Worst. Place. Ever. I used to take the kid here periodically and had to go to a few b-day parties here back in the day. The pizza is nasty cardboard and it always seems like a good 50% of the games are busted at any given time. But hey, you can spend $10 or $20 here and let your kid run wild for an hour or 2. Just put in the earplugs and go to town!

Pulled up today to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday with a couple of online coupons when we get inside we realize the prices are the same so no discount there bummer! So we stood in line for about five minutes while the attendant who made sure we all got stamped just looked at us!!! Why wouldn't he go get us help?? So I went around and had to pull someone from the ticket reward desk to help us. Needless to say pizza over priced, and bad service put a bummer on my sons 2nd birthday , 1/3 of the games are "out of service" or out of date. Definitely will not be back!!!!!!

This place is great for kiddos. What I love is you really do not have to spend a lot here at all. Sometimes I go in and just buy tokens for my 3 year old and walk out only to have spent $4.00. The staff is really quick about coming to help when a machine is not working or it takes your token, and usually gives you a few tickets for your time, which is always plus for a 3 year old who does not earn a lot. This place is pretty crazy on Saturdays as everyone likes to have their kiddos b-day parties here so I would say to try to come during the week because it is not busy at all then. They have an indoor play area too for little ones with a slide and tubes to crawl in and that does not cost anything either. Along with your pizza, salad bar, soda, beer and wine is also for sale. Hey and I don't mind taking a few of my kiddos tokens to play some skeetball, basketball and football toss. Hey it's "where a kid can be a kid" right?!?!

It's a decent CEC, I only take my kids when it is not busy. It is crazy on the weekends. I wish they had better arcade games but this one is chuck full of ticketing games and that makes the tokens go fast.... Look for coupons online before you go.

At first glance, you might think the "E" in Chuck E. Cheese stands for "E-Coli", since the place is pretty much a buncha' germy kids running around cheap rides at breakneck speeds. But it's really not all THAT bad. They run several specials or Internet coupons that make it an affordable night out for parents and kids. For games, food, drink and "pizza", it can run about 25-40 bucks. The kids will suck down the "pizza", but if you're the adults, you might want to eat a big lunch that day before visiting Chuck E. Cheese for dinner. If adults get hungry while there, it's not so bad to get an order of boneless buffalo wings. They're not amazing, but they're comparable to your typical frozen Tyson "football watchin' appetizers". I think they even served cheap beer for the adults... but I'm not 100% sure. I can imagine Billy Bob of Showbiz Pizza shedding a tear if he was still around to see what his pizza n' games emporium concept has become (Chuck E. Cheese merged with Showbiz in the late 80's and for some reason Billy Bob, Mitzi, Fats Flyer and friends went away). But whereas Showbiz had some multi-generational appeal, Chuck E's is strictly geared towards the kids. Thankfully, the germy ball-pits seem to have gone away and the number of creepy animatronic "furries" has also dwindled. Coin-op video games-- the bread and butter of Showbiz in the 80's-- have gone away as well. Now it's nothing but hyperactive video screens, rides and jungle gyms for rugrats. But don't fret...skee-ball's still there! When you enter, they also make sure to hand-stamp each group of adults and children. This way, they can make sure kids leave with the people who brought them (if you think about, it's sad that such a system had to be put in place). Hand-santizers are also around, to quell the fears of germaphobes. The bottom line is: kids seem to love this place. I give Chuck credit for that.

If you are thinking about having a kids party at chuck e cheese's, THINK AGAIN. This place is completely chaotic- tons of rude kids with no parents in sight running around, way too many games and rides packed into too small of space. and too many parties happening at one time. Not to mention, the cost of the parties is ridiculous--$12.95 per child for 2 slices of pizza, 20 tokens, and a drink. The food was served late, but we were still kicked out (yes, literally given the boot) from our table precisely 90 minutes after the party began. I would never consider going to Chuck E. Cheese's again.

