Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I love Chipotle! I always get the chicken fajita burrito with extra veggies, sour cream, cheese and guacamole on the side. It's always good and never disappoints. This location gets busy since its right across from Arapahoe High School, so I would avoid during lunch hours.

I love Chipotle! Been to so many across the country... This one though, by far, is the best! The staff is awesome, and the food is always perfect! Veggie Burrito Bowl!

For starters, immediately walking in you'll notice the place is a zoo. This has to do with a mix of the high school being nearby and that it's a popular place, but nevertheless it is always crowded. Once you order, you notice that the staff is usually never friendly and always act is if you ordering their is an inconvenience to them. They practically measure your food, and multiple times I've had it where they brush food off because they've put on too much, so expect to order double on everything. Once you finish ordering, you end up paying around $10 per person for a micro-burrito and a drink, not including chips and guacamole which is extra. The meat served on the burrito is commonly dry and rough, and occasionally disgustingly greasy. I've had too many bad experiences with chipotle to ever give it another chance at redeeming itself, because it just isn't good.

For food and service, I would give this place five stars. It's great, the service is fast and friendly, and the ingredients are the best available. I can't imagine anyone not liking Chipotle. I also give this place five stars for its outstanding gluten-free options. The take-out experience is excellent. You can order your food online, and the procedure is quick and easy to understand. The only reason I'm removing one star has nothing to do with this location but with the general "look and feel" of all Chipotle restaurants which detract from the dining-in experience. The seating and tables are fine, but for some reason Chipotle likes having its ceilings, walls and layout as sound-enhancing as possible. It's a very loud place when it's busy, to the point where my elderly parents couldn't hear us at all. I wouldn't choose to dine in here, but for take-out it can't be beat!

I order 30 burrito's and tacos for my staff on Saturday and they made them quickly and exactly what I ordered. I even got a follow up call today! That was pretty cool!

After being a regular during high school (at least three times per week), it is hard to go to any other Chipotle. not for quality, but for speed. They can chew through a line out of the door in 10 minutes. If you want the fastest Chipotle in the biz, this is your place. Barbacoa Fajita burrito, extra rice, all salsas but the hot, and extra sour cream and cheese is a staple in my diet.

I've been here a few times. Much like any other Chipotle, though better service than I've had at other locations recently.

Yes, good. MMMM.....

This particular location is always out of onions, green peppers and fresh meat. The last three times my family and friends went in there, the meat was stale, hard and gristly. The employees there don't try or care to make a fresh batch for you. Won't return to this particular location.

Come here quite a bit with my girlfriend and the food is always good and consistent. today's visit was exceptionally great as the staff was so friendly and helpful that it really impressed me. I am also a restaurant manager and I can only hope that my staff is as friendly and helpful as yours was to my girlfriend and I today. Every employee asking how our day was, what would you like, anything else I could do for you and doing it with a smile as if they actually where enjoying there job and wanted to be there. What ever you are teaching them is working and I will definitely be back again and again with great customer service like we received today.

Quite a large seating area. I found that the other reviewers were onto something in regards to the small portion sizes. Also, while the staff was competent and very friendly, the line seemed to be moving slower than other Chipotle's. To be fair, I was unusually hungry this time around, and I have a large appetite, as I am a large rodent. Sniff sniff.

Portions were really small for the dollar at this Chipotle location.

I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants but I really enjoy this certain store. Considering that a high school is directly across the street the facility is clean for the most part. During lunch they were doing some kind of Spanish training of some sort and I had to wait for 4 people to order in 100% Spanish and go back and forth and struggle doing so. It wasn't that big of a deal to wait but they comped my meal anyways. Which was totally unexpected but awesome!

I came into this chipotle and it was pretty clean and up-kept. However when i got to order food with my lady the employee helping us was not so great. The emoloyee asked us what we wanted but just had a very bad aura and attitude about her. She threw the food in the bowl as if she was trying to get us out as soon as she could (there was no one behind us as it was a slow time during the time we came. Chipotle can get super busy). The employee gave just a little bit of meat (less than normal) we asked for a bit more and she sighed and just have a hard time and said she would charge more. All being said, it was just a really bad customer experience because of the sucky attitude an employee decided to have.

