We love the food and the beer!

Though I don't drink beer, my wife liked the IPA a lot; her comments were, a little too hoppy. The place is casual and has an emphasis on viewing the production line for the brewery. It is a nice touch...a bit industrial, but sort of a fun atmosphere. The restaurant touts fresh, local, farm to plate ingredients. We ordered a burger and a "Hazel Dell" mushroom sandwich. Both entrees were very well prepared and had very flavorful, fresh ingredients. The downside was, well, their sides. We had the German potato salad and the polenta fries. The potato salad was greasy and had a jumble of flavors that didn't work well together. The bacon or ham that was in it was more like a slab of fat and there was really too much dressing. The polenta fries were piping hot; which I like a lot. But the breading was bitter and greasy and the interior was bland and lacked any texture. It was mushy for the most part. Generally speaking, I think polenta, when prepared right should either be smooth and creamy with a lot of flavor or firm; this was sort of somewhere in the middle and not in a good way. The worst though was the pickle. I LOVE heavily vinegared pickles. But there needs to be pickling spices and some other ingredients like a little bit of sugar and salt in the mix. This pickle just tasted like it sat in distilled white vinegar for a month with nothing added. I don't think this is hyperbolic either. Overall, if I could, I'd give it 2.5 stars because I think they do well with their entrees; or at least the ones that we had. The service is attentive but a bit chaotic. And they have a silly touch for the check holder for your billy. It's a 60 page, antique recipe book and we couldn't find our credit card or the receipt until we paged through the thing...seems a bit dangerous for forgetting your credit card. Probably won't go back for dinner, but maybe sometime for lunch.

Exactly what Fort Collins needed! Good place for great beer (as always FCB is tasty) and fantastic, fun food. We had lunch - the reuben and the mushroom sammy were delic. We will absolutely return and recommend the place.

Food is fantastic! Sit outside if the weather permits... The inside atmosphere is a little too industrial to be comfortable, although sitting next to the glass wall that view the Beer bottling line is pretty cool. Not snobs about filling other growlers either.

Our first trip to Gravity 1020, will certainly not be our last! Fort Collins has long needed a restaurant like this! The food was awesome, and the service was great! The Z Lager Grits are the best grits I've ever had! My entrée was the Lobster BLT, and my husband had the Fish & Chips and both of them were phenomenal! We cannot wait to try other items on the menu!

The Fort Collins Brewery sat high on my list of favorite breweries, until I went over to the dining area and ordered some food. Then, the restaurant took over the desirability factor, and I would actually recommend FCB as more of a dining establishment now. Primarily, on account of phenomenal brunch. With chicken and waffles sitting next to biscuits and gravy, you possess the ability to please any friend of yours--someone from high end New York looking for sustainable food (they use lots of spent grains, not surprisingly...but also surprisingly) or the southern boy who hates craft beer but loves him some gravy. On my end, I love creamy, grainy kinda stuff, i.e. risotto, stews... and in this case, granola (also utilizing spent grain--does this release nutrients in the same fashion as soaking beans and oats does?) soaked in heavy cream, chock full of nuts and dried fruits. The people at the helm of the kitchen know how to entertain a snobby food crowd, whether looking for refined, unique ways of preparation or something simple yet with an emphasis on fun, quality ingredients. I applaud you, FCB Modern Tavern.

Brunch?! Really nice. They do pitchers. They had a great selection of four ciders and 2 fruity session (light?) beers for summer. The cherry cider was to die for. Other FoCo brunch destinations on a Sunday morning were saturated with over an hour wait. FBC had no wait! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service. We already knew the brews would be spectacular. Give them a try for brunch.

We went on a tour here and had a flight on samplers, I had the seasonal and my mother had the traditional. The tour was fun, but the guy giving the tour didn't know much about brewing. He was asked many questions and didn't seem to know any of them. It seemed more like he was just a bartender and was assigned to walk us around the back room. The beer was okay, the best part of the trip was the apparel section, I got a hat that had a cool design.

    (3)
  • Mary M.

Very knowledgable bartender on beer. Tried the flight with some other samples suggested by the bartender that were great. Loved their Tequila-aged sour, so unexpected. Great place to try local beers & some food. Nice menu & had a flatbread to help mellow the alcohol. I'd come back the next time I leave KC.

3.5 TOTAL 4.5 Beer 4.0 Service 2.5 Food I spent a nice Sunday brunch here. My friend and I sat at the bar and had a nice conversation with the bartender, Max. My friend ordered a bloody for the bloody mary bar, which looked awesome. I ordered the Blonde beer on tap. We both had the Brewer's breakfast. I had mine with the sage gravy. The food was ok to me. My friend finished her plate. It is potatoes, eggs how you like it and then two pieces of bacon and a sausage patty on top. the meat is difficult to cut when its on top of all those things and I definitely made a mess. I would try something else next time. After my first beer, my friend had a quick meeting so I decided to stay for another. I tried the seasonal sampler this time and was not disappointed. A great selection of beers right there. I liked the El Hefe and the Dark and Stormy the most but even the barely wine was enjoyable. All and all, the service was friendly, the beer was good, but I need to go again and try something else to eat. Not impressed with my breakfast selection.

Tonight was our first time at FCB and I don't think we will be returning. We tried some samples and weren't impressed with any of the beer. It seemed more watered down than others. The food was ok, not the best and super overpriced for the portion sizes. The thing that really got me was the servers attitude. She was rude and I felt rushed by her. It was like she had something better to do than to wait on us. Odell's is right next door. Go there, it's wayyyyyy better!!!

  • Christopher B.

Maybe this just isn't my idea of a great brewery but it just doesn't do it for me. I feel like it lacks energy and it's really lacking that unique character. We had a flight of beers and most of them were just okay. Their beers never really did it for me, and I understand it's subjective, but I just don't find this as a fun experience either, unfortunately.

  • Caitlyn C.

WOW! So good. I can vouch for the sweet potato tater tots, rosemary ham Mac and cheese, and the tavern burger. Kinda small portions, but full flavor and well worth it. We went during the beer collaboration party and it was awesome!!! Super busy, interesting, but good beer.

Met up with a friend here, for a late lunch, during a southbound road trip. Atmosphere and service were great. I like the modern, clean brewery feel. Kinda different, kinda familiar at the same time. 3 stars for having a really interesting looking menu, and good service! I like the options they offer, but unfortunately, they just weren't very well executed... Not really sure how to explain it... They just weren't good... It felt like the food was pretty well prepared, and well seasoned... It just wasn't very good... Edit: Forgot! Great beer selection!

