Spicy eggplant FTW. It was lunchtime and eggplant is only available in the dinner portion. But I ordered it anyway! And they completely delivered. It was ALL melt-in-your-mouth eggplant with some chicken. Usually the eggplant dishes come with other vegetables, but this one was focused. And I loved it! I always wish there was more eggplant, and here you go. My friend got curry, which was very tasty as well. I like the tables where you can take your shoes off and sit on the floor cushions. This always feels more comfortable to me anyway. By 12:30pm, the place was really hoppin', so come early for lunch to avoid the rush.

My mother is from Northern Thailand, so if anyone asks me where the best Thai food in Denver is, I often just say, "at her house". BUT, on the rare occasion that I am looking to spend money on Thai food, this is where I go! The dishes are authentic Thai...not like when you go to a Chinese restaurant posing as a Thai restaurant because it has become a more popular cuisine and then realize that it lacks all the traditional Thai ingredients! Like kaffir leaves, lemongrass, powdered rice, bird peppers! This place tastes like home-made to me, but with a bit of upscale refinement. My favorite is the Drunken noodles and they often have some wonderful item on special. Be warned though...if you ask for hot...you are really asking for it! I grew up on spicy Thai food, and even their medium is a bit much for me at times. You have been warned!

Unfortunately for Thai Bistro we got take out from Udom Thai last week, which was much better. I ordered the Thai fish cakes which were nice. However my wife had the drunken noodles with tofu for entree and it was bland. Not enough sauce and not particularly tasty. I had the crispy chicken, which wasn't great either. They were more batter than chicken and the sauce (dry) was pretty bland as well.

My hubby and I are staying in Denver for the night; road tripping to California from Nebraska. We have a dog with us, and the hotel we're staying at won't let us leave her in the room unless we are certain that she will not bark or be a "nuisance" while we're gone. A little annoyed after a subtle threat to be kicked out because of the dog, we look for a few food options. We stumbled upon Thai Bistro on Yelp, and they deliver! The dinner portions are nice and hefty. I got the chicken Pad Thai, extra spicy. After a 9 hour road trip, you'd think I'd destroy my entire meal. There was just sooo much, even after my husband picked through it. We also got the Garden Rolls, very fresh. My husband got the Pad Prik Khing, extra spicy. Also very delicious. And we shared a large $9 of Tom Yum Goong. I love the little mushrooms the use, and the level of sourness! For dessert we had the sticky rice with fresh mango, and finally topped of the meal with 2 thai teas. The young man who took our order was very polite, and they delivered right to our hotel room. I knocked off a star for this place, regardless of the great food, because it was a bit pricey. Yes, we did order for dinner, but $60 just seemed like a lot. One appetizer. 2 entrees. 1 dinner size soup to share. 1 dessert. 2 drinks. Okay maybe not TOO expensive, but expensive enough. They also forgot to include plastic cutlery with our delivery (the fact that we ordered from a hotel room should have been a big hint). So if you're traveling in the Denver/Lakewood area, and don't feel like leaving your hotel room, definitely check this place out for the convenience of delivery. You won't be disappointed. They take debit/credit cards over the phone, but be sure to tip your delivery person!

I love this place!! My husband and I frequent this restaurant often. It may look like it is in a weird location... But trust me go in ! Staff Awesome! Food Awesome!

Thai Bistro is good as always. The wait staff was really great this time and very patient as we had an infant with us. The food was fresh and hot and so tasty!

Love their food, crave it. Eat here a couple times a month and it's always great. I would suggest going for lunch vs dinner though - same meal but half the price.

Good food, great service! Portion size could still be more generous though.

Upscale Thai, competent chefs. The atmosphere is contemporary and classy. The price is inline with everything else. One thing I think that is important to say is that they are not afraid of making foods with a lot of flavor and that includes spicey, so be aware of that. I myself like it hot, and they deliver in that idea. Others in my family are not able to take the heat, and they also are accommodated just fine. This is not a chain restaurant with some teen with a booger hanging off his nose. It's a serious Thai restaurant, and has my praises. This is a foodie type of place.