This Chuck E. Cheese is the best one we have been too and we have been to Aruora,Arvada, Superior, and Englewood. And this is now our favorite one. The fun house is so cool lots of fun. Lots of new games. Prices are still the same as we have always paid. Of course some games where down witch is always a bummer but it wasn't a lot of them so we bairly noticed.

Let's face it, we went for the kids. But with that in mind and the cost of the pizza, you would hope for a better tasting pizza. Years ago I would have given it 2 stars as with five kids we made very frequent visits here and I couldn't stand going. They've made upgrades to the inside and I love that you can pretty much look across the game area and see your kids. There is plenty of seating and it's well spaced around the game area. Now why the starts aren't so high......the food. The pizza is just not very good, especially for the price. Most box pizzas are better then this. I had ordered the salad bar and went there first. I could tell that they don't expect many to partake in the salad bar as the although the lettuce containers were full, the dishes they were in were shallow and after filling my plate I pretty much depleted the romaine which left nothing for the next person. A lot of the toppings were empty and some of them just seemed weird looking, like the reddish purple diced ham. Luckily I had a $2.00 off coupon for the salad as it was not worth $6. Again, I know I'm not going for the food. The kids had a great time playing all of the games and I love being able to sit at my table and watch them run around.
A great place for kids to have fun and eat lunch. Every game is one or two token so very inexpensive. I must say the pizza is nasty.

How do you rate a Chucky Cheese? Well it has everything that you would expect. Tons of kids, music, dancing folks in costumes, cardboard pizza, lemonade and 1990s games. I can't help thinking about the germ factory that is cultivated at this place but to be fair our daughter enjoyed herself and no one got sick. Chalk one up for a successful CC visit!

You know that feeling you get when your kid gets some super-junky toy for Christmas, some off-brand thing from a big-box store, and you're looking at it with dread. You know it's not gonna work right, won't deliver on its promises, will wind up causing multiple meltdowns before it mercifully dies after very little use? But then, to your surprise, it winds up being kind of cool and works well? That's how I feel about this Chuck E. Cheese. I was sure it would be horrible and then, well, it wasn't horrible. It was excellent. My boy is almost 6 and we have made it this long without ever having to enter a CEC. But they've been running a ton of CEC commercials during his TV viewing time and he just really wanted to go, so I took him while my husband was getting his colonoscopy nearby (I wondered which of us would have a tougher day). I was expecting a grimy, run-down, depressing, dark place with grim employees. Instead we were greeted with a sunny and bright interior (for some reason I assumed it'd be a dark rat hole like the arcade at the mall) and smiling, interested employees at every turn. I did have to wait a while to order food, but it was clearly a safe environment to allow my boy to explore on his own. Someone in line shared a coupon with me so we got a good deal on a pizza + soda + 40 tokens. Then, we had a ball. It was a crack-up watching him via video monitors when he was inside the fun house. He played tons of games and thrilled at the tickets spitting out. He hung out with the other kids while CEC himself came out and the singing and dancing started, followed by the free ticket toss. The staff were enthusiastic participants which was very sweet. Our food took kind of a long time but arrived with sincere apologies about the wait. It wasn't great pizza but it was a million times better than I had expected. We brought half of it home as leftovers and enjoyed it later. We had a great time that day, so much so that my son begged to return two days later. Since we had leftover tokens, and hadn't redeemed many of our tickets that first visit, back we went. I love that you can enter without paying, and can take a trip there just to play games even if you're not having a meal. This second visit, he found a Battleship type video game that was just right for a 5-year-old and he spent practically every one of his tokens on it. Again, he had ever so much fun and on this visit, and this time, the pizza was actually really really good. My husband had a ciabatta sandwich that he said was good. He was extremely impressed with this place, too, having also expected something pretty depressing. The bathrooms were clean, everything was very clean actually. I was very surprised how well-maintained this property is. All the time, there were workers working very industriously, maintaining the cleanliness, very very impressive. Every machine was working well except the one that eats your tickets and gives you a receipt to take to the redemption counter. And when that machine malfunctioned, an extremely helpful employee was there within 3 seconds to un-jam it. The only thing that is a drag was that sad sad prize redemption counter. These are always a drag wherever you go...you have to spend fifty thousand dollars to be able to acquire enough tickets for anything decent. But here, it was even worse -- even if you had a zillion tickets, all the prizes were off-brands, no name-brand toys of any sort that I saw. I wish they'd improve on that. I guess I'm just a little in love with this location right now because it so immeasurably exceeded my expectations. I hope they get good recognition from corporate, because they deserve it and they really do a lot to undo the so-so reputation Chuck E. Cheese's has accrued over the years. Incidentally, one of the photos in another review shows a kiddie play area -- there wasn't one when we visited so maybe it got removed during a recent renovation? Not sure.

