If you like this place go to the one in highlands ranch, much cleaner and better atmosphere. This particular one is very slow on service and our last meal was terrible. Ordered the strawberry spinach salad and the spinach was so wilted and old it was slimed. Didn't even take a single bite as it was so obvious. The waitress barely even cared and when I didn't reorder anything she cared less and was nice enough to inform me that she took the salad off the bill. I have a co-worker that uses to work there and she told me she would never eat there due to their kitchen habits. Yikes!

I had a pretty good experience here last night. My boyfriend and I came here and ran into friends. We joined them in the bar area and our server, Andrea noticed us pretty quickly. Unfortunately we missed happy hour but full priced drinks are still a good value. The pace of our meal was good, food was good, wings were hot! The manager Cati made sure to check on our table and seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good time. We'll be back!

Ice cold dining room Music too loud Chipped water and soda glasses Did not bring lemons with water as requested Forgot to bring a beer that was ordered Food was only Luke warm. Brought ranch and veggies when we said we didn't want any. Check was on three separate tabs for no reason. Manager never seemed to see any of thus or check on us.

Food is good. Service leaves some to be desired. We're sitting in the bar & our first question to the server was if it was happy hour. We were told happy hour is until 7:00! Yippee! Although I still had about half a beer left, I asked the server for another at 6:58 and was told she couldn't ring it in because their clocks run 5 minutes fast! What?!?!?!? Shouldn't they tell the public that HH ends at 6:55 then!?!? Secondly, we were given only one set of silverware. We ordered boneless wings. My boyfriend, always the gentleman, allowed me to use the fork while he began stabbing the wings with a knife. The server has come by three times now, clearly seeing him use the knife & had failed to offer another set of silverware. And lastly, while my boyfriend and I were discussing our frustrations, he noticed the management team and other employees, taking shots behind the bar. Now I understand that, in order to have a fun atmosphere (like what Buffalo Wild Wings do indeed have), that doesn't mean that the management get drunk and encourage their staff to get intoxicated, as well. Yep, not impressed. Like I said, food is good, but not good enough for me to come back to this kind of service. If you're going to serve in a bar, learn to cater to your patrons! Bigger tab = bigger tip! We're now ordering water & headed some place where they know how to treat their customers!

I'd love to give zero stars if I could. 10 minute wait turned into an hour because they kept skipping over my name. No apologies from management or effort to make it right. Then waited another hour for our sub par food to arrive. Blame on the kitchen for being over worked but yet al the tables around us that ordered after is got their food at least 15 minutes before us. We will not be back ever.

We had a large party and we choose to sit outside as it was a nice evening and didn't want to wait for a table inside. We were given 1 server for 20 people. Normally this might be ok but it seemed as if she had other table inside. Our drinks and food took quite a while and when she brought out the food no one helped her. By the time the last person who was served got their food the first people to receive theirs was done. It seemed very unorganized and the restaurant should have at least given our server some help delivering our food. Also we arrived while it was still light outside but by the time we left it was dark. Of the 4 lights that they had outside only 1 worked. It seems someone needs to pay attention to this BWW and they way they run things.

Service is terrible. Food is good, but only because it comes from a frozen bag and a jar of sauce. Hopefully the wing stop opening up a block away closes this location for another great restaurant

Ok. Worst service. Ever. And it takes about 40 minutes, literally, to get wings. THE STAPLE of the restaurant. 40 minutes. Kidding me? Don't come to this chain. It would be much faster to go to the store. Buy an actual living chicken. Kill it. Take the feathers out. Skin it. Cook it. And lather it in sauce. And you would still have your food faster. And the dead chicken would be better company than our server.