I NEVER would have thought to find this little gem in the Elvis Cinemas/DMV strip mall in SW Littleton. I've been driving by for 2 years. No longer! It was a pleasant surprise from the door on in. The dark, cool, spacious interior felt refreshing and cozy on a hot summer midday...friendly employees willing to answer my dumb questions...not "too" fast on the food so I could sit and enjoy the time with my family. First off was a steaming cup of miso before we even ordered. Frosty cold Thai draft beer by server suggestion. Deliciously greasy steamed dumplings. I enjoyed my lunch- we haven't had anything like it outside of central Denver. I had the homestyle ginger with vegetables and brown rice- spicy was spicy and perfect! My 8 & 11 kids split rad na with pork- thick rice noodles with broccoli and gravy. No leftovers and lunch for $30 for 3. I was so happy I asked about a few dishes I miss from my Hawaiian Thai restaurants, and the server brought out the chef to talk to me! Sadly the coconut crepes I love so much are too time consuming for this place... Thoughtful, timely, and delicious. I'll be back. A lot.

I live right around the corner from here, and tried it on a whim before a movie at the elvis. Since then, I've frequented the place about once a month over the last year or so. As other reviewers have said, this is an excellent restaurant. The service is always great, and everything I've ordered has been wonderful. Personal faves are the drunken noodles, and the southern thai curry w/pan seared red snapper. YUMMM. Big flavor at this place and they aren't afraid to bring some heat. I always order medium heat, and I've had it come out not spicy at all, and other times I've left sweaty with a runny nose, so there is some inconsistency in what the chef thinks spicy is. There is a nice presentation to the food as well instead of just being slopped onto a plate. Everything tastes very fresh, and is a step above any other thai I have had in denver. Thai Flavor in Aurora is very good, but a 45 minute drive for me and this place is honestly just as good, and has a more upscale atmosphere. It's a dark, well decorated place that has a nice low key atmosphere. It would be great for a date night as they have a full bar, and dessert options. The servers will always make a recommendation if you ask, or explain anything to you if you are unsure. I love places like that. I feel like I could go in and just say, "make me your favorite meal" and it would be great. The prices are about right for a meal of this quality. If you still like to eat at big chains you might find it slightly pricey, but the trick is GO AT LUNCH. Same entrees but for only 6.50 including a soup! Overall, a great place. One of my faves in this part of town. Check it out!

I really enjoyed the food here, the flavors are fantastic. I had the pineapple rice with seafood.....excellent! And try the lychee wine, kind of like plum wine, but not quite as sweet. The peanut sauce is fantastic with the chicken satay. If you like really (and I do mean *really*) hot food, they can do it for you if you ask. My husband had them make his like that, and it lived up to its reputation. A little on the pricey side, cost me $100 for 3 people (a couple of drinks each), but it's great food and a nice atmosphere. Only thing is that they could use some more staff, it took a while to place our orders and get the check, but not so long that I was really bothered by it.

This place sits a bit far from where I live and work, and yet I still find myself getting to Littleton every once in awhile to eat at Thai Bistro. I am a fan and a customer of almost 7 years. I eat there once or twice a year, usually on lunch excursions, and I am never disappointed with the food. Actually, I can say with certainty the quality of the food tastes better and better with time. My only complaint stems from the quantity of food. But even then, this depends on what you order. With stir fry entrees and curries, you find larger portions sizes. I happen to love noodle dishes, and my drunken noodle dish often leaves me hungry still. But each bite tastes wonderful, full of flavor and heat if you find the courage to try medium or hot. Another great surprise that TBistro offers comes in their daily specials. They always offer an appetizer, entree, dessert and drink special. And often, the specials add another level of variety for tasting and enjoyment, whether it be deep fried snapper in southern style curry sauce, or a specialty fried rice or noodle dish. Truly a gem in Littleton. :-)

  • Nhoi O.

Very good noodle dishes such as Pad Se eww (the noodle they use here is almost the same thing we use in Thailand...unlike other Thai places that usually use Vietnamese rice crepe for this dish) The Rad Nhaa is also pretty good. The extra charge for your proteins is a bit annoying. The dish should at least come with some sort of protein already and the extra charge will be acceptable if customers would like to change it to something more expensive.

