Now it seems Chili's has these tablet things on the tables where you order refills and pay your bill. The waitress seemed under trained. Overall it was almost the same experience as last time but I've moved Chili's down the list. There's just too many places in town with the same food and better service.

Surely they deserve more than two and a half stars. Living close by, I've been here a number of times, and don't really have anything negative to say about it, which is unusual for me. Well, the bar is overpriced. $9 bottom shelf shots, anyone? There, I found a gripe. The food is acceptable, which is more than I can say for most Northern Colorado restaurants.

My server was Marissa and she was wonderful she greeted us with a huge smile and she was very friendly she made us feel like at home and she was supper attentive and she went far and beyond to make sure we where good taken care of and she explained very well the menu to us and kept making sure we didn't need anything I hadn't had that great service and experience. The food was also amazing great presented the food didn't take long to get to my table

We like Chili's but we hate those tv screens they put at each table to try to sell you more things. Who thought this was a good idea? I like to spend time with my family when I go out to eat not watch ads on little tvs at the table. Bang for the buck the place is pretty good.

Slow service and sub-par food. It took us 15 minutes to get our appetizer (chips and salsa) and then 20 minutes for our main course. I ordered the Cajun pasta; the sauce was not fresh due to my dish sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I asked for a side of sauce to re-hydrate my pasta, which took me asking my waitress twice and over 10 minutes. We were celebrating a special occasion and wanted dessert, but needed to ask about peanut allergies. We waited another 20 minutes and tried the new kiosk system due to waiting. They push this new online system which should not replace customer service, but unfortunately they are understaffing and expect a kiosk to do the customer service.

The place was almost empty and it took a long time to be seated. Our server was good. The food was nasty. The french fries tasted like corn chips and old oil. The hamburger bun was hard and dry. The bacon bits were like little tooth chipping rocks. We tried to use the table kiosk to review our meal but it kicks you out!

We like Chilis, but for whatever reason the Fort Collins one is dirty. Always a layer of greasiness on the tables and crumbs on the creases of the seats. I'm surprised this place isn't knee-deep in ants. It's always busy though.

Food fair Service good It was a place to eat, that I knew would be fair to good - hard to get past good when corporate controls menu

We had the new Chili's lunch menu of chili, Chicken Enchilada Soup and the Margarita Chicken salad. The chili was a soup with maybe 10 beans in it and the Chicken Enchilada Soup was warm, not hot, and it didn't melt the cheese on top. When we told the server, she asked the manager to come out. He told us the chili was Texas chili and didn't have many beans. It is interesting that Chilis has bad chili!

Cheap, decent food. Speedy service, even on a packed Friday night. The 5 of us called ahead, showed up on time, and got our table within 10 minutes. Got a couple dirty looks when we showed up after everyone waiting in the lobby and went to sit down. But hey, how many times does it take to learn your lesson, eh people? Got a couple different apps, I ordered tacos - they were tiny, but my beer was huge. Yea, Chili's is corpo, and local Tex-Mex is way better, but you can't argue with good apps and full bellys. And I found the recipe online to make their chicken enchilada soup at home - it's so damn good.

I want my baby back, baby back, baby back.... Alright, I know what you're thinking. Chili's?! Yeah, Chili's. Gotta problem with it? I never claimed to be a foodie. I'm not too good for Chili's, are you? Have you tried their chips and salsa recently? BAHM! Hahahahaha! I'm not sure what possessed me to go here after a 8 year hiatus but I'm sure glad I did. I had no idea what I'd been missing. Every thing I have ever ordered here was fantastic. Actually, I take that back, I ordered guac once and told the waitress it tasted like a foot so she took it back and didn't charge me for it. Other than that one time, all my experiences here have been great. The first thing I ordered here was the honey-chipotle chicken crispers with fries and corn-on-the-cob. To my surprise they brought me ranch dressing to dip my fries in without me even asking. It was like they were reading my mind! Okay, but in all seriousness, for a fast meal that's also inexpensive you can't go wrong. This place is one of my favs in Fort Collins.

Sadly, this isn't the chilis I've come to expect :(. Me and my boyfriend went this evening for a fun night out, only to be treated like pesky college kids. The chili I order came out cold, which was ok, I just needed it microwaved. But the waitress seemed like I just asked the world of her, it was unsettling thinking she was handling my food from then on out. Next our food came, I had ordered their new 300 cal. sirlion and broccoli, I had asked it to be medium rare, what i always order when getting steak. When I cut it open it was purple inside, and very cold. Again, no big deal, I just needed it cooked longer. But again the waitress was annoyed with me, I decided not to remind her she never brought me back a drink... When the meat came out, I cut into it and it was as purple and raw as it was before. And just as cold! We decided we should just speak to the manager instead of upsetting the waitress, so we asked for one. When the manager came, I was stunned to see that she was upset with US! She told me that the meat was cooked how I ordered it, she said she assumes that's how a medium rare cooked steak looks like. I assured her it wasn't, she got more upset and asked us what we wanted her to do. I just wanted to hide! She was treating us like we were trying to pull a fast one on her, just cause we are in college doesn't mean we are out for a free meal. My boyfriend was upset at that point and said she at least needed to take off my meal from the bill. She took the meal off but made sure she sarcastically said sorry for the meal. I never want to go back there again...

OK, I echo the others' reviews, but have to say that when you know what you want and you want consistency while traveling on business, Chili's just hits the spot. Plus the service here was excellent, friendly, and attentive. And, it was a great place to catch the Rockies vs Phillies game. Too bad Rockies did not prevail.

My husband went in for dinner tonight and will never return. There was a house margarita buy one get one free which is technically buy two get two free (they bring 4 small margaritas and you pay for two @ 6.50 each) they tasted nothing like margaritas, they tasted like syrup and had sugar around the rim. We did nothing more than taste them before setting them aside. we then asked for sodas. Our food was out after a decent amount of time but my husbands texas cheese fries were cold and the toppings were hard as if it had been microwaved and his wraps were so burned I could not believe they served them! I ordered the fajita trio and although the steak and shrimp were amazing, I paid $16 for 3 small slices of steak, 3 pieces of shrimp and a handful of nasty chicken. I was even charged extra for rice and overly salted guacamole. After ten minutes of complete dissatisfaction we had enough and waited another 40 minutes for our waitress to return, and no it was not busy. She brought us our check another 15 minutes later which is when I asked her to take off the margaritas because they were not touched, she said she would speak to a manager. Another ten minutes went by and she came back saying she could give us a discount by removing ONE of the drinks. Another ten minutes went by and another waiter, I'm assuming the manager, brought the check, we paid but of course another twenty minutes went by before our waitress came back to get it. This is the worst experience, food and service I have ever received and will not be back! DO NOT EAT HERE!

I know, I know, I'm reviewing a Chili's. But not ANY Chili's. This one was the first I ever went to, and has been host to many momentous occasions, including first dates, last-day-of-school lunches and pre-wedding boozefests. It was the latter that brought me here on Saturday with 6 of my closest girlfriends. After realizing the wedding we were to be attending was going to be a dry wedding, the girls and I quickly decided we needed pre-ceremony lubrication. Chili's to the rescue! Our waiter dutifully kept the drinks a-flowing and never once appeared annoyed at our disjointed appetizer ordering, picture requests, or the fact that we took over one of his tables for about 2 hours. The apps were good, the drinks got us appropriately tipsy, and the waiter got a good tip. Good times all around. Now if they'd only put that decorative chili pepper back out front for old times' sake....