This location is THE WORST when it comes to making your food. They're so skimpy on the ingredients and when you ask them for extra it's like pulling teeth. When I asked for steak they literally gave me a quarter scoop, like 4 little pieces and when I asked for a little more they charged me for double. Food is great as usual, service at this one just sucks lol.

I come to this location once in a while during lunch because it's fast and close to work. I wouldn't call it a real "Mexican Grill" though... I still haven't found a great Mexican restaurant in Denver - at least nothing like San Diego, LA, OC, or Santa Barbara... everything here seems to be TexMex... if you're into that. At this Chipotle in particular, I have received the fastest service, probably because of all the volume they get during lunch.... Arapahoe HS is across the street. I would avoid the lunch rush... get there before 11:30 a.m. I usually order a steak bowl (request corn tortillas on the side) with rice, black beans, fajita mix, pico, hot salsa, corn salsa, light cheese, and lettuce. Then I top it off with some chipotle Tabasco. By ordering a bowl instead of a burrito or tacos, I feel you get more food. It's Chipotle... for the price point and quality of food, it's A-OK.

Good Chipotle, I think they make their meat a bit spicier than some of the other locations. The food is good and fresh, a great alternative to fast food.

I'm finally writing a review on this Chipotle after not one but three bad experiences. As this is not my local Chipotle the past couple times we have went, and been let down, I've let it slide telling myself lesson learned - though obviously it wasn't. We were in the area last night so I decided to go to this location instead of our local spot off of Arapahoe & Yosemite even despite the BF's warning. Usually the line is long but last night it wasn't there was only another couple already being helped in front of us. There was one person working the first half of the line, one working the end and then who I assumed was the manager working the register and a cook in the back manning the grill. To start the first lady at the front was not very friendly upon taking our orders, then she skimped on EVERYTHING that was added to bowls. Now I know America is the land of over consumption however when you go to Chipotle you are expecting to do so - you are expecting a huge burrito that can barely be rolled up or a huge burrito bowl that the lid barely fits on. Not the case at this location. You honestly have to ask for extra everything to get what you would get served at almost any other Chipotle location I have been to (in CO and in other states). The next issue was that we were waiting for them to bring fresh rice out and while waiting the lady making the bowls went to add the beans to the bottom, we aren't picky eaters but there is a sort of method to the layering of a burrito bowl and when the BF asked the girl to hold for the rice she kind of got huffy about it. I must mention here there was no one in line behind us. Finally the rice came out and after doubling everything we added to the bowls we had a completed product. The manager guy rang up our order and grabbed a to go bag and then walked away. leaving all our food on the counter. By this time another customer has showed up and got in line but both the manager and the girl working the end of the line were too busy chit-chatting with the cook to notice him. So the not too friendly girl from the front of the line had to not only finish bagging up our order but then had to help the gentleman in line as the rest of the staff had a good laugh. To top it all off we got home and noticed that the dressing for the salad I ordered wasn't in the bag! This is not the first time they have forgot the salad dressing - it's the 3rd!! The first time they were completely out of it (it was maybe 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday) and then the second time it was asked for twice and still not placed in the bag! The other times we have been to this location the place is usually a mess - the tables covered in trash and stains - and the staff never really that friendly. It's like you are doing them an inconvenience by ordering food there. They can thank me now though as I will be one less customer they will have to help in the future.

Live this location. The staff is always really friendly and patient with people who are indecisive. The store is always clean and the tables are always wiped. This is my go-to chipotle.

This chipotle is close to my heart because I spent many high school lunch hours at this location. But the staff has always been friendly despite the flood of high schoolers every day. And I went back today.... During lunch hour. And although it was crazy, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to talk to customers, take their trash from the table and handled the chaos with a smile. Also the peppers were cooked to perfection today.