Good beer and over cooked pretzel. Worth the visit to see the bottling line. Bartender was great.

  • Jake J.

Menu promises more than the food can deliver. I ordered the short rib tacos from the menu and what I got was more of an appetizer with 2 tiny tacos and a bland side of beans and rice. Service was really disappointing as well. It took over 10 min just to get a beer with very few people in the place. Very underwhelming for the price and for what appears to be a great eatery/brewery.

My family and I came here on a Sunday for lunch. We were looking forward to trying their food, but unfortunately never had a chance. We waited at the hostess station for 10 minutes, with not a single employee in sight. When we looked further into the restaurant, we saw one server and bartender, but weren't able to get their attention. Ultimately, we took it as an omen of what type of service we'd eventually receive and decided to go somewhere else.

I love fresh flavors that make your taste buds think. I thought the service was a little slow, but the food over all was good. Our waitress was super sweet. I really like new tastes and making my mouth think, but my boyfriend has more of the traditional way of the buds.. He was disappointed the food wasn't better and faster for the lack of crowd. Spent grain flatbread was AMAZING and wish I could have had that for my meal. I had the speakeasy and he had the dip. The speakeasy was greAt! I loved the honey mustard and onion. Not your average club sandwich. Overall I had a good experience

The stoner working the door thought 6 people for an empty patio was a lot of people. Just wanted a damn drink. She suggested we try Odell down the street. The place was empty.

I was excited about coming here after seeing their menu: chicken and waffles, beet salad, poutine, beer! However, it didn't really meet my expectations for a few reasons: Service: We were standing up front near the 'please wait to be seated' sign with no hostess in sight, we had to walk in closer to the bar to be seen- the hostesses/ waitresses were chatting and we had to ask for a table pretty much. Food came out fast, though. Food; We ordered.. - Beet salad: This was great - Poutine: It was supposed to come with cheese curds and I'm pretty sure they just melted block cheese, false advertisement - I ordered the Major Tom's Peach which should have both pomegranate and peach flavors, and I really only tasted the wheat and the fruit wasn't all that pronounced. Since this is a brewery restaurant, the beer should be great as well! So overall, it wasn't the worst. But i've had better.

We came for dinner because we love Gravity 1020. Everything is fresh, farm to table, scratch made. The menu varies with the ingredients they can get, although they do have a few constants. Bettie loves the burgers, and small plates, I get seasonal items usually. This is a jewel in the Fort Collins dining scene that you must try! The only minor comment I'd have is sometimes the service can be a little slow, although the servers are always nice.

  • Cyndi J.

The service here is really strong. We had a table of 20, and we were served beverages and food at a decent rate. The beers are decent. The food is merely average. I had the pulled pork sliders. They were really dried out. The pork was nearly crispy, instead of soft and saucy. It was paired with apples and carrots, which was nice, and the bread was okay. I ordered a side of onion rings, but never got them. I had had enough of the average food, so I didn't ask for them. My husband had a philly cheesesteak, which he liked.

  • Rick H.

Bacon. Wrapped. Pretzel. These three torpedo shaped pretzels, each about the size of a robusto cigar, are wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, stacked on a plate with a ramekin of warm beer cheese soup and a side of red banshee mustard to dip in. Seriously. Freaking. Good. The pretzel is as warm and gooey as your first love letter. The bacon adds a crunchy salty texture that would even make Sweet Brown proclaim, "I do got time for that, Everybody's got time for that!" youtube.com/watch?v=udS-…

  • R C.

Such a fun, open eating area! You can see into the brew room from the dining space! We absolutely loved the Burrata and the incredibly huge selection of beer. The pork sliders were just ok. And the fries were good--covered in rosemary. I really enjoyed the basil margarita. Mmm. Summery and delicious.

I give up! Such a cool-looking place, open air restaurant, nice patio ... but the beer and food are just mediocre. I have tried the Tavern Burger three times, and they always cook it to death. It sounds good, in theory. 1/2 lb. Colorado beef, Caramelized onions, blue cheese, smoky Chocolate Stout Aioli on a pretzel bun. When your waitress asks you, "How would you like that cooked?," here is what you should reply. "You don't have any idea how to cook a burger to order, so just don't burn it, ok?" The bacon-wrapped pretzels might earn an extra 1/2 star, but Yelp doesn't allow that. Sorry, FCB, you only get 2 stars. Their beer is just not memorable. It's not terrible, but you can find about three or four other breweries in the area that execute each style much better. You know that place you just passed to the south filled with people? That's Odell's. Go there next time. The food truck is much better than what you'll find here, and FCB can't touch their beer!

The ongoing search for great Chicken and Waffles continues. We headed up to Ft Collins this evening and where not disappointed. Gravity 1020 is in the Ft Collins Brewery. Yes, the brewery does tours and they have a tasting room. It is a great little brewery. Whoever decided to put a restaurant there had a stroke of genius. This place is really great. I started out with a flight consisting of the Red Banshee, Chocolate Stout, Hoptitude and the Porter. All where good. My favorites where the red and the porter. They where excellent. Have to head to Lukas Liquors to some in bottles. The Chicken and Waffles was excellent. Ghost chile's in the butter. Wow! This is traditional Chicken and Waffles. Not deconstructed, not a chicken patty. The real deal. I will be back and will have this again. Simply the best I have had in the state. For apps we had the Bacon wrapped pretzels and the Onion rings. The rings where light and flavorful, but the pretzels where the real star here. Unique and awesome. They come with a mustard dip and a little cheese soup. Neither are needed at all, but welcome just the same. We also had the Mac N Cheese and Fish Fry (Fish n chips). The mac was rich and cheesy, with bacon. Another great dish. It is almost to rich to eat the entire portion. The fish n chips was very nice. Not as good as the fish n chips place on College, but not by much. I guess asking a brewery to compete with a place that has fish n chips in its name is not fair. This was a really good dish. The coleslaw was also great. A good pepper ratio and not overdressed. If all this was not enough, we also had desert to finish off a great meal. Orange cupcakes - a little dense, great flavor, best desert we had. Salted Carmel brownie- nice, but slightly over salted. Pecan ice cream waffle sandwich - same waffle as the chicken. An excellent pairing. Overall, this was a great experience. Did I say we would go back? We would and will, again and again.

