Wow! I cannot rave enough about Dave and Fresh Tracks Catering. During the planning process, my mom and I were feeling overwhelmed by caterers and all their packages and restrictions. Dave gave me a call and instantly made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond his role as a caterer, meeting me to select rentals (linens, chairs, plates, etc.), helping plan our wedding timeline and managing many aspects of the wedding reception. From the tasting to the wedding desserts, the food was fresh and delicious; hot food was indeed served hot (my dad's main concern during wedding planning) and Dave paid special attention to my groom, myself and our families, making sure we had enough food and always had a full drink : ) He staffed our wedding perfectly, so that he could pay attention to the important things, and our families were very impressed by that. Many people commented that it was the best wedding food they've experienced. Not only is Dave great at his job, but he's also an overall kind, generous person, which made the planning process fun and easy. Fresh Tracks is located in Evergreen, where our wedding was held, which was why we originally did a tasting with Dave, but I'd recommend Fresh Tracks to any couple in the Denver area or Front Range. It is well worth hiring Dave and his team!

The owner of Fresh Tracks, Dave, is as charismatic and helpful as it gets. My wedding was on June 27, 2014 in Evergreen, and we hired Fresh Tracks to cater our meal following the ceremony. The meal was delicious; perfect in every way. I communicated a lot with Dave throughout the process of planning, and even was able to make some last minute changes and additions to the meal without any issues at all. My day was very special and we received so much help from Dave and his team at Fresh Tracks. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a catering company. :D

Dave and the Fresh Tracks team did a wonderful job catering my wedding at the Highland Haven Creekside Inn in Evergreen. Dave was much more responsive to my initial inquiry than the other caterers I contacted and his service ethic was consistent throughout the planning and execution of the event. He was very amenable to our specific requests for gluten-free options and organic ingredients. The food was perfectly executed and service was impeccable. I highly recommend Fresh Tracks!

Fresh Tracks Catering was even better than anything I imagined. Dave went well beyond the caterer- he was instrumental in helping us arrange and coordinate our entire wedding. He went out of his way to answer questions and offer suggestions, and really took the time to fully understand the vision that we had in mind. Plus, he was just a really great and pleasant person to work with. Truly a professional. The food really was the highlight of our event- multiple people continuously told us that was the best wedding food they ever had. It was truly special and the service was outstanding. We would recommend Dave and his team for any event.

Dave and his team are simply wonderful. They recently catered my wedding, and did an amazing job. Their food truly is fresh, and the presentation is impeccable. Dave is professional and fun to work with. His team works on giving you one-on-one attention, which is unique in the catering industry---he personally checked in with me and my husband multiple times throughout the night to make sure everything was to our liking. He definitely has a client for life in us.

We've hired Fresh Tracks numerous times to cater work events and the food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Dave and the team are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to create an outstanding event from the planning stage all the way through to the end of the shindig.
