Oh chilis, where do I even begin? First off, when I checked in at 6, I was told that we were the only big party so as soon as a table opened up for 6 we would be the first to sit down. 4 big parties sat down before I went up and asked what about is? And the same girl who took me down at 6, said all of those parties were there before me. So was she lying to begin with or lying after? Not sure but we we're say 15 minutes after that. We waited 10 minutes before we were even greeted but after that mix up, our waitress was sub par. We waited 47 minutes for our food after we ordered. Usually I don't mind waiting as long as the food is hot and delicious. Well guess what? It wasn't. 3 entrees were freezing cold and bread was hard, looked very old. Chicken was actually cold in the center like it wasn't cooked long enough. No one checked on us until the end of the meal. My dad requested the manager to come over as he had not been on the floor the entire time since 6 pm. I looked for him as I got madder and madder and saw not one glimpse of him. The dining room as super filthy as well. 18 dirty tables all within eyesight. No one seemed to care. The table behind us say empty the entire time covered with dishes and cups and napkins. He said he wished we would have told him about the food before he end of the meal. My dad said he would have if we had seen him at all, or even our waitress. He took my dads burger off the bill and that's all. What about the other 2 entrees? That were cold and gross? Not important? Ok sure. Honestly this manager is the worst I have seen ever. It takes a lot to complain as I am a GM of a restaurant so I understand what's it like. But damn chilis, you trusted the wrong person. Younger Hispanic male with glasses. Run if you see him there while you are there.

This place is hit and miss for me as far as service goes. The food is fine. I usually get the fish tacos and they're good, though I am getting bored with their menu choices. The main problem here though is that the service is never that good. I went here on Friday for lunch and the service was really lacking. The person who sat us seemed annoyed that we wanted to sit in the restaurant and not at the bar and I guess it was because we were seated at his section. He stood there awkwardly for a minute then said he would be our waiter and took our drink orders. A couple minutes after he left a girl came by, said she would be our waitress and tried to take our drink order again. He brought our drinks and then disappeared. The girl came back by again to take our food order but we weren't ready and frankly really confused as to who was our server. I really just wanted to deal with the girl as she was much friendlier. Overall the whole thing was just annoying, two servers coming by all night, I ordered chips and guacamole and got chips and salsa, the male waiter would linger awkwardly after bringing anything or asking if we needed anything, our empty cups sat there after he brought us more leaving our already small table full of empty glasses. The food used to be good enough for me to come back, but now it's just a matter of convenience since it's so close. I'll probably go again, just for that reason but I won't be expecting great service.

Time for an update. This place gets very busy at night. I have been doing lunch here because of the lines this place has. Lunch has been very good and is always fast. I generally visit by myself so I understand why it is quick. I visited for dinner the other night and at just before 6pm the wait wasn't bad and food was served quickly. As my other review said this is a chain store so you are going to be getting the same type of food regardless of which location you go to. I have found that the quality can be better at some and worse at others I write this off to training and the cooks. Just like how different locations have different quality of waitstaff. However they are still quite consistent.

The staff was very attentive and pleasant. I ordered the Memphis Dry Rub style ribs. I really didn't think that they were being literal when the said dry. The ribs were not Memphis dry, but Desert Springs dry. There was very little meat on the bones and what was there was so dry that it was crispy. Their signature baby back robs leave a lot to be desired. Oh, the sauce was just okay.

It was crowded on a Friday afternoon. But it was probably because graduation commenced a few hours earlier. We came here for lunch to celebrate my bf's brother's graduation and were seated pretty promptly. I got the strawberry lemonade, which was pretty good. Not overpoweringly sweet or sour but a good combination. For lunch, i got the cajun pasta with shrimp. One word to describe the dish: SALTY!! Man, the shrimp was way too salty. You can barely taste the shrimp since it was all salt. I don't know what they put in it! I was pretty disappointed with the dish. The penne pasta was al dente and the alfredo sauce was pretty thicke and not that great. The texas toast was good, though. I got a taste of the grilled chicken with lime. It was pretty good. I knew I should've ordered that instead. And it was "healthier." I think they also add an 18% tip for parties of 6 or more. Overall: 2.5 stars. The dish was over-salted.

This chilis is close to my house and I'm not much of a dine in kind of guy so I always eat out and order to go. Jamie Lamb is always there whenever I come to place my order and whether it's over the phone or in person she always provides 5 star customer satisfaction! She remembers my order by heart every time I come in because I love to order my regular and she always has a smile on her face with a go to attitude! I couldn't ask for a better host and attendant!!! I will never go to any other chilis to order food except for this one and neither should you if you are ever in this location ordering food then ask for Jamie lamb!!

Honestly, we had a really great time. The service was very attentive and super friendly - unlike some of the classier placed around town. The food is exactly what you'd expect -- huge portions and delicious. Didn't get that we walked away stuffed and only $25 poorer. I'm giving an extra shout out to this location because the servers were incredible nice and patient with three blind people who walked in and sat down next to us. Of course I wouldn't expect anything less but it was still a little inspiring to see.

