Super cute little restaurant with surprisingly affordable ($5) crepes. Lovely ambience.

I was in town visiting a friend who attends UNC. She first introduced me to their crepes. I had the beef, cheddar and rosemary and it was DELICIOUS!! While we were paying, she ordered 6 macaroons to be picked up the next day bc they only make them once a week. Well we picked the macaroons up the next day and OMG BEST MACAROONS EVER!!! I was never really a huge fan of macaroons bc when I think of macaroons, I think of crunchy mini sized cookies, but when we picked these macaroons up, they were huge! Like triple the typical size huge! Not massive big but they were the size of my palm! Seriously, theses are the best macaroons I've ever had!! What makes me sad is that I don't think I'll find macaroons as good as these back home in California. (Side note: friends say they make these on Thursday)

Stopped in for breakfast while in town. Had the beef/cheddar/rosemary crepe and coffee. The place is eclectic as noted by others. Seating space is on the small side for roughly 20-24 people. Coffee was not very good at all. As for the crepes, they are good, but i would not say they are great. They need to have some sort of topping, or sauce, or side garnish. They are pretty much a filled crepe fold into a quarter round and placed on a plate. Docked 1 star for subpar coffee, another star for crepe offering vs price. Certainly a good place for being Greeley. With a little more effort this could be a 5 star place.

I love the atmosphere here and the fact that it is a small, independently-owned restaurant. The offerings are a bit on the slim side, but the crepes more than make up for it. I love it and try to go as often as possible, because I really like the chicken and lavender crepe and the restaurant in general. Service can be slow, but I don't count it as a negative. It allows you time to visit and enjoy your meal when it is ready. Cafe Panache is a boon to the Greeley area and I'm even more appreciative that they have a student discount.

This place is a gem. The crepes were divine, the French atmosphere very charming and the owners were very friendly and hospitable! I plan to be a repeat customer!!

This is exactly the type of place I like to find, a small hole in the wall that has good food and nice people. I had a small salad and crepe and both were great. Nice greens, blue cheese and walnuts with orange slices on the side. Add the balsamic vinegar and squeeze the oj on the salad and it was excellent. The lavender on the crepe was subtle and added a very nice flavor. Roger recommended and it was a good choice. My daughter goes to school in Greeley and when I come to visit my money, I'll have a good place to eat. Very reasonably priced too; that helps too.

I am such a grateful girl, both times I have visited cafe panache the soup has been the bouillabaisse. beautiful with it's fresh orange and fennel. The atmosphere is homey (had you grown up in France or with beatnik parents), the owner and staff, Precious. Seriously it makes going to Greeley less, umm... Bovine? Go there.

Wonderful food and people. A classy but casual addition to downtown. Crepes and a gorgeous salad. Excellent. Quiet place to study or romance.

I was excited to have a place like this in Greeley and after reading reviews decided to stop by for lunch. I love crepes and had visions of crepes and delicious crepe toppings and fillings dancing in my head. The place was cute - it is done in a funky, eclectic style and the server (I'm assuming he was the owner) seemed nice enough and the service was good. We are vegetarians and I was sad to see that the menu is really small and that all but one of the savory crepes had meat and that there were only two sweet crepes on the menu and that one of those had bacon in it and the other was filled with nutella and preserves. I could put nutella and preserves in something at home and was hoping for something different when ordering at a place that is supposed to be known for their crepes. I guess I envisioned a list of possible stuffings/toppings and being able to customize my order? Anyway, my Son got the nutella and preserves crepe and said it tasted good to him and I got the quiche of the day - it tasted pretty good but was pretty small and the crust was kinda soggy. I really wanted to love this place so we could visit frequently for crepes. It wasn't horrible, it just wasn't wonderful and they just didn't have much on the menu that I could eat or that sounded good to me. I will definitely go back if they offer a create your own crepe menu.

