I went to this particular starbucks because a friend was in the area and this was a location least confusing to me. Oh yes.. directions and I don't get along very well! So we decide to meet here. The coffee is standard Starbucks. The place is cutely done up, plenty of space to sit and talk. very friendly service and very efficient too. The place does have a lazy feel to it.. i might just go read a book here someday..

Just about every single time I visit this Starbucks drive thru my drink is wrong. Its not even a complicated drink. Iced coffee 1 pump classic. Not hard. One time they misheard me, and instead of verifying what they thought I said they tried to give me an iced coffee with " 1 cup of syrup" I really wish I was kidding. I think the poor girl was new. Also, who in their right mind orders a CUP of syrup in a venti coffee?

I like this Starbucks because it is right next door to my bank - CONVENIENT! However, like most Starbucks it is made to churn people through. The 'cozy' atmosphere that they seem to want to achieve is stampeded to the ground by the masses of people that churn through. That and the barista didn't give me the exact change... so I had to drag my kid out of the car (ruining the benefit of the drive through) to go inside and talk to someone. Of course they gave me the correct change, and my drink was good - so its not all bad. However, its not as personal and as cozy as I prefer in a coffee shop, which probably explains why I only use the drive through here! Leanne Goff

This is the worst Starbucks around. Very slow in the drive-thru. Their attitude is bad, too. Today I had a tall coffee Frap. I thought they had changed the cup size, but they not put enough in the cup. My husband's Carmel Frap had very little whipped cream. When we questioned them, they slammed the window in our face and ignored us. I had to wait close to 10 minutes in the drive-thru. This is quite common - had it happen several times as often I'm in this neighborhood every weekend.. I normally go to the one in Superior during the week. Much better service there.

What can I say? It is a Starbucks ;-). Seriously, the baristas at this location are extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful and there is ample comfortable seating. Even when there are lines (which is not too often) they move fairly quickly.
