I admit that while I haven't always had the best experiences with customer service at this location, I just went there and it was completely turned around. I got up to the register and realized I didn't have my wallet, the cashier offered to buy my breakfast before even knowing what my order was. That is an example of truly great customer service. They have earned back my business.

Still the worst einsteins I've ever been too. Sad to because it's right by my house and I love einsteins. This one is horrible though. Takes forever and staff hardly mumble two words to people.

This place could single handedly make me love bagels all over again. My company caters from them every other week. Whenever I go to that building, holy shmears batman! Most of the stores are the same but this one I find the people much nicer and friendlier. Now that I live closer, it is not too difficult of a decision which one to go to. keep up the good work guys!

Honestly, I don't really stop here often. However, once upon a time, I signed up for EBB's email list. I get quite a few emails with coupons and occasionally I feel moved to use them. This most recent visit was prompted by a Cinnamon Caramel Latte coupon for 50% off. The latte drink was actually quite good and I've been back twice more. The breakfast sandwich was good, but I feel their prices are a bit high. This location is near Cherry Creek High School and it was a Friday morning. It was quite busy, but they got me in and out fairly quickly. I also purchased a baker's dozen of bagels/cream cheese to take to work and those were devoured. I think I prefer Panera's bagels, but it was fine for the occasional trips here for breakfast/coffee.

This review is SOLELY on the service because the bagels are good. i walked in around 11:15 on a Wednesday and the Cherry Creek High School crowd was starting to come in. No big deal, they are a bunch of kids. There were 4 of them in line in front of me and the manager (I assume) comes out from behind the counter and says "Hurry Up, Corwin". At first I thought it was maybe their teacher, but as it was my turn to order, I saw the employee's name was Corwin. To the manager: That is completely unacceptable to treat your staff like that. If you feel the need to increase their speed, maybe you should be taking the orders OR give some constructive criticism. You can't speed up an order taking process if the guest is taking their time. That left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going to this location anymore because of it. Corwin: you deserve better than that.

I love Einstein Brothers, but I wish they could improve the service/wait times with a more streamlined ordering system or something. This location is no exception, but no complaints about the food. This location seems a bit better than most about service though.

Have always been a fan of EBB's bagels, but decided to try the turkey sausage panini since it was free w/ the purchase of a beverage as part of a birthday coupon I had. It was quite tasty, and surprisingly filling. I also normally get their coffee, which I think is one of the best chain coffees out there, but opted for an orange juice that was also quite tasty though a bit pricy given how much Simply Orange is at King Soopers. This location is a little small and could use some more outdoor seating, but my service was surprisingly quick for a Saturday morning. I have been in on a weekday and it was quite busy, so I assume the previous review's experience with high schoolers is certainly likely when school is in session. Otherwise it was a good spot for a quick breakfast on a weekend, with some decent people watching given all the places nearby.

I came in at about noon and the service was great. Yes the server did look 16 but she was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I do not see what the previous folks are talking about! I have been coming here for almost 20 years as I went to cherry creek high school right next door. I have NEVER had bad service. Also for such an old location it is very clean.

It serves as a decent place to grab a morning bite and coffee but the service leaves much to be desired. I'm not even picky. My father in law was in town and visited them, purchased bagels and shmear for the house but didn't know to grab the shmear himself since he was pushed through the line so fast by other customers. After a disappointed breakfast, he went back the next day and explained. Their answer? "Now you know," and wouldn't give him what he'd paid for the day before. Yes, he should have known, but I think it's reasonable to think an employee could have told him and, failing that, could have honored his purchase the very next day.

Last week I thought I was going to be Mr. Take On All Tasks and made an early morning run to Einstein Bros on Yosemite. Bad idea. Completely forgot that this location is next to Cherry Creek High School and was ridiculously busy with backpack toting kids on their way to class. So much for the quiet start to the day. As for the eats and coffee this Einstein Bros is just blah. My sausage and egg bagel on wheat was burnt and my ice mocha was actually coffee poured over ice. Now when you're expecting an iced mocha and get coffee over ice the first shot to your taste buds is simply YIKES!!! The mistake was corrected, however who misses that big in the morning? As for the staff they all looked like they rolled in from an all nighter at Denny's and the Manager appeared to be at the end of his rope with the masses of pre-pubes loitering in his seating area. So without much of any work done and breakfast completely shot, I packed my bag and made off to the office. There I knew it would still be somewhat quiet and I could screw up my own coffee.
