Finn McCool’s Bar & Grill Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

  • Nika G.

Finn McCool's initially caught my eye because they advertise bottomless wings for $7 on Wednesdays, however, I came on a Friday. It was about 90% full on a Friday at 7pm, and there was no hostess upon walking in, so we seated ourselves, and only had to wait a few minutes until a girl came up to us to take our drinks. Its definitely a suburban bar scene, lots of middle aged people out for drinks, so we were the youngest group by far. The food was very reasonably priced, and tasted great! We also got a free beer, which didn't hurt at all :) I would love to come back sometime and try out the bottomless wings!

Kinda a dingy, dive of a bar. The wife and I stopped in here for dinner. Mistake. It is a drinking bar. Service was terrible. When the waitress would bring me a fresh beer, I'd order another one knowing I'll still be waiting for it by the time I'm done. Waitress didn't know about basic items on the menu.

This is not my favorite place and I would probably suggest avoiding it; however, when going to HH with co-workers, I often have to go someplace that I don't always like. With that said, this place was really ok. It's not a dump like JD's Bait Shop (sorry to those who like it), it's just an ok place. There are HH specials for most days of the week, as well as food specials. The food specials are mostly fried bar food and a pretty solid burger for $6 or $7 that is accompanied by fries. At least if you're having a few drinks, I like having substantial food to fill me up for a cheap price, rather than just fries, tots, and other stupid stuff. I've been here a couple (few) times and I've always had good service, especially for a Friday night when places like this are full. As I mentioned before, the food was ok for a bar and the pours were pretty decent too. There are TVs here if you want to watch a game. And if your machismo needs a display, there's a punching machine that you rain blows on and have a score assigned based on the power of your punching ability. If there's another work HH here, I'm sure I'd attend. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't go out of my way, but hey, perhaps I should come sometime and try out the Wednesday wings?!

I've been told this place has killer wings. So on a random Friday night. my bf and I made our way down the street to this joint...and we both left feeling, EH. It wasn't good, but it wasn't terrible either. For a Friday night, the place was DEAD. Literally NO one was there, making it a little awkward, as being the extrovert I am. There was noise coming from a corner of the bar, where the servers had lined up beer pong tables and cups, which created a little crowd. We made our way over there to mingle, sling a few balls and grab a bite. Food = okay. Nothing amazing. Service = nice, friendly but charged me twice. not cool. Atmosphere = cool, but dark and secluded-like irish pub meets dungeon. Overall, this place was okay. I think i will venture next door to Twin Peaks next time for a crowd and better service though.

The only thing this place has going for them is the t.v.s. Stopped by here after the Bronco game on Sunday and I got to tell you it was right out tragic. The bartender was like strung out or something..the manager later said that she is always like that...there were 3 of us and 1 went to the bathroom we ordered some drinks and our friend came back and the bartender never acknowledged her. Then we ordered food and never saw her again. She sat there talking to a regular I presume but after that all done hill. I actually got so annoyed that I could not get out fast enough. Good t.v.s. horrible bar staff. If she was on drugs or not....that girl had no business being behind the bar.

Finns is more or less a locals bar. The food is good but not great. I'm not sure why you would walk in there and expect gourmet food. The wings, pizza, sliders are good. The prices are great, it's a cheap place to have a good time. The wait staff are great and really friendly. The only issue I have with the wait staff is that they don't seem to have sections. It's confusing who's your server and every time I'm in there it always seem that my server is leaving or that my tab has been switched to someone else. They got lots of TVs for sports watching and the patios are both nice.