What a pleasant surprise! This tavern attached to the Fort Collins Brewery has a fascinating menu, much of which incorporates their beer. I had the blue plate special: southern fried chicken with pomegranate honey drizzled over it with yummy mashed potatoes and chocolate stout gravy, plus greens. It was so stinking good I ate the entire plate of food. And wished I had more. My server was sweet and friendly. The restaurant is a little loud due to ceiling.

Food was grest, sat at the bar and the service was good. Very informative on beers. The Beekeeper Braggot was different and very good

I really dug it. I see that some of the reviews here are hit or miss, but I was definitely a big fan. I love the space here. It's big and open and generally mostly modern. I think the best part is that the entire back and side wall of the restaurant are open (through glass) to the brewery floor (It's attached to the Fort Collins Brewery, for those who were unaware. Fermenters and bottling equipment as far as the eye can see! Now, I'm a brewery and beer nerd, so that's not as appealing to some as it might be to me. But I dug it like a garden. Our server was adorbs and totes helpful (I'm not gonna get Yelp elite status next year just for that little extracurricular turn of the phrase, you watch). She had good suggestions, and even was sort of endearing in the way in which she stared semi-creepily at our plates after she dropped off our order, as she told us she was trying to decide between those very items for her own lunch. It was like 20% creepy and 80% funny. I hope she chose what I had; a delicious Tavern Burger with maple pork cracklins, a chocolate stout aioli, delicious carmelized onions, a pretzel bun... It was awesome! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of (if you tell anyone I said this I'll cry) -- it actually had TOO much cheese in it. It was a bowl of melted cheese with a couple of noodles. And while delicious for a couple of bites, I wanted more on the actual macaroni end of the spectrum. Either way, mac and cheese notwithstanding, it was a great place! I thought service was awesome, food was great, and of course excellent beers from the in-house brewery! I dig it.

The Croque Madame these hippies make should be renamed Croque worn-out old stripper. Was basically a bad grilled cheese with an overcooked egg on top. Here's the thing about gravity: they have a really nice space and great location next to Odell's, but the food is overpriced for portion size and quality. It seems as though Fort Collins Brewery realizes the opportunity to get out of towners to overpay for brewery food. What kind of sh!t is that? Don't even think about the chicken and waffles. Waffle had the mushy texture that you get with frozen crap. Chicken wasn't seasoned well, aside from, oddly, one patch of seasoning. The "syrup" had the viscosity and thickness of koolaide. Now, don't get me wrong, syrup doesn't have to be so thick the ass claps when it walks, but it also shouldn't be a thin as water so the waffle turns to mush. Fu€k with the polenta, though.

A beautiful place with beautiful people! The savory seasonal menu allows for one to enjoy the brews without having to suffer through typical "bar food". The ambiance is energetic and fun while also being family friendly. Come here for a lazy afternoon or a business dinner! And of course it's always lovely to support a local business!

On my brewery trip around Fort Collins with my boyfriend, we stopped and got a few samples of Fort Collins Brewery beer and some food here. The beer was pretty good. I've had a few of their beers before, but it was nice to do some samplers. We then ordered some bacon wrapped pretzels, onion fries and the bone marrow with crustini. I was really excited because their food was brew pub with a twist. The onion fries were fresh and delicious if you like onions like we do. The bone marrow wasn't really my cup of tea, but it was something I've never seen anywhere else and it wasn't terrible. Lastly the bacon wrapped pretzels were a little weird, but what isn't good wrapped in bacon? The part that really stood out was the bartender. She is very friendly and attentive. We chatted with her for a while and then headed to our next brewery.

I really wanted to like this place. Great atmosphere and part of the FC Brewery. I appreciate the use of local ingredients and everything made in house but the results are not good. We ordered the rib tacos at the recommendation of the waiter and the ginger pork Sandwich. The meat on the taco had good flavor but was so chewy and fill of grissel you could not chew it. The rice side disk was flavorless. The bread on the sandwich was so hard and crunchy it actually cut my lip. When the waiter asked how are food was, we told him About the tacos, His response was "sorry to hear that". No can we make you another or something else just I'm sorry. Too many good FoCo food option to waste money here again

came here with a group of 7. we all ordered something different, and we all loved our food. I asked for the cubano minus everything except pulled pork + BBQ sauce. they accommodated me without any hiccups...and it is the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. hands down.

In all fairness, I've only been here once but first impressions make all the difference, right!? We went to Gravity 1020 on a whim - I had never heard of it before we went. Boy, am I glad we did. I was already familiar with the beer...and of course FCB didn't disappoint. They have CHEAP flights - I was able to try 4 different beers and it was more than "just a sip." Perfect amount to get a taste...and then another swallow or two, to remind yourself how tasty it is :) Because we were there in the summer, they were having "farm to table" special serving 5-6 dishes that all sounded great. I got the shrimp and cheddar grits and they were AMAZING. Seasoned just right, fresh and hot. So good. I believe my comrades enjoyed their meals too, but unfortunately I don't remember what they ordered. You can believe that I would recommend Gravity 1020 to anyone and we'll return...soon!

Hmmm... What can I say? I really wanted to like this place. Cool vibe...delicious sounding menu...but everything is just blah. Went there for a burger-kinda good but no flavor Tried again for lunch. Salad, sounded great, the typical upscale...apples and blue cheese but the greens weren't tossed in dressing so one bite would taste different than the next. Pulled Pork Sliders-these have to be good, nah, they were just ok. Good concept, again no flavor. On a positive note...good service!

It's unfortunate that I had already toured Odell and New Belgium before arriving here because my palate was played out. This is a beautiful space. The service was excellent and very friendly. I had the burger and friends with me had the lamb burger. Sweet potato fries and sweet potato tots were excellent along with the burgers. Ft Collins makes an awesome Double Chocolate Stout. I had that with my burger, a great beer and burger. Ft Collins will be the top of my list to visit when I'm back in the Fort.

We were greeted promptly by a very chipper hostess who showed us to our table. Our waitress came by right away for our drink order. I asked for a minute to look over the beer list. About 15 minutes later she finally stops back by to see if we'd had enough time; by then I was extremely irritated, not to mention thirsty. I had a chocolate mint porter, which was pretty tasty. However, it was $7 and my husband's double chocolate coffee stout was $8. We drink good beer at various bars, restaurants, and tap rooms all the time and they are almost never that expensive. I ordered a cup of beer cheese soup, which would have been really good had it been the least bit hot. It was barely warm--gross. My husband got the veggie burger, which I was going to split with him until I had a bite. It was one of the worst veggie burgers I've ever had. Not a great experience, and I will not return.

