The best Chinese food ever. Every time I'm in Denver I make sure to stop here and have the famous sizzling rice soup. I would take it back to NY in buckets if I could. Don't miss this place I you're in the area.

For an inexpensive but delicious lunch, I'd definitely come back here. The prices were reasonable and I thought the food was fresh and hot. Our server was right there, too. On my continuing quest to find decent Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai, this place lands smack in the middle as a-ok.

The service and experience were very nice. Clean restaurant and we enjoyed the chips and tea they have on the table at the beginning of the meal. The food was fine. I ordered the beef and broccoli which was pretty good. The egg roll and dumpling that came with the meal were sub-par. The food was no better than any other average Chinese place. We enjoyed it but I don't know that I'd go out of the way to eat there again.

I had 3 entrees delivered to my home. All three lacked taste, the vegetables were over processed and very thin. Sauces were thinned out so they lost flavor. 1-10 I give them a 2+.. Never spending hard earned money on this place. Someone wrote that they would try Panda across the street. Well I have and was better and allot cheaper....

Called in for delivery and lady said it would take 45min cause they were really busy but only 10min if I went in and picked up. I went in to pick up and there wasnt a single person in the dining room. Not only did I have to pick up myself, they added a Coke to my order which I never placed. The food is bland at best. I would rather have gone to Panda Express. Their egg roll meat looked like my dogs food and the food itself was super greasy. I thought greasy food was supposed to have a lot of flavor to it? Did not finish my meal and ended up in the garbage can. Will not be going back.

Exceptional service. They could not be ANY friendlier. Food was fresh, came quickly. We'll go back! Great prices.

Not good. I've ordered takeout twice, and both times the food lacked, y'know, flavor. Also both times, it was more greasy than I would prefer. This time around, I ordered orange beef that was well-nigh inedible. It was soggy and the beef was the toughest leather I've ever tried to eat. Most of it went into the garbage. Maybe the food is better when you eat there, but I'm not going to bother.

This is a decent Chinese restaurant, the best I've found so far in Englewood. The food is almost always OK. I only once had a bad experience: one Sunday night their chicken tasted stale. The service is good, and the prices are reasonable. It is a large restaurant, so they can accommodate large groups. It is clean. They have an aquarium with goldfish that reminds me of the one my late father had. They have an extensive menu, with some dishes that you don't find at most Chinese restaurants.

This is the place to eat chinese in downtown Englewood & South Denver. Excellent variety of tasty food accompanied with attentive and friendly service. Favorites include: Sesame Chicken and Strange Aromatic Chicken.

While I have always enjoyed the food here, I was very disappointed in my server today. I received an email yesterday with the subject line, "Half price off any entree!" Basically I just had to go to Denver's 7 A-list & vote for them like I do every year & write down my A-list user name on the printed out email. So I did that before leaving for lunch. After I was seated I gave the server the printed out email, he read it over, then says, "It looks like you get half off your entree." Which is what I saw. My food came shortly after and as I was eating it, the server comes over to me and says that I can't actually use the coupon and get the half off because I would have to have bought a full price entree to get the half off an entree. I asked him where it said that and he brought over the email to me and he highlighted it. Obviously I made a mistake and did not see that part, and if I and, I wouldn't be sitting there all alone trying to use a coupon I couldn't use. He obviously did not see it either when he read it over before he put my food order in and said to me, "It looks like you get half off your entree." OK, I understand I did not read the email correctly, but being that he read it the same way I did, I would have thought he would have honored it. If he would have told me that it said I had to purchase a full price entree before getting a half price entree before he put in my order, I would have just said that I'll come back then when I can use it. It was too late after I was already chewing on my food. If I were a server I would have explained to the customer what the coupon was actually for, but that because I had read it incorrectly as well and already brought out the food, that I would honor it. That's good customer service!!!

Stopped in for a late dinner since we were in the area. Very nice decor, and great waiter. My complaint is that the food was so heavily salted that it masked the true flavors of the dishes. I would love to see them hold back on the salt, it doesn't need to be the only thing you can taste. It was that way for both our dishes, so I know it wasn't just me. I would love to be able to dine here again, but don't think I can handle the heavy hand with the salt in the kitchen.

I think this is one of the best places to go in the Denver area. We've always been treated well and our food has always tasted great. We like the prices there too. We have always enjoyed our food and never leave hungry. I normally take home food with me.