    Amazing wings! I have had the traditional buffalo, hot buffalo, and asian...ALL very good and BIG! Wednesday is all-you-can-eat wings for $7 night. Your first order will be a full order of your choice; after that you can get half this, half that to give different flavors a try. Last night, I really tried, but could NOT eat more than 13 wings! When they pour you a beer, that baby is filled to the rim! Sierra was our server this time (we have been numerous times with other servers who were fine; I can't recall their names, but I liked Sierra best so far). She was very congenial, attentive, and remembered our order perfectly without writing down a thing! (better than I could do, I am sure!) Great happy hour specials, although the place fills up right about that time every time I have gone. If you don't love winter, don't sit anywhere near the door because every time it opens, you really feel it! Only one issue: leave us some wet naps when you drop off the check. I had to dribble water from my cup onto a napkin and do my best not to spread that love (meaning the sticky sauce) onto everything;

I wouldn't waste my time here except during happy hour where they have pretty decent specials. Cheap wells, wines and beers along with some appetizers (all fried, delicious bar food) which is nice but the service sucks. I've been here a few times and the girls are too busy rubbing up against the male patrons for tips which is all fine and good, I don't want to be rubbed, I just want my drink a little quicker! I'd much rather go somewhere else for drinks or to watch a game but if it's almost pay day and there's not a lot in the checking account, will come here.

Might be the worst meal ever. I would never expect to receive rice on a plate that is cold and hard. When I say "no beans" I really mean it. I've had microwave burritos that tasted better. Sad. I really dig this place.

A couple women wanted to get together on a Wednesday night and we decided to venture to Finn McCools on a recommendation that they had some of the better wings around and on Wednesdays, all you can eat for $7. Can't beat that deal. For a deal like that the place seemed rather quiet, I know it's a weeknight, but I expected it to be a bit busier. It seems like a great place to watch a game. I didn't really look at the main menu since I knew we were going to be wingin' it. Here's the breakdown, the first basket of wings has 10 wings, every subsequent refill can be 3, 6, or 9 that way you can mix and match flavors more easily. I'm pretty sure we tried all the flavors: Traditional, Hot, Honey BBQ, Asian, Garlic Chili, and dry-rub Cajun. The Hot was a definite a favorite for us girls, not spicy enough that's for sure. We can handle spice, the spice level could have increased by ten and I think I still would have considered it mild. Most of the other flavors seemed to lean more towards sweet and when I'm eating wings I really want good flavor and good heat - a little bit of a let down here. The wings were large and very crispy - a good sign at any place that prides themselves on excellent wings. Two beers a piece and one order of wings per girl and we each paid like $12 or something like that. Pretty cheep night if you ask me. Service was attentive and she was always there when we needed her. I would come back if I was in the area again and either do some more wings or try something off their regular menu. A solid 3 to 3.5 dining experience.

My husband and I went here tonight for a few beers and dinner and as we were leaving the waitress asked us why we didn't leave a tip. We were planning on leaving a cash tip and after being insulted about bringing an infant into a bar and grill asked to speak to a manager. The manager was incredibly rude and told us that we had no business being in his bar and grill if we were not planning on leaving a tip. On top of that he added that we shouldn't even be allowed to be parents because we had a few beers with our dinner. I do not recommend going here with your family as the service was very rude and the managers don't care how their employees treat their customers.

  • Phung L.

All you can eat wings Wednesday! Though I would rather much come here than Twin Peaks next door, the service here kind of sucks...there were numerous of times where it would take forever for someone to take our order and it's not just sitting at the tables, once on my lunch break, assuming that I'd get faster service sitting at the bar, it took just as long. Their menu is limited and it's perhaps borderline bar food, but hey you don't come to a bar and expect gourmet food right? Their wings are ok especially what you pay for particularly on Wednesday. Not much of a selection when it comes to a variety of sauces. 2.5 at best.

  • Kayla D.

Best pizza and wings ever! Wait staff was very attentive to filling drinks and checking on me! The pizza said it was a person pizza but it was HUGE! And fair priced! Wings came fresh and saucy! It was Wednesday so I got an all yu can eat wings for $7!!! Wow!

Finn McCool's is named after a complete badass. He would be disappointed this isn't a badass bar. I can't speak for weekends, but during Happy Hour the place is dead. A few local types, and that's it. It is a shame, because the building looks great, I like the decor, and the service is pretty good. Also, there are $5 all you can eat wings on Wednesday which should bring out the town. Seriously, the wings are good. Check it out - maybe if you bring a ton of people it could be awesome.

    (3)
  • Mario S.

