This is a great Starbucks location. I love that they are open late! I have spent many late-night study sessions here. It's really nice to have a Starbucks location like this, that seems to have been built with that purpose in mind. There are plenty of large tables where you can spread out your work and power outlets every few feet. The staff are super friendly, and don't mind if you stay for several hours while doing your work. This particular location is a bit of a trek from my normal stomping grounds so I don't come here much now that I'm not in school anymore. That said, it's always great to know that a late-night location exists in case I ever have a deadline I need to meet.

The music is too loud to think. The place is very dirty and the trash cans are always full. They are so busy they cannot keep up. They are basically a High School student hangout once the school year starts.

This is a beautiful, BIG Starbucks with ample seating and friendly baristas. My two regrets are that the lines are always long (especially the drive-thru!) and they've been out of toilet paper on more than one occasion. But man, can they make a mean caramel ribbon crunch frappuchino!

I usually do not review restaurants but my experience here was so bad, I thought I better. First of all customer service was terrible. I waited to place my order while employees were talking with each other. Once my order was placed, I had to wait due to other employees visiting with each other. Grabbed my cup and got a handful of sticky. Which as you know doesn't just wipe off. Not pleased with this Starbucks at all! Location: 6149 Balsam Wy.

The purveyors of sweet, sweet mana goodness from the gods. Oh how I love thee. You welcome me each day with open arms, a maniacal gleam in their eyes as they know they have fueled me with more addictive goodness.

If you thought that all cup of hot chocolet made by any StarsBuck coffe shop are the same you might be wrong. I have been to so many Starbucks store however they never make any hot chocolet as good as this store. Plus the staff and the manager here are very nice, they always smile at you. Plus this place is open late at night up to midnight while other store closed at 9. I wish that the wifi here can be a little bit faster, may be because a lot of people try to use it at the same time, some time It kick me out. In conclusion 5 Stars for the best hot chocolate in town, most friendly staff, open late, this place deserve 5 stars.

It's a great environment. It's open until midnight, and it's a great place to study or read. Especially for students.

Great, but busy, location. Plan to come either early or late in the day if you need to use one of the sparsely located electrical plugs (unless you are super tall because there seem to be plenty up by the ceiling). The staff here is friendly and drinks are made quickly, which is pretty typical of all Starbucks locations. Overall, this is a great place to hang out, finish some crunch-time studying, or just grab a coffee.

This place had improved, but it looks like it is developing service problems. Their pour-over was consistently good (new metal pourer method). They have not cut back on their hours in years (important), and their staff is generally great, with some recent exceptions. I take one star because a couple things drag: (a) sometimes high school kids take over the place without ordering much of anything (mainly waters), taking up seemingly half or more of the place during prime evening hours and making a bunch of unnecessary noise, and (b) the staff doesn't seem to be empowered to deal with either the high-school squatters or people who crank electronic noise without any consideration of those around them. I take another two stars for having been recently served Pike swill when I repeatedly asked for a half-bold pour over: the barista was thinking of his own convenience over mine. I will likely need to avoid this location so they can get things sorted out.

Again today I wait for what seem like a good 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru only to be given the wrong order. I park and walk on in to let them know. I wait 15 more minutes before they get me my DRIP coffee ( mind you nothing that requires mixing or steaming anything). Sweet I just 35 min of a busy day for a cup of coffee, what was I thinking that a coffee drive thru would SAVE me some time in my day. I also don't appreciate the way the staff act like they just don't give a damn that they inconvenienced your day and make you feel like your time isn't nearly as valuable as theirs! The only reason I come back is that I have gift cards I need to use up, once I do I won't be back.

HEAVY EDIT: If I could give this place ZERO stars, that's exactly what it would get. Worst location ever, and forget trying to deal with their corporate monkeys - they don't care. Money is the name of the game for Starbucks, no matter how much harassment from "customers" that need to be banned that people like me have to put up with. Being harassed, insulted, treated like an idiot, and talked about in a negative way for all to hear by another "customer"? Too bad! You'll simply have to suck it up and tolerate it. I am disabled and I sit quietly and mind my own business. I bother no one. And yet I am singled out *every* time I'm here by some "customer" who thinks it owns the place. Talking down to staff, telling them how to do their jobs, complaining about anything it can possibly think of, insulting actual customers, stalking me solely to harass me, taking tables, chairs, lamps and rearranging them as if this was its personal living room (tonight it took the table I was using with my drink on it! My girlfriend had to go rescue it.). This place is an absolute joke and multiple complaints to whoever it is that sends out the form "so sorry" letters go completely ignored. There is NO reason why I should be forced out of this location solely because they refuse to remove a "customer" that thinks it owns the place and that harassing those around it is acceptable behavior. Utterly ridiculous, though it's not like staff cares since they're generally too busy goofing off, screaming, laughing loudly, and doing pretty much anything but working. Forget this location and don't bother trying to deal with Starbucks corporate at all, from any location. They don't care. On a different note, this location is slow as sludge. Expect to wait at least ten minutes to get what you ordered (so if you're in a hurry, pass right on by this location). It may or may not be correct - it often isn't since they're too busy playing around like children. It's really no wonder people come in here and don't bother to order anything - not worth it. Skip this location. Awful.

Very nice location. Many tables to set and many spots to park a car. The staff very nice and work very fast to get your order.

The best thing about this Starbucks is that it is open late. It is very large inside, and it also has drive-through service. Friendly service. Prices are, as far as I know, normal for Starbucks.

Great atmosphere, but crazy busy at all times of the day. Good location for a business meeting - if you can find a seat.

Stopped in while I waited for my friend who was at an appointment and the service was slow and they were rude. I mean you do not have to be a jerk just because you are busy. The coffee was good as usual though.
