I'm a Starbucks addict. For a while this place wasn't very friendly at all. I worked customer service for a while and we were told to always always always greet people. This place definitely does not have that rule. But a Starbucks is always delish.

It's Starbucks -- drinks are consistent, baristas are usually friendly, facilities are clean and you'll always leave smelling like coffee. I enjoy their outdoor seating and love that it's dog friendly. There is always a water bowl just for poochies. Parking can be a little difficult considering that it's located on the corner of a busy driveway. There's always a ton of cars turning in and out.

I waited for too long. Then I ordered a drink w/soy for myself and a drink w/milk for my husband. Half way up to Breckenridge for a family get away I started feeling nauseous. It was then... after my drink was gone... That I realized they screwed up the order and gave me milk (a hot drink) and my husband soy (an iced drink). Normally I'd notice the flavor change but I added raspberry to my white chocolate mocha and was busy entertaining my kids on the drive. When I tasted my husband's sure enough he had soy! I got so sick I was stuck in my room for the night. I called to let them know and only got a "Oh man, sorry. Hope you feel better." Not good enough in my book! Unacceptable mistake. Unacceptable response.

The Last Straw. The tall black haired woman behind counter did not know how to operate the equipment, and something, I assume water, sprayed all ov'er me, my laptop, and work papers as well as another patron. Her first comment. You shouldn't have sat there, its a dangerous spot'. No Apology, nothing but her smirk. Did not offer a rag or napkin. Then she walked over when I approached her manager and started laughing again an her manager had to send her to the back room. Totally unprofessional. I'll be going to Atlas down the street from now on, their reviews are better as well.

I go in today and was going to order my usual drink made the same way and I was going to get charged $0.50 extra for vanilla sauce on top of whipped cream. Less than 2 tablespoons of sauce. My review isn't based on paying the 50 cents extra my review is based on her response. I don't make the rules I just follow them to which I replied this is the first time at this store that I've ever been charged extra. again she replied like I didn't hear her the first time I don't make the rules I just follow them. My response to you is I'm a paying customer I'm not stupid I didn't appreciate the response I did order a different drink and I don't think YOU listen to your customer. I would suggest coming up with a different response for future. I want to give lower than 3 stars but I love most of the employees that work here they're nice they're friendly and they would have had a better response than YOU! I've been a regular customer here at this location and have been for over 2 years. This will be my first bad review.

This is my go-to SBux near work. I've always had great service and they've never made my somewhat complicated drinks wrong yet. I also always magically come in before a line forms, so that's cool.

Being a former Starbucks barista, I have pretty high expectations during my visits to Starbucks. I'm usually not super picky with my drinks and don't get upset if they make a mistake, but common courtesy such as greeting your customers as they enter the store or acknowledging their presence is a must. I dunno if the baristas were tired that morning or whatnot, but we came in around 6am to pick up some tea and sandwiches to take to go up to the mountains, and I got some pretty crappy service. We stood patiently behind a customer in line as his order was taken, and once he left the line, i waited in front of the counter for at least 3 minutes before a worker had greeted me or taken my order. The two of them had their backs turned to me the entire time, as if so busy to even acknowledge that I was there. AND the store wasn't even busy, as there was only one customer in front of me waiting for his drink. AND there were 3 of us, (me, my brother, and my bff), so how could they possibly not see us? That is straight annoying and unacceptable in my book. When I was working at Starbucks, we were required to greet the customers as they entered the store, and then had to take their order within 2 minutes or something like that. That definitely did not happen, and when they DID take my order, it was more of a "what do you want" rather than a "good morning, how can i help you?" UGHHH. so irritating. Anyway, the service here SUCKS and i'd give the store 1 star but my toasted reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich was so delicious, i upped it a star.

Compared to other Starbucks stores I've been to, this one was less-than-friendly. The atmosphere is not as warm and inviting as others, and the baristas didn't seem overly friendly.My wife wanted a panini for lunch and was told that this store didn't stock them (and hadn't for a 'while'). On top of that, the other food choices were very limited (yogurt and some fresh fruit). While we don't always purchase food at Starbucks, it's kind of nice to have if you plan on lounging around while enjoying a drink. In summary, this is a 'no frills' Starbucks if you're looking for that.