Great wings! All you can eat Wednesday for $7; if you come on Wednesday just make sure to be patient as the servers are busy and the place gets packed

  • Larren M.

I was hesitant to go, but there was a sign that said "All-You-Can-Eat Wings" Wednesdays for $7.00," and was out voted 3 to 1. My friends and I walked in and easily grabbed a booth. This place is quite large, was very dimly lit and seemed to be missing a spark. I could see this place's potential on a weekend night or if there were some big football games on, but it was oddly quiet that day. There weren't too many other costumers, but the ones that were there were eating the wings. A good sign. They have other options for food and it's the typical bar fare - appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and the like. As I mentioned, they have all you can eat chicken wings for $7.00 on Wednesdays. This includes the normal ranch or blue cheese dressing, a small assortment of carrots and celery, and a small portion of potato salad. The sauces to choose from were, traditional, hot, honey bbq, Asian, garlic chili, and dry rub spicy Cajun. Not a bad selection. My first basket, which had probably 8-10 wings in it, was the Asian sauce. They were quite good. The sauce was less thick than I was expecting and I was happy to see that. They were crispy and fairly large in size, and had just the right amount of sauce. The next basket I ordered was the honey bbq sauce. There was much more sauce than I would have liked, but they were still pretty tasty. My friends sampled most of the other flavors and seemed to like most of them. The one that fell short was the dry rub spicy Cajun; they were just way too dried out. The service was good and fairly quick. The waitress was very friendly and was always around to get us something if we needed it. I can't say that I'd ever go back, but if I were in the area and craving wings, and it happened to be Wednesday, I just might stop.

Been going here since the day they opened nine years ago. The staff and many of the regulars are like a second family to me. The menu has gone through a few changes over the years, but the food has always been good. I recommend the Cajun pasta or the massive burrito if it's your first time here. The burgers are some of the best in Denver and the pizza is always excellent. I saw a few negative reviews and all I can say is, give it another shot, you won't be disappointed - even the chain restaurants have their off-nights. You can't beat the drink specials anywhere in south Denver, and the west patio is a great place to be during the warmer months. I've introduced countless friends to Finns, met the love of my life there, and had more memorable moments then any one could ask for. If you like good people, good food, and good times, this is the place you need to be!

  • Td H.

I've been here several times. It's not a pretentious atmosphere and the service is always great. Can't beat the prices for the food or the drinks. I've only had the pizza, which was decent (wasn't the best but not the worst either). But I don't really go here for the food. I go here because it's got a lot of TV's to watch games or sport events like boxing, etc, and I can always get served right away without having to wait.

  • Carrie G.

First time here for lunch. We were the first table to sit down. Four other tables were sat after us, had their orders and food brought out before us. We had to wait 45 minutes and take our food back to the office with us. We were ready to order the second our waters were brought to the table.

Came here on a Saturday after desperately looking for a place for dinner and being able to steer my husband away from boobs next door. We weren't sure what to expect but ended up pleasantly surprised. Happy hour was still going when we got in and so our drinks were cheaper and our server was pretty effecient with getting us refills when needed. My husband got the cheese enchiladas for dinner and I tried the cheesesteak. We didn't have to wait too long and were at least entertained by patrons while we waited. My dinner was delicious and there were plenty of toppings in my sandwich. The fries were delicious as well. My husband asked for double rice for his dish and instead got all beans, but they brought a side of rice out with his plate and acknowledged the mess-up immediately. Food prices are good and while everywhere states that they have 'award winning' pizza, we didn't see a single person eating it. Probably as it's crazy expensive. Overall I found this bar to be the casual place we've been looking for. The average age was about 30 and they have some arcade games throughout the resturant, as well as 2 big patios. The bar is huge and my margarita was strong and only $4.75. The 5th star added for this review was for them having the Cooking Network on above the bar, with a show about 2 girls travelling and reproducing the meals they tried in different cities. In a bar filled with tvs of UFC and sports, this made my night. Please keep it up!!