This lunch experience was quite pleasant and speedy. We informed the waitress that we were in a little bit of a hurry due to lunch break from work, and we were processed speedily throughout the meal without feeling rushed. My friend got the soup and salad and received refills on both. I got the baked potato soup, which is one of my favorite things ever, and a lunch order of santa fe quesadillas. Both were very, very tasty and satisfying, and I think I got out of there for like 7 bucks.

I love this place. Today our server is Tom and he's nice. We never have to wait here. I love the two for 20 menu option. We almost always get that option with steak. The steak is always cooked the way we like, and always delicious. No fat on the sides also which is nice. The appetizers come up fast and out food is always in great time. We come here often, if it's not obvious.

One of the only chain restaurants my husband and I agree on. Even after all of the menu changes their food stays consistently good. They gave the best chips and salsa. The service is not always the best but we have noticed sitting in the bar is the best place if you want friendliness and efficiency! Oh yeah you must try their honey line salad dressing. It is some of the best!

We had a good server and the food was good. It was rather pricey for a not so fancy corporate chain. I would say skip this place unless you have a gift card or a coupon to make it worthwhile

We eat here pretty frequently because it has a decent "compromise" menu. But I'm getting sick and tired of the problems, big and small, that this place has. Most noteworthy, the place is not terribly clean. The tables tend to be, well, sticky, as does the Ziosk thing that you use to order desserts, make payments with, etc. I clean the Ziosk with a Kleenex and hand sanitizer so I can stand to touch it. At our last outing, the wait between appetizers and entrees was forever. The app -- onion rings -- was nasty. It was made using the tough, outer part of the onion that should be discarded. My companion's sides arrived well after his steak did. He's pretty tolerant of salty stuff, but he couldn't take the crazy amount of salt that had been poured onto his steak. Not wanting to waste it, he took it home and WASHED OFF the salt before it was a half-edible leftover. The sides I ordered with my fajitas never did arrive. I had to ask for them, making me wonder if the server had forgotten to put the order in. (She didn't write any of our orders down). And then they showed up dried out and lukewarm. Mind you, our expectations are low when dining at a place like Chilis. But this place fails to meet even the low standards by which we would judge a chain casual dining restaurant.

Good restaurant for being a chain, neighborhood restaurant. My sister and I split the chicken pasta and chicken/pork fajitas. The pasta was a little bland but overall, the food is decently priced and tasty. I was impressed that we were able to pay at the table and the electronic menu provided entertainment for my niece and her dad.

This is the worst chilis in Colorado I would never go back and actually pulled a lot of regulars away from there. I was there on July 4th with my mom and son and the guy at the table behind us starting cursing at my three year old said he was to loud and cussed him out.who cussed out a three year old I was pissed yelled back and the manager came over and threw us out not him us. Didn't even ask the situation. The manager was unprofessional rude and said if we came back he would call the cops. It was crappy. He ruined the day for us and made my son cry. Everyone I know and I know a lot of people said they will never go to that location.

Yeah, I went here. It is a Chili's. The waitress was nice. The nachos were turrible, my sandwich was uneventful and the place was packed, of course. Why are these kinds of places always packed? I want more for us all, don't you? I want more for myself, but hey, I still went there. It is a Chili's.I knew what I was in for when I walked through those doors, and we ate those turrible nachos and I picked at that sandwich. It is a Chili's.

While agonizing, even posting to yelp, where to eat in Lakewood, it never occurred to me that I A. Would be ungodly tired after driving from Kansas City, and B. i was in a time rush and with someone instead of traveling alone. Chili's was within a 2 second drive from the hotel. It is what we chose. That being, and all my other reasons, I begrudgingly ate at Chili's. I have horror stories of Chili's in Independence, MO. that is my past, and i no longer think of it.\ Inside the restaurant appeared old and in need of something I couldn't quite put my finger on it.It lacked in interesting atmosphere. But we were seated immediately, and had great service. I had a tough time picking out what to eat. Trust me, an 8 hour drive will do that to you. I chose the crispy chicken tacos, despite the fact that they had bacon on them. I don't really like bacon. Bacon is kind of gross, but whatever. The tacos had chicken fingers, fried, crispy, breaded, with honey barbecue sauce. Sprinkled with bacon, but not much, lettuce, and cheese. They were pretty good. The salad my friend ordered wasn't the best. It was vegetarian, and had corn, spinach, and quesadillas on the sides. She wasn't fully impressed with her meal. But we had nacho cheese appetizers that made up for the mediocre meal. Atleast we were in and out in time. The next time I visit Lakewood, I'll try one of the better places like Nameste. I'll be skipping chili's, just because.

I'd give them a negative if I could. Do NOT eat here. They serve raw bacon on their burgers , soggy fries and the service is horrible. After waiting for over 30 mins for a table, we then waited 60 mins more for four burgers. They came out cold and two had raw bacon on them. Bad service. Slow kitchen. Disgusting food.

As a rule, I despise Chili's. That being said, the waitress at this location, chosen by a friend of mine for his Birthday Dessert (Some Molten Lava something or other) was friendly, competent, and nice. I had a cup of their signature chicken enchilada soup thing, which, par for the course, was lukewarm. I didn't expect more. The sprinkling of cheese didn't even melt. The Molten Lava Cake was well-recieved, though, and the BFF was happy with his Birthday Chocolate Fix, so A-OK this place gets.