2 Stars for the food. I did a lunch take out on Tofu dish. OMG. Extremely salty and not edible. I ended up throwing them away. Customer Service was good. The owner took my order and was friendly enough. Like one of the reviews above, I would rather go across the street and get a take out from Panda Express. Disappointed for wasting the money on food that was not edible.

After spending the entire day out and catching a movie, we were pretty hungry and wanted to try someplace new. We drove around for a bit before spotting Twin Dragon and decided to give it a shot. It was a little late (9:30) but they are open until 10:15 and had no problem seating us that late so we went for it. The tea came promptly and was nice and hot. The service was fantastic, attentive and friendly. We tried the special dim sum appetizer they have for Chinese New Year. It was ok, nothing special but not terrible, I would give it a miss and try the egg rolls next time. Next up we had the Dragon Phoenix and the Curried Coconut noodle bowl. Both of our main dishes were fantastic. The noodle bowl was a more than generous service size and provided me with breakfast the next day as well. The Dragon Phoenix was a little on the small side but was so full of chicken, shrimp and delicious flavors that we felt it was still a good value. The one star off is because they were closing out the til while we and one other table were still being served which meant that there was about a 10 minute delay in processing our credit card. Not a huge deal, but it would make more sense to wait until everyone was done to do that last step! We will definitely return here again, however after reading the other reviews, I think we will stick to dinner and skip the lunches.

Twin Dragon is my regular Chinese place in Denver. We go here about once a month or so, and are usually quite happy, though we always order the same thing: won ton soup (really quite good), cream cheese wontons (a guilty pleasure), pork lo mein, and sesame chicken. They also serve a complimentary pot of tea, and mine has never been cold or even lukewarm, I usually have to wait for it to cool down a bit before drinking. The service has always been great here, they are always very attentive without being in your face, the drinks are always refilled as needed. The owners visit tables to make sure you are happy, and you can tell that they run a tight ship. The decor is not ugly, but it's not fancy, either. Just the standard bamboo, room screens, jade art, and red everywhere. Right now, it's Christmastime, and the restaurant has some lights and a little garland, but it's not over-the-top or tacky. The restaurant is always very clean when I have eaten here. Last night we went and decided to order crispy duck instead of the pork lo mein. I do NOT recommend their duck, it is very tough and stringy. It may have been an off night for that, and since my regular meal is yummy, I am not going to deduct stars for that. I really would give this place 3.5 stars, but I think it leans more towards 4 than 3.

Some friends took me here recently and I fell in love with the place! I had a 'Fusion' dish with rice noodles and chicken on top. The sauce was just right and had a hint of ginger which I love!Other noteworthy dishes was the Sesame Chicken, Egg Drop Soup, Ginger Ice Cream and many others I am sure! Staff and management was very friendly. I am definitely going back here!

Well, I heard this was a decent Chinese restaurant from someone who eats there about once a month. It is okay. For starters, the place is actually clean and the decor isn't tacky. We ordered lunch there the other day. Tea wasn't even tepid -- more like room temperature. A diner at another table complained about the cold tea as well -- and the fact that she was served pork instead of the tofu she'd ordered. Hot & Sour soup is a good indication of the overall quality of a Chinese restaurant's cusine . . . and Twin Dragon's Hot & Sour soup seems to come from a powdered mix . . . and nothing says "we just don't care anymore" like the addition of canned peas & carrots. Very disappointed in their soup. All lunch entrees come with soup and "2 appetizers" . . . what bullshit. Appetizer #1 was the standard greasy crisps with a shallow dish of bright red duck sauce, to be shared between both of us. Appetizer #2 was -- I shit you not -- a PORTION of an egg roll! I've been to over a hundred Chinese restaurants and I ain't never seen such a thing in all my life! Stingy bastards cut an egg roll into 4 or 5 slices, and we each get one li'l piece as a "garnish." What's an eggroll typically cost? A dollar? And get this -- the eggroll wasn't even very good. Just shredded cabbage in breading fried in month old oil. Ordered one of the specials -- the Asian BBQ ribs -- and got a measly 4-bite portion. My girlfriend got the orange chicken, which is basically general Tso cooked with marmalade (of which I ate half to avert starvation). Service sucked too. Asked for extra napkins and was brought ONE. Stingy, stingy, stingy. And the other diner who complained about getting served meat in her vegetarian dish wasn't comped either. At least the food was edible and we didn't stick to anything.

