Just had the best steak sandwich in my life. They changed meat and it was the most tender I have had. You can eat it like a sandwich instead of it being too knotty like every place else. And the hoagie bun is as fresh as they get. Potato salad with a touch of season salt was fantastic. The entire plate was well presented on top of everything! This will be my weekly lunch stop. All for $8.95?! Really?! The steak is HUGE. Bartender Dena is always on it and quite the looker. :-) I met Paul the cook too and thanked him.....class act as well. This place is IT! And I rarely go. That just changed today.

Dive bars are awesome when taken care of...I go here often but it's pretty disgusting...when people avoid the bathroom you know it's not clean...food is pretty bad...even for bar food. The bathrooms are so bad it makes me think how filthy the kitchen is...I wouldn't totally avoid but definitely know this place is not clean.

This was the 2nd stop on the New Years Eve dive bar tour. Dive bar is the key when thinking of this place. Salty regulars huddled on one corner of the bar keeping an eye on newcomers and some friendly others at the other end of the bar. Drinks were a little more pricey than the previous bar (Mirage) but not bad. Dark and dim and not updated since the '70's, the perfect dive atmosphere.

The bartender (Terri f@&#$% Miller) is a delight, you can watch the big games, they have beer, they have karaoke nights and it's within walking distance. What more do you want? Oh and the new bar is made from pine beetle kill and looks top notch too.

Cold on cold days, but is still fun hanging with the regulars. Live bands and descent food. No snobs aloud.

Great Mexican food! Reasonably priced, locally owned, love it! Live music on the weekends. Nice local hangout after work on a Friday night.
