Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Ate here during a short stay at a nearby campground. I ordered a beer, which was really why we stopped. I was brought a warm coors light. I politely asked if there were any cold bottles. I was told yes, but that I would be charged for a 2nd beer. I showed her the bottle that I had not drank from, the cold indicator clearly showed that the beer was warm. She asked "is it worth it?" clearly it was, but I was NOT happy. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an app. About 5 min later, she returned to tell us that "the oven was on the fritz" and asked if there was anything else we would like instead. Ugh... Ok..... Can we have pizza? Sure she says and about 10 minutes later it arrives. The pizza is alright, if you can keep the flies from eating it. We won't be back.

Thursday nights are best with live music. At least once a month you will be entertained by Don Cannon, former lead singer of Steppenwolf. What a class guy and a treat! The pizza is thin and crispy...excellent! Great beer and the staff are always friendly!

Pizza was great but I would not recommend the garlic knots. They were absolutely pitiful. They were the size of a small childs thumb and you only get seven of them.

Very good pizza. Great beer! I have been here half a dozen times and never had a bad meal. Best to go when you can eat out on the patio/deck. Friendly staff. Good prices too.

Hands down some of the best pizza I have ever had. Try the carnivore! They also serve great pasta and sandwiches... even fish! It's all delicious. The staff are nice, but usually overwhelmed and fairly inattentive, but if you don't really like to be bothered during your meal or don't need anything, it's just fine. Great family atmosphere with fabulous food.

Pam, Dave and the crew do an excellent job. We get an XL Carnivore minus the ground beef and then add bell peppers. So good especially with a salad and draft beers to get going. Live music on Thursdays I'm pretty sure and it is a great family environment. I recommend sitting out on the deck in the early afternoons with your family. Good times!

Really, really yummy food and great beer on tap. This place has a comfortable atmosphere, great beers on tap, and the pizza and salads are really tasty! As a bonus, there is the best park across the street to keep the kids busy after you eat. The owner is a sweetheart who cares about her customer's experience. Definitely recommend!!

I like to stop in here on my way back from trips to Denver. It's quiet, quaint, and serves good food. They're a sweet little cafe with nice staff that I would bet have been there for years. Great pizza!

The first time we visited this place over a year ago the Pizza was just OK. We went back just before Thanksgiving and it was really good. The crust and sauce on the pizza are excellent. This family owned joint is very quaint and the fire in the fireplace is a nice touch on a cold night. The server was awesome and very attentive. I recommend you give it a try if you are ever in the Larkspur area.

So my experience here was not good. The food was just bland and highly uncreative. Furthermore, some of the dough in one of my pizzas was actually still uncooked. Do not get a salad as an appetizer here either. It's literally lettuce on a plate. Just go to the grocery store instead: much cheaper. Also, when we politely expressed that the salad could use some improvement considering what you pay, the waitress copped an attitude. I'm not hinging my review off of her because we all have bad days, but I do not need some teenager giving me an attitude because I said, "the salad could be a bit bigger with some more tomatoes and maybe some cucumbers." So please, just don't bother. You are better off finding some place else. The pizza and general atmosphere are awful. If the pizza was good, then it'd be different and I wouldn't give a rip about the atmosphere, but the pizza was terrible. Also, I'm from Chicago so I know good pizza. This is not it.

Best damned pizza around! Lived in COS for 8 years, I will now only drive the 9 miles to Larkspur for pizza. Beats Boriello bros or any chain!

Have eaten here a few times since they opened, whenever we are in the area. Last night was a disaster. The waitperson forgot to put in an order for one of the appetizers, and one of the entrees! When they brought out the chicken wings, they never brought out plates or napkins, I asked, but never got them. Three of us ate pizza, and one in our party had chicken parmesan, which arrived when we were finished eating! Food is not worth the wait, either. Overpriced, bland food and lousy service. Why bother stopping here to eat? On a positive note, we did enjoy the little boutique next door, that made it worth stopping.

I've been trying to call for a delivery for the past hour. They're open but they will not answer the phone. I live 5 minutes away...

Garlic knots! Garlic knots, garlic knots, garlic knots. Garlic. Knots. I could go on, but I'll spare Yelp more ranting about garlic knots (garlic knots). Seriously, though, give 'em a try. Order extras, you'll go through them entirely too quickly. Pull up a chair on their patio and loosen your belt a couple of notches, because this place has your hook-up for delicious food in Larkspur. The Spur of the Moment down the road has some decent burgers but the service is lacking, and the Corner Market that also serves as the gas station has good offerings but, frankly, is better for sandwiches than pizzas. Take my word for it; if you want to sit down and have a magnificent meal whilst passing through, the Pizzaria is your spot. I know that "Pizzaria" is not a word. "Pizzeria" is what they were aiming for, but it's on the physical sign and Yelp alike now, so there's no going back. Spelling issues aside, this is a great spot to grab a pie with some friends, along with some drinks and (garlic knots) whatever else you might be looking for. The paninis and pastas are also tasty, and you can't beat a calzone made of everything you love--it's like your favorite pizza collapsed in on itself due to the sheer amount of gravitational awesomeness the Pizzaria infused it with. They often have semi-local music on the patio during the summer ("semi" because only eight on nine people actually live in Larkspur year-round, I'm pretty sure), so that's the time to come. The Renaissance Festival lets out around six-thirty, so expect it to be crowded from seven onward on Saturdays, though. It'll still be worth the wait for (garlic knots) delicious food, though. They have a fairly good selection of beer given their setup, and the service is friendly. You might have to wait a bit for your pizza to come out (because they actually bake it from scratch instead of via a call-in thirty-minutes-or-less assembly line like chain stores), but it's worth it! And you can always pass the time with (garlic knots) beer. I know I'll be back.

I was able to walk in with no greeting. Used the bathroom and still no hello or welcome. A lady was sitting at the bad talking on the phone with no shoes on. The waitress decided to say hi after 7 minutes of being there we ordered drinks.. And Instead I preparing to get us our drinks , she gets on the phone ! Fuck all that.... We left without trying the pizza.