Wow, what a difference it makes when management changes. I have been going to this BW's for over 6 years and a year ago I had stopped going because One GM (Ross) had single handedly chased off wait-staff, bar tenders and patrons. His "my way or the highway" attitude was not welcoming. I promised not to go back until he was transferred, fired or he quit. This last month I have started going back in and the management and staff has been welcoming. The new GM Bill and Assistant GM Megan have made the place back to its "Cheers" like restaurant and bar. The other manager Mark and Shift lead like Steve have made efforts to come by and shake hands with table and to make sure we were alright. The staff has changed a lot since Ross and Ryan chased the good staff away. You can always find the smiles of Little Lisa H. Bartender Amber, Kaitlyn, Max, Ejay, Joe, and Rebecca and others. I have been very pleased with the service. I just want to say thank you to the staff. This includes the hostess, the kitchen staff and all the wait staff and bar tenders. I am excited to be back at wings. Thank you Double J

So I wrote a very negative review before but I broke down and had to go back and there seems to be some changes going on. We got a server named Lucas, very attentive and pleasant. Managers came by and asked how we were doing and how the service was, not it was not slam packed so we will see if this is a new change with BW or if this was just a lucky night, I am hopefully optimistic!

I really love BWW, but today was extremely disappointing... My son and I got seated by a hostess that seemed quite confused about where to seat people when the restaurant wasn't very busy (she wanted to set us immediately by a big family when there were plenty of tables not directly by other guests) and then we proceeded to get completely ignored. So after about 5 minutes we started to walk out when I stopped a server to ask to speak to the manager, she asked what was wrong, I told her and then walked away to go get the manager... Then I witness the server talking to the manager about the situation and not just coming to me... So we left! Now we are enjoying delicious food at Chilis... But I really wanted wings... :(

Went in, normal busy on a Thursday. No bar seats. So we asked the Host for a table for 2. He gets are name and we ask if we need a pager. He responds "NO". We will just go by name. Well ok. We wait 15 min and relize people now have pagers, so we go back up and see if we should get a pager as well. Well now there is a Hostess. Her response is that we are NOT on the list now and adds are name to the bottom. WTF. Well FIRE HOUSE SUBS is right across the street and has EXCELLENT service and is WAY CHEAPER... You know? For what someone spends at a place like BBQ Butthole Wings, the service should be one of their concerns. After reading the reviews, I can see that we weren't the only ones to get SHITY SERVICE. Funny thing, I've never eaten there and probably NEVER WILL. GOOD JOB AT SUCKING.

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because of the host Mike. Between his witty small talk and legendary dance moves, this was truly a magical dining experience. You can only order a set amount of wings now without ordering multiple orders and that really grinds my gears.

It's a great place for wings but the rest of the food on the menu is sub-par. In terms of wings, I love the chipotle BBQ dry rub and I like to ask for the wings "twice cripsy" YUM!!!

Out of the advertised special Ghost Pepper sauce. No plans to restock, but they leave the table cards out to let you know what you could have had earlier in the month.

Service is terrible. 7/31/14 bartender was more interested in his phone than providing quality service... Finally after 10 minutes of being one of 5 people at the bar I had to result to "hey excuse me bartender". I know service industry sucks, but isn't the whole idea provide service get tips? At least that's how I treated every service job I ever had.

I now remember why I haven't been back here in years. This place sucks!!!! Food is cheap and rather pricey for what they provide. Service is non existent. Will not be going back.

I eat a lot of wings... a lot of wings. I'd like to think that I'm not a wing snob, but, that being said, I generally try to avoid the massive corporate wing places like BWW or Wing Stop. It's not just that I would prefer to support local and family-owned restaurants (although this is true), but I genuinely believe that the smaller wing joints generally produce a much higher quality product. Buffalo Wild Wings is built upon the concept that they can reach everybody. It is a non-threatening, easy concept. Of course, by reaching for the middle, what BWW achieves is generalized mediocrity. I'm not saying that BWW is bad, or that people shouldn't eat there. What I am saying is that BWW has no soul, no passion. A family-owned wing shop may at any given time be hit-or-miss (for example, I've had to, several times update my review of Jimmy's Wings because of individual experiences), but even when they miss, I still find myself rooting for them. BWW neither hits nor misses, but simply is. BWW offers consistency and familiarity, but I'm not sure these are the traits I want in my hot wings. The food at BWW is overwhelmingly average. During my most recent trip the service was slightly below average, but this fact is in itself fairly average. Average food, average atmosphere, average service. Take it for what its worth, but its certainly not going to be a staple for me. Give me Kickin' Wings any day. No, seriously, give me Kickin' Wings... anybody...???