I visited Gravity1020 recently on a Sunday afternoon. We sat outside, as it was a cool day, even sprinkling a little. This area is directly on Lincoln Ave., but that's not a problem. What is a problem is the construction across the road at the new Woodward site -- out of the brewery's control for sure, and will be finished eventually. Also, when the breeze shifted directions we got an ungodly smell of something -- like a nearby pasture had recently been dressed with sheep manure or the like. Very unappetizing, but again out the the brewery's control. Unless it was some weird mash odor . . . But to my meal . . . I had the shrimp and grits. I'm not one to complain about a meal and NEVER send food back. But the gravy on this dish was a gelatinous mess. I tried to eat around it, but that was impossible. Though the grits were creamy and the shrimp was tender, both the look and the texture of that gravy were just more than I could handle. The server was very apologetic, and a supervisor also came out to offer me a replacement meal. That was really to their credit, and I appreciated it, but at that point I just opted for another beer instead. My husband enjoyed his meal, but for the life of me I can' remember what it was.

It's ok. In sum, an attractive menu with tasty options, but way overpriced. Some good menu options. The dessert menu looks quite appealing - all options $8 and made by local Pastry Chef Shannon. It's tasty food and quality ingredients, but IS overpriced. Happy hour (HH) menu is alright. Stopped in for happy hour and ordered some half pints - advertised for $3 normal, with $0.50 off during HH. I ordered two different half pints, and must have ordered from a premium beer menu, b/c each half pint was $4 during HH instead of the anticipated $2.50. Whatever. Also, the service was SLOW, again during HH. The place was maybe at most 25% filled, and we waited awhile on several instances - to put in an order and for the arrival of our food. Our server was the bartender, who had half a dozen patrons seated at the bar. However, the server was friendly and sincere. Order consisted of $12 chicken club sandwich on croissant with a meager portion of coleslaw, one $6 average-sized brat and two $4 half pints, plus tax = $28. CERTAINLY NOT THE BILL I EXPECTED FOR ESSENTIALLY 1 PINT OF BEER, A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND A BRAT FROM THE APPETIZER MENU, DURING HAPPY HOUR. From the dining room, you can watch the FCB bottling line in action through the many windows into the brewery. Also, the place has nice patio seating. The first two times I visited Fort Collins Brewery I came to the immediate realization that their beer isn't to par with other FC breweries. I've also always thought that attraction of FCB was that of a "sustainable" building, that happened to have a brewery inside. Anyway, this time, they have a much-expanded and improved beer menu. I would return once more to try more from the menu... but hopefully someone else is paying.

I want to love so much about this but the quality keeps slipping. Bloody Mary bar is fun!! The atmosphere and service was great but food is just so sub par. The Reuben was tough and poutine lacked fries (seriously fries!). I am not giving up but wishing for better execution of the food.

My boyfriend and I visited Gravity 10/20 this past Friday night to celebrate his birthday. We were apprehensive about trying a new place, as we're creatures of habit and usually stick to the same places, but I am so glad we took a chance! The Duck Poutine was awesome and my tavern burger (I opted for bison instead of plain, boring hamburger) was delicious! Dessert was amazing, a chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream! Everything was so fresh and I love that Gravity uses Colorado products. My only complaint is my fries were slightly cold and not as crisp as I like them, but it wasn't a huge deal for me. The service was good, we went early (around 4 to help evade the dinner crowd), we did have to wait for a little bit for her to come back and check refills and order dessert, but by the end of our meal the restaurant had gotten busy, and being a former server I understand the struggle so I'm not docking points for that. Overall an awesome dining experience!

Many friends like this place. We have had vastly different experiences here at different times. Tonight we had a lesser one, akin to an earlier reviewer. Arrive close to 7 pm and surprised to see tables inside and out. Nope, wait is 45 minutes, and they were serious. I'm thinking not enough staff? No, so many staff that I struggle to understand how a table next to us stays uncleaned for 15 minutes. OK, the duck enchiladas will cheer me up. No, the waiter returns to tell me that they are out of this specialty on their small menu (at 7:30p on a Friday no less). OK, lamb burger is always good, except it gets delivered with onions (saw waiter write no onions) on it and regular fries instead of sweet potato as requested. Wasted a $50 gift certificate on a bad dining experience. This place seems to have some management issues.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and a beer after we toured the Budweiser brewery. Our visit ended up being the best food we ate our entire trip. We had the chicken club sandwich and the Cuban sandwich and both had a lot to offer. If you're in fort Collins don't short yourself by not going. Little pricey for lunch but totally worth it!

Visited here in February for my birthday. Very modern and sheik inside. We sat right next to the brewery and the large glass windows made for a great distraction during dinner. Found myself wishing that I was dining while the brewery was running as it would've been awesome to watch the process. Ordered some pretzel bites. They were nothing too special but I wouldn't kick em outta bed either. Order the beer taster flight so you can enjoy a variety of beers! All in all a decent place to eat!

Don't go there!!! The staff are jerks!!! I was sitting at the bar, mind you it was full, telling my mothers friend that she had pasted. As I was on the phone crying, the bartender came over to let me know I was too loud. IT IS A BAR!!!! Really!!! Sorry my phone conversation was too loud for the bar!!! Go next door to Odell's.

I've probably been here a few dozen times. There have been times when I would have rated the food and experience a 3.5 or 4, but honestly, this place is consistently good. The few "ok" "bad" times have only been disappointing because we go there on a super busy day, they run out of our favorite beers, or we find out that our favorite dish has been removed from the menu again. We keep going back because we have on numerous occasions, have had amazing food and service. This past fall was the first time that we tried the tap room before eating. We went on a tour of the brewery and had a few samplers in the tasting room. They serve beer in the tap room that is not available in the restaurant. We were impressed overall with the new beers we tried and the tour was fun. The last two times I've been here the food has blown us away. The fish tacos were perfectly done. The fish was hot and crispy, and still had the coleslaw in the taco be cool. It tasted phenomenal. If I have a friend in town who never has been in the area I will definitely take them here if they love good food and decent beer.