Thai Bistro equals good Thai food in a beautiful atmosphere. I've always had very polite and efficient service. SW Littleton lacks good, authentic restaurants so I venture here often to avoid the surrounding cookie-cutter Olive Gardens and Applebees. I have not been disappointed with any of their dishes and they always prepare them to my liking. I personally like Louise's Tofu. It's a large bowl loaded with vegetables and tofu, drenched in a thick sauce that is never over-salted. The flavors and level of spiciness are always perfect. I recommend Thai Bistro for either a couple's evening out or even for a group of four or five. It's a cozy place and great for conversation-making.

Great Thai. If I hadn't been to northern Thailand and had authentic Thai, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great food but way over priced at dinner time.

  • Randy B.

Wow. The spicy fish was absolutely perfect. I mean perfect. Nice waiter, nice atmosphere. Judy had the Drunken Noodles, and she loved it, but I had the spicy fish and it is simply one of the best meals I have ever had. Try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Randy B.

A great find in west Littleton. Thai Bistro offers great dishes at good prices. Although the menu has about every traditional and somewhat westernized Thai dish you can imagine, I keep finding myself in a rut because the Thai Beef Salad and Panang curry is so darn good! The place is clean, service is friendly but occasionally inconsistent. Give this hidden gem a try!

I don't understand all the high reviews here. It must be that it's in Colorado first of all, and the suburbs of Colorado (all there is out here is Chili's and Outback, and people here think that is gourmet Lol). $3 for two, tiny spring rolls that were dripping with grease and not hot. $16 frikin 50 for a small piece of steamed fish with lots of veggies?! I ordered it medium spicy and it pushed MY comfort level. I have been known to eat crazy hot stuff without a problem. With 4 levels of spice: mild, medium, hot, and on fire, medium should NOT completely mask the taste of the food. My girlfriend had the Thai Plate. It was less than a quarter lb. of beef with about 5 lbs. of vegetables for $12.50! yes $12.50! Yes,, you heard me, $12.50!!! I would have cringed a tiny bit at this, if I was in NEW YORK!!!! but Littleton? in a strip mall?? yeah right. Also, she ordered it medium and could not eat the vegetables and only a couple pieces of the beef. the service was struggling to keep up. Empty water glasses, a forgotten diet Coke request, and chopsticks that took 5 minutes are all contributors to the rating. summary: so-so food, waaayyyyy too spicy and wwwaaayyyyyyy overpriced. Sketchy service, as though two waitstaff called in sick???? The reviews probably were made by people that don't leave Colorado and/or probably don't leave Littleton for food. Go to Pad Thai or Thai Basil.

Nice atmosphere and on the pricier side. The food is decent, but don't go expecting real Thai-style flavor. Their menu is Americanized, and their food only hints at what real Thai food is really like. If you're into mild conservative flavors, this might be a good thing. But for me, if I go to an ethnic restaurant, I want the real deal. One example is the Tom Yum. We ordered it Thai hot with chicken. It showed up with hardly any of the ingredients that make this soup so magical - no kaffir lime leaves, no lemongrass, no galanga, no fish sauce taste and it wasn't even hot! Perhaps it was in the broth and invisible, but it is no fun without those fresh ingredients floating around in the hot broth. The Crispy Duck special was quite good, although it turned out mild when we ordered it Thai hot. Still, the meat was delicious and the skin nice and crispy. Even their Prik Nam Pla, thai chilis in fish sauce, was watered-down and sweetened up - blah! Decent restaurant, but not one I'm going to frequent except perhaps for appetizers and cocktails.

We have been going to this place since it was a little hole in the wall with scary ( but clean) bathrooms, you know the kind. It was half the size, did not have a bar, did not deliver, and the decor was kind of old and dingy. But the food was stellar so we kept going back. Each time we went ( 2 or 3 times a year ) the atmosphere, decor, and menu had improved. I don't know why so many people say it is pricey. I' not sure where these people have been eating. They must not be used to having cocktails, appetizers and dessert. I had to laugh at the guy that kept repeating that his date,s dish was 12 fricken 50! And the guy who griped about $100 for three people with two drinks each! Most drinks, even in non description places are about 5 to 9 dollars for simple bloody Mary's or screwdrivers. We took my in laws to Sakura last night and it was $ 158.00 pre tip. We each had two glasses of wine at happy hour prices ( $4 ) and my husband and I each had a sushi appetizer at HH prices ($4 and $4.25). $116 just for entrees. My husband and I usually spend around $60 to 75 pre tip with apps, drinks, and dessert at Thai Bistro. People have to realize how much the cost of food and the fuel to deliver it has gone up in the last five years. And every time the minimum wage goes up, the price of everything goes up. Don't pay any attention to the bad reviews. They simply aren't true! If you love Thai, do yourself a favor and visit this place. I won't order duck anywhere else. The one thing that was true was that (OCCASIONALLY) the service is not up to par. But that happens EVERYWHERE. People do call in sick, often an hour before their shift, and a replacement just can not be found.