I had this place rated at 4 stars up until tonight. I am rescending my review and giving this place 1 star as I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. My husband and I live pretty close to this place and have been here over 15 times. We usually get great service however after tonight we will NOT be returning. This is very unfortunate as this was our go to spot. Here's what happened: Tonight We decide to watch the KState game here, Arrived at 5:30, Sat on the patio alone, no other customers. We asked to watch the KSU game on one of the tv's outside, no problem. Ksu game got switched to a tv near us, we ordered food and beers and were content customers. Fast forward, Halftime of the KSU game and the game got switched to the Nebraska game. My husband went in, kindly asked the bartender to switch the game back to the ksu game. No switch, soooo after about ten mins we had to ask the waitress. The game finally got switched. As we are watching the game we notice we've had about 5 different servers and the patio is starting to fill up. One table doesn't get their food after about 30 mins from ordering and the waitor apologizes saying the food got dropped but will be out soon. There were 2 other instances around us very similar not to mention on 3 separate occasions the waitors came out with food and had NO clue where the food went, asking EVERY table if it was theirs, Seriously!!! I think the C Team was on duty tonight! Back to the game, there was 15 mins left in the last quarter and the game got switched AGAIN! At this point we were pissed. I went in and asked the bartender, a manager and a waitress to change it back to the ksu game. They all said they'd "try". After about 10 mins the tv still hadn't changed so our waitress finally came out amd we told her. The game finally got switched back amd we were able to watch the rest of the game for a WILDCAT VICTORY. We were 1 min away from speaking with a manager as we had been fuming not getting to watch the game. This was the hardest time we've had trying to catch a game at a bar and not to mention the terrible service on the patio. Please see my previous review: This place is our go to for a fun night with or without friends! The service is excellent and the food hits the spot! Play trivia, get a summer shandy and the Thai curry wings and ENJOY!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is just ok though. Food is usually good but the wait staff is a little below average for a BWW.
(3)

Wings are amazeballs but other items on the menu taste frozen and microwaved. Atmosphere is fun and there's always something good to watch. Fun game console to take to your table and decent prices. Service isn't that great during lunch hour but wings are worth it!

Great onion rings. Appetizer breaded fried mushrooms not great, a bit tasteless. Wings were tasty but skin was soft and fatty, not crispy.

Terrible service! We tried to watch the Super Bowl, they turned the volume way down for the half time show. My husband asked for diet pepsi three times & was brought regular each time. Wil never go there again.

Buffalo Wild Wings is great for many reasons. One reason why is that their food and drinks are delisios. They have wings, mac and cheese, and rootbeer are my personal favorite. They have about ten tv's with sports on them. The last reason, is that they have electronic devices with games and music you have to pay for with credit cards or money if you go to a worker there and telll them. BWWs is the best reastrount ever made!

We love BWW! This location is great. We always call ahead to pick up, and the wait is only 15-20 minutes every time. It's wonderful not having to wait so long and they are super friendly as well!

