Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

After a hard workout at my local gym, I always crave a big-fat burrito. Good way to kill a workout right? True, but I workout JUST to eat Chipotle. Today was one of those evenings: I worked out, sweat it out and earned my right to eat a burrito -- a Chipotle burrito! You can assume what transpired after then... But let me premise this by saying, "I love Chipotle." I love what they stand for 'Food w Integrity', I love their dedication to sustainability, I love that they are completely GMO free, and I love that they love their customers! This Chipotle location emanates every bit of their company culture and, therefore, we have become loyal patrons of this location. We walked in and ordered our usual burrito, a chicken burrito, rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. Both burritos were on-par. We can always rely on quality tasting food when coming here. The price is affordable. Staff members are always smiling. Service is fast. They always give heaping portions of food. Restaurant is clean. There's ample parking. What more could you ask for?

What can you say about this chain, they have a good thing going but often the fajitas are limp and over cooked. The food here has seemed consistently good, been a couple dozen times or so too. People here have always seemed in good spirits too, although I always visit in the afternoon.

Even though I don't get Chipotle much, I still enjoy every bite. The juicy steak tacos are my favorite topped with shredded cheese. The restaurant is a little spicy but that is what I like. Chipolte means king in Spanish. It's 180 years old. I love Chipolte!

Chipotle is close to us and right off of C-470; walked in and there was a line out the door. I guess for a middle school fundraiser or something to that affect. At any rate the line moved super quick and everyone was happy and unfazed by the line. The right amount of meat and veggies made the burrito bol perfect.

Amazing. How could you not love chipotle?? I've been going to this location since high school and they are very fast.

Walked in at 3 minutes till 10:30 (opening time) to see all the food ready to go and the employees standing around socializing and eating. I was told they don't open till 10:30 and they couldn't help me. REALLY????

Odds are, if you're from the 'Mile High City', that you've probably heard of or been to a Chipotle. (After all, the original very first location is on Evans Street near DU). I will always and forever love Chipotle, because nobody can make a burrito quite the same as these guys. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty, tortillas are just right, and the truly-custom menu makes it so no two orders are ever the same... unless you want them to be! Only downside with Chipotle: you get to spend some quality time with your bathroom about 6 hours afterward. You'll want to bring along some reading material.

Every time I go here I get frustrated at the amount of meet they put in the tacos and wraps. Is this stuff worth its weight in gold? There are beans and filler, and 1/10th of an ounce of meet. can't this store and other Chipotles figure this out? Is it just me? randy

We have been going to this Chipotle for a year and the last 2 times this summer have been really sub-par. Guacamole looks and tastes old. Burritos are getting messed up and aren't as big as they used to be. Going to visit a different one to see if they are better/fresher.

Chipolte is a chain and for the most part the food is fresh and good. I wanted to write a review on this location due to the fact the manager was a complete unprofessional "A" hole! They made my bowl with last of the chicken that was cold and at the edge of the container. I tasted my food and it was indeed cold. When i asked for him to remake it and he argued with me about it. He was super rude....ill go to a different one next time.

This is a FABULOUS Chipotle! Whenever I tell people that I have great service at this location, I get incredulous looks and "you can get "great service" there... it's Chipotle! It's all the same!" Well, I beg to differ. You see my brother used to manage many Chipotles, and I know a good one when I see it. This location is super clean, so efficient and amazingly friendly. I have been to many Chipotle locations all across the metro area, and this is by far the best. Most fantastic service, delicious and FRESH food and a great energy and vibe. So clean, too...can't even emphasize that enough. I work in a restaurant, and I find it lazy and a sign of poor management when I go into another restaurant that is dirty. I love this location! I can't wait to keep coming back! 5 stars!

It's nice to leave for a 12-year vacation and return to see how well some folks have done for themselves. Denver's burrito places are a fine example of this. When I lived much more stylishly closer to downtown in my pre-midlife crisis years, my favorite humongous burrito joints had names like Bocaza, Zuma, and Chipotle. Then during a brief visit several years ago it was Bocaza, Zteca, and Chipotle. While in the Bay Area I noticed some news passing over the wires involving a few of my old favorite humongous burrito joints: Dark shadowy secret dealings with companies owned by Ray Kroc, disputes over business names, franchising opportunies and the like. Suddenly, and without warning in the middle of downtown San Francisco up popped an old familiar name from my Denver years: Chipotle! Over the next few years a few more dotted the Bay Area. Then we moved back to Colorado. There they were, Bocaza, Qdoba, and Chipotle. Humongous burritos! Bocaza still has a lot of street cred, since they still have their original name and their same little store over by Chuck's house in the most hip rockstar part of town (yeah, Highland...YOU WISH...I'm talking about 17th, the REAL rockstar part of town). But we, now being icky fashion-less non-rockstar old-farts, live in the suburbs. Hey, guess what? We can still eat humongous burritos in the scary suburbs though. There's a Chipotle (now a humongous burrito rolling corporation recently birthed from the momma-McDonald) by our house. It's got floods of actual high school kids continually gushing through the place all day long discussing television shows and dating over burritos and Nantucket Nectars. When the winds aren't howling down from the foothills, their patio area is a wonderful place to enjoy a burrito bowl (can't eat those flour tortillas anymore) and watch the sunset. The service, food, decor, and overall concept of the place is so simplified and portable that it seems superfluous to just review one specific location. That's the McDonald's influence. Management does a good job of keeping every place consistent. In my experience one Chipotle's burrito bowl is indistinguishable from another Chipotle's burrito bowl. I'm happy they have the humanely raised (no hormones) meat, a claim I wish could be made by some of the smaller more hip taquerias downtown. I don't know if having a burrito bowl eliminates the possibility of gluten so I'd be more cautious and ask more questions about it if you're a celiac and want to eat at Chipotle. I suppose I should find out more before my next burrito bowl. Part of me doesn't want to know because I don't want to find out that I can't have any more burrito bowls. - Silly Ack

This Chipotle is the bees-knees. It's always good food and the staff and management are very nice. One of the ladies who was making my burrito told me I smelled good. She clearly wanted me. But I try not to get to attached to the people making my burritos.