You know, no one but kids actually like going here. It's notoriously chaotic for parents and as a 30-something I remember the horror of the creepy animatronics singing to you while eating crummy pizza at childhood parties. However, the brand has evolved greatly! Chuck E actually looks a little creepier these days, they thinned him out and made him look "cooler", but the animatronics are gone at least. First of all, as a parent, I do appreciate the attempt at security they have to make sure kids only leave with who they came with. That aspect helps keep the chaos of dozens of kids more manageable knowing at least the chances of my kid being stolen are limited. Second, this is a pretty good sized place with lots of games, so even on the busiest weekend kids rarely have to wait to play a game. The cost for tokens is reasonable and you're guaranteed your kid will always earn enough tickets for some kind of rinky dink prize, at the minimum. Plus they keep the place pretty clean so I don't feel all sticky and grimy playing the games alongside the kids! Third, the pizza actually doesn't suck! I find it reasonably palatable, as are their other food items. And they serve BEER! A must for parental sanity!! The selection is Bud and Bud Light, but it's beer! And if you're adventurous they do serve wine too- scary. And fountain Pepsi- woo hoo! Finally, they do birthday parties right. For a price, they do EVERYTHING! All you have to do is show up, distribute tokens, allow chaos to ensue, wrangle the kids to feed them, and then let them lose again until their parents drag them and their crappy prizes kicking and screaming to go home. It's truly a childhood rite of passage to have a birthday here, and totally saves your sanity and home from inevitable birthday party destruction!! That is a parent-kid win-win!

Not really happy with the experience this time. We called Friday to see if there was wifi so we can do our homework for school while the kids play. We were told yes, and when got there there wifi was down for a month. Ridiculous! So we had to cut the kids time short. There pizza has improved and i like that they have the salad bar. The boneless hot wings were gross, the kids wouldn't eat them. I was also disappointed that the playland takes tokens and the kids can't just play

Great for kids, new fun house is pretty fun but that's about it. Service is slow, no ranch sauce, no cherry coke, no tickets on certain games. There seems to be a lot of slacking. Overall it's clean with lots of game choices.

Took my 3 kids to a Bday party on Sunday. The place was jamming with kids (and their adult caretakers) all running around screaming and having fun. Exactly why youo come here. I have not been to a Chuck E Cheese in 15 years, but very much the same as before. My kids all loved it. Yes it is chaotic and noisy, it is an arcade after all. Flashing lights and loud machines all competing for attention. I wonder what the games all say and do after hours (Toy Land style), probably very competitive. I did not notice a lot of games out of service, in fact every game the kids wanted to play worked just fine. Some times the games were hard to figure out on the first try or were frustrating (my oldest is only 5) But not to fear as there was always a more "compelling, must play" game right next to it. As for other reviews saying some of the games are dated, well t hey were all "new" to my kids and given the chance they would have played everyone. Tried a bite of the kids pizza and it was what you would expect (I make my own pizza all the time at home) but the kids all ate it without complaint. Personally I would not come here to eat as an adult. The big mouse of course made a appearance for the birthday party (one of 3 parties going on at the same time,so the mouse's attention was divided) The kids all loved the show and had a good time. Since this was for 5 year olds not surprising. Not sure t what age the magic wears off, but worked just fine now. I like the fact you get stamped (UV ink) with a number matching your kids stamp, so you can only leave with the ones you brought in. Ended up with 31 tokens left over, so we will be back again, especially now that it is colder outside. Chuck E Cheese is probably good for a few visits a year to keep the novelty going for the kids.