Horrible place to eat they were racist rude tardy just plain horrible we walked in they did not greet us they just stared at me and my party till i said party of three i asked to sit outside they said you can just walk out there yourself we will be out it took half an hour just to send a waiter they were not busy everyone that came in after me were caucasian they were greeted and seated right away it took another half an hour for the food to come out my beverage came way past my meal and it was the wrong drink i wrote a email to corporate for all this they never even called or emailed me back just horrible place

The wait staff at this particular location are attentive and offer great service. I have not been to a BWW in a bit on a game day as the last two occasions on which I've eaten here have been for lunch so take my words with that in mind. I had garlic parmesan and thai curry wings on this visit and loved them both. Served up with what appeared to be a very small portion of fries (in retrospect, consumed with 8 wings and carrots/celery it was just the right amount) it made for an ideal lunch. I also had the opportunity to sample the mango habanero variety as that is what my girlfriend ordered. They are so tasty but spicy....hey it's habanero.....but the flavor makes you keep wanting to eat more. All in all a great place to watch a game on one of their many tvs and a good place to drop by for a quick lunch.

Terrible service last night. Waiter would not allow us to take a chair from another table to accommodate additional guest. Waiter spilled four drinks onto my wife and sister in law. Meal should have been comped. I guess since they are usually crowded that they are too independent and do not value each customer. Please keep in mind General Manager, customer's money is good anywhere!

Buffalo Wild Wings - or "B-dubs." Admittedly, a chain that we are not overly shot-in-the ass with, but keep going back. Food - Inconsistent, and either surprisingly good or shockingly inedible. The wings are perhaps the most inconsistent, but when they are good, are really good. I am a particular fan of the lemon pepper dry rub, and my kids love the honey BBQ. You get a good mix of legs and wings, and the boneless are without question, the way to go. Celery, carrots, ranch and blue cheese are good. The fried pickles are good, not too bready and well fried. The nachos are nasty-good. NOT traditional mexican nachos, but the cheese sauce, salsa, chicken, jalapenos, ample toppings, and just heaping. The place is always packed, which is a good sign, and while there is never a shortage of TV's - what they select to put front and center and on the big screen is questionable. We went to watch the masters, and figure skating was on, volume blaring, and on the main screens. Really? Service falls into the same category as the food - either exceptional, or absent. A manager came by on Sunday, asked us how everything was, literally in passing. We could have answered that everything was mortifying, or outstanding, and she wouldn't have heard what we said. If you're in for a potentially awesome meal and beers, swing by. The location is naturally convenient, and we can usually find a spot at the bar, so we just keep going back, and back, and back.

What a lousy experience... Terrible way to start a review but it's true! I sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer me something to drink. There were open tables around me so they weren't that busy. After she brought my drink it was another 20 minutes before she came back to take my food order... Not really sure why I stayed. I have been here before and the service was good. Clearly they are having some issues. I did notice a number of employees standing around. Perhaps they could help... just a little. This isn't my favorite restaurant but it was the closest sports bar to meet my son at. Their menu is just not that good. Their wings are good but really that is about it.

BW3 in the house! We went out here for lunch and the place was packed and full of college football fans. We tried a variety of wings (spicy garlic, wild, and the carribean jerk.) I had the Boca Burger with buffalo chips and a side salad... everything was A-ok. Our server was really nice and we got our food in a timely manner. They have Buzztime trivia and that always makes for a fun lunch. Overall "Bdubs" as stayed pretty consistent as far as corporate restaurants go. A great place to watch a game BW3 is always a safe bet and I'll probably be dipping in to watch some Broncos' game this year!

I get wings some Tuesday's for their 49 cent wing day. This location is terrible however. Got some wings, which were okay, and stuffed mushrooms, which were frozen in the middle and had to be sent back. Took forever, no adjusting the bill for my inconvenience...avoid this location!

The two times I have places online pick up orders have been catastrophic. Today, I came in and my order was nowhere to be found and the staff made it seem like I had never placed one. Luckily I had brought my smartphone and opened my email in order to show them confirmation of my online receipt. To make matters worse, they had confused an older woman's order along with mine. I overheard their conversation and the employee had told her that she had to wait an extra 40 minutes because her order wasn't scheduled to be fulfilled in their system yet. After a few minutes of watching the staff run around like headless chickens, my order was finally in view.