First time was a 4.5 star - fast service, excellent food. 2nd visit was a 1.5 star, since off hours for late lunch. Ordered fish and chips and the fish seemed really old and tasted very bad. Service was very slow then. i waited patiently then 20 min later someone showed up to take my order. There was only another pair of business folks in suits working and eating at that time. Maybe need to give them another chance, so giving them 3 stars - average of the two. My suggestion - don't order the fish and chips, since this was the worst fish I have tested in years. I'll eventually be back and give them another chance. Neat concept.

We went to Gravity 1020 on a Saturday afternoon. We were welcomed and seated quickly and out waiter, Erik, took our drink order and thoroughly answered the questions we had about the beer, even bringing a small sample of a couple so we could nail down our choices. Erik clearly explained menu items and we made our choices. The food was excellent, My beet salad was superb and the hamburger with the carmelized onions was cooked perfectly. I have had $40 wagu beef burgers that do not measure up to this incredible burger. we definitely will be coming back.

This is a cool little brewery restaurant. I like the open space and the layout. The restaurant is very inviting. Service was "there." I can barely remember anything about our waiter, but I never went dry on my drink, and the food came out reasonably fast. The food, though, was for the most part just passable. I didn't love either the Cuban sandwich that I got or the Mushroom Ciabatta that Tanya ordered, but I didn't dislike either of them. They were, kind of like the service, just "there." The ingredients are all local and fresh, which is cool, but flavor-wise they were both bland. The sides were actually better than the entrees. Tanya got the polenta fries for her side, which were quite a nice change of pace from regular old french fries. I got the grits, which were fantastic. Our other companions seemed to enjoy their regular fries, although they said the homemade ketchup was pretty bad. I also tried a little of the winter squash rangoons, and those were pretty darn tasty, if a little empty on the filling. Overall, if I were at the brewery anyway, I wouldn't mind eating here again. I wouldn't make a special trip, though. But I would take a bucket of those Z Lager smoked grits.

Friends and I stopped here for lunch before heading out the cyclocross race. We were led into the dining room which is enclosed by glass, so we can see the brewery around us. We started with some haus beer and poutine. The poutine is french fries topped with mushroom sauce and melted cheese curds. They are the ultimate comfort food and a must-try. I had the grilled cheese with broccoli cheddar soup. Both were alright, unremarkable. I know there are better things on the menu, but I was just feeling like comfort food that day. I saw someone at the next table get the homemade mac n cheese which arrived in a crock. It looked so good and just thinking about it makes me salivate. I'll have to check that out next time. My friends had the speakeasy and where the buffalo roam sandwiches along with the beer grits. Both confirmed that all were yummy, especially the cheesy beer grits. We were too full for dessert but they had some good looking ones that I would save room for next time. I've also been told that their brunch menu is very good. Again, next time. Overall, great atmosphere, good service and reasonable prices.

Gravity 1020 is the restaurant that is attached to the Fort Collins Brewery. They have most of the beers that the brewery has to offer in their tasting room and the liquor stores but they also have beers that are exclusive to the restaurant as well. They have a creme ale to name one that is exclusive only to the restaurant and I believe that there may be others as well. The food at Gravity 1020 could be described as fusion of a kind. I have had several meals here and have liked just about anything that I ordered. Some notable mentions is the checkerboard beet salad and the ghost pepper bloody mary. The staff always seems nice and friendly and eager to please. I am happy to be a repeat offender here.

I have to say that this is the best restaurant I have ate at in FoCo. We have put this place off for other places and wish that we hadn't have waited so long. The beer is always good from FCB but the food was OUTSTANDING! I had the chicken and waffles and my wife had the fish and chips. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken I've ever had and I've had friend chicken from some very small ma and pa places in the south. The flavor was outstanding, it was crunchy and not oil soaked. The waffles were very tasty, I think the syrup had some sort of pepper added to it and it was a very mellow spice but was great as well. My wife's fish and chips were awesome as well. The batter used was very flavorful and was crunchy. Having things fried and not be soggy is a sure bet you'll have great food. The fries were even perfect! We will be back!

I had the Tread Lightly sandwich: Grilled chicken breast, goat cheese, arugula, and cranberry jalapeno jam on an onion brioche bun with french fries. uhmaaaahzing. It was so good. Service was great, beer phenomenal. My date's Shepard pie was a little bland, but still good overall.

Restaurant attached to the brewery. And like so, they've got dinner and beer pairings on the menu, some of which seem completely arbitrary, but I don't care, I'll still drink it. There's a happy hour at the bar only, which is sort of lame if you come eat a nice sit down meal. The food here is decent, they don't have a large menu, but of the items that are there, you can find enough variety.

I ate here for dinner with 3 co-workers in August 2012. First the positives: 1. Fun atmosphere - the huge glass walls allow you to look into the actual brewery 2. Menu is extremely creative (some things the table ordered - Poutine, prosciutto wrapped melon, fried duck wings) 3. Solid beer menu - about 15 or so choices The negatives: 1. Poutine (fried, cheese, gravy) was overcooked 2. Consensus of table was that everything was 'ok' but nothing was spectacular 3. The service was below expectations. We know it is casual (and that's all we expected), but nearly all interactions were drive-bys. I love the vibe, the personality of the menu, and the beer was solid. I would just say - beer and apps only.

The brewery tours and tasting are done by appointment, so make sure that you are looking more detailed into those schedules. They have a great set up that is looking into the brewery itself. We went on an off time, so there wasnt much action but it was still a great view. They also have a great selection of beer (I know, of course they do...) but it was delicious! We had the bacon wrapped pretzels, which were AMAZING with the beer selections. We ordered 'tapas' style and did a couple apps and shared. We also did the feta flatbread pizza, pulled pork sliders, and handcut fries. Honestly, these were all amazing choices to pair with beer. The staff was amazing and so nice, and to top it off.... they bring your bill in cute old recipe books verses the normal black books... which I found so cute!

The restaurant doesn't actually open until the 13th of May. But I got to take part in a special "sneak peak," and I am so excited for this place to open. First of all...."brewery row" has sorely needed a good place to eat for a long time, and now Gravity 1020 (inside the Fort Collins Brewery) is almost here. Not only to fill that need, but to do it with style. All the food we had was phenomenal; my favorites were roasted chicken, asparagus salad, duck spring rolls, pulled pork sliders, and the chocolate hazelnut dessert. (But there were plenty of other great offerings we tried.) It's all local food, so I am sure the menu will be changing constantly...but wow. Good stuff. Better yet, everything on the menu is made to be paired with, or actually made with FCB beers. Can't wait for the opening!