We went to Twin Dragon for many years, as it used to be the one Chinese restaurant in Denver that husband and I would agree on. Unfortunately, it is no longer our "go to" place for a night out. The food quality and portions are very inconsistent. Warning! Not everything billed as vegetarian actually is. Egg rolls are cooked in the same fryer as the chicken, and not all the sauces are devoid of chicken or beef broth. Make sure you ask specifically about all the ingredients, or you could be fooled into eating something you didn't intend. Oh, and don't give them your email address. They send out mass emails with everyone's email address in the "TO" field, so your privacy is not important to them. They did it once, and I told them that was a privacy issue, so they promised not to do it again. But they just sent out another email, with the same problem. If you want to keep your private email private, and not shared with hundreds of people you don't know, you'll want to make sure to NOT sign up for their special offers.

The Boyfriend and I decided to be spontaneous and try something new tonight, and after twenty minutes of driving aimlessly down Broadway looking for something exciting we settled on Twin Dragon. The tea was hot, and I was very impressed by the service. Our waitress was very pleasant and completely tolerant of our incessant questions about the menu, and the manager dropped by to greet us and point out his favorite things to order. Of course, his choice was the most expensive thing on the menu - I wonder why? We played it safe in a new environment and ordered the Pan-Fried Potstickers, the Orange Peel Chicken, and the Yushang Beef. The portions all seemed very generous to me, and I was very impressed with the flavor of the food. The beef was tender and savory, and I was /very/ excited that the Orange Peel Chicken had a good amount of heat in it. The Potstickers were wonderful as well. Now that I trust the place, next time I'll have to try something a little more adventurous!

We've eaten here twice now, once dining in and once take out, and they have both been positive experiences. The restaurant is very clean and the service excellent. The food has been good across the board also. In the 2 times we have eaten here we got Crab Dumplings, Wonton Soup, Potstickers, Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Tofu and Chicken and Yushang Pork. All have been good. My only complaint was last night with the Yushang Pork, the dish was light on pork...could have been more. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I was ordering take out tonight and the customer service on the other line was terrible. I wasn't 100% sure about the menu and the togo host or whoever it was taking my order had no interest in helping me with the menu options. I had asked about the "yushang beef" which is the beef with a garlic sauce, and I had seen the garlic sauce option so I asked the guy what the option was and he laughed at me as if he was insulted by my question...he than said, "you mean the yushang beef?" I love the food, but I am giving my opinion on the customer service...I have a BA in Food Service Management and, have worked in restaurants my entire life. You don't create return customers by insulting them because you are bored with your job. Most people are not very familiar with Chinese menus to begin with; working at a Chinese restaurant you should be happy and helpful talking people through the menu!

We checked this place out on a recommendation from friends . . . the food and the service were both good, but the final bill seemed enormous for chinese food. Seriously. About twice as much as we usually pay for take out. I think we'll be sticking with the red dragon.

Have been a fan of the Twin Dragon for about ten years now. I have never had a bad meal there and the service has always been excellent. I haven't hit on a good portion of the menu but what I have tried I've enjoyed very much. The Crab Cheese Wonton and Pan Fried Dumplings are always great starters and their entrees have always been good as well. Prices are reasonable and unless they happen to be very busy, parking is not a problem. All in all a solid Chinese restaurant that I am happy to recommend.

I've been eating here for more than 10 years. I've always been happy with the food and prices. The service has always been good, though the decor leaves something to be desired. I've decided never to return to this restaurant because of the way the owner treats her wait staff. I had a new waiter the last time I visited. He was attentive to my needs and refilled the water glass immediately. The owner, however, was watching him like a hawk and shouting directions to him. He undercharged me for the meal and the owner caught the mistake after they rung up the MasterCard charge. After I signed the authorization, the owner crossed out the waiter's tip and retotalled the bill to compensate for the mistake. While the meal ended up being less expensive than planned, I was appalled at her treatment of this waiter. I also believe she committed fraud by changing my authorization AFTER I signed it. I called MasterCard when I got home but decided not to pursue it.

Kids are always welcome, they also have a separate bar area. What makes this a great business is the the amazing service, always friendly and always good food.

The owner was very rude and disinterested that I was there despite the fact that I was there to spend money. Very cold and the bartender ignored me as I was waiting for my food. I gave it a second chance and ordered a fairly large delivery. She ignored the fact that I ordered brown rice and called me a liar when I told her I specifically did so. I will never go to this restaurant again based solely on customer service. It's too bad since I live so close and have to find a competitor now.

