Super unorganized location. Came here for lunch with my grandma and aunt. They had the line going from two different directions so we didn't know where to stand. We ordered our food and drink, got our food after a 15 minute wait. They hadn't given us our drinks so I went up and asked and they just had them sitting on the register, never called our name or anything. They forgot part of our meal on top of forgetting to give us our drinks.

This location is prompt and friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. Panera was always like that late night hookup that is so good at the time but you know you're going to regret in the morning. Sometimes I have to put distance in our relationship and just treat myself occasionally to it's succulent bead bowls and amazing sandwiches. But all that is a thing of the past! Panera had heard my sobs over calories and is a changed person. They now offer delicious healthy options, juices, and fresh low cal hearty dishes. We now have a "healthy" relationship :) The new chicken sorrentine (I may have butchered the spelling as bad as my pronunciation trying to order it) is great! Get a large for around 800 calories and it is big enough to split into two meals! Double yum!

The food was okay. We were both disappointed that they were out of the specific bread for the sandwiches we wanted. It was interesting to see how dirty the dinning area was. The place was pretty much empty and nearly every table was dirty.

Panera Bread is a marvelous destination to eat in Aspen Grove. I think its a great place for lunch after a long morning of tiring shopping. Panera has yummy macaroni and cheese, cold salads, and even bubbling sodas. The textures are gooey, cheesy, slimy and cold. Their macaroni has a gooey feeling that I love! They make their cheese home-made and it is delicious! The smells make you want your brain to explode! You smell yummy sour dough bread baking in the oven. You also smell M&M cookies at the decorated front desk!My favorite smell is the muffins topped with artistic cinnamon and sugar. You can rely on Panera Bread. When you walk in you feel happy and everyone is enjoying themselves.There are short and tall tables with daisies flittering on the tables from the breezy outdoors. The employees make our food very quick. They call out your name and you come and get your mouth- watering food. Panera is the best place to eat! the employees are fun and you will love being there!

Terrible! The girl at the counter had an attitude problem, they had no spinach, the line was long, there was neatly nothing on my sandwich. Close this trashy place down. I've never been so disappointed with this restaurant. Plus it's always dirty. Never going back ever!

This Panera offers the same atmosphere as other similar chains in the mall area. This location, however, offers incredibly fast and friendly service. I stopped in with the kiddos in the middle of an incredibly stressful, too busy day. We were able to order, get our food, eat, and get back on the road within 15 minutes. Oh, this was also during a very busy peak lunch hour in which there were only a few empty tables to be had. Wow. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating lunch experience into a relaxing one. Keep up the good work!

I really like this fresh tasting salad. I was able to substitute turkey for the chicken and the turkey breast was just like eating fresh turkey from a Thanksgiving day meal. The gorgonzola cheese, paired with the fuji apple slices and nuts was a perfect complement to the overall taste of the salad. I chose romaine lettuce rather than mixed greens as sometimes the mixed greens have a bitter lettuce in the mix.

I'm usually not the type to give reviews or really care because I do work in the restaurant industry and I know most people are just picky however this has been the worst experience ever! And at panera! No waiter they just take your order and that's all. But they did a terrible job with that. They over charged us an never gave out change until we requested it, none of the tables were clean, all the teens were just standing around talking. They forgot chicken in my chicken salad and when I asked for it they acted like I was the one in the wrong. They guy tossed some chicken on without gloves and then the entire time they stood around and talked about drugs... I don't know if the manager was on break or what was going on. There was only one girl going around doing her job. So I handed her $20. The rest need some serious training. Awful!

Not my favorite Panera location, but it did the job. It seems like it's a little on the older side, and it's inside a mall (never seen one like that before). The food was good, as it always is at Panera (good job on consistency control, headquarters!). The seating is a bit limited, and there is apparently wi-fi but we weren't able to connect to it. Didn't help for our real estate meeting we were trying to have.

If you like microwaved "grilled" cheese sandwich that's cold, rubbery and doesn't have any cheese, then by all means stop in. Otherwise I'd skip this place. Had my wife stop because they are supposed to have FRESH bread... this hasn't been fresh since 1962. I predict this place will be out of business in the next year!