Lunch hour you'd think they'd be quicker with service. Ordered with 5 mins of sitting down... 35 mins it took to serve. Cold burger with really no flavor and over cooked. Perhaps the staff wanted to prep for evening meal and lunch service is an after thought? I like the atmosphere of this place but the food almost always comes up short. Oh, not sure if it was the owner or a manager sitting at far end of the bar talking about his carry conceal license to the bartender but he got his food way before us & order after we did. Not cool

This review is simply for the food I experienced from the shortened menu inside the Tasting Room of FCB. Some friends and I had decided to head up to FoCo for the day to do some brewery touring damage. I hadn't eaten at all yet so I needed to get some food in me. They have a smaller plates version of their menu inside the tasting room. I stumbled upon my selection of Trio Brewery Bites. They were delicious. For 9 dollars the amount I was served was just perfect for my appetite and left plenty of room for beer. They had many options I wanted to try, so I can't wait to get back and try something else with my beer. Hope you enjoy their main restaurant, I look forward to trying that as well.

Went here for breakfast during Great American Beer fest, expected it to be a little more packed for a Saturday morning. Bar tender Jay was entertaining to guests and attentive, since i knew i was drinking at the beerfest later i just had a house root beer and ordered up some breakfast. Bar & dining area had TV's w college games on and you could view parts of the brewery while dining behind glass. I can't say enough how cool this place is, the food was excellent the service was top notch. The only negative was how long the food took & it didn't have the gravy for $1 more (wasn't on my final bill) , estimate about 45min from order to table. Jay apologized and honestly wasn't a big deal cause i wasn't in a hurry, not to many people are in Ft Collins, CO.

OK. So, never say never, right? The last time is was here, I swore I would never be back. But, after a very detailed note from one of the managers explaining many of the recent changes, I felt I owed Gravity 1020 another chance. I'm glad I did! I have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised on a recent return visit. It would seem that there has been a lot of focus on food quality and customer service since my last less-then-stellar review. I decided to try the evening's "special", which was a rib eye, served with sweet potato fries and sauteed mixed vegetables. Really, the only complaint I had was that the plate was too small to comfortably hold the food. The rib eye was perfectly cooked and seasoned...sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables were good as well. I've always been a fan on FCB's beer. Hopefully the quality of the food at Gravity 1020 will continue to match up to the great brews!

Not good value. Spent $52 on lunch for two and left hungry. I got the $18 steak, and it was pretty small. The side of rice was meh and the plantain chips were stale. My wife had the thai chicken sandwich which was fine, probably better value than my meal, but wasnt very Thai. The menu is pan-global, but the kitchen is not. I think they need to reign in the menu a little. Lastly, their mission statement boasts "not a single bit of your food is prepared before ordering" which is complete BS. Bread was just baked? Rice and beans cooked in 10 minutes? Week old plantain chips were just fried? Really? Seems some other people enjoyed their visits so maybe it comes down to what I ordered, but, I see no reason to go back.

We have been to Gravity several times. They have an interesting menu and a friendly staff. We've had inconsistent luck with the food -- sometimes outstanding and sometimes odd. It's pretty expensive for what you actually get. I had the beef, cheddar and caramelized onion sandwich and it was very good, although nothing memorable. My tablemates ordered the duck pot pie which they said was good, but neither would have ordered it again. And one person had the fried chicken which was very good and a huge portion, but came lavishly garnished with a strange and medicinal peppercorn honey sauce which he ended up scraping off after the first taste. It is also incredibly noisy if you are there when there's any kind of a crowd. But, it's friendly, their menu shows thought and some originality, and it's a comfortable place whether you're there with friends, on a date, or for a family dinner with kids. We like supporting this local business and will keep trying (but maybe not on a Saturday night!).

Wow, so impressed! Oftentimes, restaurants attached to breweries are perfectly comfortable playing second fiddle to the beer, but not so here. The menu is thoughtfully and creatively put together, with an extensive app section (for those who are mostly looking for some snacks to soak up the beer) that has some safe choices, but also a lot of fun ones (poutine, anyone?) My family and I ordered a Cuban sandwich, fish and chips, and the beet salad with cheese soup. They were all delicious, but the Cuban sandwich was dynamite! The cherry on top was our fantastic server, Alyssa, who in spite of having a very full section and being very busy, was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the time to help us choose what to eat. Can't wait to visit again!

What a disappointment this restaurant was. I was in Denver for The Great American Beer festival last week and decided to do some exploring. I was brewery hopping in Ft. Collins and decided to go to Gravity 120. I sat at a hightop at the bar. It took nearly 10 min for anyone to acknowledge my existence. Once the bartender realized i was sitting there he came over, mumbled some specials (i had to ask him to repeat himself twice) and disappeared again. FInally about 15 min I got a flight and food ordered. It took nearly an hour to get my food which was delivered COLD. i had to ask about it TWICE before getting it delivered to my table. I was never given silverware ( had to ask for it..) never got a dinner napkin. I called down another server and all she brought me was a stack of cocktail napkins. I called over a manager and told her about my experience thus far. I told her that I wasn't going to pay for my food and was going to go elsewhere. She didn't offer anything else to me. She just said ok and took my plate and vanished into the kitchen, never to be seen again. Never offered anything else. I even had to pay for my flight of beer before I could leave. I manage an upscale bar for a living and this is NOT how to treat your customers.

Have had appetizers in the tap room and found them enjoyable. Had dinner inside the restaurant the first time this Saturday afternoon. Nice atmosphere, decor. ordered 2 beers ( have always been a fan of FCB brews) choc stout and Doppelbock. had the lettuce wrap appetizer. They were very tasty, but sopping in juice, I mean the plate was floating in juice that we tried to avoid on our clothes as they flowed out. Never had that happen before with other lettuce wraps. I had a simple roasted beet salad, it was delicious, perfectly balanced, the 3 types of beets were full of unique flavors. My husband had the shrimp po boy sand. The sweet potatoe tater tots were great. The sand was flavorful too. All the food was served hot (except the salad, of course). The service was attentive. But for this just NICE dinner we paid almost $50 even with a discount. It wasn't that memorable , definitely not a good value. If we return we will be very careful about what we order, definitely NO alcohol. Sure miss the days when FCB was affordable!