Went to Twin Dragon for dinner and could not have been more pleased. Service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the place was borderline OCD on cleanliness. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mien followed by some Green Tea Ice Cream. Both were excellent in taste and portion! This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Denver!

This place seems to have mostly pretty good reviews so I overlooked the bad ones and ordered lunch from them today. I tried their Tangy Crispy Shrimp and was seriously disappointed. They have some nerve charging $8 for a lunch special like that. I'd pay $5 maybe but they try to appear high end by charging $8. I could have gotten the same slop at some by the scoop place (I'm pretty sure, though I've never been to one)! There was nothing crispy about my shrimp, maybe they were crispy yesterday or the day before, but today they were Soggy. So were the skimpy 1/4 of an egg roll and strange little pork thing they gave me as the appetizer portion of the "special." I really agree with Clint J. when he says: ". . . and nothing says "we just don't care anymore" like the addition of canned peas & carrots." Bleh.

I had forgotten to pack lunch for my 4 kids and couldn't get out of the house. My cleaver idea then was to order for food and have Twin Dragon deliver to the school. I was never treated so badly! The woman I was talking wasn't helpful and down right rude. I had asked her what her recommendation would be for 4 kids since I was not familiar with their menu. She said she was busy and thought I knew what I wanted. She said she had things to do and I was wasting her time! Needless to say, I will not recommend or be a patron of Twin Dragon.

One of the BEST dining experiences to date!!! Before I even walked in, I knew this place would be good! My friends at work had ordered lunch from there, and they so highly recommended it, I decided to stop after work for dinner. Ordinarily, I would do a to-go order, but it was rush hour, so at the last minute, I decided to dine in and boy, am I glad I did!!!!! On the front door are all their top awards they have earned in the form of stickers. 7 news, Westword and wait for it........... 5280 mag which I subscribe to. That was a great sign. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the hostess who was warm, and quick to seat me. I don't even think my ass hit the seat before both the busboy (Ray) & waiter (Randy) were there to serve me water and introduce themselves. I was specifically asked if I wanted tea, which I said no....but guess what???? They decided to surprise me and I was served hot delicious jasmine green tea. (To note: I am NOT a green tea fan). It was smooth, light and tasty and came with its own tea kettle, which kept it very hot. Then comes the food. I ordered the curry coconut noodle bowl complete with bamboo, eggplant and bell peppers. It's the best curry I've ever had, and I frequent thai basil/bistro regularly. The flavors were perfect with a wonderful balance of sweet and spicy--just a hair of a punch. The other flavors were not overshadowed by the spiciness, which I feel is easy to do with curry. I scarfed my food down, barely came up for air and finished all my tea. Got the leftovers boxed up & then was presented with my mint and fortune cookie on its own plate. So cute and thoughtful. I was never rushed and could have stayed for hours. The waiter I would like to add, worked his tail off. He had over 10 tables in his section & more were getting sat all the time. Even though he was very busy, he never let on to it. He took his time to talk to you and was very sweet. He had A LOT of regulars, which most he called by 1st name. I tipped big, because they rocked and I felt spoiled after leaving. There are several reasons this place does so well, it's like a well oiled machine. Very clean, efficient and professional to the customer. I'll be back as soon as I can!!!! Ps: I got an added bonus. I was never charged for the hot tea!

Don't listen to the people that had one bad experience. I eat here approx every two weeks whether it be take out or done in. Customer service is always awesome and service is amazing. The food is always fresh and prepared perfectly. My boyfriend is picky and modifies his food like crazy and they always get it right. I have never had a bad experience here and I would recommend it to everyone!! Totally worth the food, service, and price!!! So what are you waiting for?? Go! :)

I knew this place was not going to be good when the interior looked like an 80 s steak house and there was stale wanton chips on the table. The food lacked inspiration and creativity. The Panda Express access the street would be a much better option. From a new Englewood resident!

Finding great Chinese food around Denver isn't too difficult. But finding a Chinese restaurant with great food and a great dining atmosphere can be difficult. The Twin Dragon has both. The staff is very friendly, the dining areas are comfortable and clean, and the menu is loaded with options. Besides the typical dishes, they also offer lobster, salmon, bass, and several varieties of duck. They also have a Tiki bar that serves up all the silly drinks in silly glasses. The Twin Dragon has been in business for over 30 years because they are among the best.

