I'm not usually a sub/sandwich guy. But the next time I want one, I'll be here. The service quality DOMINATES subway, jimmy johns, Quiznos, etc... The portions are HUGE making it a great value. The hot sauce selections make it fun. They gave my some a fireman a hat and hung out with him during down time. You win over my kids and you win me! I'll definitely be back!

Great subs and the bread is good too. I do wish the prices were a little cheaper but you get what you pay for and this place beats Subway and Jimmy John's by far. Comparable to Quiznos but not as good combination far as I'm concerned.

When it comes to chain restaurants, I expect consistency. I found this new Firehouse consistent with visits to other locations. It was packed at noon on a workday, which is not surprising given its location/adjacency to some major work areas for feds, medical care, and other business. The staff was pleasant and service was quick. Of course, one of the best features remains the Coca Cola machine that let's you mix colors. Probably one of the greatest inventions in the history of inventing.

The service was excellent. First, they asked me if I had been in before, and when I said no, they proceeded to tell me about the place and how it worked. The sandwiches themselves were excellent, and the chocolate chip cookie was yummy!!!!

Out of all of the sub places around, this one is the best! I really love the brisket, their barbecue sauce is outrageously yummy! They have steamers on site, to warm the meat, while keeping it moist and delicious. This place is at the top of my list! The. Best. Subs.

Delicious fresh tasting sub. I had the New York Steamer: Corned beef brisket and pastrami with Provolone, mayo, mustard, Italian dressing and a dill spear on the side. Great flavor, but I wish it came with vegetables or peppers, something crunchy.

The subs are really good. The atmosphere is just ok. The staff is pleasant to deal with though they aren't too great about realizing where they are (as in in the presence of customers) when they are chit-chating with their little friends. One of the fella's behind the counter was having a conversation with a buddy (who came in to chat, not a customer) about who he'd like to "tap". The F-bomb was dropped a few times which, while it isn't exactly classy, probably wouldn't have bothered me too much if there hadn't been 1/2 a dozen kids in the restaurant including my daughter. I'll be back, but I'll pick a spot out of earshot from the front counter if I'm with kids.

I love this place! I have never been here before but when I did go.... OMG! It was like the first time I went and seen the movie the Matrix but didn't get the story, then the second time I went to see it BOOOM! It blew my mind. That's how I feel about this place. Firehouse your my Trinity and I'm taking the red pill always!

Wow this place is good and fast! I was looking for something cheap and to fill me under ten bucks, total bill was 9.34. Bonus! I had the number ten the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. There was a small wait for the sub, but due to the style of cooking I knew it would be a few. Same styler as quiznos(open oven conveyer belt) Sub was ready before I got my drink and say down. They brought it out to me and the sub was alittle smaller than expected but packed with flavor, made it a combo so it was perfect meal size.

I have only been here once so far but I will return. I got the turkey and cranberry sandwich. It was very delicious and the cranberry sauce was a really nice touch, and had a great flavor. When I go back again I am going to order the same thing. I didn't use any of the hot sauces but they had a big selection. It was fun to look at all the different ones while our sandwiches were being prepared.

New sub shop in the area has pretty good food, but it's not a place I am left desiring to come back to. The meat is your typical bulk packaged deli style that is served at Subway. The service I received here was really good, even though it was a much younger (seemed highschool age mostly) staff, everyone seemed professional. They have an array of hot sauces which they have assigned a heat or hot-ness level too; I really liked that part. It really was the quality of the meat on the sandwiches that kinda ruined the food for me.
