longer than usual, his blank stare was only accompanied by a "huh". Too slow.

I just went their and not only was the bread stale for the second time in a row, they did not have any sprouts for my Beach club!! I had to purchase my own sprouts from the local grocery store to make the sandwich taste good (how I like it). I usually wouldn't complain about mediocre items such as these but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and... come on... stale bread and no sprouts! Your sandwiches stand out based on the bread and veggie extras - like sprouts! I mentioned my disappointment with 'no sprouts' and was given an answer that all JJ's have stopped using sprouts until further notice??? Hmmm. Oh, and I was told that there are plenty of veggies already on the Beach Club - uh NO. Sprouts carry that flavor that I was looking for. My wife wanted me to return the sandwich. Instead I vow to go elsewhere. Guess I'll give the Spicy Pickle and Which-Which another shot.

Vito with peppers! Yeaaaahhh baby!

Consistently fresh and very fast sandwiches. The bread is great, the veggies are crisp and plentiful, and the meats are REAL and not pressed like some of the meats at the sandwich shop that starts with an S and ends with an UBWAY.

Always "so close" but never what I actually ordered. This is the 3rd time I've ordered online, just to find that what is in the bag has something wrong (no mayo, no side of peppers - which cost extra!, etc.). It's not that hard, I wish they could just get it right. Won't be going back.

Cass D.
Usually hit this place once a week or so. Fresh and they aren't joking about how fast it is either. I had a sandwich in my hand before my credit card was out. These people definitely know what they are doing when it comes to meat, cheese and bread.
(4)
Kevin S.
When they say fast, they mean fast. It takes only minutes, sometimes less to get your fresh food once you order it. Sandwiches are excellent and they make them to your specifications without hesitation. Prices are very reasonable and they do not skimp on the meat like most places.
(4)
Karli F.
Thank goodness for fresh tasting, reasonably priced subs. My first visit to the location nearest me made me realize that I can begin to enjoy quick, non-Subway (bland, thin) sandwiches again. Their french bread was hearty but not tough to eat/bite. The turkey was fresh and had flavor (I know, what a concept). I ordered the Beach Club which has turkey, provolone, avocado spread, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes and mayo. It was delicious and the toppings were plentiful and crunchy--when they should be! They didn't scrimp on the ingredients like other chain sub shops sometimes do. My only complaint was the layout of the store. It wasn't easy to form a line or wait for your order. Oh well, they're so fast it didn't really matter.

I wish my company catered from these guys instead of bland Jason's Deli. LOVE their veggie sub, #6. Tried to be healthy once and ordered with wheat bread instead of white. It wasn't as good. So stick with white. Ironically, this sandwich is heavier on the calories than most. No matter--as long as I know that. I always appreciate a place that lists nutritional info on their web site. I went to Jimmy John's in Boulder, and hated it. Not the sandwiches, but I guess I am about 15 years too old for the vibe.

Part of my "Lunch in the Burbs" list, this is another affordable, nutritious lunch for the Park Meadows mall area, walking distance from work, Super Fast service (just like they advertise), and under $10.

I'm an admitted Jimmy John's freak. The bread here is some of the best sub sandwhich bread I think I've had. Nice outer crunch and soft middle. I find myself constantly getting the #1 and never getting sick of it. Service is lickety split, sandwhiches are fantastic, and prices are reasonable.
(4)
Dan M.
This place is much better than Heidi's deli! One of my favorites is the #5 add peppers. It's a really good Italian cold sub on fresh bread. Always busy for lunch because they have good food but they are really fast no matter how long the line looks. Highly recommend it.