I liked it. The owners seem to really want you to enjoy it, and offer good service.... almost too good. Lots of good vegetarian options. It's very good.

If I could sum up my review in one word it would be...meh. Appatizers - Eggrolls were rapped in the thick wrappers that are kind of bready. I like the thin crispy kind. The fried pot stickers were soggy. Main Course - Lo Mein was okay, the sauce they used to cook it in had good flavor. I didn't much care for how it was prepared. It seemed like they tried to prepare it like Italian pasta, cook the sauce, put the noodles in for a few seconds and toss it on the plate. You don't get any of that lightly seared noodle or veggies, which in my opinion makes a good Lo Mein. You get undercooked noodles drowning in Lomen Sauce.

Stopped by Twin Dragon on the way to a show at the the theater down the street. We tried the Schezuan Vegetables and the Moo Shu Tofu. The moo shu was delicious, albeit a bit saltier than most moo shus these days. The schezuan vegetables left a bit to be desired. They were spicy, but not a lot of flavor. Overall it was good. The server was very attentive. The decoration is great. Nothing to rave about, but if I'm in the neighborhood I may stop in again.

Would never eat here again. Eggrolls were soggy. Found dead fruit flies in my drink. The boss lady was very mean to her employees. I over heard a waiter calling the boss lady "dragon lady" to another waitress. I eat better food at Chinese $1 scoop places.

My husband and I have not lived in Denver long but all of my friends have said to come try the twin Dragon and so we did. We generally enjoy our visits there. I am surprised at the negative reviews? The wait is never very long. The service is fine... Definitely not anything spectacular. The food is always fresh and prompt. I usually get the chicken fried rice. My husband enjoys the Orange chicken! You get a lot of food for what you're paying for. You're definitely going to have left overs lol I say if your in the area its worth trying.

We always order the same thing: Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, White Rice, and an order of Egg Rolls. So if you want to know about anything else, then I can't help you. As far as take out Chineese, this is our go-to place. They deliver quickly, even in a snow storm and are always friendly. The food is consistently good and hot. Typical Chineese food take out, nothing too fancy but always hits the mark.

I'm shocked by some of the bad reviews on here! These guys have the best sesame tofu in Denver! I'm not a vegetarian, I just really like sesame tofu and they nail it. Their food seems healthy (as far as Chinese goes) to me and not greasy. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great! Definitely give it a shot if you are in the neighborhood or like sesame tofu :)

Have worked BUCKETS of OT the past two weeks...looking forward to tasty food after last contract day in Denver...what a LETDOWN. First the good; I gave them two stars for taste, variation of flavors in the menu items I ordered (enough for leftover into Monday), service on New Years Eve friendly, responsive, quick, with restaurant 3/4 full and stacked to-go orders at the front checkout. The big letdown came when I got home to a dark place with a big box of food that had leaked from the car, over the carpet, on the furniture, clothing, etc. WTF?! They didn't put one item in a bag....GRRRR! By the time I cleaned everything, to keep the oil from soaking into furniture and carpet, the whole order was stone cold. The "CRABMEAT CHEESE WONTONS" had NO DETECTABLE pieces of crabmeat. While waiting for the order, I figured a New Years drink at their bar (shot) would smooth the hunger pangs on the drive home, Drambuie shot=$8.95 (headsnap!). While sipping at the bar I observed a server run behind the bar with a 'dirty' glass to give a customer a refill. That's a serving no-no, but it gets better...he dunked the soda nozzle INTO the glass and fluid he was dispensing from the nozzle....can you SHARE some Hep B, C or other cooties?! I asked the bartender when he came back if this dude was a bona fide server, and he stated, 'he helps out any way he can'...Nice...The last straw, that prompted me to write this review, was the manager I spoke to about the unbagged food. Her answer was that there was a 'big sign at the front saying to put food level in car' (WTF?!), and, "I'm too busy to talk to you now, we are very busy". I MIGHT have overlooked the other issues, chalking it up to temp help hired to cope with New Years, but the managers brush off of a $80+ customer with a complaint just makes me fire up my pen and warn others off this place. I can also concur with others reports of spitting out chicken tendons...yecchh! If this place can't be bothered to bag food items when the customer drives in to get it they don't deserve repeat business.