I hesitated putting this review up as I think this place adds a bit more culture to Greeley. I did love the family owned atmosphere and the welcoming environment. However, I have had the fortune (and misfortune for the sake of this review) to have eaten at creperies in bigger cities and france before and this would fall on the lower end of that scale unfortunately. The offerings were slim and the ingredients just felt a bit off (more processed meats, or less fresh ingredients perhaps?). I don't want to necessarily poo-poo first timers as this is a decent enough introduction and wonderful for Greeley so while it should get 3 stars, I am giving it 4. For me it just falls a bit short of what I've eaten before. Bottom line: if you have eaten at a good creperie before you *may* be disappointed. If you are a first timer it's a good introduction.

We always stop in after kids' events in Greeley because a crepe is a good treat for the kids, and if mom doesn't need a crepe she can have a spinach salad. Or later in the day, a glass of house wine....

My first time here and I had the mushroom, onion, and shallot crepe. I was a bit surprised when I realized that the ingredients were chopped so fine to almost be puréed. The result was delicious. All of the flavors came out really well, even the mushroom which was my favorite. It wasn't huge and didn't quite fill me completely but with a drink I think its a satisfying meal. And for less than $6! The owners were friendly and patient with me. The ambiance is warming and calm with 90's supporting French music drifting in the background. A great find for me.

I seldom give 5 stars but this place was worth it. If you like garlic the roasted garlic is great. I wish I found this place sooner.

I often passed Café Panache. I became curious, so looked at its ratings on Yelp. When I saw everyone had given such high ratings, frankly I became suspicious. I decided I would uncover the mystery. All those high reviews must be coming from friends and relatives, right? In this case, I'm afraid you would be wrong. This place actually does deserve the high ratings that most reviewers have given it so far. Despite years of living in Greeley, we had not yet visited Café Panache. "Let's go try it out," I said, "and see if it's as good as these Yelp reviewers say it is." So off we went. Upon entering through the narrow street front, we noticed the walls, a color between Mediterranean blue and ultramarine, lined and spotted with various art work. The pieces by our table were for sale. The kitchen was visible, orderly, and clean. The receptionist-order-taker greeted us cheerfully. Both her and the chef were willing to describe their offerings, and even give a little history and some suggestions relative to cultural niceties. The place is very friendly. I suppose you could go there and sit in a corner very comfortably without being disturbed. On the other hand, if you like meeting people and chatting, it is not be hard to strike up a conversation with another patron. I enjoyed the dining area. It is a sort of revolutionary-meets-bourgeoisie without clashing, if you can imagine such a thing. If you are Cartesian, like straight lines and uniformity, rest assured they have take out, and might cater, too. (I didn't ask yet.) The atmosphere is relaxed, very friendly and open, and shall I say educational, if you let it be. I saw a few well prepared dishes, their focus being French. New and unique experiences get an extra half-point on my yelp-ometer. Café Panache gave me that. We had a chicken fontina lavender crepe, a mushroom onion shallot crepe, and a salad caprice. The crepes were, well, perfect. It was a nice experience to watch the chef lay out the crepes, turn them, fold them, and finish them. And he did it with such ease and skill. You could tell the salad had been prepared with sincerity and attention. The basil was fresh and unashamed. Besides a few drinks you would normally expect, a selection of "adult beverages" from France and Italy are somewhat highlighted. A friend of mine, after experiencing Café Panache for the first time, confided to me, "I may never go to IHOP again!" Well, I suppose there is always a place in people's hearts for IHOP, especially if they have young children, or want a hefty meal. But for crepes, a touch of France, or for new, interesting, occasionally delicate, and special flavors, I recommend Café Panache. Even if you think that is not exactly what you are looking for, I guarantee you will be favorably impressed with the ambiance, and you cannot help but be gustatorially pleased with the chef's fresh-made dishes.

Wow! Brie and spinach croissant with ham was superb! Just like Paris! Wash it down with wine or a grapefruit San Pellegrino. I shall return.

Food is sooooo good and super reasonable!!!! Definitely recommend!

Cheap food. Caring staff. It looks like there are berets and artwork for sale. The couches are cozy. My only complaint, to no fault of their own, is that it's so small.

The food is awesome and the atmosphere is chill and eclectic. You really get the feeling that this is a labor of love on the part of the owners. Recommended 100%!