Great food, great atmosphere! The service was good and because they were not just trying to "turn the tables" everything was perfectly paced. Definitely a place to try in the Littleton area.

This place is really good. The panang curry and the drunken noodles are my favorite. Really great food and service. The atmosphere inside is great too, don't let the strip mall outside deter you from going in.

Found this little magical gem when going to Elvis Cinemas. Was hungry and looked for something to eat. Found this and was seriously surprised. Went with 2 friends. A friend and I had Pad Thai with chicken. He got a bit spicy for me but I tried some and even though spicy, it was very delicious. Mine was perfect! The taste was amazing, chicken was nice and tender, and noodles were right on. The atmosphere was rather romantic. Nice low lighting, decorated very elegant, and was just really cozy. Service was helpful and polite. And had a full size bar that looked tempting. I would've had some drinks if I could've. The downsides that are keeping it from being 5 stars though, is that myself and my friends thought it was a touch overpriced. Also my one friend got a specialty drink and the waiter didn't ask if he'd like another, even if it costed more. He had a Thai Hot meal and could have really used the drink too, heh! Other than that, I will be back and highly recommend it if your looking for something new to try.

I brought my parents here several years ago. I was living in Denver at the time, and it was well worth the 40 minute drive. The food was excellent, and I especially liked it when the chef started roving around, stopped by our table, and we launched into a 5 minute conversation about his motorcycle tour of India. I remember this being the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to. Ever. The only reason I'm not giving more stars is it was a long time ago, and my tastes have changed since then.

  • lorell l.

First let me say that I wish I could give half stars because I would give Thai Bistro 3 and a half. Ever since I've found this place I've been a fan. Not because it is the best Thai food I've ever had but it is the best Thai food I've had in the Denver area. The service good but when you go on a Friday or Saturday night you do end up trying to flag down your server (some times). However, the staff is very friendly! I love the chicken panang and it's usually what I get, however I once had curry duck or something to that affect and it also was very tasty. When I need my fix for Thai, this is the place I go!

Like a lot of ethnic restaurants I think Thai Bistro caters to its American clientele. That's fine and of course can make sense from a business standpoint. What it means to the diner however is that the cuisine is changed a bit to meet the bulk of the customers desires. It is certainly a nice, clean restaurant. The food is good, if not entirely authentic. Service is also above average. I will say, it's probably a little more pricey than it should be, but it's not an arm and leg. Best stated, a solid Thai place and maybe a good place to start when discovering Thai food. You can always search out other Thai places that do it closer to home - cuisine wise.

  • Dave K.

The best Thai I've had in Littleton, no question. In fact, it's the only real Thai I've had - all the others are Chinese-Thai "Asian Fusion." Some of those places are good (Thai Basil especially) but they're not real Thai. But I digress. Went here on the recommendation of a coworker and am very happy I did. It's a nice place with a good size menu. Portions were fine size for me. I was warned that it was a little pricey, but it didn't seem expensive to me. I asked for my dish "hot" and it came out hot. They have a "super hot" option too, might try that sometime. Everyone in my group (of around 7) was happy with their meal. Will definitely go again.

  • Brian K.

The food here is excellent. It is the best Thai food I have found anywhere in Southwest Denver. The atmosphere is a little dark but is comfortable and quiet. The service is also good. They serve the food quickly and are attentive to your needs.

Delicious and affordable lunch and dinners - the thai iced tea is a favorite, and try the Thai beef salad.