The establishment was nice, clean and the staff very friendly. 4 Stars for all of that. 2 stars for the food. FIrst off, the Hot & Sour soup was pretty good. The complimentary tea was nice as well. However, the lunch specials the two of us had were not very good. I got Spicy Tangy Beef and my mother got got the Sweet and Sour shrimp. The problem with both dishes was that the meat was small and the it was all coated in a super thick batter. It was 80% breading to meat ratio. The sauce on the beef dish was just ok, nothing special. Additionally the "two" appetizers that come with the lunch special were pretty mediocre. The beef wonton again was super thick in breading and was really soggy for being fried. The 1/3rd of an egg roll tasted ok but again was in a super thick wonton wrapper/breading and was soggy too. It was like they were made yesterday and reheated in the microwave and not prepared fresh. As many other reviewers commented on, I would agree and say that I would prefer to go to Panda Express across the street. Too bad as this place used to have good reviews, but they have not been so good lately. Did something change with the kitchen? Consider doing a light rice flour batter (Or something along those lines) and not be so skimpy on the meat. Lastly they have a Yelp sticker on the door as well as Ch. 7 A-List from 2010 etc. These need to be updated as it is not reflective of todays food.

Ok, this place has really gone downhill since I first went there a few years ago. I ordered takeout at 8pm (they close at 10). Lemon chicken, beef and broccoli, white rice, and fried rice. I will also say that I hadn't eaten chinese food in 6 months and had been following an additive-free diet up until that point. Twin Dragon claims to not use MSG (I'm thinking this is a lie because I puked) The beef was chewy, the chicken was mushy, and the fried rice was NOT fried rice. It was white rice that had been thrown in a pan with soy sauce. Lazy chefs probably trying to "make" fried rice at the end of the night!!!! To make it worse, when I picked the order up, the man at the counter - who was a server talking with the owner - kept rudely staring at me... didn't even greet me when I walked in the door but kept suspiciously looking over at me. The finale: I woke up in the middle of the night and projectile vomited. I'm still feeling sick as I write this right now. Take your chances. I wouldn't, though.... NEVER AGAIN

Let's just say I'd rather eat Panda across the street. Ordered mongolian triple and happy family to-go. Food was greasy and salty, I fed it to my trash can. I tried it and they failed to please my taste buds. Won't be going there again :)

I have gotten takeout from twin dragon a couple times now. This is not my go to chinese food in town but will work in a pinch. The sesame tofu was the best thing I have tried so far. I was not overly impressed by anything I tried though. I am critical of egg drop soup because, you know, its pretty much just eggs and broth.... Theirs was not up to par. This is not a turn and run place but not a must have either.

Usually order delivery. I've eaten here a few times and have also called in orders for pick up. It's a nice family run restaurant... The food is decent, I like it much more than the other Chinese spots in englewood.

We went here for lunch today. We have been ordering delivery from them for years. Today we enjoyed the Sizzling rice soup and Teriyaki chicken. The service was good although the waiter seemed rushed at times, and was not very friendly initially. As the meal went on he did become friendlier. Great place to go for traditional chinese with some asian fusion also available. We have never been disappointed in the food.

The Twin Dragon is a delicious Chinese restaurant right off of Broadway. I think it's safe to say that I'm addicted to their food. I have to get it at least once a week. Their crab cheese rangoons and spicy vegetarian fried rice are to die for! If you haven't been here yet, make it your next outing or pick some up for take out! I LOVE the Twin Dragon!

Not bad by any means but nothing to terribly special either. I have only eaten here once and just got the lunch special so I am only speaking to that. The Yushang chicken had a good amount of chicken and had decent flavor but was drowned in an oily sweet spicy sauce. There was so much sauce that after I finished I had enough to fill up a glass. I usually am a fan of stepping in a big pile of saucy but this was a little much. The other problem with this much sauce was the lunch came with 2 app items and they were both drowned in the sauce explosion, which left them a soggy mess that taste just like the dish. Due to this places location being so close to the Asian delights of Federal I probably will not come back. But that is not to say it was bad food because not was not. The Saucy Dragon is ok but I have had better. 3 stars because they are very fast and nice.

Good, quick Chinese Delivery. Nothing special about the interior.