My kids love this place, as a parent I usually bring a book and wait for my husband and the kids to use up all the tokens so we can leave. We don't ever eat here because we prefer to eat elsewhere when we are in the neighborhood. We take the kids when they are hungry so they don't throw and fit when it's time to leave and they have something to look forward to. It usually takes them about an hour then they cash in their tickets for a few pieces of garbage (aka treasure) from the glass case and we go about our day. In our most recent visit, I noticed that they added a fun house. You are supposed to pay a token to go inside, I noticed my daughter was the only on that paid as the other children just slipped under the gate. There are cameras where you can see your child make their way through the FUN fun house. I notice my daughter was having a hard time getting past the maze of mirrors. She was in there for about ten minutes and while i could not see here face I could sense that she was probably getting close to panicking. I was all but expecting her to come out in full melt down mode but ultimately she just came back out the entrance, defeated and ready to move on to something else. She is six and there were a lot of other, smaller kids breezing through the thing so I'm not sure what the issue was. After all is said and done, this is a great cheap place to make you the parent of the day in your child's eyes and maybe catch up on some reading. I will say however that the person at the door never checks my husbands stamp, which is odd.

Great for kids, new fun house is pretty fun but that's about it. Service is slow, no ranch sauce, no cherry coke, no tickets on certain games. There seems to be a lot of slacking. Overall it's clean with lots of game choices.

Took my 3 kids to a Bday party on Sunday. The place was jamming with kids (and their adult caretakers) all running around screaming and having fun. Exactly why youo come here. I have not been to a Chuck E Cheese in 15 years, but very much the same as before. My kids all loved it. Yes it is chaotic and noisy, it is an arcade after all. Flashing lights and loud machines all competing for attention. I wonder what the games all say and do after hours (Toy Land style), probably very competitive. I did not notice a lot of games out of service, in fact every game the kids wanted to play worked just fine. Some times the games were hard to figure out on the first try or were frustrating (my oldest is only 5) But not to fear as there was always a more "compelling, must play" game right next to it. As for other reviews saying some of the games are dated, well t hey were all "new" to my kids and given the chance they would have played everyone. Tried a bite of the kids pizza and it was what you would expect (I make my own pizza all the time at home) but the kids all ate it without complaint. Personally I would not come here to eat as an adult. The big mouse of course made a appearance for the birthday party (one of 3 parties going on at the same time,so the mouse's attention was divided) The kids all loved the show and had a good time. Since this was for 5 year olds not surprising. Not sure t what age the magic wears off, but worked just fine now. I like the fact you get stamped (UV ink) with a number matching your kids stamp, so you can only leave with the ones you brought in. Ended up with 31 tokens left over, so we will be back again, especially now that it is colder outside. Chuck E Cheese is probably good for a few visits a year to keep the novelty going for the kids.

My kids love this place, as a parent I usually bring a book and wait for my husband and the kids to use up all the tokens so we can leave. We don't ever eat here because we prefer to eat elsewhere when we are in the neighborhood. We take the kids when they are hungry so they don't throw and fit when it's time to leave and they have something to look forward to. It usually takes them about an hour then they cash in their tickets for a few pieces of garbage (aka treasure) from the glass case and we go about our day. In our most recent visit, I noticed that they added a fun house. You are supposed to pay a token to go inside, I noticed my daughter was the only on that paid as the other children just slipped under the gate. There are cameras where you can see your child make their way through the FUN fun house. I notice my daughter was having a hard time getting past the maze of mirrors. She was in there for about ten minutes and while i could not see here face I could sense that she was probably getting close to panicking. I was all but expecting her to come out in full melt down mode but ultimately she just came back out the entrance, defeated and ready to move on to something else. She is six and there were a lot of other, smaller kids breezing through the thing so I'm not sure what the issue was. After all is said and done, this is a great cheap place to make you the parent of the day in your child's eyes and maybe catch up on some reading. I will say however that the person at the door never checks my husbands stamp, which is odd.