This is a real sports bar. Loaded with huge TVs Great staff, prices. $.35 cent wins. 36 cent wings. Can you belive it. For the mathematical impaired that's 10 wings for $3.50. Take that Buffalo Wild Wings.

  • Don A.

Great place for wings and beer. Plenty of TVs. Good 30 to 40 crowd. Prices are great. I live 1500 miles away and come every chance I get !!

My friend and I stopped in here after a movie last night. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any establishment. The bartenders were drinking with their customers and were clearly intoxicated. I had to walk to the bar twice and waited at least ten minutes while they took shots with their friends before I could order for our table. When we were paying our tab they took my card and left it on the bar forgotten and within the reach of customers until I walked up and retrieved it. When we confronted them about the lack of service and their obvious intoxication we were told it is company policy to drink on the job. I signed my tab and did not leave a tip. We were then chased into the parking lot by a male who told us he was taking our license plate numbers and reporting us to the police for failing to tip? When I explained to this heavily intoxicated male why we did not tip and that we had made it clear to our servers our reasoning, he told us that was against the law. So here is a tip, take your business next door to Twin Peaks, unbelievably it is classier.

I cannot believe my boyfriend convinced me to eat here for dinner. He loves chicken wings and I love him *sigh*. So we came here last night to try their all you can eat chicken wings for seven bucks; which actually ended up being eight bucks because they had change it recently?!? To have that deal you have to: 1. Order a drink and 2. Have your first order be a minimum of 10 wings with only one choice of flavor. I don't eat that many wings so I knew it was bad news for me. We ended up ordering two beers and 20 wings. My boyfriend chose the asian flavor and I had the spicy cajun dry rub. If I recall correctly there's only five or six flavors. The flavors were decent, but the chicken were not freshly fried and came in mostly drums. We like it when we have an even amount of drums and wings because I like the drums and he likes the wings. The bill end up being way more than what we would have like considering the quality of the food. However, if you ate more than we had, I guess it would have been worth it. This place is more like a bar not a bar and grill. People come here to drink not for the food. However, we did enjoy our service. The girls were nice and came to check up on us many times.

    (2)
  • Natasha B.

Not going to lie. I have been going to this place for about 7 years. There are two things that make this place worth checking out. They do have really good wings (sometimes you do get way to many drums), the cajun dry rub is on point! Second is the waitress turned bartender. Super nice girl...wears glasses. Most of the servers there are pretty horrible..lol, sounds mean..but its true. We always seem to get the new girl that is the worst at her job. However, one thing you can always count on is the courteous, friendly and timely service from the young lady behind the bar. If you go here..do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. If it wasn't for her, I would give this place 1 star.

I'm updating to 5 stars for the Jambalaya. I asked for it with extra sausage and to make it extra spicy and was not disappointed. I'll be here much, much more now.

Two words: FOOD POISONING! AYCE Wings is awesome... don't get me wrong. But is it really worth it... I think not! My family went back two weeks ago, and they all were exploding out both ends all day on Friday. D:

A bunch of my coworkers and I came here for happy hour one afternoon and we had a fun time :) their well drinks are $2.75 and their tequila was pretty good :) also the beers that are part of the $2.50 HH deal are: coors light, bud light, bud, miller light, and killians. But the other beers are not expensive at all either... I had blue moons the whole time and my tab was very reasonable. I like that they're not too busy so that we can bring a gang of people and have enough room. There were a couple pool tables which I thought were unnecessary... They should just have more tables instead. The servers are very attentive and nice! I would definitely recommend this place for a big group happy hour :) It's located right on arapahoe rd.. So pretty darn close to DTC. :)

  • Josh K.

So, cheap, decent food at a very good price. Nothing exceptional about the food, but unlike other restaurants and bars in the area, they dont charge you like its gourmet. You can eat till your full here for under 10 dollars on most nights if you want. The drinks are also well priced and that makes this place a value. Again, I stress, dont say Josh said it was great food, its not. Its decent food at a good value and I appreciate that. As far as the interior, there are plenty of TVs for watching whatever you want. Pool tables and a few games that make this an OK hangout as well. Id recommend Finn McCools for a good night out hanging with the guys.