What has happened to my favorite Chinese food. The last time I went I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken takeout, they foolishly putt the sweet and sour sauce all over the chicken which made it soggy, the sauce needs to be in its own container. I let it slide. Today I went for take out for my b-day, not having in for quite some time. The lemon chicken use to have this lemon taste in the breading, not now, and the chicken had tendons through out. It just didn't taste like it has in the past, real corn meal flavor to it. The Cashew Chicken didn't have much flavor, though, it was just SUPER salty, I still like the amount of cashews they use, though. The Sesame Chicken was about where it use to be, but more soggy. It's not horrible, but man, it's no where near what it use to be. I noticed they had all sorts of rewards around 2008-09, WESTWORD Best in Denver, 2004, Reader's Choice, 2009. KMGH Channel 7's A-List Best Chinese, 2008. I've noticed a slow drop off as the years go by, maybe the economy has played a role in this, fewer customers, less money to spend on quality ingredients, could have also just become "business as usual" and their dedication has fallen off. I don't know what happened, Twin Dragon, you guys know, there has to be a reason you no longer win rewards for you food. Sadly, Twin Dragon was our first thought for amazing Chinese, after today it is now an after thought, and has us thinking we just need a break from Chinese food. I'm starting to lose faith that Colorado has any good Chinese food.
This place was worst chinese ever..frozen food you could taste the freezer burn with a fishy flavor in the veggie eggrolls. The lady on the phone was super rude the delivery driver stepped over our fence instead of opening it up like the rest of delivery drivers do.overall just save your money or you can actually buy the 1.59 scoop on hampden n logan and get better food there.seriously. absolutely disgusting

I really love the lo mein and dumplings. Great food, and really fast delivery most of the time. If you like General Tsao chicken, get the red pepper chicken, pretty much the same thing. My wife also said that their hot and sour soup is one of the best she's ever had....Great stuff.

This place has been in business for 37 years...34 at this location alone. I've been coming here since I was a kid. We live further South now, so coming here is a real treat for us. Today the place was just gorgeous inside. The owner could not have been sweeter. Our server obviously loves his job and is proud of their food. We had Crab Cheese Wonton's, 3 standard poultry meals. The Hot and Sour Soup is the best I've ever had. Based on todays visit I will go out of my way to get here for their food. Proud to have three generations who love coming here!

Love this place! Am usually in this neighborhood around the lunch hour, and stop in about once a month or so. They have fantastic Chinese food (American-style, of course), and extensive lunch offerings that feature smaller portions with soup and an egg roll. The Mongolian Beef is a particular favorite, but I've never had anything I didn't like. I can't speak to their delivery or dinner service, as I've never been for dinner nor ordered delivery. As is the usual for Chinese places, the inside decor isn't anything special, but it's clean and the servers and other staff here have always been friendly and attentive, in my experience. This restaurant will certainly stay in the rotation!

They deliver and were pretty quick about it and that is where the good points in this review stop. We ordered the Kung Pao shrimp which was seriously all peppers and three shrimp. Three. For 12.95$. I must say that the spring rolls and fried wontons that were included were absolutely delicious and crispy. Also ordered the yashang happy family and cashew chicken. Each were 12.95$ and had very little meat inside. The ratio of cashew to chicken was literally 40:5. If I wanted to eat creamy cashew sauce for dinner, that is what I would have ordered. Rice was bland, but hey, white rice is always bland. They offer canned sodas with lunch and only deliver from 11-3:30. I probably won't be back because I can get MORE food at a cheaper price someplace else.

I have to update my review to five stars now. On my last day of school I decided to make the trek to Twin Dragon out of my way to grab some dinner before heading back to the GV. Totally worth the out of the way trip. I'm sad I don't live closer to Twin Dragon but will most certainly make out of the way trips to pick up something to go. I ordered the wonton soup and shrimp fried rice. And...OMG. STILL DELICIOUS! I miss them - they were so nice to me and the order took all of maybe seven minutes to get to me. I wish they delivered all the way to the DTC. :( The portions are great - I could make the wonton soup in a meal of it's own. It's my fave Chinese place in town...or...out of town.