I only come here on Thursdays, for the amazing deal called Boneless Night. I think their menu is overpriced in general, but you can't go wrong with super cheap boneless wings, can you? I try to branch out in terms of sauces, but Asian Zing is by far my favorite, with spicy garlic in second place. I've enjoyed the Caribbean and BBQ sauces as well. Buffalo is good, but really not the best buffalo sauce ever. They have a lot of beer options and get props for always having the New Belgium seasonal. Service is okay-- usually not great, but tends to be relatively friendly and efficient. The restaurant gets loud and the bar is usually a better bet. Good chicken, but not a destination. Except on Thursdays.

I stopped in on Saturday night to get some wings to go home, between being greeted by a sweet little girl who was working nights in high-school I'm guessing, I was told 45 minutes to be seated. The place was PACKED, I picked up a menu and it was decently priced until something unthinkable happened. Some older fellow in his 30's with a company shirt on different colored than the rest, manages to grab a feel of the high-school girls butt right in front of me. after that i promptly walked out. family friendly indeed...

My wife and I have gone to this location probably about 20-30 times over the last several years. The food and service is always outstanding. I have never been to a restaraunt, especially a chain, that remains so consistent with quality. We have not have one bad experience here. Kudos to you.

I love it for the beer and to catch a football game, but that is it. The wings are not that great and they are skimpy on the sauce!

Hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I've worked in the service industry for 15yrs and I was taken back by how awful a time we had. The service was horrendous. It took over 10min to even get a drink order taken. Then after waiting another 45min for our food, I was informed my dinner was dropped on the ground and had to wait for a new one. 10min later I got something just above cardboard and ended up not even eating it. Also my 5pc "snack" wings were overcharged as a large order and had to talk to the manager to get our bill corrected. Even the garden crasher that came with hummus had about half a ramekin of hummus and half a cup of ranch. The floors were dirty, the menu was dripping wet and the table behind us figured it was appropriate to let their 13yr old yell at the top of his lungs while jumping in the booth watching the game. This experience was so bad I just had to laugh and my wife and I have zero intentions of ever going back. We'll go to a different location if we ever want wings again

So-- yeah I'm usually very wary of Chain Places-- but WHOAH!! Chicken done right?? Yea- I think so. I was out with a buddy doing a little shopping when a sudden case of extreme hunger occurred. Although the place was almost packed due to the Northern Colorado College Basketball game- we were greeted promptly. Now- I have been out to eat -- a lot-- but never at BWW= weird I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich-- but I like the SPICY--so I inquired about their large wing sauce assortment. I got them to sub the boring Medium sauce for a much more exciting (an AMAZING) Mango/Habenero! KIDS TRY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Seriously AWESOME taste combo with a heat that --as my friendly server advised "Totally sneaks up and KICKS YOUR ASS!!" She was right. Service was spot on-- food quality was way above expectation. TV's everywhere to watch --they even have the remote poker game. Good stuff! My only gripe about BWW in general is plates. They have none. Spending $8-10 bucks on your food you'd expect to have the opportunity to eat off of a proper plate. Will I try out BWW again=yes. Am I excited to eat that Chicken Sandwich again? OH YEAH!!!
(4)
Greg H.
This BWW is always a COMPLETE hit or COMPLETE miss. Sometimes you get in, served, and out quick. I've been here a couple of times where it took like 2.5 hours to go through the cycle for no particular reason. I've been here with MASSIVE (60) person groups several occasions as well. Sometimes they're perfectly accommodating and have a patio or something reserved and the service is great. Sometimes we've had the special reservations only to have the hostess laugh in our faces and tell us to get bent because they "don't do ANY" reservations. The food is ALWAYS good here though, and it's the largest one in town, so I always end up going back for more.
(3)
Mike G.
They stuck us in the back corner since we had kids........ not happy about that. Food was great, service sucked as we waited 20 minutes for a check. Not typical BWW's.

Good wings, good service. Enjoyed a good baseball game and meal with an attentive waitress. Not much to say about this chain....