Have only had the pizza and wings here. Both were tremendous and you cannot beat $7 all you can eat wings on Wednesday! Mmmm! Staff is really nice.

OMG AYCE chicken wings. I should take a picture of the AYCE chicken wings menu and make a t-shirt for myself because chicken wings are my favorite appetizer. When i saw a wednesday happy hour, chicken wing special on yelp. I showed up at their front door in a flash. i also ordered a sandwich. The chicken wings were pre-made and stored somewhere in the back. So when i ordered the chicken wings they just coated the wings with the flavor i wanted so when they served the chicken it was luke warm. The good side to it is that there was no down time. The bad side is that it is not fresh food. I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. The sandwich was okay. The bread that was served was stale and easily fell apart. My angry orchard was awesome.

This place blows hard we sat for 45 minutes while our server tried to split the checks. Split them wrong three times while she spoke with friends and ignored our table. Tried to play music on the juke box that wasn't good enough for the owner so they complained to the customer and put an out of order sign on the jukebox so paying customers couldn't hear the music they payed to play. I ordered a beer 4 times without prevail. Food took fourth five minutes to come out. Super dissapoint ed in the management and staff and won't be returning to this establishment ever again. My friend patrick said this place sucks anId he was right hands down. Terrible hands down. Oh and to top it off i went to use the bathroom and there was scat on the toilet seat little rosebud on top this shit sundae of an establishment. Christie you're terrible get another job. Larry k. I want you to explain your shitty staff and their terrible service. Along with your custodians lack of knowledge on cleaning the toilets

This is our favorite place to watch football on Sundays. The TVs and sound system make it a very energetic atmosphere, especially for the Broncos games. When the Broncos score, they crank up Rock 'n Roll Part 2 and the crowd is electric. Since they get all the NFL games, there are plenty of TVs for those non-Broncos fans as well. The prices are great and the food is "bar food" for the most part, but it's really good bar food. The pizza is thin crust which I prefer. I read a lot of negative comments about the pizza and I couldn't disagree more. The sliders are fantastic and I recommend getting the homemade chips with the sliders and dip them in ranch. Service is always on point. Half the time a fresh drink will show up before I even ask for one. The waitresses are professional and are excellent at weaving in and out of a packed house. Also, they are amazing at splitting up tabs for the table and knowing who got what - you don't even have to ask. Wish every bar did this! Overall, we always have a great experience at Finn McCools.

    (5)
  • Michael M.

Best bar ever! The waitresses are awesome! One of the few bars where you can buy your waitress a drink. Sierra, Kristie, Jen, Leann, and Paige are rock stars! Food is awesome but they could use a steak on the menu . Keep up the good work Larry.

Great place for a week day afternoon if you're looking to grab a beer and some wings. We tried going in on a Saturday night around 7pm and could not get service to save our lives. I politely smiled at the waitresses and bartends and was still completely ignored. Meanwhile 2 guys that walked in 15 minutes after us were served almost immediately. Ultimately we gave up and left.

    (2)

Wings are ok nothing special. But they have some good Sunday deals and plenty of TVs to catch whatever game is on. Wait staff is also pretty attentive, so the place is ok nothing special but not awful.

We went here because we were hungry for some wings and heard about the $7 all you can eat wings on Wednesdays, with the purchase of a drink. We tried a few different flavors: island heat, garlic chili, Traditional buffalo, honey buffalo and the spicy cajun dry rub. Out of all these flavors I would probably say the island heat was the best. Unfortunately they raised their price to $8 for all you can eat wings but that's still a pretty good deal. I got a Shock Top to chug down some wings with and we shared a basket of fries which was pretty good. They were the thin fries and were tasty. Overall the wings were good but I'd have to say Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop are a little better. Overall the price for the food didn't hurt the wallet, the service was good and attentive, unfortunately I feel the wings could be a little better but for the price this place has pretty good value.

