This store is filthy dirty. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Defiantly not a good Starbucks store. Will not be returning

not worth 6$ per drink. its not that great.. it adds up when you buy every day. Wouldnt recomend. You can get coffee from somewere else way cheaper. Dont recomend.

It was hard to find like everyone else said. Everyone here was kind of awkward, or maybe it was just me... It was a chill place to charge my phone though. And I had a pretty tasty vanilla macchiato for the first time. Average Starbucks though.

There's a drive through that only fits about 4 cars and you know how lazy Americans are, they hate doing anything that involves the slightest physical exertion. So what do they do? They park their cars in the middle of the street, an attempt to form their own little line, making it difficult for other people to get through. These are the same pathetic people you see at the airport, standing on moving walkways like idiots instead of walking because they hate using their legs. Here's a tip, fatties: PARK AND GET OUT OF YOUR CAR. There's never a line inside, dummies!! When the auto lane is full, I park, walk in, get my coffee and come out, get back in my car and drive away, all the while the same lazy people are still sitting there like saggy lumps with this look on their face that is like, "blehhhhhhhh" mouths open, half-awake zombies. Now that I'm done rating the lazy people, I'll say that the staff is very nice, although there is one guy who might be a little TOO nice, "HEY THERE!!! WHAT CAN I GETCHA!?!?!?!?". But I guess I shouldn't complain too much about that.

Our usual Starbucks doesn't have a drive through, so we come to this one when we're on our way someplace or after a visit to the gym that's in the same shopping area. The wait at the drive-through is never very long after about 8:30 in the morning, but I can imagine how it would be pretty bad during the morning commute. The service here is always friendly and prompt, though I haven't made a connection with any of the baristas like at some of the other stores.

I would NOT suggest ordering their new bacon sandwich unless you like EXTREMELY soft bacon!!! I didn't realize it was so under cook until I had already driven away. Within the same day I was back in the store and told them about what I had received, and was told there was nothing they could do about it now. I didn't have time to turn around and go back earlier in the morning and then was basically blown off come this afternoon. This specific Starbucks is so hit and miss on its costumer service and quality of the products it serves. I wish there was another store that could get orders right more consistently and that was also conveniently located.

The drive thru is a bit tricky if you hit a busy time. Last thing you want is a road rage without coffee! There are two entrances to one small drive thru. So take your chances and you may just go inside instead.

I read the complaints but I have yet to have one myself. Sometimes the line is very long. It's a popular location. 4 stars would be a deserving review. But they have a new barista. She gets 5 stars. She rocks. And she has the most wonderful smile I've ever seen. Made my whole day.

This location is a bit tricky to find and the drive thru has it's own entrance. I came here when I was in a semi-rush and I felt like it too me an extra 5 minutes to drive around the parking lot to find the starbucks in this maze of strip malls, and then to find the correct way into the drivethru. Compared to other drive thrus (on Santa Fe, just south of Miss, and at 14th and Speer), it just wasn't as convenient. Of course, food and drinks here are the same as every other starbucks.

Hire more people. Amazing, they take twice as long as any other Starbucks. Don't go there unless you have time to waste. Walk in or drive through they both suck.

If you want some good coffee or a good latte - this is the place!! However you need some free time on your hands because this Starbucks is very popular. They have a drive thru window but it is always busy - much easier to just go inside and enjoy.

I visit this location because I work nearby, and it would rate higher but the wait at times is too long for what little break we get. Would suggest expanding if the suite next door opened up.