We just came back from visiting family in OC Ca and still craved for Thai food. Instead of driving down to the Wild Gingers, we decided to eat locally. My order was the Green curry with pork, and I really liked the string beans which added a nice texture and the eggplant which absorbed all of the fat and rich flavor. My husband had a Fried Fish in Ginger Bean Sauce (Pla Jien) (inspired by the same dish we had in OC). The pros was we didn't have broccoli in our dinner (we love broccoli but not in Thai cooking). The cons was the heat scale was inaccurate (needed to tune up). The ambiance and services deserve a 5-star. This is the place for a special dinner or a treat for out-of-town guests. The food was very very very good. However, the pricey ticket knocked it down to 4-star.

Food is top notch and the service is good. I highly recommend the pad thai and the drunken noodles.

  • Nicole G.

This place is a sparkling gem hidden in a lame suburban strip mall. The food here is top-notch, and it's a great place for folks who want their spicy food to actually burn. Be careful if you order hot curry rather than medium or mild - they don't mess around in this place. The curries here are to die for, but my favorite is the drunken noodles. Just enough heat, noodles with just the right amount of pan-fried crispiness, and bursting with flavor. The restaurant has been redecorated recently, so it has lost some of that third-rate feel. The joint has classed up enough to be quite a respectable date destination, but be prepared to wait if you come during the dinner rush as the place will be packed.

  • Jen H.

One of our favorites especially for take out. Quick and consistently good food. We lke that they will make the spicy to order - mild, mild-plus, medium, medium-plus, etc. Pad Thai is good, especially the shrimp. Drunken noodles are outstanding. The Thai beef salad is yummy as well. Most of the time the service when you eat in is very good...every once ina while it seems to take a bit longer than expected. Not a big issue...just occasionally. Well worth any wait, however. Good food, reasonable prices. Stop by if you're in the area.

A wonderful surprise. I am new to Thai food and have had that I thought I liked it. After a meal here, I love it! You can tell the ingredients were fresh and the server was very knowledgable. I really enjoyed that you could specify the level of hotness. I will drive a bit for good food but I am fortunate enough to live blocks away

  • David C.

After my last Thai experience in Denver, I was hesitant to try another. Luckily, this was some of the better Thai food I've had. I always start with Pad Thai at a new restaurant - I ordered it "Thai spicy", and got something that I'd consider about Medium... but it was pretty good. Spring rolls were tasty, and the chicken satay was the best I've eaten (a lot of spice). My wife ordered crab-fried rice and really liked it. My daughter ordered a hamburger off the kid's menu and didn't touch it... Price was a little high, and it took forever to get our check, but the food was very good. I'll be back, especially since it's only a five minute drive from home!

  • Ann M.

Stopped in for quick lunch in the area knowing nothing about the place. When we sat down they immediately brought us soup (I would rather a salad, or a choice). Soup was plain, tasted like chicken broth with onions ? Their lunch special came with your choice of appetizer and your choice of lunch (picked from the special menu), and it cost 8$. I had the Spring Rolls and Tofu Pad Thai. Pretty good, the spring rolls tasted alright, but were SUPER small. The Pad Thai was good, but oddly sweet in a good way. Over all pretty decent.

  • Harumi Laura C.

An appetizer and a main dish for $8.95 for the lunch special! Good value and tasty! I'd like to emphasize that we're willing to lavish money on flavorful food, however, Thai Bistro is not only just inexpensive, but also great taste as daily fare. Moreover they are very attentive and hospitable. For appetizers, we only tried fried spring rolls (2 rolls) and Thai Bistro Salad. Both tasted good and even when they're not on the lunch special, it's only $2.00. For main dish, we tried Crispy Chicken Basil, Vegetable Delight, Beef Casserole Noodle Soup, Sauteed Tofu and Bean Sprouts, and Kao Pad. All of the dishes were sufficient portion size and you can choose spice level. In addition Thai decor, figurines, accessories and subdued lighting create a nice ambience.

I have been eating here for over six years, and it's fantastic every time! Love the food (pad see ew is my fav, but it's all good), service has always been good, the wines are well-chosen and very good for the price. I miss living within delivery radius!

  • K N.