With a price of a drink, plus $7 you can get all you can eat WINGS!!! On wed I love this place, its a goood sports bar. TVs everywhere. Good drink and food specials too. I would come here to watch the games

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! This place has gone so far down hill. First off. Don't let people smoke marijuana inside your bar. I'm all for the legalization of weed. Disgusting how you let customers and workers do that inside. Second: the wait staff was intoxicated. We shrugged it off the previous time assuming it was a random occurrence. Several members of the staff were intoxicated. Server ran into the door multiple times. Sitting in customers/friends laps. Smoking cigs. Not the best way to earn tips. Third and most importantly. Your manager was corrupting these girls working. Feeding them shots. Encouraging them to drink and drink heavily. Plus he was very touchy grabby with the wait staff. This guys needs to be fired asap. We will never be back unless someone buys this place from current owners and changes everything. Sad to see a fun place go down so low.

The burgers use to be fantastic but they have sure changed. About a year age, a group of us would go there for lunch but this year most of us stopped going because of the kitchen. Today I went back to see if things had changed. I asked the bartender if they cooked to temp and I was told they "over cook everything". To test this, I ordered a burger cooked rare. The bartender went to the kitchen and told them to cook it rare. They cooked it medium well. He told me they have received a lot of complaints about the kitchen but apparently, the owners do not care. I find it very disappointing I can't get a $10 burger cooked the way I want it. If the cooks can't prepare food to the customers liking, its time for new cooks or time to find a new place to eat. It's a shame because I really like Finn McCool's but until they wake up and make changes, my group and myself will not be back.

My husband & I have been here once before. And it was ok. Nothing special. Their pizza is equivalent to totinos microwave pizzas. This past weekend we went in late night on Sunday with a friend of ours. I went to the bathroom when we 1st got there and my hubby & friend got drinks AT THE BAR. When I came out of the bathroom the bartender paid no attention to me. The bartender finally gave me attention when I asked for it... her eyes were so dilated she was clearly on some drugs. She made a poor excuse and ran around like a weird-o acting busy and then went right back to flirting with some dude at the bar. She never once came back to us to check on us. Maybe lay off the booze & drugs while you're on shift!? My husband did order the poor excuse of a pizza to snack on and she never gave us napkins, silverware, etc... a couple sitting 5 seats away gave us their parm & red pepper flakes as they knew the bartender was of no help. It was the most annoying frustrating experience to witness. When we were trying to close out our tab she was too busy flirting with one of the guy customers that we had to ask the off duty server to help us!! We will not be back here.

my boyfriend and i were visiting for his family reunion. i saw this on restaurant.com before i left arizona. i got a cheap gift certificate and went here. this is a really cool sports bar. it's larger and has big plasmas. really good for sports. the prices were good. they offer a full menu. THEY HAVE THE BEST BURGER WE'VE EVER HAD!!! get the new york burger. YOU WILL THANK ME. it's large with corned beef and sauerkraut on it. awesom. it's casual and just a cool place. you can't see it from the highway even though it's super close to the highway. you have to go up in a strip mall area. it wasn't busy and i really don't know why. it offers anything you could want. it's not fancy. you can also take your family here.

I decided to give this place another shot on a never ending quest to find karaoke mecca. It's improved in the fact that the bartenders are on their game. The service from waitstaff needs some serious improvement, but I think that management needs to realize that this place gets busy and they need more wait staff during karaoke. I recommend to just go to the bar if you want a drink in a timely manner. I love the mix of people here and many are outgoing. Lots of cute guys, too! Definitely more hopping than my last visit here. There's only a small handful of good singers, but I enjoy the fact that everyone is having fun even if they may be puncturing your ear drums. Another plus is that they have lots of bathroom stalls that are squeaky clean. No waiting in line when you have to pee and worrying about stepping in bodily fluids! It's a tad far for me to regularly attend Finn's, but it's a good place to stop in every once in awhile.

Stopped by on a very hot Saturday afternoon looking to enjoy an ice cold beer and some nacho's. Bar was quiet, only a couple people. Bartender was very nice, took my drink order, offered a menu with a pleasant smile. I don't get why this place isn't busier. Cold beer, great food and appies and pleasant bartenders. TV"s everywhere for the sports fans. They even have specials, Monday all-you-can-eat pizza 5 bucks, Wed all-you-can-eat wings (real wings with meat on them) 6 bucks. I'll be back!

