Been many many times and have never been disappointed as this family run with true family pride in craftsmanship. Take your pick from Salmon, Tuna, Burgers, Salads, chicken wings and so much more all done correctly. Take the family, take a friend anyone, I have brought many here from all ages, All have always been pleased with the meal. Sit on the Balcony and you have a view of Eagle river, hear the sounds of the river and enjoy the vista's. The place has many screens to watch sports, the bar has live music on Friday's .. A true Local Favorite too: The also have discounted coupons on Truelocaldeals.com ! Thanks for all the great meals!

I would bypass this establishment if you can. Stopped in for entree spinach salad which was supposed to have spicey walnuts and pear wedges. There were no walnuts and wedges were two in number and so thin they were translucent. And the salad was overly drenched in a wine vinaigrette. Service however was good but poor meal.

Nice outdoor dining area...if they would let you sit there. This place was nearly empty but they would not move a single chair or table to allow our group to sit outside or anyplace except the cramped corner table they gave us. Not exactly accommodating. Can't speak to the food quality. We left.

A flavorful taste experience upon visiting the town of edwards. I had the hamburger that the menu said was a local favorite. And one bite in you can see why. Fresh. Juicy. And delicious. Sweet potato fries are plentiful and not greasy

A true local business and best burger in town at a reasonable price. Don't miss happy hour, at $6 for a burger you will not get a better, made-to-order burger. Love the sweet Potatoe fry option too. Want something lighter, get the fish tacos. Dinning room offers 2 for Tuesday. Cajon food and more traditional American menu options. I go for the salmon. Service is quick and easy. Been there more times than I can count and keep going back

From the outside this place looks promising but the experience left my husband and me wanting more. There were several NFL games playing on the various televisions but things were quiet enough we could have a conversation - good. The place was half full of what we eventually deduced to be locals. There were enough people on staff that service should have been good but it was REALLY slow. They also seemed to be generally confused. They have all the usual pub fare - burgers, meatloaf, fish and chips, etc. The food was decent, once we finally got it. The bar tender did make the effort to find a keg of IPA even after he informed us he was out. The locals may be perfectly tolerant of the speed of service (good for them if they can live life so slowly!). We, however, will tell our fellow travelers to avoid this stop if they can find something else.

This used to be a place with wonderful hearty portions. Last couple of times we ate here we were left feeling less than pleased. New calamari on the menu was a tiny, greasy portion. Sent those back for a buffalo chicken wrap which came with just a couple of finely chopped pieces of chicken where in the past they were large chunks. Fish tacos were also very skimpy. Used to get three on the plate, now only two. No longer a favorite and would no longer recommend.

The best hamburger and fries. Wonderful lunch served on a gluten free bun. The service was fantastic.

Can't believe anyone ever had a bad meal here! Food is terrific, two for one entrees on Tuesdays gets a packed crowd. Salmon , ahi tuna, steak Diane all terrific at a very affordable price . We've paid a lot more and got a lot less in the high priced Vail valley

I had the Ribs last night for dinner last night. I have had them over the years since this location changed its name from the Cajun restaurant.Last night they were very slimy and fatty. Not sure what happened other than they must boil them now. I must say if you want better ribs in Edwards go to etown in the same center. The rest of the food at Main Street is fair, bar food at best.

Living within 3 short blocks of this New Orleans themed bistro (a city I heart dearly), I really WANT to love this place, but the more I try the more I realize I just can't (kinda like Angelina trying to love Billy Bob). The service and food always hover just below average, and the drinks are a bit steep for a place that seems to want to attract locals. They were onto something with their Martini/Muscle Monday specials for awhile, and they have two pretty good patios, but the service always strayed along with the food and the mojo here has just never been good...a big bummer for all of us in Edwards-burgh that this doesn't live up to its potential.

Off season visit and the service was great. Warm bread served before the meal is always good. Wings were very good and the salmon was done perfectly.

Good atmosphere, great service, bland food. If you're from anywhere that would make you expect a bit of spice in the jambalya, etouffe or red beans and rice, then I'd stay clear of the "Louisiana Specialties" on the menu. We had all 3 at our table and they were all really bland. But the cornbread, rolls and bread pudding were all excellent. So I'd go for a burger and dessert next time.

Disappointed with the food. Black bean burger and shoestring fries. Pretty much frozen out of a bag and slapped on the grill for a couple minutes. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old or poor quality oil. The iced tea was at least day old. Ambiance OK for a locals sports bar with flat screens, etc., but not what I would have expected for the area. Service ok but not friendly by any means. Looked like a nice patio and view outback, but I rather have good, fresh food.

This place was just OK. They do have a good Monday 1/2 price entree that was very budget friendly along with the $2 beers and $5 Martini's. The wine list was pretty good, I was pretty impressed with the cakebread SB. My chicken Cesar was unremarkable, and everyone else just tried to put pepper on their pasta's. Our waitress seemed friendly but sorta uninterested in us and forgot my friends starter salad. So go, its fine, just fine.

Went during off season when entrees were $12 which is a pretty good deal. Had the barramundi with the sauce on the side and it was delicious! On our next visit had the ahi salad which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant is pretty casual but the food was as good as the higher priced restaurants in the area.

Main St. Grill has a great patio on the Eagle River. I've brought several "out of town" guests to this local spot because 1) It is within walking distance to our house and 2) the view from the patio is great. But I just can't quite give Main St. Grill 4 stars. The food is good, but not outstanding. The menu is a mix of Cajun/creole favorites like gumbo or jambalaya, and typical sandwich/burger/wraps. It's a bit pricey, but in the Vail Valley, what isn't. The real reason I can only give three stars is because the servers always seem to be angry. Not angry at me, or any of the other locals, but angry at the tourists at the other table. I can empathize...tourists can be wearing, but they are also your bread and butter and if you can't learn to keep your chin up even when "guy in loafers with no socks" is complaining about his cocktail, then maybe you should seek another profession. Whatever the reason, I've yet to visit Main St. Grill and see the clues of a happy, functioning restaurant. Martini/Mussel night on Monday's is still a great way to enjoy the patio, but be careful not to piss off the staff...the rest of the clients in the restaurant will be looking at you.

Wish I could say more about this place but...it was just OK. Pretty standard menu and prices aren't too bad.

Wow! I just had dinner here and the food was phenomenal! The place is small and quaint and casual. The waitress was great - friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested the ribs which were incredible. I had the chicken piccata and loved it. We both were amazed at the mussels to start with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great value!