I went here with co-workers tonight after our staff vs. kids basketball game. Based on food alone, I'd give this place two stars. I ordered 8 boneless wings with hot bbq sauce (you get to pick from a spice spectrum). They gave me the wrong sauce but I didn't feel like waiting for them to fix it. The first one I ate was really fatty. Narsty! The rest of them were mediocre. I only ordered one whisky tonight. If I would have been more drunk, I'd probably have enjoyed the food more. Maybe? Oh yeah, and I had their "Buffalo Chips." Blah. Plain potato slices fried. They need to drizzle some hot sauce over them and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles. Or something. They were boring. The taste buds on my tongue actually jumped out of my mouth and smacked me across the face for subjecting them to such lameness. I am throwing an extra star their way, because the manager on duty was friendly and happily accommodated our group of 18. No complaints. No dirty looks for not calling ahead to warn them. Nice. I will not go back here by choice. But it is a good place to go if you have a big group of people who are not picky about the freshness/quality of the food they consume. Plus, there is a full bar. Any place that carries Jameson can't be that bad.
(3)
David F.
Not a lot to say about this place other that they charge too much for what you get. The wings are ok but they are too dry most of the time and the service is really just average. I am guilty of still going here to watch the UFC fights because they have lage and many tvs to watch the fights and they don't bug you all night to order more drinks. it is a nice place to just hang out for the night and nurse some beers. not a bad place just not a great place. I will still go back.

Great watering hole for the games on the weekend.

Love this place but honestly the one up on 80th and Wadsworth is my favorite....the new ones they build don't have any personality to them. Beyond that though, the wings, which is why I go, are great....Spicy Garlic, Asian Sing and Mango Habenero are my favorites. Traditional style or in Buffalittos, both work for me. I love the buffalo chips (Fries) and my love loves the Honey BBQ Burger.....and she "hates" BBQ sauce on burgers! The place can be a bit loud other wise i would give 5 stars. Wait staff is great and if you are just picking up, you never have to wait long.
(4)
Logan M.
Better food and wings than hooters. Lots of TVs, show UFC fights, good beer specials. Off special drinks are expensive!
(3)

It's nasty nasty nasty the food is old and cold when it comes to the table and really 6 wings for $6 it a bit over priced. there was no manager anywhere to be seen...did I mention it was NASTY!!! cole slaw was sour, our server looked strung out, I would never go there to eat again.

I have been a fan of BW3s for a long long time. It is a chain and they are all pretty much the same. The service might vary a bit, but the food is the same. It is a good place to get a bite, play free trivia and drink cheap beers. The wings are not the best in the whole world, but they do the job. I love the variety of flavors. My favorite is the spicy garlic. I also really love these garlic mushrooms they have. The are breaded and fried but have this yummy garlic taste to them. Also as I mentioned before, free trivia! So just ask for an NTN box and have fun. Tuesday is cheap wing night and happy hour last til 7:00.

i think this is the one i went to. the wings were okay, but the reason they get 4 stars is the flavor selection. All of them were great. going to go to the one near riverside now.

I have always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife and I frequent this store and always look forward to going. The waitors/waitresses that we have had have always been very pleseant to us. Its great to go and watch football on Sundays as well here because it seems like they always have every game on. I had one bad experience where I picked up food for my wife, myslelf and one of her friends and found out when I got home, they completely forgot my order. So I went back to the store. I was greeted pleasantly by the store manager for the night and she was very apologetic. I asked if I could at least get my portion of the meal discounted from the bill and she refunded my credit card for the entire meal which was more than nice. Just another reason why we continue to love this store. Unless something goes terribly wrong, which I cant see how, my wife and I are customers for life.

Terrible service, waitress spilled a beer all over our table.. In my wife's hair, my lap. Our order took about 1 hour. Small wings that were dry, 3 carrots and 3 pieces of celery that were sent back. Ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing cost $0.60 each. Not worth it in general and we will not return there again. Terrible service in general, high prices for poor quality food. Go somewhere else, we will.