Decent Thai food, great service - in a dimly lit restaurant with cool decor. The boyfriend and I had the chicken satay, yellow curry, and pad Thai with tofu. The chicken satay was super delicious and cooked perfectly. The yellow curry was decent, not the best Thai yellow curry we have had. It was a bit pricey for what it was. The pad Thai was good, though it had a bit too much tamarind sauce, so it was super tangy. The tofu was cooked perfectly though!

  • M O.

Great find! Small restaurant with great quality. My favorite dishes are the drunken noodle, Thai fried rice and the roast duck in wine sauce. Special mention for dessert because they have mango sticky rice! Do you know how hard it is to find a place that sells this?! Service is good, but we always order take out, although the dining room looks really nice and cozy.

Best Thai in Littleton! Love this place so much... My go to is the beef and broccoli medium spiciness, but love every dish I've had there! I probably go there once every two weeks and it never fails!

Excellent Thai food - best in Littleton hands-down - very spicy which I like but if you don't like spicy definitely go mild

Didn't know what to expect with a strip-center Thai restaurant, but it was a risk worth taking. Seen't on-line that this place was rated the #1 Thai place in Colorado from 2000-2003...I couldn't tell you why the Thai Bistro hasn't made it on that list for the past 10 years, but they deserve some additional consideration. Food was great! I had the drunken noodles and the old lady had a beef curry dish. Don't remember the name of hers. Love the fact that when you order you can set the degree of heat you want your meal at. We both chose the "hot" designation. I probably could've gone "extra hot," but it was date night...the sacrifices I make. A good decision to go here. You won't be disappointed. FYI...The portions are big. They serve them "family-style." We probably could've shared one dish, but Asian leftovers never hurt anyone.

  • Spencer V.

Wow, better Thai food here than most other places in the states. I grew up eating Thai food on occasion and always loved it, and they do it will here. I'd love to go back so I can confirm their consistency but really enjoyed what I've had so far! Was referred here by friends that easy here often though so I'm not too worried.

I like to go here to get my Pad Thai on... I keep meaning to get something else but I always seem to order the Pad Thai... mild or wild it's yum, yum, yum! Make sure you go for the mild or the mild plus if you're not into the spicy stuff.

  • Nicole D.

This place has really gone downhill. The lunch special is a joke. My sweet and sour chicken had 3 pieces of little chicken they amounted to about 2oz of meat. My moms pad thai chicken had obviously been sitting in the back for all of lunch and the chicken was different than mine and tasted like rotten eggs. A sure sign that her chicken was past it's expiration date. My boyfriends red curry was watered down, another cheap way of serving a lunch special. My mom had her pad thai replaced with fresh spring rolls and they were huge, yet came with one tiny piece of tofu in each. Way to skimp on everything. Too much fish sauce in their peanut sauce as well. The server was completely rude to my mother and acted like she didn't know English. I will never be coming back here again

Excellent meal! Great service. The larb salad was very intense and flavorful. The yum woon sen salad was excellent, as was the papaya salad. We asked for "Thai hot" and, unusually, it actually was! Nice dessert menu. All in all a very nice Thai dining experience.

Great little restaurant, perfect for date night. Don't be fooled by the strip mall location-the food is good and staff friendly and quick. When we first arrived the place was totally empty, but filled up within a half hour. The pad Thai was awesome. I'll definitely return :)

My go to spot for Pad Thai. Very tasty and nicer atmosphere than the cheesy strip mall its in. Everyone says the Drunken Noodles are to die for. I'll try them next time.

Stand out dish for me is the Apple salad.. So delicious. Otherwise decent Thai food (wild ginger is better)... Friendly restaurant but the prices are a bit high... However, they deliver! Huge plus out here in the burbs... And it's a great place to have dinner and a few beers before a movie at the Elvis theatre in the same shopping center. Ftw!

Ah life is a game of compromises, the wife and I alternate between this place and Wild Ginger over on Littleton Blvd. She prefers the fried rice at WG and I prefer the drunken noodles at Thai Bistro. When I go solo I will go to Thai Bistro. The green curry is very good here too. I like the subdued lighting decor here too.

Lived in Thailand for a few years and Thai Bistro is a good American Thai place. Love the decor!. Very authentic.quiet on Thursday evening. I Had veggies with chicken in a very light brown garlic broth medium spicy. Rate it 3 out of 5 good but not Special. Husband had jungle curry and gave it a 4 out of 5. He said it was Very spicy. I'd have the veggies again but a bit spicier next time. We'll be back.

