Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Fast service! Always satisfied when I come in! Keep up the great work guys! I love the food because it doesn't taste artificial or old, always fresh and ready!

I mean, it is Chipotle, it is good and consistent. I will say this one gets really busy at lunch (OK, they all do) and they have very little parking out front (although if you want to walk, the Wal Mart parking lot has tons). I think it is a-ok, but sometimes the wait and parking deter me. However, the quality is great!

Is there much variation in Chipotles? They're all pretty much bomb.com . There wasn't a huge line so we were able to order quickly. The staff was friendly and man, do they know to make a mean chicken bowl! Clean restaurant and lots of seating. Bowl lasted for about 3 meals. Yum.

Great service here. Cleanliness was evident as one employee was attending to the drink dispenser's overflow tray. As always, superb Mexican from a chain.

For a fast food restaurant I am extremely impressed by this Chipotle's services and employee efforts. I usually order vegetarian burritos, but the other day I decided to try out the carnitas (pulled pork) burrito. All of the ingredients seemed really fresh - the brown rice, mild and medium sauces, green and red veggies, and guacamole, which costs extra (unfortunately more than I would charge as a business) w/ non-vegetarian burritos/bowls. While I was eating one of the employees was cleaning, even though I thought the eating space was already very spic-n-span!

$11 for a bowl filled with a two small scoops of rice, gummy beans, and flavorless fatty carnitas. The staff are ok and work well together but the food quality is awful and way overpriced for a tiny portion. I was charged extra for what I think was supposed to be guacamole, but too fibrous to be made from haas avacados. Qdoba is equally as pricey, but they have way better quality and far more food for you buck.

Chipotle. It's Denver's own national fastfood chain, specializing in bigass burritos filled with higher quality ingredients. It's goodness, wrapped in foil, and served to the masses. Despite being on West Colfax, the place is always clean and the service is great. Plus, it's near Denver's sketchiest Super Walmart, so you can always go get some cheap plastic crap when you're done eating!
