Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Let me start by saying I love Qdoba. However, this location has the worst customer service. Every time we go the man who who appears to be the manager is so rude. He always appears to be annoyed and inconvenienced. My children have karate lessons a few doors down so it is convenient to go to this location. Because of the service we drive all the way over to Aspen Grove instead. I wish they would just fire this guy already and get someone who is capable of being courteous to customers.

Great service! Staff was very kind and attentive. As far as the food, you know what you're in for here, and it's up to par with chain standard. Service is where they stood apart.

The service was solid. It has some nice vegetarian options. I had the grilled veggie, with squash and other peppers. The new spicy mango salsa is pretty good to.

I love this Qdoba. It's not the closest one to my house, so I usually try to stop on my way home. I've never been there when the owner wasn't, so he's obviously watching his staff to make sure everyone gets the best food and service. We stopped last night, and I decided to try the tortilla soup. OMG. It is now my new favorite. Since I'm a vegetarian, I have to be careful where I eat as a lot of Mexican restaurants use lard in their food. Not a problem at Qdoba. Plus, their guac is to die for.

I just saw the review from Kevin W. and wanted to throw in my 2¢. First, I've been to this location quite a few times and I've always been impressed with the people. They're always very friendly and helpful. It's funny to see Kevin say that he noted a lot of employee turnover. I was just thinking that the employees I usually see (evening shift) have all been there for quite a while. Of course, Kevin's review is a year and a half old, so maybe things have changed for the better. As for value, I always get full portions of whatever I order; they've never skimped on anything I've ordered. In fact, last time I was in, the owner threw in an order of chips and salsa...just because. Plus... The store is always kept very clean. The food is fresh (not kept in a warmer for hours) Orders are processed quickly and accurately.

Cheapskate management. I ate here twice when I was doing some stuff down in Littleton. I got just about the skimpiest tacos I've ever had at a Qdoba both times. The employees were different each time, so there is obviously a clueless penny-pinching manager behind the paltry portions When they get miserly with the ingredients, these Qdoba/Chipotle type places make for an overpriced unsatisfying meal.
