I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, but my experience here was perhaps the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I were on our way to church and decided to stop at Einsteins for bagels and coffee. When we walked in, there was only one customer in front of us. As he was ordering, the woman on the register just answers the phone. Doesn't say "excuse me" or "hold on a moment", she just answered the phone when he was talking. (also, might I add that when she answered the phone she said the cross streets were Arapahoe and Yosemite...) Then, midway through her conversation she just puts the phone down. She didn't tell the person she was talking to "hold on a moment", she just put the phone down and had the man repeat his order. Next we go up and order: my boyfriend gets a medium coffee, I asked for a whole wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese and a medium iced vanilla latte. The woman said, "I don't do lattes". Me: "uh okay... do you at least have milk I can put in it?" then she said, "yeah, and I can put a little vanilla in a cup for you." This REALLY confused me because I have had iced vanilla lattes from Einstein's before. So I don't know if certain stores don't have espresso or baristas, or maybe they just didn't want to make me a drink. So I just gott a regular coffee with vanilla. Then, as my boyfriend goes to pay she abruptly said "go pay down there", and points to another register. As we are walking to the register, we overhear a table talking about how their food was cold and it was a waste of money. Wow, just what you want to hear! We get down to the other register, and I am not kidding you, this is where I actually started to wonder if I was on a hidden camera reality show. The guy is ringing our order up, and immediately a customer comes up and says, "my change was $2.03. You gave me $3.03. Here's a dollar" as soon as he walked away, a woman came up with a bag full of bagels and said to the cashier, "these aren't even ours. You gave us the wrong order." The cashier was very flustered, he didn't apologize or acknowledge either of those customers because he was so focused on ringing up our order. He was also incredibly slow and did not speak a word to us. He plops to coffee cups on the counter, mine obviously did not have vanilla in it, and at this point I was so over this experience that I did not want to ask for it. We go over to fill up our cups and we notice almost all the coffee was brewed at 6am, and it was now nearly 10. 4 hour old coffee? Gross. I poured myself coffee brewed at 8am, then try filling up the rest with half and half. Big surprise. They were out of half and half. I get my bagel and we leave. As soon as we get to the car, my boyfriend said "I'm going to Starbucks to get you what you actually wanted." Seriously, biggest waste of time and $7 ever! Not one person on that staff was friendly or had a sense of urgency. Terrible customer service, the lobby was dirty and I don't even think my bagel was toasted. Never. Again.

I go to this Einsteins at least once a week because it's super close to my office and well...I like Einsteins, especially the fact that they have bagel thins. However, every time I walk in to this location it feels dirty. Not dirty in a sense that I feel like my food is being prepared in an unsanitary way, but dirty in terms of the general seating area. Most of the tables are dirty when I'm there. The booths' upholstery is ripped. There are crumbs all over the floor and on the counter where the soda fountain, napkins, etc are. In addition to it feeling dirty, I feel like the employees don't really care sometimes. There are a few people that are great but they help me less than the other employees. What bugs me the most is when I order my turkey bagel thin and everything is just slopped on there. I really hate it when they unwrap the turkey from their portion wrapping, not even pull any of the slices apart and just place a stack of turkey slices on my bagel thin. It shows no effort. Maybe the laziness and dirtiness is because I usually go there for late lunches and they've probably just finished with their lunch rush and they are all worn out and still haven't cleaned up from the rush? Whatever it is...it doesn't matter.

It was Monday around 4:45, and I was hungry for something to tide me over while I studied for the GMAT. I thought of the coupons in my purse for Einstein Bros, and I figured it would be a good time to try the place out. Except--the doors were locked and the lights were out. I looked on the website and found out that they're only open until 3pm most days (4pm on Saturdays). They did not make it easy for me to figure this out, as their hours weren't posted on the doors (at least, nowhere noticeable.) Not a fan.

Einstein Bros Bagels - A Haiku Go for the bagels. The secret is the coffee. Delicious Coffee. Einsteins fills a need for me. Quick, semi healthy breakfast, near my office. This isn't H&H. Its decent bagels, decent food and a really good cup of coffee. Yes coffee, not that sugary crap that they serve at starbucks, but real coffee. Their Hazlenut brew does the deal for me. Especially at a buck (for a refill of my travel mug). My favorite go to breakfast here is an Everything Bagel with the Turkey Sausage, Cheddar and Egg. Not bad at all. LOCATION SPECIFIC: If your early, not a big deal. But if not, terrible parking awaits you. This lot sucks. And if you try the lunch here, be ready to compete with the starbucks, noodles, chipotle and subway right next door.

Of the few locations I've been to, this is the better one. Conveniently located next to a Starbucks (aren't they all), I'm able to grab my coffee or tea and walk over for a bagel. They serve my bagels sliced, whereas other locations serve my bagel (with cream cheese and lox) sandwich style. This location is friendly and efficient.

I had breakfast, (which I think is what they do best) the other day at this location. It's been a while since I've been to one of these so I noticed a ton of new things on the menu that weren't there the last time I went. I have to say that I like this place better then Panera Bread for their variety; prices are about the same. I tried their Green Chile Bagel for my Egg White Breakfast Sandwich and it was really good! Much better then anything you'd get a fast food place like McD's. My boyfriend wasn't too thrilled with his cinnamon twist (he said it was too dry) but I think they are supposed to be made the way Einstein does them. Anyways all and all, decent experience for a reasonable price.

