The new big screen is awesome! Great for football games. We like to come on Sunday's for football since they play all the games. Food is always good and reasonably priced!

Great food, but horrible service. My husband and I LOVE BWW, but seem to always run into service issues. I don't know if it's a lack of training or what, but more often than not, when we crave wings we don't go just because we don't want to deal with poor service. It's really too bad because BWW has the potential to be a huge success especially in a college town.

Never enjoy this place too much. Service is bad, food is mediocre, and it's very loud. Hate that they serve with paper plates.

Service was friendly and the food wasn't terrible. But honestly - I'm over BWW wings. I just don't like the taste of them anymore. Maybe since I've tried other places - or maybe it's my taste buds. Lol.

Great food! Great service if you get Lynae as your server. Great beer! Fun place to watch sports and drink.

There was no one to greet us when we walked in, no sign to say that we should wait to be seated or just seat ourselves. My boyfriend and I just awkwardly stood there for a moment and gravitated towards the first person we saw. It was a young woman behind a counter who asked to take our order. Having not been to BWW in quite some time and remembering that once upon a time you did order at the counter and then pick your seat, we just ordered with her not knowing that we were in fact at the "to go" counter. To be clear, we were not asked if we were dine in or carry out, we were just asked what we wanted. Soon after (within 5 min.) we figured out that we had indeed ordered carry out, and I returned to the counter to let the woman know we actually wanted to "dine in". She was clearly annoyed, but she said that she would inform the kitchen. We did not have to wait long for the server to drop off our food, which was terrible (not her fault). Part of our order was missing, the burger was DRY, and the boneless wings were cold, not even warm, straight up cold. Our missing food arrived, and the bartender took the wings back saying that she would have to kitchen take care of it. A little later the wings came back, warm-ish and dripping with extra sauce. Our server came by to check on the fix, asking if there was enough sauce or if she could bring me extra sauce on the side...confused we had a short conversation about why the wings were actually sent back. The bartender had told her that I had sent back wings because there was not enough sauce...not because they cold. She asked if I wanted the kitchen to remake the wings, but at that point I had given up. I felt terrible for her. Nothing was her fault, and she'd been put in a crappy situation that she wasn't able to fix. We looked for a manager, but we were unable to locate anyone to really help us. We left angry, and we will never go back. For the record, we tipped both the cashier at the to go counter and our server. I wish I could take the money from the cashier back and give it to our server.

Service is horribly slow tonight. Been sitting here for 20 min and the waitress said they would be right back to get our order. Barely got back before we decided to leave and now it's been another 35 min and food finally arrived. Then 10 min to get a water refill. I absolutely love BWW but this is by far the worst service I have ever had at this location.

Yummy yummy yummy. Atmosphere is nice-relaxed, sports on TV's all around, and good beer and wings. Not your place if you're in a hurry. And if you can't stand waiting a few minutes, maybe you should consider going to Taco Hut instead.

Service is great however the food takes forever. Seriously do they have to catch the chickens first?

Do not eat here! Service is terrible and slow. On business lunch on a Tuesday. Hostess says will get us a table then leaves and takes a to go order rather than seat us or get help. First warning sign. Finally seated by someone else to help us. Take forever to get drinks. Takes our order, 10 min later comes back to say item on menu is discontinued. Fine change it, comes back later to day didn't have a particular salad dressing. Been here 45 minutes- place isn't that crowded and still no food.

Long wait, they can't figure out how to sit parties of more than two. It would seem the simplest part, but then they made up for it by taking extra long to get our food out. Must be a Greeley thing, hopefully.

If you like eating over priced wings ( $10 per person, easy) from a paper french fry tray with plastic silverware then this is your place. Wings are no better than what you buy frozen at grocery store except smaller. The other reviews cover most of the rest of what you need to know. No need to go here unless you have no other choice.

I have given this place numerous chances to redeem themselves but they have failed epically everytime. lets start with the prices... over priced for what you get, the order is small and unpleasing to the eye. Unless your drunk and enjoy sports, and dont care about the temperature of your food either.., the drinks are good if you enjoy a surprise bill and the waitstaff is either lurking on our conversation or completely ignoring us.. the food is always lacking in sauce and is really just kindof generic. I do love some of their hot sauces but this goes without saying that id rather buy some and make my own at home OR just go to The Ave Wing Shack. theyre locally owned and their food is amazing and its wayy more worth your time and money!!!

Horrible! We have gone there a few times out of convenience (it being close to our house) and have immediately regretted our decision, we must like torturing ourselves or something... This last time we went not only was our food Lukewarm but my husband found multiple hairs in his food. After pointing it out to management he said nothing to apologize or rectify the situation. This was our final bad experience! We 'll forgo the convenience and drive down to 8th ave wing shack- where we've never had a bad wing or server to date!(and the wings just happen to be amazing!)

My husband and I have been going to BWW for 2 years now and always enjoy their special on Tues. I agree with some of the of the other reviews that it is loud but it is also a sports bar. I have never had bad service and the wait staff has always been friendly. If we do go on another day the prices are a little high but we always come out with either left overs or we over ate. I think that they have some small flaws but not bad enough to be given less than a 5.

The majority of the wings don't have that great of a taste, I do like the Parmesan garlic flavor though. If you just want something extremely hot then this place can offer up some good deal of heat. The other variety of food on the list is nothing special.
