Not a big fan of large food chains...but i actually enjoy coming here. The service is usually pretty good and the food is consistantly good.

Not the ritziest (yes that's a word). But I can never and I mean never make pancakes like IHOP can. And there is nothing better then good pancakes on a Sunday morning. LOVE THE PANCAKES!!!!! Extra awesome with OJ!!!!

Not bad at all, when you want to eat pancakes, eggs, bacon or sausages. I like their bacon wrapped sirloin too, but one of their steaks (I forgot which one) I didn't like very much. Their grilled tilapia hollandaise is pretty good. The waitresses are friendly, and the place is neat and clean. Prices are inexpensive. One of my favorite places in Englewood.

I was seated in the restaurant immediately. It was half full. Waited five minutes without any acknowledgment by staff. I then left, still hungry but obviously invisible to the staff.

Love that this place is literally right across the street!! The specialty fruit mock tail is delicious! Edit- I had a burger and fries for 7.99......the place is decent. Not great but not bad either. our food came out in less than ten minutes. If this place wasn't less than a block away I am not sure we would go back

Okay, so it's an IHOP. I haven't been to one in years since I like to try the locally owned breakfast hot spots. I was talked into this place when we stopped by Le Peep and it was closed. :( I had the OJ and a pancake breakfast combo with eggs and bacon. It was good. Some of the instructions weren't foll wed but I wasn't willing to confuse our rather new waitress with the details. Apparently, she had worked until 2 in the morning and then started up again at 6am. Ouch! She probably couldn't remember my order since she was still half asleep. IHOP solves the breakfast dilemma, however if I have a choice I will pick anything but.

The wife and I went to this IHOP for a weekend breakfast. It was about 8:00 on a Sunday morning, so I expected it to be packed. It was not. We were greeted at the door with a sign stating - among other things - "no public restrooms." It's a personal peeve of mine when an establishment feels the needs to list "the rules" outside before a customer even encounters an employee. It just doesn't let off a friendly and welcoming vibe to me. I suppose I can give partial forgiveness for this restaurant's challenging location very close to the light rail tracks. Apparently, they have a heavy volume of traffic from folks who don't really intend to buy a meal. Inside, a hostess welcomed us and took us to our table. Service was prompt, polite, and attentive. However, I ordered coffee with cream. When I opened my silverware, there was no spoon. I was informed that they roll the spoons separately. To me, this is an outright stupid idea. Seriously - how much can it really cost to supply a spoon that doesn't get used. Compare that to the cost of a customer who doesn't come back, and it's a questionably penny-wise and certainly pound-foolish idea. When I inquired, the servers told me that it was not a corporate policy, but it was required by their manager for reasons unknown. As for the food: meh. My wife thought both her pancakes and her french toast were undercooked. I had the biscuits and gravy combo. The gravy was luke-warm, and the hash browns were an crunchy, not crispy. Their texture was off. Overall, our service was attentive and friendly. However, I think that management needs to re-examine their approach to running this restaurant. What's the harm in supplying a spoon together with the rest of the silverware? Are your employees free to act or are they constantly looking for management approval? How well do you monitor your kitchen? Lastly, how about rolling out a welcome mat instead of a list of folks who are unwelcome at the door. This restaurant has a nice location with ample parking, and it should be packed on the weekends. However, it's not, and the blame - in my opinion - lies squarely in the hands of management.

This is the closest IHOP to us, but service has gone downhill since ownership changed. You're lucky to get refills on your drinks and hot sauce anymore. I don't think we will be back.

For what it is and what you get you can not go wrong at this Ihop. I have been meeting a group of client's here for a long time and it has always been solid. They leave us alone to speak but are on the ball with the service. Garden omelette seems to be the meal i always have. It is good, consistent.
