Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Very tasty and pretty quick. What it may lack in atmosphere it makes up for in taste and service. If you're looking for floppy New York style pizza this is a pretty fair place for just that thing!

The knots are awesome and the pie is wonderful a very good price for the lunch special.
(5)Kim V.
Great Pizza - a bit pricey but worth it.
(4)Brad O.
Great crust and fast when you order by the slice. One of the best NY style pizzas in CO. Well done!
(4)Rob B.
Very good pizza and the garlic knots are yummy ! The staff is very friendly and the company does a lot of stuff for the schools...
(5)Chuck K.
A good NY-style pizza place. I moved from Binghamton, NY, and thin-crust like theirs is my favorite. The knots are decent, the pizza very good and they make very good stromboli as well as stuffed pizza slices that are to die for because their reheat in the oven leaves both crusts with the perfect texture.

I've been going here for years. Solid pizza, great knots!
(5)Rebecca B.
This place is our favorite pizza place in the Littleton area! We always get the Grandma's pizza! It's square and very delicious!! Good salads and knots as well!!
(5)Patrick C.
I guess I understand those folks looking for "true NY pizza" being disappointed. Although my NY Pizza experience is limited, I haven't seen anything that Garlic Knot makes that would or should be construed as "NY Pizza." That said when my brother and his family were here visiting from NY, including my NY raised Italian sister-in law - they loved it. For me, they have always delivered a good, hot, delicious pizza and I must admit, I love their Garlic Knots. The thing is pizza is one of those very individualistic food that people feel strongly about. I like Garlic Knot, other people might not. All I would recommend is that you give it a try. If you don't like it, you get to move on to another place and give it a shot!

Love the pizza, and don't EVER forget the garlic knots. The staff kind of ignores your existence though.
(4)Curtis H.
A great place for lunch. Really good New York style pizza. They have a great crew working here.
(5)Mean G.
Yikes....Over 1 1/2 hour wait for our order of wings and 1 pizza. When the pizza showed up it was greasy and we had to put the wings in the oven because they were still not done. We order from them because they are the only pizza place in the area. However we have started to just get our pizza from Safeway and make it our self. It tastes better and is quicker. I can drive to Safeway and make the pizza in the time it takes them to make it.

there is no pizza in the world better than here. I love the cheese pizza but not a big fan of knots. I wish they did garlic balls instead but then they would be called garlic ball lol

I was craving pizza, despite the fact that I haven't found GOOD New York pizza in Denver for 30 years. The Garlic Knot claimed to make New York pizza so I thought I'd give it a try. I had to wait quite a long time for my take-out as the place was packed. I thought that was a hopeful sign of (finally) finding decent New York pizza. But I was disappointed. The pie was okay. Just okay. I had to send it back as the greens hadn't been cooked at all. It's as though they remembered at the last minute that I had ordered greens, so they tossed them on. Did they think I wouldn't notice? So add The Garlic Knot to the growing list of so-called New York pizza parlours that do NOT deliver on their claims.

Their food is great but DO NOT order for delivery. Go pick it up. There delivery is a joke and took 1 1/2 hours to go less than 2 miles. I could have walked there, got my order, walked home before they got to my house. I called and complained and they stated they would comp my order, but they never did.
(2)Joe Y.
Best Garlic Knots with no wait service. It's weird that Denver location has waiters.
(3)Carla S.
My latest experience here was a Girl Scout make your own pizza party. The staff was super friendly with the girls. The host took them to the kitchen and prepared a pizza in front of them. They really enjoyed the tossing of the dough. Then the girls went to their table to make 1 pizza for every 2 girls. The party also included unlimited drinks and Garlic Knots all for just $8 a girl. The girls enjoyed it and the food is great.

Just don't do it. What could be better than White Pizza, buffalo wings and garlic knots? Nothing, but make sure you get it ANYWHERE BUT this place. The ricotta was not melted, was super spongy and tasted just terrible on the cardboard crust pizza. The chicken had been so over cooked on the wings that it was stiff and crunchy and seemed like it had just been tossed into some sauce. And, even the buffalo sauce was terrible, it was runny and tasted bad, not spicy, but bad. The garlic knots tasted good with the marinara dipping sauce, but smelled horrific. They didn't smell garlicy, they smelled kind of burnt, which they weren't, so beats me where the smell (that has not left my living room) came from. So, just say NO to the Garlic Knot.

Love this place for take-out. So far we have tried both The Metropolitan (artichokes, mushrooms, black olives and canadian bacon) and The Mott St. (Chicken, mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic) and I have loved both! My SO isn't crazy about onions or lots of garlic, so he wasn't all too thrilled with The Mott St., but take it from a real foodie; it was SO. GOOD. Might be my favorite pizza from this place. Their garlic knots are so-so, but their home-made marinara is spectacular. I could eat it with a spoon. I have only been to their location on Chatfield, but the wait times for a pick-up aren't long at all and the service here is friendly.

