I will never go here again! My husband called in an order for two pizzas while we were shopping at Walmart so we could pick it up on the way home. The guy on the phone didn't tell him how much it would be so we assumed it was the usual "2 for $22" deal. We went to pick it up and it was $33! My husband questioned why it was so much this time and he was rudely informed that you can only get it for that price if you order it online or with your smartphone. Then my husband asked if there was any way we could get it for $22 this time because we didn't know and the jerk behind the counter says "No. It's $33. Do you want it or not??" Sadly we paid the $33 for the two pizzas and that will be the last time we buy their food. The quality of the pizza there has really gone down in the last two years and then to charge us that much was the last straw!

Ok an 18 inch pizza each slice had like 3 pieces of Pepperoni, the green peppers were cut so huge they didnt cook and were crunchy and raw, and there was no sauce at all.

It's not Ray's in Manhattan, but in COS, you'll find no better!

New York City pizza at its best! (Yes New York City!) If you want that thick cake stuff go to Old Chicago's! I love this pizza! I love the sauce, the thinness and the size of the slices. This is the only pizza that I have cravings for in C.S. Now im not a fan of their appetizers. The mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and wings don't do it for me. I'm sure they are just trying to compete with other franchises in the area. I have tried them all because I enjoyed the pizza so much, I was hoping that everything was just as great too, but blah! They also have Hero's and calzones which I haven't tried. For me the pizza is cant miss! The shop is New York themed, with Yankee pics and maps of the city on the walls. I have never dined in the store (I'm a take-out dude), but they have two TV's that are always on sport channels. I have never had a problem with long waits that other reviews note. You can also order online!

I agree with all. The guys working there aren't nice at all. They act like they are doing the customer a favor or something. I won't go back!!

Totally overrated pizza! As usual when a new restaurant comes to Colorado springs everyone goes apesh*t over it for no other reason except it's new. Now the newness has died off but yet we still have the bs issues. Pizza is ok, prices are steep unless you get a 1 topping pizza and most of all you CAN NOT get a pizza from These guys in less than an hour wait EVER! Pass on it!

This is better than average NY style pizza, with a very nice tasting crust. It's pretty generic looking inside, with white tables and fading NYC posters and fountain drinks. They don't serve strombolis here, which I think would be a great addition to the menu. BTW, as my photo proves, contrary to the one star review here, there are 40 pepperoni slices per 18 inch pizza. Pictures don't lie.

Way over rated, cafeteria style pizza joint. Better off going to Billys pizza on 8th even though they're only half as good as the used to be

My husband's buddies swore this place had the best pizza at the best price. I didn't like it one bit. Yes the pizza is huge, but I think it's making up for bad quality. You can tell the cheese and sauce is processed. It wasn't cheesy, when you would pull the cheese apart, it had the consistency of string cheese.....not too tasty. Drive the extra 15 minutes to Carson and get yourself some Godfathers.

ordered online when i got there they couldn't find my order for like 20 min's, We had the godfather and a gluten free pizza and that was the worst pizza ever ....ever,sauce is gross ,the topping were greasy and over cooked , the crust was terrible, I would never go back My friend recommened it , so I got it for her birthday and even she thought that they were terrible this time.Enough to even call the manager and complain and I never do that.

Not bad, but not great. They offer specials online so that's how we order. Pizzas are massive and not to greasy.

By far THE worst pizza I've ever ordered. Crust tasted just like a large tortilla and it was soggy and soft. Frozen pizza would've been better. Save yourself $40 and order from somewhere else.

I've tried a few of these locations and the only ones I like at Fort Carson and this one. Sure the guys inside aren't super outgoing or sweet but they weren't terribly rude. Pizza was great. Crispy thin crust and the flavor was strong (but I also put garlic powder and herbs on it so that may have helped). Order online for specials and, based in other reviews, carry out for better quality.

First try will be our last. Ordered online and waited over 90 minutes for our delivery. (We live exactly 6 min from their front door.) When I called to find out where our order was, I was informed that it had left the shop 5 min prior, my doorbell rang as I hung up. Upon opening the door the delivery guy tossed our order at me, slapped my receipt on top, hastily thanked me and took off. When we opened our order we found an entirely wrong pizza and a soggy, cold calzone. As I lifted the calzone sauce the lid that had not been put on all the way slipped off dropping the container and spraying sauce all over myself and my kitchen. I called the store about the incorrect pizza. I was offered another one be sent out, but was told it would be another 45 min-1 hr. I said that would not work. I was told they would refund my card for the pizza. Overall, slow, incorrect order, sub-par food, and not at all impressed.

Hoping the pizza will save this experience! Black specks of I don't know what in my fountain drink so the girl I spoke w says, "let me see if i can do that" when I asked to replace my fountain drinks w a 2 liter that, by the way, is 50¢ cheaper than 2 cups of soda and there was BLACK SPECKS in my SODA! order was wrong, no paper towels in the men's room and let's get with the times and put some baby changing stations in the restrooms. Pizza has arrived and its just not that good! I won't return.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas, wings and garlic knots, it was repeated back to me correctly and I gave payment. 55 mins later my order was delivered short one of the pizzas (of course the one for my picky eater 3yr old and I). That pizza wasn't included on the receipt so the driver wouldn't do anything about it. Called the store to complain, now they're closing and not taking orders. Let them know what happened, they offer to get me our pizza at a small (talking took $.50 off) discount. I attempted to place the order but "their system is saying error" and they can't process payment. So now it's 9 the pizza I ordered to feed my daughter never came and they did absolutely nothing about it. WORST customer service ever, I actually like their pizza but won't be ordering from them again after this!

Prices are high. No "wow" factor. Just an average pizza and wing experience with above average prices.

We've ordered from here twice and the wings are great but both time our pizza was cold. Highly disappointing, but damn it still tastes good. Just wish when my pizza is delivered it's hot. The wings however, really hot and crispy when delivered, flavors are good and a decent amount of meat on the bones. I'd recommend but I'd say go pick your order up for hot pizza.

Ok so I have been rough in this place in the past. What can I say I take my pizza serious. The last few times pizza had been delivered hot and fresh. Just plz keep up the good work guys.

We're new to town and haven't tried any delivery places yet, so this is our first! All the pizzas sound great, but we tried to go light with a salad, wings and a calzone. The sweet chili wings were nice, sweet, and had a slightly spicy flavor that was just what I needed. The calzone was fried and tasty, stuffed with ham, pineapple and cheese! Sadly, the antipasto salad was just lettuce, a large slab of sliced ham, cheese and artichoke bits. It had one 16th of a tomato slice and 3 tiny slivers of roasted red pepper, 4 half-slices of salami and 1.5 black olives, halved. It would have been worth it with at least half a tomato and some more red pepper. All the ham just made it salty and unpleasant. It came with Newman's Own Balsamic dressing which kinda helped. The bad part really was the price. It was $42.50! We didn't notice the pizza deals until it was too late.

Great pizza that is pretty comparable to NY style but they need to work on their lame sauce. It had absolutely no flavor to it--cmon throw in some garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes--something! Besides that, crust is good and they offer some interesting combinations on their pizzas. We carried out the other night and they offer coupons in the Entertainment book for a free pepperoni pizza with any specialty pizza. Looks like they have a good lunch special as well!