I love this bar. I've been coming here for 6 years and it's definitely my favorite bar. The menu has become somewhat limited over the years but the quality of the food is still fantastic. And you can't beat all you can eat wing night on Wednesdays, and they're actually decent sized wings. The service is always outstanding. Nissa is great, and Jeff the owner is always friendly and jumping in anywhere he is needed to make sure all the patrons are having a good time and getting taken care of. I will be coming here for many more years to come.

I have five words for this place... ALL YOU CAN EAT WINGS! This is what made me try this place and this is the very reason why I come back. As well, the servers are very friendly and are always on top of things. I work in DTC so it makes it pretty easy to squeeze over here for a happy hour treat. I have a suggestion for Finn's, if you get rid of the all you can eat wings, you may see me in a mental institution! This is a great special that gets new customers to come in!

We stopped by before a concert down the street on a Saturday around 5pm. First of all...it was DEAD. Only a few people. We stood at the door until we figured it was seat yourself and wandered over to a table for four - all the time being oogled by the apparent "locals" and their horror that we even dared to enter. About 10 minutes later, a waitress (I guess) came over and immediately said, " Are you going to the concert?" and we said yes, did we look like we were going to a concert (we didn't, really). She said pretty much only "Regulars" come in on Saturdays, and in fact we look pretty irregular. Huh. Not cool. After taking our drink order and throwing a couple of menus at us she proceeded to socialize with other in a much friendlier manner than she treated us, and happened to wander back to our table where she stood (without saying a word) for us to tell her if we were ready. Cobb Salad? Sorry, no Romaine lettuce. Okaaaay. We ordered, while pausing several minutes to wait for her to stop giggling and talking to a "Regular" at the table next to us. Service was slow (eh, she was alone so whatevs) but he prices and food were comparable to bar food in general. She never came back to our table after we were served. In fact, we had to flag another gentleman (nicer, I think) to get our tab and get the Hell out of there. Bottom line: If you aren't a regular, don't go. I actually looked for this place (you can't just stumble in - it is that hard to find) and was hoping for a cool, casual place to knock more than 2 back at before attending a concert. Unfortunately, we could not get out of there fast enough. Service is crap, unless you are a "Regular", of course.

Their customer service is the worst service I've ever had. The owner came to my table and told me they didn't like me and never to come back again. So the fact the their employee's have justified their terrible customer service on the fact that they didn't like me or the people at my table, just show's their personal class and poor operation of their business. I'd never recommend this place to anyone and if it was up to me, I'd press discrimination charges for being so unprofessional and judgmental for support their terrible customer service. Direct quote from owner" They don't like you so don't expect to have the best customer service" Noted! That's why you never have any business and I'll make sure the surrounding community knows the class of people that own and work there. Good luck and god bless!!!

This place is a solid sports bar, with lots of tv's for football season. The owner is always among the crowd cheering on the broncos...the waitresses are awesome and the food specials are great! On Mondays, its all you can eat personal pan pizzas for $5! And it is pretty good pizza...on Sundays you can get $2 apps...this place really has a lot of offer if you need a place to watch a game! But make sure to get there about an hour before the game so that you can get a table that has a view of the big screen!

I was here for a Brasil World Cup soccer match as I heard they would have Guarana, Brasilian food, and caipirinhas. Since it was a "special" occasion, I can't really comment on the overall place although I've been there for lunch a while back and drinks an even whiler back and everything was good on those occasions. They've got a boatload of TVs and had a strong Brasil crowd. One of the staff there is Brasilian and a personal chef, so she taught the chefs how to make the dishes and caipirinhas. Overall, the food was wonderful, very authentic which was quite a surprise. Rice w/ huge shrimp, cooked and seasoned well with a cream and dende oil sauce that was quite authentic. The caipirinhas were made by the pitcher, so they at times got watered down, but I've had worse caipirinhas, especially at American-type joints. The service was a bit spotty, but the Brasilian waitress came over to check on my wife frequently. Overall, this was a blast, and a great venue to watch the Brasilian futebol match.

