Came in on a Sunday afternoon and got a 30oz Iced Green Tea. It was delicious in a sunny day! They have indoor and outdoor seating with a very warm environment. Could be a quiet place to do some schoolwork or just get some reading done along with a cup of coffee.

Not the best Starbucks I've been to. They gave my order away to the customers after me, so I had to wait longer while they made my order. Seemed disorganized to me...surprising for a Starbucks. This is a busy shopping center and is only going to get busier with the holidays...they better get ready for the season.

This place is the best one to go around to here, the first one to serve fast coffee and it's fresh. The crew here is always helpful. Good Starbucks to go to! They have good pastries as well.

Coffee was good but the tables are very small and the wi if sucks. I wanted to show my friend a funny youtube video but it would not open on my Ipod Touch! What good is wi if you can't use it. Very loud inside, this place is only good to "stop in" and leave. The service was good as expected.

After 20 minutes, and it wasn't even busy there, I received my frap. It was decent...the service was friendly though

This is a fun and convenient Starbucks location. The staff here is on top of their game and will always recommend a fun new drink if you are unsure of what you want. The pastries are fresh and well stocked and there is always a good snack to accompany your coffee. Relative to most other Starbucks locations, this one is pretty small. Seating is usually pretty scarce. The atmosphere is loud so I would not recommend this location if you intend on reading in quiet or studying. There are quite a few electrical outlets, however, so this is a great place to plug in if you can find a seat and don't mind the noise. They also offer some outdoor seating, but it is directly in the sun and can get pretty hot. It is also adjacent to a cross street and there is always a lot of mall traffic walking by. If you are looking for a more secluded place to sit, take your drink and walk down to Qdoba where there is a more 'off the beaten path' and quit seating area.

This is not the Starbucks you want to go to if you are in a hurry.... They take FOREVER! Will not be coming back to this location .

I don't love this location. We occassionally stop by here on Sunday mornings when it's on the way to where we're going. The service generally isn't particularly fast or particularly friendly. One Sunday, two of the baristas were standing around talking to one another behind the counter (I guess one of them was moving to another job, and they needed to discuss the transition right then and there), and only one was working on the long line of drinks. Considering that it took over 15 minutes for us to get our coffees and the store was full of customers, I thought this was unacceptable. Those two employees should have been tidying up or helping make drinks. All the same, it's Starbucks and the products we got were consistent in quality with the other stores. I just wish the staff were better at this location.

Horrible store...I have been coming here for over 6 months off and on since I live nearby and like to get out on occasion to work. Every single time I come in here, the staff are flippant and loud. They are much more involved in their behind the counter conversations with each other than on cleaning the store, stocking the creamer stand, and making fresh coffee. Some staff are more tame than others, so don't want to generalize. But, there are certainly a few that are very egotistical and annoying. Speaking loudly to one another, slamming cabinet doors, sliding chairs around versus picking them up and moving them, and even attempting to be friendly by yelling at customers leaving "have a nice day" is disruptive to those who are sitting down trying to work or have a conversation. On this day two ladies sitting right in front of me are talking about their mom who was just diagnosed with cancer and the tall bearded Starbucks guy, behind the counter 10 feet away and is open about never wearing his name tag, is giving his opinion to a coworker on what he thinks about the drinking (alcohol) age in other countries- total douche. Miss the Starbucks from back in the day when they asked you your name and wrote it on your cup, got to know you, were polite and considerate of others. Total disconnect with their humble beginnings and why they became successful. All workers should read The Starbucks Experience as part of their training IMHO. This particular store is not classy at all, cluttered, and dirty so will only use in the event of an emergency.

Well, it is nice to have a Bux in the Aspen Grove shopping center. And, this location is very visible. Unfortunately, it is anything but convenient. It is situated on the corner, with very little adjacent parking. What parking is nearby is limited, and extremely in demand. Being situated next to Noodles and Company, who have reserved the prime spots for To Go, just exacerbates the problem. The interior is fairly large, but seems to have poor customer flow from entrance to order to pick-up to exit. It seemed that someone was constantly in someone else's way. My drink was fine and the staff were pleasant and quick. But, the parking and interior flow added an unwanted level of stress to a simple purchase.

Friendly staff - though we waited for 3 minutes at the counter before our order was taken & processed. Tasty coffees, as expected. Seating area is small compared to other SB's I've attended - worked nicely for a business meeting with a colleague.

One of the better Starbucks that I go to. Drinks are well made and done fairly quick.

Starbucks is Starbucks to me.....I stop every day - but this location isn't my typical. My only issue is the location in fact, and how the parking lot is set up, which isn't Starbucks fault. It is always busy and sometimes a challenge to find a parking spot. It's also quiet noisy inside so if you're looking for peace and serentiy, this isn't the coffee house for you.

I think it's clear that I'm addicted to caffeine. coffee. tea. soda. you name it...i've drank it to wake my tired butt up! Arriving at lightrail station a wee bit early, i decided i might as well get my fix for the day....mmmm grande toffee nut americano, made to perfection! this location is much nicer than alot of other ones, in that it's spacious yet cozy, the perfect place to study or catch up with friends, and the staff is outstanding. every single time i've been in here, i've been greeted with a smile and have gotten my correct drink :) starbucks, i love you. it's true :)

This is my "Work Location" of Starbucks. The Baristas are friendly and know all of us by name. They are a fun bunch, and when it's not busy, we always enjoy pleasant banter with them. The coffee is Starbucks, and it is what it is, but at least these guys n' gals like to have fun with new combinations of flavors, and are always assuring that you can return your drink if you don't like it. (I never have. They've all been good.) In Starbucks (and in any chain-environment) for me, it's all about the service. And the Blueberry Muffins.

I have never come into this Starbucks and not had a friendly greeting. It also has a good sized cafe inside and patio outside. No drive-up, but that means everything is handled face to face, which is a good thing.

This is a tiny Starbucks and at certain times of the day you won't find an open seat. The staff are always nice and do a great job. This is the closest coffee shop to my house, so convenience is a plus, but I wish they had a drive thru.

I'm usually not much a Starbucks guy, but due to the crazy friendly service, clean yet groovy store, and the tasty green tea frapacino, I will be coming back to this one again. The employees actually are happy (not snooty), know the regulars, and get along. Nice place!

Plentiful seating outside that's combined with Noodles. If it's not pleasant outside while you try to enjoy your beverage with some company or some paper work, count yourself screwed. Small tables line the right side of this Starbucks, but not enough seating to accommodate the flux of patrons that stop by for their fraps and their drips. Small room + lots of people = hard to focus on paper/school work. The chocolate chip studded banana coffee cake looked... Good thing it was behind glass or I would have pawed it.