This is an excellent little restaurant inside Fort Collins Brewery. We sat at the bar since the tables were all full -- always a good sign. I got a flight of four small beers (great for an indecisive person who wants to try a good amount of their selection) and the slider appetizer for my meal. My husband got a chicken sandwich and fries which were good. I liked the atmosphere and definitely want to take out-of-town visitors the next time we have guests.

I went there with a party of 10 for my Birthday because I heard the food was good. The food was fantastic and I loved the atmosphere. I wish I could recommend this place, but the service was just about the worst I have ever had. In fact, I may have loved the food so much because after waiting an 1 hour and 20 minutes for food after we ordered I was STARVING. We ordered an appetizer with in five minutes of sitting down that took almost an hour and finally complained when the table that was sat about 30 minutes was served and we watched them eat jealously. The made an excuse that there food was easier to prepare. 9 out of 10 of us had sandwiches or salad. To compensate us they only took $10 off the check of the guy who spoke with them manager. That was after she got defensive and a little snotty. As a group we spent around $300 in food and alcohol. Very disappointing! I gave this feedback to the girl who recommended the restaurant and she said, oh yeah, us too.

I was up in Fort Collins on another brewery related task when we decided to stop in for a late Brunch/Lunch at 1020. They said the closed at 3, we walked in at 2:58 and were surprised they actually sat us. Very cool looking, very friendly staff. The only reason I didn't rate it better was the limited menu. I know it was late, but there were only a few choices on their Brunch menu. The beer was good, and sandwich was good, Ill certainly come back, hopefully at a time with a fuller menu.

Since my June review, things have unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. As stated, we went back with The Fam for a Father's Day brunch. My mini burgers were ok, but I was looking forward to my beer float. Sad thing was it was nothing what I had imagined. I was thinking maybe some homemade vanilla bean or even butter pecan ice cream with some of FCB's chocolate stout. What I got was a half-pint of beer and a scoop and a half of melted ice cream. For $7 bucks. I was more than a little bummed. Let's scoot ahead to September. We had some friends in town from out of city, state and country. They haven't been to The Fort in a while so we decided to give Gravity another shot. The first thing I ever had at the brewery was a beautiful white meat quartered- half chicken, wIth the most amazing mash potatoes, peas, carrots and fantastic sauce. So I ordered it again. What I got was mostly dark meat with no crispy skin awesomeness, some browned, soggied squash and cucumbers, with a dismal scoop of mash. I was heartbroken. They took one of the best plates I had ever seen and turned it into what looked like a pile of leftovers. Most recently, just last Friday to be exact, The Mrs and I couldn't make up our mind for dinner. We eventually got tired of driving and somehow came up with the idea to hit Gravity. She loved her meal in Sept and had offered part of it to me since I was bummed over my dismal selection. I thought, "Ok, one more time." The Mrs got the pigs in a blanket while I went with the burger special. The pigs turned out to be nothing more than unseasoned ground meat tubes. My "special" burger, had an incredibly off-putting and heavy liquid smoke flavor. The spent grain breaded deep fried bacon (should have known it would be bad - too many adjectives) was a complete miss. The breading took all the crispy, while leaving the bacon inside completely... unbacony. The only saving grace from the night was the polenta fries I ordered as an appetizer. The polentas The Mrs got with her piggies tasted completely different than mine, and far less tasty. $38 for the two of us, and neither of us left satisfied or finished our meals. For the last time. For some reason, they've gone to using clipboards for menus. I hope they saved the receipt and get those back to Office Depot soon, cause those are pretty dumb. The one thing I will say they've got going for them is the staff and service. Great folks, very friendly and on top of everything. And the desserts are amazing. A star for each. Don't overcomplicate it. KISS. I wanted it so bad for ya, Gravity. So, yea. Pretty sure I'm done.

I ordered the Lobster BLT - lobster claw, smoked bacon, lemon aioli, tomato, and arugula on toasted ciabatta. First - to go off track here a bit - Gravity Ten Twenty has a pretty clear mission statement about their food: "Gravity Ten Twenty is where the field meets the fork in the truest sense of the term and we are committed to all things Colorado. We do all we can to support our local economy and environment by buying most of our ingredients locally. This means higher quality and better tasting ingredients served on your plate, poured in your glass and raised in your neighborhood. Gravity Ten Twenty's kitchen is specifically designed to cook to order. We do not have a walk-in freezer, steam table or heat lamps, ensuring that not a single bit of food is made until it is ordered. We guarantee that the food you are eating travels the shortest distance from field to fork!" Whoa. Wait a minute. "Field meets the fork in the truest sense of the term"? " We guarantee that the food you are eating travels the shortest distance from field to fork"? What Northern Colorado farm did this lobster claw come from? How is that even remotely "farm-to-fork"? I felt a bit lied to. Well, not a bit. A lot. The sandwich however, despite going against every grain in their mission statement and marketing, was in fact pretty good. It had a luscious buttery flavor with a richness that was exacerbated by crispy bits of bacon. It was good, and I did like it a lot, even though it was all a lie. With this lobster BLT, I had a side of Z-Lager smoked grits. See, this is what Gravity Ten Twenty should be focusing on instead of the fallacy of "farm-to-fork" in a state with a winter climate from October-May (what are they going to do those months when there is snow covering the farms?). They are in a brewery, with award-winning craft beer, in a city where beer pairing dinners have taken off in popularity. Focus on the beer in the food. Because you know what? The smoked grits were nice, and I could taste the beer, and it felt great eating something that was truly "Fort Collins." Overall, the food was good, and good enough for me to come back. Because that's what matters most to me above all else in a restaurant - the flavor. I know some people in the food community feel burnt that they've been lied to with marketing the farm-to-fork concept, which really isn't true. Gravity Ten Twenty is doing what many other Fort Collins restaurants are doing with their menus - using local ingredients "when possible." And, there are even restaurants in town who advertise that they are using produce from local farms when they truly aren't (and this review has inspired the next editorial/investigative report about that, publishing at the end of the month). I wish Gravity Ten Twenty would be honest and upfront about this and tap into their potential with a stronger beer-incorporated menu.

I am very sorry that I can not review this as a zero star. This is possible the worst restaurant in Fort Collin and is the worst brewery in fort Collins. I don't know why I was able to be talked into coming here, but I wish I had stayed at home. Food was awe-full and the beer here was worse. Just stay away.