The prices and atmosphere were great. Unfortunately, it was FILTHY when I was there for Wednesday wing night, about a month ago. Both sinks in the bathroom were clogged with vomit, the bathroom floors were wet and sticky, and it smelled like sewage. I watched a waitress pick something out of her eye, look at it, and then grab napkins with that hand and deliver them to a table. Very dirty behind the bar, too. Wings did not have much flavor and seemed under-cooked.

Finn McCool's is my standby go to place on the Southside of town. It's right off the highway and is great escape when you having been sitting in rush-hour traffic for an hour. For some odd reason I always order the Edamame when I'm there. Something about soy sauce and beer tasting good to me. The spinach dip is also a good muching over cocktails choice. The patio is nice on a warm day but for some reason when you are out there the staff seems to forget about you. I've had a few problems with the bartenders being a bit snarky in the past , however it seems they have switched out those ladies. All in all a good place to go when you are in the neighborhood!

This was my first time last night and usually? I always claim the Cherry Cricket has the best burger in town. Last night I realized the Cricket has competition. I had the most delicious, perfectly cooked Jalepeno burger ever! You want to know what made it even better? The excellent service and humor of the bartender named Mike. He treated me like I was a long lost friend who just blew into town on a stormy night. I live on the other end of the city and will Mos Def go back to eat and to talk to Mike. Please go in and tell Mike-Desiree said to come in. If I am correct, he gives this kind of awesome welcome and service to everyone. Enjoy!

This place was dead when I went on the first of June. I took the day off to get out of field day (the worst day in the world for an academic teacher) and went to meet my wife here. For the month of June they have $5.00 all you can eat wings!!!! What a deal for someone who loves to eat and hates to fork over a ton of moola. The wings were great. The Cajun dry rub and the garlic Asian were my favorite. They also have a great queso dip..it was meaty and wonderful. My wife and and her cute friend had nachos as well...I love nachos. They were yummy' crispy, flavorful and lots of meat. I hate an all you can eat place because I want to break them and make sure I got my money's worth...I had 25 wings for $5.00!!!!! Once I left I had to go home and take a nap in the one sun spot in our house and rub my belly. I was a happy dude. I ate great wings, enjoyed good beer (and a shot or two) and laughed with the two awesome ladies that I was with. Great experience, great price, great service, great food and missing field day....AWESOME TIME!!!!

They accommodated my ridiculous request for a pizza sans cheese. It was delicious.

This is a solid choice for a comfortable cozy neighborhood bar/ restaurant. The food is very good, especially the burgers and jambalaya pasta. Great selection of beer on tap. Reasonable prices. The girls who work here are far more professional and attractive than the gimmicky teenage staff at Twin Peaks. A new favorite!

Trying to find a good bar to go to in the area, my brother and I first tried Bennigans, since the one here in Baton Rouge closed up a while back and we both miss it. No luck, apparently the Bennigans, though it looks open, is closed down. On to Finn McCool's... no thanks. Their special for the night was $2.25 domestic drafts. Meh, I know they can do better than that. So I think hey, maybe thats to offset cheap prices on food? Not the case. I get the menu and everything is high. If I want a burger and Im gonna pay $10 for it, its not gonna be at a seedy bar that I've never been recommended to before. We tried to get our tab for the one beer my brother ordered a bit too soon, and the waitress was pushy about us leaving so soon. Lady, when we wanna go we go - it is not your job to give us shit about it, it is your job to serve us while we're there. I really wouldn't recommend this place, but I guess if you're one of those guys that actually likes domestics, and you wanna be in a bar with only a dozen other people or so... this might be your kinda place. All I know is that it isn't mine.

There is only one reason I go to this place...the sliders! Seriously, the BBQ sliders are awesome. Other than that, this place is just ok. It is kind of dark inside and not an exciting layout. But if you want a good slider, check it out.