We were house sitting down in this neighborhood and were craving pizza so we searched grubhub for who could deliver. Obviously since my better half is from Chicagoland, the normal fast food chain pizza places cannot even be discussed. That left The Garlic Knot. After he checked out the menu we decided to order from here. We wanted garlic knots from the word go - and since the menu said 5 next to the words garlic knots we assumed 5 per order and since someone (I swear not me!) tends to eat the quantities of 3 grown men instead of 1 we decided to order 3 servings.... WOAH the garlic knots were great first off, but there were way way more than 5 knots per order. We had garlic knot leftovers (which were still damn tasty) for days! We also ordered the Madison Square pizza with thick crust and the toppings were pretty good - sausage could have had a little more spice, but that was easily added with pepper flakes/hot sauce. The only thing that kind of was a bummer was that there was not much sauce - we ended up dipping our pizza in the sauce from the garlic knots and then all was well. I figured it was since the pizza itself had so many fat-kid toppings already that adding more sauce would affect the quality of the bread underneath it. Either way - if we house sit again I would order from here and just request extra sauce for dipping/on the pizza itself. Kind of pricey, but then again - it is not the typical crappy fast food pizza and we did have leftovers for days (which is unheard of in my house). So ultimately I don't think I'd gripe about the price since the value/quality was there.

I've been here a few times, and it's a no frills very solid NY pizza place. I'll be coming back here. This one is better than the Mineral Ave Garlic Knot.
(4)Myles T.
This place sucksssss aaaasssssssshole so bad they gave me my pizza after an hour and a Half of waiting
(1)Foodie V.
Literally the *best* pizza I've eaten out of anywhere in the United States. Period. And the garlic knots rock.
(5)Jim F.
This is a great local pizza joint, our whole family loves it. The pizzas are a bit more expensive than the chains, but the ingredients are better too, and overall less greasy and/or doughy. You most likely be waited on by a high school student, but my service has always been pretty good. One time they did mess up a take out order though and blamed it on us (these kids haven't learned Customer is always right ;). The atmosphere is something to be desired, a bit bright and no nowhere near fancy. Even if you have a bad experience, you should try it again, we have had mostly good luck there.

My wife received a groupon from work for this place so we went. The pizza came out and instead of putting onions on one side they put it on all the pizza. We had the student waitress take it back and as if we couldn't hear the snotty little girl she explained out loud to the cook that we never ordered it with onions on half. FYI, my wife is allergic to onions so I doubt we would forget. After our meal we gave the groupon coupon to the snotty waitress. She asked us to hold on taking it to the 'manager'. We were told that the coupon wasn't valid. What??? I brought this up in an email with the owner later on and he told us to come back and he would honer the goupon... thanks. We never tried to come back since we ordered a delivery from them the week after and the pizza was wrong again. 2 stars for ok pizza 0 stars for crappy service. Dear Management; In this economy you can hire good wait staff for cheap instead of High School snotty 'valley girl' types.

Good service ... Good pizza if you like greasy pizza
(4)Matt B.
First off...the food is great. However, they have many sports parties and there is never enough room. So my son and I had to sit outside the party room and miss the fun. My second experience with that. Get there early for the next party. Or find a new, larger party room elsewhere.
(2)Justan O.
I've been here twice. My wife found a hair both times. I blame the management. Poorly run operation. Dislike.
(1)Casey D.
Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money. The service is just as bad as the eggplant Parmesan
(1)Benj D.
We ordered the the Bensonhurst Sicilian. For delivery it couldn't have been a bigger disappointment. Menu says "expect this one crispy". Well after over a 1 hr wait ... It could not have been soggier and room temperature... Delicious right? Not a good experience.
(1)Nick D.
Pizza quality is great. My wife and I don't get pizza often, but when we do, we order from here. The delivery times are often better than the big chains because it is a smaller company and a little more expensive than major chains. Price, as I said, is a little expensive, but for the quality, I'm okay with that.
(5)Ronda J.
Awesome food! The baked ziti is out of this world! I highly recommend!
(5)Tina M.
This is our second time ordering from this location. The first time the pizza was soggy and room temperature. I thought I would try them again and this time the pizza was ok but my cinno-knots were burnt and hard. I was shocked they would deliver food looking like that . Maybe dinning in would be better.
(2)Azar S.
The pizza here is decent but the main reason to go here is to indulge in box after box of the famous garlic knots with the fresh sauce. A must have!! My daughter goes to school across the street so I stop in at least once a week for a box of the knots, hard to resist.
(4)Jerry K.
Being from Chicago, wasn't sure what to expect. This pizza was awesome. Service was great. Garlic knots could use a little more garlic but still good. Highly recommend if in littleton.
(5)Jay B.
Very disappointing. Pasta was dry, sausage was dry, and garlic knots were burned. No plans of eating here again. I had such high hopes for this place but the fact is I've had better Italian at the mall.
(1)Jodie E.
I posted a while back disappointed in the restaurant, well they have vindicated themselves. Best pizza In littleton!
(5)Mr. Peel's F.
Garlic Knot I think you should go to Garlic Knot because it is the best Italian restaurant in town. it is very close to Ken Caryl Ranch. They serve a variety of food that tastes amazing and they have arcade games that are fun to play. I enjoy the cheese ravioli which is hot and fresh. The sauce is incredible and tasty. The pizzas are hot, so first blow on them. The crust is thin, crunchy and delicious. The garlic knots come with the pizza. The garlic knots are buttery, warm and delicious. Garlic Knot is a nice place to take your family when you are in the mood for good Italian food.
(5)Patrick H.
THE WORST!! SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Juvenile employees that are rude and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend ordering from this location.
(1)KD C.
Delicious NY style pizza pie. Cozy neighborhood Pizza joint feel. We loved our meal there, and enjoyed the ambiance. Our server was so informative as we had never eaten there before and in short order we had garlic knots hot and tasty with exceptional marinara, and a slice of both pepperoni, and a slice of sausage and everything was perfect. We ordered a pizza to go for the game tomorrow if it makes it through the evening. In short, it's the best pizza we've had in Littleton. We will be frequent customers.
(5)Sharon S.
The owner is from Flushing. I grew up in Queens, so I figured I'd try it. This is the closest thing to NYC style pizza in the Denver area that I have found. The biggest let down in Denver is the food in general. I guess being from NYC, I grew up food spoiled. :) I enjoy the thin crust. The sauce is good and the garlic knots too. This is my go to spot for pizza, even though it's about a 15 minute drive. Lol