Sometimes a yelper just has to give in and hit up a local chain. I've been here quite a few times actually and each experience has been different. A few have been good/fun while some have been lackluster. Overall, this place is meh yet not. Here's why: 1. The food is great, however the prices are not. $.60 wings and an $8 "large" beer [16 oz] is NOT a deal. I don't care what night of the week it is. 2. The staff is efficent, however, it's nothing special. Half the time, they seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed. 3. They pride themselves on being classier than most wing restaurants, yet their plateware and silverware are plastic. wtf. I"m just not sure about this place. I guess I'll give it one more try before i completely cut them loose.

If you're looking for a good place to go have beers & watch sports with other adults, this ain't it! I've been going here less and less over the past year because of the large amount of parents who don't control their kids, prices higher than nearby competitors and degrading level of service, but today was the final straw. I went in to have a beer or two and some lunch. What I found was a bar area completely taken over by high school kids. Why Isn't it a law in CO that you have to be 21 to BE in the bar area? If I wanted that environment I'd go to McDonald's! I am a father myself, I don't hate kids at all but since smoking in bars has been outlawed it seems like places like this have turned into daycare centers. I don't smoke but I'd rather deal with that then kids crawling under tables, running all over, climbing & banging on video games etc while I'm trying to enjoy a beer & a game, or some adult conversation without worrying about what children may hear or interrupt. I think I'm done with BWW now though. All that hassle and beers cost more than any other sports bars around. If you're a parent looking for a place to eat & drink while letting your kids run wild without a care, this is your place!

The waiter was nice and attentive to details as I personalized my salad to fit my taste buds' deepest desires. The chicken tenders were crispy and good, and our onion rings appetizer was Mmmm Mmmm good!

We had a very disappointing experience here. We placed an order online and our receipt said that it would be ready for to pick up at 2:00. We got there right at 2:00 and proceeded to wait over half an hour until it was ready, while numerous people arrived after us and were served ahead of us. When we asked why it was so much later than the time they told us, they said that online orders take longer than other orders. (???) Once we eventually got our food and then arrived at home, we discovered that they only gave us half as many wings as we ordered and paid for. Also, the wings and fries were not only extremely undercooked, but were also somehow cold. I will never waste my time with Buffalo Wild Wings again. There are far too many other good wing places in town.

Ever since Ken left management this location has gone downhill. Last night was horrible!! The service, the food and the lack of acknowledgement. We used to go once a week, now we will not be back.

What can you say? It's your standard BWW. It's loud, there's TVs everywhere. Service is good, which I think is standard for place like b-dubs. I've had the wings and their burgers, both of which are good. Nothing outstanding. The drinks are usually strong, which is good. No complaints.

Chicken sandwiches suck!!!!! Expensive for what they provide. Service is terrible. Not sure it's worth a try. There are better places on the area. Hope people read this. Not worth coming to this chain Resturant.

Been going to B dubs for years and love the wings. But they are so expensive now. But I'm willing to pay if it had better service. This location had been especially horrible! We waited over an hour on a Tuesday night. Saw 2 tables get up and leave after waiting over an hour and getting only drinks. Servers were so stressed. I will never return! Nah nerd walked around to ask how everyone was doing but what is the point???? There's no food and people are angry! The wings are great, but I was so deeply disappointed by the service. My mom said she experienced the same thing last time she came to this location. I think I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the BelMar location instead from now on.

Can't say I was overly impressed. Actually, can't say I was impressed at all. Atmosphere was off. Seeing some employees interacting the way they were was disappointing. Food was okay, service was inattentive, and employees didn't seem too social. Highly disappointed in this location. Guess it was good to find this out during the off season rather than game day.

(5)Mickey P.

(1)Tanya L.
(3)James K.
Service is terrible. Food is good, but only because it comes from a frozen bag and a jar of sauce. Hopefully the wing stop opening up a block away closes this location for another great restaurant
(1)Ken H.