I loved the flavor of their southern Thai curry red snapper (special) the medium heat was WAY SPICIER than I anticipated... Usually I can handle a little heat ... Delicious flavor.... Yummy yummy yummy!!! I also got their toasted coconut ice cream and it was super amazing :)

We moved across town 6 months ago and this is the best Thai so far that delivers in our new area. The Masamun curry and fried rice were very good but the Pad Thai and soup were not so good. I should say though that in our old area we could get Star Thai delivered, which appears to be flagged as best in town by many reviewers, so the bar is very high for us.

My wife and I are rarely down in Littleton, but we were down there tonight to buy a car. This restaurant was near the bank, so we decided to stop in after we finished buying the car. I had the drunken noodles, which were quite good and just the right amount of spicy. I also had a Thai iced tea, which was good as well. My wife had red curry with tofu. I had a taste and really enjoyed the flavors of the curry. My wife seemed pleased with her dish as well. Prices were a bit on the high side, but the portions were fine. If we're down that way again, I'd certainly come back in to eat.

The night we called up to get some delivery, a very apologetic woman told us they didn't have delivery that night. We ended up picking it up ourselves...and glad we did! The food is full of flavor and delicious. Portion sizes are huge, easily enough for two meals or for two people to split one order. The price is pretty good too. Many people like Wild Ginger, and I've tried it. Wild Ginger tastes a tad better but just too pricey for small portions. Thai Bistro is the perfect compromise. We tried the Pad Thai, Peanut Curry Noodles, and Spring Rolls. All sooo gooood! Can't wait for it again!

Their food is fantastic...we order about once per month and usually have take out. Some of our favorites include pad thai, panang curry, drunken noodles and fried rice. We held a surprise 40th birthday celebration at their restaurant...the staff was wonderful and very helpful with planning the event. All of our guests raved about the food...we couldn't agree more!

I love this place and have tried many different dishes but keep going back to the pad thai.

Great food. Had the drunken noodles and they were fantastic. Great flavor and it came out quick. Zero complaints. Fantastic!

I agree with other reviewers - this place used to be good, but is on a downhill slide. They've always been pricier than most places around here, but the food was tasty so we would order quite often for delivery. Now they've decided they won't deliver to Ken Caryl, which is the one nearby neighborhood where $80 (before tip) for takeout for a family of four would probably fly. Oh well, can't tell them how to run their business - but they've lost some good customers.

This is a great find in our new neighborhood! Tucked into a strip mall but clean, fast and kid friendly! The staff worked together and always had smiles on their faces! Can I say Yum? We had the red jungle curry, perfect amount of heat for me! My husband could have had it hotter. My 2 yr old ate the pineapple shrimp fried rice, it was a yummy yellow curry fried rice, she loved it! My 5 yr old had beef pad Thai and tried to eat the entire adult portion, so you know it was good! Don't let the strip mall turn you away, we are happy we didn't! This will be a place we will frequent for sure!

Update to my review: our waitresses name is Pattie. She still remembers our orders even though we only come in one a month or so. Amazing!

Good. Fresh. Spring rolls were great. Chicken sticks were good not char broiled, but moist. Seemed a little overpirced.

Great Thai place and so far the best I've had. It actually feels a little more upscale when you are in there too not like your average Thai place. They are SPICY!! Which is what they should be. Great curry. My wife gets the duck every time and she gets it spicy so I can't even eat it cause I can't handle to hot lol. Pretty much everything I have had there has been delicious. Been there quite a few times. Makes a good date.

Ordered jungle curry, Thai hot. People who love spice hate when places say something is hot when it's not. This was super hot, both fresh peppers (Thai, jalapeño, and one other) and dried spices, awesome flavor. So far so good....