Gravity 1020 is an EXCELLENT new restaurant along the brewery corridor in north Fort Collins. There were two things that really stood out for me. First, the menu had lots of small plate options that were OUTSTANDING. The polenta fries and BBQ sliders were excellent. We were sad they were out of pepperoni-wrapped pretzels. Fort Collins restauranteurs take note -- customers love small plates! Second, they really embraced the fact that this is a brewery restaurant. The restaurant opens up to the bottling operation -- something fun to watch if you go in for lunch (but it doesnt run in the evenings). Also, all the brews that come out of FCB are available, and the growler filler is extremely cool! One last comment -- if you like your burgers to come from grass-fed beef, this is a great place to go! Winner! Will be back. There were some minor issues, but hey it's a new place. That's the only thing that kept them from a fifth star.

Great food but don't order the "bottomless mimosas!" After a few glasses of orange juice with a splash of champagne we asked out server if we could get a "stiffer round." He told us that "each round comes with more orange juice than champagne. Really!? Last time I will have brunch there!!!

I've been here twice in the past week -- once for dinner and once for lunch. It's a bit off the beaten path of Old Town (but close to my office!) and the decor/ambiance is hip/cool. On both occasions, the food was well above average (probably some of the best in Fort Collins), but the service has been hit or miss. The first time (dinner) service was good/attentive, but for lunch yesterday is was below average (slow, unfriendly server, wrong side order delivered, etc.). I'm on the fence about going back. There are really a lot of food options nearby in Old Town.

The first time I ate there in September 2011 the food was AWESOME! I went around telling people it was the best burger I'd ever had in my life. Unfortunately, its gotten much worse. I don't know what's changed (chef? management?? no idea), anyway the food is BAD BAD BAD now. The last time we went there (a couple months ago I think.. Nov or Dec maybe) I literally left feeling like it had been a giant waste of money. I doubt I'll ever be back, and I definitely won't be recommending it to people, instead I'll be warning them to stay away. :( too bad, I want the old Gravity 1020 back!

Pass! The only redeeming thing was the hostess and the view from the patio. The hostess was super sweet and even refilled our water, while the waitress was nowhere to be found. We arrived early and it was not busy at all. Food was so over priced it was sad. The food itself was ok. The flavors were pretty bland and uninspired for the price and hype. The hummus pizza was just cold flat bread with a slather of hummus and a sprinkle of goat cheese and arugula for 10.00. Each of the ingredients had the potential to be something but all were bland. Just sad. The beef sandwich was soggy and cold, and not in that good french dip au jus way. The hand cut fries were 1/4ed potatoes dropped in a deep fryer, still cold and hard in the center. Very underwhelming. This was very disappointing because this is a fairly new restaurant. Hope it gets better and the wait staff gets trained on how to handle more than one table at a time.

We live in the North part of town not far from Gravity 1020. There are very few restaurants in our part of town and we were very excited when Gravity 1020 opened a couple of years ago. During their first 6 months open I ate there 4-5 times. The dishes were pretty hit or miss and terribly inconsistent. We then learned of some internal issues in their kitchen and gave them some time to take care of things. In the past year I have had 4-5 meals there and it has gone from so-so to feeling like a real waste of my money. It is a great space and a terrific location and a wonderful brewery but the kitchen has not figured it out yet. I am not sure when I will feel that I can risk trying the again.I know I will due to the location and my intense desire to love them! I really hope they get it figured out before Woodward Governor opens their campus across the street!

My first visit to gravity 1020 left a lot to be desired; in all fairness I decided to give it a second try and I am so happy I did. They have returned the bacon wrapped pretzels to soft pretzels which has made them fabulous! The open faced beef Wellington was fantastic and their polenta fries were awesome as well. I know it took this place a few months to get their footing but they are standing tall now.

Great place for lunch. Wife and I had the Brew Bites Trio for an appy. Awesome bread pockets with sausage, lamb, sauerkraut, spinach and goat cheese. Three different combinations with accompanying dipping sauces. Very nice. I had the Cubano sandwich and my wife had the Speakeasy sandwich; both excellent choices and both came with nice sides of tasty sauteed vegetables. Great tasting food, and don't forget this is a brewery; plenty of good beers on tap. Definitely recommend.

Went with the BBQ sliders which were great. I did the pastrami Reuben with polenta fries. The reuben was good, not great. The greatness was lost by the strength of the mustard, good mustard, just too much for such a strong mustard. It ended up overwhelming the whole sandwich. My wife had the duck spring rolls, these were middle of the road. All in all, worth a stop, great local place, however for us, probably wont warrant a return visit, as per the price, I'd rather spend it elsewhere.

I visited this new establishment with Rachel C. after a long day of shopping for home decor (I am still shivering at the thought of having to do it again) When we saw in the reviews that Gravity was located WITHIN Fort Collins Brewery, it immediately piqued my interest. Having been on many tasting tours, I always thought the idea of a full-scale restaurant within a brewery was a money-making idea. The atmosphere is spot-on for what they were aiming for. It feels casual and fun, with bright colors and oddly shaped fixtures an asymmetrical booths. They have exposed ventilation and half the restaurant is looking out on the brewing and bottling works at FCB, separated by a wall of glass. Pros: - The menu is interesting and it seems to vary (the menu on the web site was different than the one we ordered from). I like when restaurants avoid being stagnant and are constantly recharging their batteries with new items - The food was above average but had high and low points. My sandwich (Gravity Cuban) was AMAZING, with the right proportion of ham and pork. It was topped with a delicious pickle spread and a German Potato Salad. My GF had a roast beef sandwich with melted mozzarella and a cup of Five Onion Soup. The sandwich was 'meh' but the soup had a really funny, chemical taste to it. It was not good. - Our server was excellent. he was attentive and offered suggestions. We originally ordered a bacon-wrapped pretzel appetizer but he suggested against it since they were just hard pretzel rods and not doughy pretzels as expected. That was very nice of him and would encourage me to come back. Cons: - As we were walking in the door, the hostess looked at us and high-tailed it away without saying a word. She left us standing at the front desk for 5 minutes....and when she returned we didnt even get a greeting. - Our hostess apparently never told the wait staff we were seated so it took 10-15 minutes before someone came and took our drink order. Overall, I would come back and try it again to see if the service improves. The food was solid, if not spectacular. You expect growing pains with a new place, so give it a shot if you are in the area

One of the best meals I've had in Colorado. Interesting menu, and everything we ordered was great. Top notch service and great beer. The smoked grits are to die for. I'll be back next time in Fort Collins!