This place reminds me of my high school pizza hangout. The pizza is really good and the service staff is really friendly. There are lots of people dining here on a friday evening. Mostly families and patrons of the karate school next door. I had dinner here with my wife and we ordered a medium peperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. The sausage was a bit crumbly, but this did not take away from the deliciousness of the pizza. I wasnt a super fan of the garlic knots, but just because they were TOO garlicky...they definelty are not advertising incorrectly. I have to give extra KUDOS to the staff for going the "extra mile". I left my iPhone in the dining area and didnt realize it until i got home. They called my wife and left her a message, letting us know that the location of my phone. Thanks!!!!!!

I don't think you can find a better pizza in the Denver Metro Area. My kids and I absolutely love this place. There is more than enough seating and the staff is awesome. I don't understand some o the bad reviews. The garlic knots must be hit or miss, but we have never had any problems with them not being garlicy enough. There are times that the pizza is more greasy than others and I'm not a huge fan of grease, but overall we have very good experiences from here.
(4)Matt D.
I've been to this place several times & I always liked it. First off, you'll never get NYC pizza in CO, so don't even think about it. What makes NYC pizza so great is the water from the Catskills they use to make the dough. In any case, the pizza here will satisfy. Not too greasy & not too floppy. Has a nice thin crust. The meatball sandwich is for sure my favorite, good sauce & nicely toasted bread. One thing I don't like about this place is their garlic knots. Where is the garlic? Is just tastes like a toasted knot w/ butter..or sometime some sort of weak garlic powder. To me, if I don't see chunks or minced REAL garlic on it... then it ain't a knot. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly & fast... sometimes slow and too busy talking to themselves topics other than work related issues.
(4)Mana A.
Fantastic pizza and fantastic service! Highly recommended! Great for kids, great for adults. Family oriented! Fast service!
(5)Mark C.
Great pizza, speedy service... They probably have 15-20 high schoolers working In this hole in the wall joint so it seems extremely busy. Pizzas run $15-$20. They have a lot of toppings to choose from and the pizza comes out perfectly greasy... I know some folks that say this is there favorite pizza in Denver and agree it is one the better NY style pizza places we have found. Definitely worth a try
(5)Delbert A.
Pizza has never been one of my top fav's, but having kids and a business to run, sometimes there is no avoiding a delivery when time is an issue or the family just craves delivered pizza. There hasn't been a pizza chain we have not tried. Having one extremely picky child has made agreeing on a particular pizza difficult for all of us. Alas - we have finally agreed on one pizza that makes us all happy. Garlic Knot pizza! Full flavored, very cheesy and delivered hot! The pickiest family member is more than satisfied, she loves their cheese pizza and I think its pretty tasty myself! I have not ordered the white pizza in the past, but have ordered the Greenwhich Village specialty pie and it is fantastic! LOVE the garlic knots! So super garlicky the man and I must sleep facing opposite directions after consuming. =0) My delivery experiences have been fabulous. They say 30-45 minutes, but is has never been over 30. Normally, 20-25 minutes but I don't live terribly far from the restaurant. I'd rather be surprised by an early delivery then have to repeatedly answer to; "when is the pizza is coming?" Great pizza and friendly phone staff that take your order. Completely content with the quality and service we receive. We will remain big fans of the Garlic Knot!