EDIT: Email from owner confirms that he and all of his cooks and most of his waitstaff are Thai. 5-Stars!!! When I called to order my Thai food, I was all, "Hello, I'd like to order some Thai food for pick up". This is where things got weird. "Ok, what can I get ya?", he exclaimed with NO THAI ACCENT. "Is this Thai Bistro?", I asked. "Yes it is", he confirmed, again with NO THAI ACCENT. At this point, I was doubtful. I ordered, trusting that this man was a Thai man, just really well educated, but when I arrived, it was a white guy. I found this to be very disappointing. Then, I thought to myself, "now hold on, Mark. You are judging this place way too quickly. The kitchen is probably filled with Thai people and maybe they are illegal Thai immigrants who don't speak any English at all, and the white guy is just a smart business person who knows how to deliver the most authentic thai food cheaply by running an immigrant operation. It COULD be the best, most authentic thai food ever!" I couldn't see into the kitchen so I listened for a bunch of Thai conversation, but I heard nothing. I went home and the food was OK but I don't think I'll order there again at risk of having thai food prepared by white guys.

I love Thai Bistro. They must have my number is the system because when i call they know exactly what I want. I usually order takeout and they have it ready really fast. I would recommend the Drunken Noodles extra hot with chicken. This place is very reasonably priced and they are super nice every time I go in.

We ate at Thai Bistro for the first time tonight, and now we have a new favorite Thai restaurant in Colorado. Previous to tonight, Englewood's Taste of Thailand was our fave. And it's a still a strong contender. But Thai Bistro is the hotness - a classic and spicy take on southeast Asian cuisine. The atmosphere is comfortable: A dark room, solid service, cheap cocktails/wines. And the food is winning. The spring rolls hit the spot. The drunken noodles were tasteful. The spicy pork fried rice was off the charts. The location isn't ideal for us, as it's in Littleton. But that won't stop us from going back, and soon.

Erhhhhhhh... Nothing to brag about. We moved into the neighborhood, & ordered for delivery... Steamed dumplings were great, but the Pad Thai was kinda lame. I guess I had higher expectations. Over all so so...

No go on the menu. No non-fried spring rolls. The table next to me ordered better. Mine was okay. Almost every Thai place I have been to is better. Tom kha soup a 3 but menu a one. I am in this area all the time and might try it again.

Best Thai restaurant in the southwest 'burbs. Friendly and delicious. Great spring rolls, tom kha soup, and peanut curry. Yum!

Panang curry with shrimp in Denver. Who would have guessed? Yes it is a bit more expensive than your local asian fast food chain, but deal with it. The panang was excellent, the shrimp was tasty and cooked just right, and the rice was done perfectly. Service was pleasant and attentive. I definitely recommend this place for Thai food. The authentic wood carvings from Thailand are a bonus.

Happenstance. It's life's way of putting you where you should be at a given time. I love it. We were on our way to a sandwich place next door and bumped into this establishment on the yelp app. Classic Thai decor. Warm and colorful. Window tables are the ones to go for. It's a bit too dark in there and I'm a sucker for sunlight or any bright lights. I haven't had Chicken Mint Leaves in a while. It's because I can't find a good one! Aside from my favorite hometown location everywhere else was too sweet, too dry or not enough mint leaves. Well not here. Perfect flavor. Mint leaves are there but not too much. Although it was a tad too wet. But that's easily fixed. Their pork yellow curry with extra meat was not memorable. The meat could be a lot tender. Their papaya salad was the best! Good for two people one order. Lastly their brown rice was cooked just the way I like it. A bit of a crunch is there and not too dry. Service was excellent.

This place used to be awesome, but has slid down some in recent years. Food is good, service is a bit lacking, and the quality is alright. Nothing special here, typical Thai fare, like most places in town.

Worthwhile prices for lunch. I wanted panang curry, but it wasn't on the lunch menu. And I definitely wasn't going to pay $16 for it off the dinner menu. My congenial waiter suggested the Classic Thai Spice as a close substitute. It was tasty and a good recommendation. Pleased with the service and quality of food.

Under staffed. Food ok. Ordered lunch special Drunken Noodle, pork. Did not get the lunch special since I asked for pork. I was not told this until I got my meal. I asked about it and was basically told too bad. They did not even try to make it right. What a shame. I will spend my money somewhere else next time.

This is my first experience at the Thai Bistro. I ordered the Pad Thai spicy hot to go...it's really the definition of mild upon eating it. I am not impressed and it was certainly not worth waiting until 4PM for the restaurant to open. This dish will be going to the trash.