Fast and good takeout for not too many options in this section of South Broadway entering Englewood, CO. I do like the Vegetarian Fried rice and Crab Rangoon which is all basically just standard. Hot, fast and fresh if looking for some quality Chinese food.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAÂHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAaÂaaaaaaaaa.... Ha. Alright, sooooo I have never eaten at an asian restaurant where the utensil of choice is a fork-- usually there are chop sticks laid out and when they see you are a whitey, they bring over the tines, however, there were no chop sticks to be readily found in this restaurant. I am sure that for the area, Twin Dragon is a good find since their food was alright, but I come from California, which is the land of plenty authentic food options, and Twin Dragon just doesn't make the cut. If it's late, and you are feeling some asian cuisine, then don't let me review stop you, but also don't be upset when I get to say "I told you so"

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

(3)Jeremy R.
(2)Ricky S.
(1)arnold k.
(2)Ian S.
Exceptional service. They could not be ANY friendlier. Food was fresh, came quickly. We'll go back! Great prices.
(5)Carbona N.
(1)Milt W.
(3)Dano M.

(3)Scott G.
Fantastic service and great food. I've been to plenty of Chinese places and this was surprisingly great. I will be coming back
(5)Austen H.
I think this is one of the best places to go in the Denver area. We've always been treated well and our food has always tasted great. We like the prices there too. We have always enjoyed our food and never leave hungry. I normally take home food with me.
(5)Tina G.
(2)Erik R.
Crappiest service ever and sub par overpriced salty food. Avoid.

(4)Alden C.
(5)Clint J.
(2)Barbara B.

(4)Mark B.
(4)Shawn B.
(2)Stephanie L.
We checked this place out on a recommendation from friends . . . the food and the service were both good, but the final bill seemed enormous for chinese food. Seriously. About twice as much as we usually pay for take out. I think we'll be sticking with the red dragon.
(3)Patrick C.
(4)Ellen K.
(3)Bryan H.
Kids are always welcome, they also have a separate bar area. What makes this a great business is the the amazing service, always friendly and always good food.
(4)Dan M.
(1)Freeman L.
(4)Valerie M.
(2)Hien M.

(5)Barbara P.
Go! :)
(5)Aaron M.
I knew this place was not going to be good when the interior looked like an 80 s steak house and there was stale wanton chips on the table. The food lacked inspiration and creativity. The Panda Express access the street would be a much better option. From a new Englewood resident!
(1)Jason S.
Good everything if you're in the mood for Chinese food! Eggrolls, noodles, traditional dishes and soups, all are amazing. Great flavor, portions and quick delivery! Highly recommend it!
(4)Ron D.
(4)Angie S.
I liked it. The owners seem to really want you to enjoy it, and offer good service.... almost too good. Lots of good vegetarian options. It's very good.
(4)Derrick S.
(2)Eric R.
(3)Tuan M.

My grandparents have been going to the restaurant for years, and now I am a regular too. The best dumplings ever!!

Honestly, if you're looking for American-style Chinese food, this place is pretty awesome. Let me preface my review with the fact that I'm pretty pretentious (though I have a decent sense of humour), grew up in Europe, and have traveled in Asia, and thus I'm pretty well-versed in what real Chinese food is like (see also: Star Kitchen). We did not go here expecting Michelin stars and fancy presentation and neither should you. A girlfriend of mine and I were driving down South Broadway to a show, and we needed food- both of us being relatively hungover, we decided we wanted your typical American Chinese fare- crab wontons, orange chicken, et cetera. We saw the exterior with it's neon sign and fu dogs/Chinese guardian lions (not dragons!) and lanterns and I exclaimed 'That place looks terrible... LET'S GO THERE!' It looked like your typical 1970s Chinese restaurant from the outside. We were not disappointed when entering- the inside looked exactly how I'd anticipated- with the dated Chinese décor, fountains, and such- with soft Chinese music playing in the background. Still, the interior was clean and we were greeted immediately. Our waiter was a white guy (whose name escapes me now) but he was exceptionally jovial and gave us some of the best service I've had in Denver. As others have mentioned, there were no chopsticks on the tables- this was a first for me, admittedly, but neither of us cared particularly. We ordered a couple of Tsing Tao beers, some crab cheese wontons, she had the orange chicken and I ordered the Yushang prawns (a spicy garlic sauce). Food arrived promptly, it was hot, and the wontons were perfectly fried and crispy- not greasy at all. They came with the standard hot mustard and neon-red sweet and sour sauce. Our entrées arrived fairly quickly after that, and both were tasty and came with plenty of colourful vegetables that were fresh. The sauces were good- not overly sweet, even on the orange chicken, but they were not particularly spicy. Portion sizes were extremely adequate- neither of us could finish our food. Still, our server was really fun and had good energy, service was prompt, and food quality was good. I've no complaints about Twin Dragon, and were I craving some typical American Chinese I'd not hesitate to come back.