Recently I've been on a kick to try new quick/casual dining spots for lunch and today I hit Einstein Bros. More than anything I was hoping to get lunch and do a bit of work on their free Wi-Fi, but soon came to the realization that they don't have Wi-Fi at this location. So I digress. Lunch at EB today was great. The chicken, bacon wrap was excellent and what tasted like homemade potato salad was better than expected. The best part about it was lunch here at 1:30 pm means you have the place to yourself. This location also has patio seating, but sitting next to Arapahoe Road with vehicles traveling at 60mph doesn't quite make for a relaxing lunch away from the office. I hear breakfast at EB is great and haven't yet had the pleasure, but hope to some day. That said I have been in to this EB for coffee before and have to say I'll take it over Starbucks next door. Between the Chipotle, Noodles & Co. and family owned Japanese restaurant in the same complex, EB's is far less crowded, but skip it if you need Wi-Fi before you next meeting.

This is better than the one on Arapahoe Road. We had a breakfast sandwich which was ok. My husband thought it had too much egg and my half not enough ham. Have not tried the 13 bagels yet. They look good. Busy place on Soccer Saturday

I do not post 'bad' reviews easily, but the time has come. 100% of the time I come here, my order is wrong. I step up to the front of the line. "Bagel, toasted, cream cheese". Pretty simple, right? The flavor is always right. And it tastes good. That got you the second star... Here is where you lost the other three: The consistency in volume of cream cheese is random at best. It does not matter if I ask for a little bit, extra or don't specify at all, they don't pay attention to this part of the order, ever. I have decided to solve this by ordering it on the side. At which point I think...why am I not doing this at home? Usually the bagels are not toasted that great. Maybe slightly warmed, but rarely, if ever 'toasted'. (My definition of toasted is crispy a bit on the top, but still chewy when you bite down.) Sometimes (like today) they forget to toast it altogether, which made me further question why I went to a bagel shop for breakfast when I ended up not only applying the cream cheese, but actually toasting the thing myself. Sorry Einstein's, I just don't get it.

Bagels sounded good this morning!!! Until..... I got my undercooked bagel!!! It was unappetizing. I paid almost $5 for something that looked like it was steamrolled and raw. Honestly, the worst bagel I have ever had. I think Safeway has 5 star bagels compared to this place. I should had gone back and demanded a new bagel or a refund.

Worse service every. Waited for 30min for a single bagel. Watched customers who ordered after me get theirs. Got a refund and left without a bagel. I'll take Starbucks over price stuff over that level of horrible service.

Stopped by today on my way to work and it wasn't too busy, which is nice but I probably should have known that was speaking to the quality of the store. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a specialty bagel, but I substituted cream cheese for cheddar...it was almost $2 extra on an already pricey breakfast sandwich. It wasn't a terribly long wait, but after I got my order and headed off for work I realized they didn't even give me the cream cheese I paid extra for. I was so annoyed and didn't have time to turn around to let them fix their mistake because I would have been late for work. So, I tried to call the store...7 times, no answer. I won't be back, there are plenty of other places to go.

It's an Einstein's. You know what you are going to get when you walk in. This space is a little worse than others. It suffers from a design flaw in that it has doors on both the north and south ends, in a straight line with one another, so that when there is a wind outside, anytime someone opens one of the doors, the dining space becomes a wind tunnel. At the same time, it has never been busy when I have gone in, so there is that. 2 bagels w/ cream cheese + small coffee = $7.00

I am usually a big fan of Einstein's but this location wasn't my favorite. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and wasn't overly impressed with the employees and their enthusiasm to make a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich iteself was very good but with adding avocado it ended up being just north of $6.00 for a sausage, egg, cheese and avocado breakfast sandwich which is what I could have paid for a Sausage McGriddle combo meal at McDonalds. I do enjoy Einstein's overall and will continue to be a patron, but will probably opt for other locations.

Einstein Bros makes good bagels, but poor breakfast sandwiches. They really fall down on the toppings, especially the eggs. The egg patties are wobbly and plastic-like, with little flavor and the texture of the "eggs" you can get at McDonald's for half the price. Definitely don't let your sandwich get cold, because then it becomes even worse! I have made the mistake of trying breakfast sandwiches from Einstein's exactly twice, and will NEVER order one again. The bagels themselves, however, are decent. I enjoy the variety of flavors and cream cheese options. So in conclusion: this place is good for unadorned bagels, but don't get your hopes up if you want something fancier.

I lived - for a time- in CT. Land of Dunkin. I must say - and to some it may be blasphemous. . .but I hate dunkin doughnuts. The doughnuts are mediocre, the bages are worse. The coffee isn't bad. What I really wished for, while in CT, was an Einstein Bagel. I like their breakfast sandwiches just fine. I like their hazelnut coffee (the only flavored coffee I can stand to drink). When I returned to a land of Einstein (and now without Dunkin) I was pretty happy. Einstein has solid coffee options (GASP FREE REFILLS OF COFFEE ON SITE) and a excellent selection of bagels and related sandwiches. I've also found it a good after 3pm option . . they have a happy hour of sorts and 1/2 priced drinks. So sometimes I'll meet my wife here. . for a afternoon coffee. All in all a good breakfast place, with solid options.

My family went it on a Sunday for lunch and it went downhill from there. They were completely understaffed and the restaurant was a complete mess (food on the floors along with trash, tables dirty). The best part was the disgruntled employee making the food, who was upset about Einstein's training practices (and let everyone know). To help out the situation, and few off duty employees were sitting in the lobby egging him on. So, once our food came, the group went outside to smoke, leaving a number of waiting customers in line to be helped by the last person left in the place. Needless to say - we won't be back.

Great combination of coffee and bagels. Reasonably priced and the selection is good. Melvin's Vanilla Hazelnut roast is the way to go here. Bottomless cups and a schmear is the way to go. This place has a nice patio to enjoy some sun in the summer. The other great thing about this location is the have a Starbucks two doors down if you have to have a more specialized coffee.
