Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Eh.....I work in Parker and usually pick up Pizza Hut, but came home and circumstances required me driving to Elizabeth for a quick pizza. Double the price of Pizza Hut, 1/2 the quality. Won't visit again.

Good Pizza I think. The dough is great and sauce is good, toppings seem fresh and the prices are just right. I enjoy eating at Cheezies, its great pizza and convenient right in the town of Elizabeth.

Great pizza for a small town. Buffalo chicken salad my favorite! Strongly supports the town and schools with their continuous generosity.

Not bad Consentino's in town is better pizza.

Great pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was delicious. They put the pepperoni under the cheese. No one was there when I picked up my order, so I got quick service. Overall, I'll be back because it was a delicious dinner.

I like to support local business. That being said, I will not support TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. The bill was $52 and change. We left a $12 tip on TAKE OUT and brought our food home. When opened the order was 2/3 wrong except for the small cheese pizza. We called and they ( manager Mike ) attempted to make things right by sending out 2 correct pizzas. When they arrived, I gave the driver $5 and said that things like this happen, it's not your fault, thanks. Both pizzas were laden with Anchovies ( we did NOT order them) When I called AGAIN to complain, Mike (MGR) used numerous "F" bombs explaining that they were busy and needed to help customers who wanted " good service ". Right Well, we won't go back and strongly urge others who ( as Mike said, GO TO DOMINOS ) to do just that.... Ridiculous for $52 plus $17 tip

Good food, but service is slow. This is the third time we have been into the restaurant to eat. The owners are very nice, attentive and always around. Not sure if the issue is in the kitchen, with the waitresses or a combination.

Try the pizza and calzones either dine or take out. Small dining room with good choices on menu. Always busy, lots of choices and great flavor in sauce. Recommended ....

Sadly they have a new pizza baker. The restaurant has changed so much, and the food quality and baking has changed too. We ordered a pizza last night and the mushrooms were from a jar. Wet and slimy. The salad ($8) Caesar was NOT dressed (!), is all it had on it was Parmesan, greens, and croutons.:( I miss the old owners. We won't be going back. I do like to support small business, and I loved their pizza and salads. But having a small town pizzeria more expensive ($20 for one pizza) that Lil Ricci's in Parker, and the quality is poor, I'll go to Parker.

Stopped in after daughter's gymnastic meet. Good prices, tasty pizza, hot, fast, fresh. We also got a family house salad. Nothing fancy, but nice and crisp greens, cucumbers and tomatoes sliced super thin. The ranch was awesome though with garlicky tones. Yum! Very small place. Must do a lot of takeout business. Good place though.

Poor customer service. We have ordered from them for years before they changed owners. Have been satisfied until tonight. We called at 4:50 pm and made an order for delivery, less than 1 mile away. They informed us it would take 1.5-1.75 hrs due to lack of staff. We said ok. Called them 2 hrs later as no pizza delivered. Oh, so sorry, we haven't even made your order. It will be another hour. 3 hrs!?! We said why didn't someone call us to tell us another hour? Oh sorry it is prom night. We asked to speak to manager and all she said is sorry. We cancelled our order. We told them they lost our business due to their lack of courtesy to call us abt a 3 hr delay. They offered nothing to compensate waiting on their service. This pizza is not worth a 3 hr wait! We told them they lost our business. Glad Buzzards has a better tasting pizza and better customer service. We will gladly drive to pick up their pizza and support their business.

Formerly Cheezies, Formaggis makes a very good pizza. I am particularly fond of the Beetle Bomb, which is their "everything but the kitcken sink" pie. We also enjoyed a large (and generous) caesar salad. It was overly dressed, but had a nice flavor. I was sad when the Parker location of Cheezies closed, but am glad the Elizabeth location is still going strong.

Good little pizza place. Not a bad find in a pretty small town. Nice atmosphere, comfortable and clean. Typical "little Italy" decor. Pizza was tasty, would definitely go back if I am in that neck of the woods again. My only question is... why can't we have good little private neighborhood restaurants in Colorado Springs instead of all the chains??

Pizza was good, lady was rude but whatever. There are only 5 places to eat in the whole town

My husband and I got a carry out pizza from here the other night. This was our first time eating here. I asked for a take out menu because every time I try to access their website it doesn't work. However, they do not have take out menus, which I found weird. Anyway, we just ordered a large pizza and went right home. The overall flavor of the pizza was good. The crust was tasty and the toppings were not over cooked. We received ground sausage instead of the link sausage I ordered. The sauce was not amazing and it was a little chunky, which is not my preference. The bottom crust was very soggy. Not just soft from the 10 minute drive home, but soggy and falling apart. We both felt that it was just average pizza. Buzzards pizza is a thousand times better.

We had a great time at Formaggio's! The owners, Heather and Michael, were great to work with - we were in town for a bike race at Peaceful Valley and needed a table for 40, so they closed the restaurant to the public and set us up family style! The food was delicious - a tangy homemade marinara sauce, garlicky breadsticks served up hot, and a crisp salad with lots of veggies all satisfied our carbo-loading athletes! The adults also enjoyed beer and wine with their meal, which was a definite plus. They were prompt, attentive, gave great service, and every table commented on the delicious food. If you're looking for a pasta place in Elizabeth, this is the place to go!

Good gluten free pizza is very good, it is a bit pricey, but most gluten free pizza is totally over priced. Love the calzone(not gluten free), and the pizza is good also.

What a great find. Service was super and the food matched. So glad we moved close. Just happened upon this gem by accident. Highly recommend.

Awesome pizza! We drive from Parker/Aurora! Just go!

Went here for the first time ever for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Our waitress was so nice and friendly!!! The food was great- I had the Robini's Pick pizza which had spinach, garlic, tomato, mushroom and cheese. Their crust was delicious, and there was tons of fresh garlic on my pizza, it really was one of the best pizzas I have had in Colorado. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!

Cheezies pizza is really great pizza. As the only pizzeria in town, it is a favorite of all. Branched out to two locations, cheezies continually offers Elizabethians fantastic, quality pizza.