(4)Ian M.
(3)Brenda W.
(1)Brad J.
(1)Nick M.
The only reason this place gets 1 star is because of the host Mike. Between his witty small talk and legendary dance moves, this was truly a magical dining experience. You can only order a set amount of wings now without ordering multiple orders and that really grinds my gears.
(1)Ang H.
It's a great place for wings but the rest of the food on the menu is sub-par. In terms of wings, I love the chipotle BBQ dry rub and I like to ask for the wings "twice cripsy" YUM!!!
(3)Elliot G.
Out of the advertised special Ghost Pepper sauce. No plans to restock, but they leave the table cards out to let you know what you could have had earlier in the month.
(1)Nick W.
(1)Andy P.
I now remember why I haven't been back here in years. This place sucks!!!! Food is cheap and rather pricey for what they provide. Service is non existent. Will not be going back.
(2)John B.
(2)Mikala M.
(1)Tonya A.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is just ok though. Food is usually good but the wait staff is a little below average for a BWW.
(3)Sara B.
Wings are amazeballs but other items on the menu taste frozen and microwaved. Atmosphere is fun and there's always something good to watch. Fun game console to take to your table and decent prices. Service isn't that great during lunch hour but wings are worth it!
(3)Mark S.
I had very good service my waitress was the lovely Amberly she made sure that I wanted for nothing ALWAYS kept me soda full and with a smile
(5)M G.
Great onion rings. Appetizer breaded fried mushrooms not great, a bit tasteless. Wings were tasty but skin was soft and fatty, not crispy.
(3)Gina G.

(5)Cassidy F.
We love BWW! This location is great. We always call ahead to pick up, and the wait is only 15-20 minutes every time. It's wonderful not having to wait so long and they are super friendly as well!
(5)Reyes N.
(1)Victor B.
(4)Bob L.
(1)Michelle P.
(3)Al G.
(2)Jason S.
(3)Randy B.
Nice people. Trivia games. Average wings. What a shame. Not a bad poem though.
(3)Cathryn L.
Pretty good very nice people
(4)Alicia H.
Best in the wings department, just slow on the service.
(3)klown k.
I get wings some Tuesday's for their 49 cent wing day. This location is terrible however. Got some wings, which were okay, and stuffed mushrooms, which were frozen in the middle and had to be sent back. Took forever, no adjusting the bill for my inconvenience...avoid this location!
(2)Tony M.
(3)Samantha E.
(3)Max R.
(1)Dale B.
My wife and I have gone to this location probably about 20-30 times over the last several years. The food and service is always outstanding. I have never been to a restaraunt, especially a chain, that remains so consistent with quality. We have not have one bad experience here. Kudos to you.
(5)Laura A.
I love it for the beer and to catch a football game, but that is it. The wings are not that great and they are skimpy on the sauce!
(3)Mike D.
(1)Terry L.
OH YEAH!!!
(4)Greg H.
(3)Mike G.
They stuck us in the back corner since we had kids........ not happy about that. Food was great, service sucked as we waited 20 minutes for a check. Not typical BWW's.
(2)Duane M.
Good wings, good service. Enjoyed a good baseball game and meal with an attentive waitress. Not much to say about this chain....
(4)Megan S.
(3)David F.
(3)Rick C.
Great watering hole for the games on the weekend.
(5)Raymond W.
(4)Logan M.
Better food and wings than hooters. Lots of TVs, show UFC fights, good beer specials. Off special drinks are expensive!
(3)Holly B.
It's nasty nasty nasty the food is old and cold when it comes to the table and really 6 wings for $6 it a bit over priced. there was no manager anywhere to be seen...did I mention it was NASTY!!! cole slaw was sour, our server looked strung out, I would never go there to eat again.
(1)Sara H.
(4)joseph k.
i think this is the one i went to. the wings were okay, but the reason they get 4 stars is the flavor selection. All of them were great. going to go to the one near riverside now.
(4)Chris K.
